Claims (1)
- Patentansprüche1. Stabilisiertes, in Wasser unlösliches Enzympräparat, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Enzym an einen anorganischen, freie Hydroxyl- oder Oxidgruppen aufweisenden Träger vermittels eines Silankupplungsmittels kovalent gebunden ist, wobei der Siliziumteil des SilanmoleküTs an den Träger und der organische Teil an das Enzym gebunden ist.2. Enzympräparat gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Silan an das Enzym entsprechend der FormelEnzyme -Z- Silangebunden ist, worin Z eine der folgenden Gruppen bezeichnet:OH

Enzympräparat gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Silankupplungsmittel die allgemeine Formel aufweistin der T ein Amino, Carbonyl, Carboxy, Hydrophenyl, oder Sulfhydryl, R einen Rest der Gruppe niederes Alkoxy, Phenoxy und Halo bezeichnet, und η einen ganzzahligen Wert von 1-3 darstellt.QQ3S17/16474. Enzympräparat gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Silankupplungsmittel die allgemeine Formelaufweist, in der Y1 ein Amino, Carbonyl, Carboxy, Isocyano, Diazo, Isothiocyano, Nitroso, Sulfhydryl oder Halοcarbonyl, R einen Rest der Gruppe niederes Alkoxy, Phenoxy, und Halo, R1 einen Rest der Gruppe niederes Alkyl, niederes Alkylphenyi, P und Phenyl bezeichnet, und η einen ganzzahligen Wert von 1-3 darstellt.5- Enzympräparat gemäss irgend einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger aus einem siliziumhaltigen Material, z. B. amorphem oder kristallinem wenigstens 50 Mol% Kieselsäure enthaltendem Material, porösem Glas, kolloidaler Kieselsäure, Bentonit, Wollastonit oder dergleichen besteht.6. Enzympräparat gemäss irgend einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger aus einem nicht siliziumhaltigen Metalloxid, z. B. dem Oxid eines Übergangsmetalls, Nickeloxid, Aluminiumoxid, einer schwachen Säure oder Base, Hydroxyapatit oder dergleichen besteht.QQ1817/16477. Enzympräparat gemäss irgend einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Enzym ein hydrolytisches Enzym, z. B. Urease, Asparaginase, alkalische Phosphatase, Protease, ζ. B. Trypsin, Papain, licin, Bacillus subtilis, alkalische Protease oder ein Redoxenzym, z. B. Glucoseoxidase, Peroxidase, Transferase oder dergleichen ist.8.
