Abstract
An illumination lens illuminates an image-forming element, preferably with digital micro-mirror devices (DMD). A projection lens (4,5) focuses an image on a projection surface. The projection lens and an illumination lens are arranged in a common housing or in connected sub-housings. At least one sensor unit (3) is provided for detecting positional offsets of individual opto mechanical elements that change the image quality. The sensor unit is connected to a control unit for position correction.
