Abstract
Description
The invention includes a patch with a printed wound dressing and a transparent fixing film.
Plasters consisting of wound dressing and an adhesive fixing film are known and are known from the made of different materials.
The fixing film mainly exists made of textiles or foil material such as PVC, PE, PET, PU, polyether esters and other polymeric films. The wound dressing itself often consists of Textiles, such as nonwovens or knitted fabrics, hydrogels, hydrocolloids or Polyurethane gel that impregnated can be to prevent sticking to the wound. The wound dressing can Drugs or other substances that promote wound healing. The fixing film overlaps the wound dressing on at least two opposite sides or on all sides and is used to fix the patch with an adhesive provided, which also fixes the wound dressing on the plaster. By appropriate segmentation of the overhang Adhesive area can make the patch particularly difficult body parts to be glued be optimally fixed.
The fixing film can be colored or be printed with motifs, the printing over the entire Fixing film extends.
Es sind Pflaster zur feuchten Wundheilung

Insbesondere für die feuchte Wundheilung sind
transparente Pflaster mit milchig eingefärbter Wundauflageschicht, z.B.
in
All types of plasters described are through the whole Printing or coloring the surface cosmetically very striking. A completely transparent version of plasters for moist Wound healing have the disadvantage of being unsightly at times Wound is visible. What kind of the observation of the healing process in the clinic is an advantage is in the context of wound care of many patients however not wanted as it is an aesthetic impairment brings with it.
Object of the present invention is to provide a plaster that is minimal cosmetic impairment an optimal hold on the skin as well as light and privacy protection the wound enables.
Another object of the invention is to provide a plaster, the production of which is cost and time-saving and, above all, easy to carry out. Furthermore is it is the task of providing a plaster that corresponds to the state of the art Technology enriched. In particular, it is the task of the present Invention to provide a plaster, the printing of a Avoids shining through the wound and at the same time avoids the aesthetic claims completely sufficient.
This task is solved by a plaster according to claim 1.
Accordingly, the plaster comprises a transparent fixation film that adheres to the skin and a wound dressing that has a print on the side facing away from the wound, wherein
- a) the wound dressing is printed directly or
- b) an auxiliary film is printed which is connected to the wound dressing on the unprinted side or
- c) a transparent film is printed mirror-inverted, which is connected to the printed side with the wound dressing, and
the wound dressing is connected to the fixing film in such a way that the printing can be seen through the fixing film and the fixing film projects beyond the wound dressing on at least two sides or on all sides.
- 1) Through the use of an overall adhesive, transparent fixing film that lets the skin underneath shine through, it can be selected to be sufficiently large and, if necessary, be segmented appropriately in order to ensure an optimal hold of the plaster without appearing visually.
- 2) The wound dressing, which is mainly decisive for the cosmetic impairment, can be reduced to the size of the wound.
- 3) The wound dressing, which essentially defines the appearance of the plaster, can be individually printed and shaped, which means that the same manufacturing technique is used in a very simple manner Patches with very different appearances can be produced. In particular, the wound dressing printed in one or more colors can be punched out in shapes which in the simplest case are rectangles, polygons or ellipses. The shape of the wound dressings can, however, also follow more demanding contours and in particular also be based on the contours of printed motifs.
- 4) The printing of the wound dressing has the following advantages over the usual coloring of the wound dressing with this type of plaster: a) The unsightly discharge of blood, exudate and the like. In contrast to wound dressings that are colored with pigments, it is still completely covered by the print even if the wound dressing is completely soaked with these body fluids. b) Likewise, unsightly colored medicines or additives, which may have been incorporated into the wound dressing, are completely covered by printing on the wound dressing. c) A printing applied superficially on the side of the wound dressing facing away from the wound precludes interactions of the coloring material with the wound. d) The printing of the wound dressing only in skin color, possibly graded to different shades of brown, reduces the cosmetic impairment of the plaster to a minimum. e) The colored printing on the wound dressing or the printing with motifs can lead to spatially limited, fashionable wound dressings, which can increase acceptance, for example, in children. f) Since the printing is only carried out on the wound dressing, which lies under the transparent fixation film, due to the manufacturing process possibly in even deeper layers, the printing is compared to plasters in which the printing is applied to the outer layer against mechanical abrasion and chemical influences (Soap, solvents, etc.) significantly more resistant, which means that the overall impression of the patch remains attractive for longer.
In a preferred embodiment, at the printing on a carrier film between the fixation film and wound dressing, this can additionally with a blending varnish or a thin layer of film, in one, because of their water vapor permeability preferred embodiment, covered with PU film. This measure will alternate Interactions of materials of the adhesive layer or the wound dressing prevented with the inks.
The film referred to here as the carrier film is wound dressing according to the invention Act.

In a preferred one, below described embodiment Both the fixation film and the wound dressing are made of the patch made of foils based on polyurethane. The wound dressing is made with an absorbent material to absorb liquid provided, printed with a hedgehog and taking its contours into account punched out.
A PU dispersion (Impranil ® types, Bayer) is poured onto the auxiliary carrier, a surface-embossed PE film, spread to form a film of 20 g / m 2 (DIN 53352) and dried to form a film. The film produced in this way should withstand a maximum tensile force of 2 N / cm (DIN EN ISO 527-1 / 3) for further processing.
This transparent PU layer will from the side facing away from the PE film, mirrored with one Printed hedgehog.
The wound dressing, which is manufactured with a basis weight of 500 g / m 2 , is applied to the printed side in one work step.
Mischungsverhältnisse der Reaktanten zur Herstellung der Wundauflage: Mixing ratios of the reactants for the manufacture of the wound dressing:
The fixing film is a PU film with a weight per unit area of 60 g / m 2 , which is made in principle in the same way as the carrier film described above, but in several steps from several thin layers, later not recognizable to the eye.
On the one hand, the PU film is sufficiently firm to ensure the fixation of the wound dressing and to withstand the mechanical stresses of the plaster, but at the same time it has so much elasticity that it can adapt optimally to the skin. A transparent acrylic-based adhesive with a basis weight of 45 g / m 2 is applied to the entire surface of this PU film. The printed side of the wound dressings punched out in hedgehog form are applied to the adhesive fixing film at such a sufficient distance from one another that each plaster can be punched out in an oval shape in a later step with a 3 cm wide adhesive area around the wound dressing. In a further step, each plaster is suitably covered on the adhesive side with two siliconized release paper strips so that the release paper strips overlap in the middle by 5 mm. The plasters prepared in this way are then punched out in the manner described.
