Claims (17)

Patentansprüche
1. Ungeliertes Polyoxyalkylenpolyamin-Reaktionsprodukt, geeignet für die Verwendung bei der kationischen Elektroabscheidung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es das Reaktionsprodukt eines Polyoxyalkylenpolyamins mit einem Monoepoxid und gegebenenfalls einem polyfunktionellen Material, das Gruppen enthält, die mit Amino- und/oder Hydroxylgruppen reagieren können, ist.
2. Reaktionsprodukt gemäß Anspruch 1, bei dem das Polyoxyalkylenpolyamin zuerst mit dem Monoepoxid umgesetzt wird und dann gegebenenfalls mit dem polyfunktionellen Material umgesetzt wird.
3. Produkt gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei dem das Poly- f oxyalkylenpolyamin Oxypropyleneinheiten enthält. Γ
4. Produkt gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei dem das Polyoxyalkylenpolyamin ein Diamin ist.
5. Produkt gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei dem das Polyoxyalkylenpolyamin ein Molekulargewicht von 137 bis 3600 besitzt.
6. Produkt gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei dem das Monoepoxid aus der Gruppe solcher Verbindungen ausgewählt ist, die folgende Strukturformel besitzen:
wobei R. Wasserstoff und Methyl ist und R2 Wasserstoff, Alkyl, einschließlich Cycloalkyl, Aryl und substituierte Alkyl- oder Arylgruppen ist.
7. Produkt gemäß Anspruch 6, bei dem das Monoepoxid aus der Klasse ausgewählt ist, die aus den Verbindungen Butylglycidylether, 2-Ethylhexylglycidylether und Styroloxid besteht.
8. Produkt gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, bei dem das polyfunktionelle Material aus der Klasse ausgewählt ist, die aus Polyacrylaten, Polyisocyanaten, Polycarbonsäuren und Polyepoxiden besteht.
9. Produkt gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, bei dem das Polyoxyalkylenpolyamin : Monoepoxid : polyfunktionelles Material in folgendem Äquivalenzverhältnis vorliegt: 1 : 0,01 bis 1,7 : 0 bis 1,0.
10. Produkt- gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, bei dem das Polyoxyalkylenpolyamin zuerst mit dem Monoepoxid umgesetzt wird, in der Art, daß das Amin/Epoxid-Äquivalenzverhältnis größer als 1 ist und das Reaktionsprodukt dann mit einem Polyacrylat umgesetzt wird.
11. Produkt gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, bei dem das Polyoxyalkylenpolyamin zuerst mit einem Monoepoxid umgesetzt wird und das Reaktionsprodukt dann mit einem Polyisocyanat umgesetzt wird.
12. Produkt gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, das wenigstens zum Teil mit Säure neutralisiert ist.
13. Produkt gemäß Anspruch 1, das blockierte Polyisocyanatfunktionen enthält.
14. Produkt gemäß Anspruch 13, bei dem das Reaktionsprodukt blockierte Isocyanatgruppen enthält.
15. Wäßrige Harzdispersion, die ein für das kationische Elektroabscheiden geeignetes Harz enthält und 0,1 bis 50 Gew.-% des Produkts gemäß Anspruch 12, wobei sich die Gewichtsprozente auf das Gewicht des festen Harzes beziehen.
16. Wäßrige Dispersion gemäß Anspruch 15, die ein blockiertes Polyisocyanat-Härtungsmittel enthält.
17. Verfahren zum elektrolytischen Überziehen einer elektrisch leitfähigen Oberfläche, die in einem Stromkreis als Kathode dient, enthaltend diese Kathode und eine Anode, die in eine wäßrige Harzdispersion eintaucht, wobei ein elektrischer Strom zwischen der Anode und der Kathode fließt wodurch eine Abscheidung einer Beschichtungsmasse auf der Kathode bewirkt wird, wobei die wässrige Harzdispersion die von Anspruch 15 oder 16 ist.
