Description
The invention provides a remedy here. According to the invention there is Outer conductor made of a longitudinally running, good conductive, non-magnetic metal strip, in particular from a longitudinal copper tape that is on 'its outside with a covering of a thermoplastic copolymer adhering firmly to the rivet with polar groups has passed and that by a likewise longitudinal iron band is enclosed, which is on its inside with a; tberzug made of a metal firmly adhering thermoplastic copolymer is provided with polar groups. With this construction of a coaxial line, it is possible to use that used as an outer conductor highly conductive, non-magnetic metal tape as well as that used as a magnetic screen To apply iron tape in the longitudinal covering method. When making such a Coaxial newspaper dispenses with helically rotating spinners. Through the coating the tapes, which are used as outer conductors or as magnetic shielding, with a on iietall @ fenthaf-tcnding thermoplastic copolymer with polar groups a firm connection of the individual elements of the coaxial line is achieved, so that the coaxial line is dimensionally stable: held together .is. In progress of the inventive idea - it is recommended that the longitudinally extending, highly conductive, non-magnetic metal tape and / or the one surrounding the outer conductor Iron band on both sides with a coating of a thermoplastic that is attached to metal To provide copolymer with polar groups. That way one becomes special achieves high dimensional stability of the coaxial line.
In a further development of the inventive concept, on the outside of the iron strip with a coating made of a thermoplastic copolymer polar groups an additional layer of a thermal plastic, in particular made of polyethylene. This extra layer of polyethylene acts as an extra Corrosion protection.
For the copolymer used in the context of the invention, with which both the highly conductive, non-magnetic metal strip as well as the iron strip are coated it is itesentlicli that a firm bond with the highly conductive, non-magnetic Metal band or with an iron band is achieved. Copolymers with polar groups, such as a copolymer of ethylene and acrylic acid or a copolymer made of ethylene and maleic acid, are particularly suitable for this purpose, as they result their polar groups form a firm bond with the metal. -In order to explain of the invention is in Figure 1 as an embodiment according to the invention constructed coaxial line @ shown in section: On the inner conductor 1 is the insulation 2, which is made in a known manner from a solid material, au: homogeneous = customs material or else. as bar insulation or pane insulation can be formed. The longitudinal copper tape is on the insulation 2 3 applied, which is coated on both sides with an adhesion-promoting copolymer 4 is. The copper tape 3, which is used as an outer conductor, is also longitudinally Iron tape 5 is applied, which is also coated on both sides with an adhesion-promoting copolymer 6 is considered. When applying the copper tape 3 and the iron tape 5 is made sure that the overlap cells of the two bands are at different points Make the Quersbhnittes of the coaxial line come to rest.
For producing a coaxial line designed according to the invention one can proceed in such a way that the tapes coated on one side have a Tiber Form tool guided and after heating in a heating zone by a drawing tool with their coated side firmly adhering to the insulation or to the outer conductor be applied. Then the liquid thermoplastic copolymer is then used sprayed onto the outer surface of the strips formed to form the outer conductor or the shield.
The position of a coaxial line designed according to the invention but can also be made in such a way that the two sides with the thermoplastic Copolymer coating ' dead bänj_er guided over a molding tool and after heating in a heating zone by means of a drawing tool, firmly adhering the insulation or on the outer conductor. will.
Der Pfeil gibt die Pertigungsrichtung an.Based on the system shown schematically in FIG Production of a coaxial line designed according to the invention explained schematically. The arrow indicates the direction of production.
The inner conductor 1 provided with the insulation 2 is fed to the trumpet-shaped molding tool 7, to which at the same time the copper tape 3 coated on both sides is fed from the supply roll 8. This copper tape is guided around the inner conductor provided with the insulation 2 in the molding tool. In the subsequent heating zone 9, the copper tape 3 formed un the insulation 2 is heated to a temperature of about 150o0. In the subsequent drawing tool 13, the diameter of which is equal to the outer diameter of the shaped copper strip 3, the copper strip is firmly connected to the insulation underneath and is cooled at the same time. Subsequently, the "now extends to the longitudinally extending copper strip 3 surrounded coaxial line through which also trumpet shaped Pormwerkzeug 11, said coated on both sides with a copolymer of ethylene and acrylic acid iron strip 5 is fed from the supply roll 12th In förmwerkzeug 10 of this iron tape 5 to the outer conductor bent around and heated in the subsequent heating zone 13 to a temperature of etira, 15000. In the subsequent drawing tool 14, the diameter of which is the same as the outer diameter of the coaxial line, the iron strip coated on both sides is firmly connected to the underlying copper strip 3, which is also coated on its outer surface and then cooled.
The material for the drawing tools 10 and 14 is chosen so that it does not form a bond with the copolymer of ethylene and acrylic acid. For example, a polytetrafluoroethylene can be used as the material for the pulling tools 1 4 'and 1 4.
Notwithstanding the embodiment illustrated in the Figure 2 arrangement, it is also possible instead of the two heating zones 9 'and 13 and of the two drawing tools 14 and 1 4 to arrange a common heating zone and a common Ziehirexkzeug behind the die 11 in which-then the heating and the connection of the insulation of the copper band and the iron band to one another takes place simultaneously through the drawing process.
As different from the previously known production processes, not only the outer conductor but the iron band, even the magnetic shield forming is applied in hängsbedeclnxngaverfahren in dargcbtellten assembly omitted environmentally current spinner, 3o that the Fertigungsgeschviindigkeit your such an arrangement can be increased considerably compared with the known arrangements ,
