Es wurde Fentanyl in Isopropylmyristat/Avacadoöl-Gemisch suspendiert. Die Suspension wird unter ständigem Rühren zum Klebstoff gegeben. Danach wurde die erhaltene Mischung auf eine Polyesterfolie bis zu einem Gewicht von 60 g/m2 aufgestrichen. Das Lösungsmittel wurde entfernt, indem man 20 min bei 80°C trocknete. Danach wurde eine transparente Polyesterfolie aufkaschiert.
Beispiel 2 bis 9:Example 2 to 9:
Es wurde als erstes eine Klebstoffmischung hergestellt aus Acrylat-Kautschuk-Hybrid-Klebstoff, vernetzt oder unvernetzt und jeweils mit oder ohne Harz (Klebkraftförderer), und ein Acrylat-Vinylacetat-Klebstoff mit funktionellen Hydroxyl-Gruppen oder ein neutrales Copolymer aus Butyl-methacrylat und Methyl-methylacrylat. Es wurde Fentanyl in Isopropylmyristat/Avocadoöl-Gemisch suspendiert. Die Suspension wird unter ständigem Rühren zu den Klebstoffen gegeben und beschichtet. Dazu wurde die erhaltene Mischung auf eine Polyesterfolie bis zu einem Gewicht von 60 g/m2 aufgestrichen. Das Lösungsmittel wurde entfernt, indem man 15–20 min bei 60°C trocknete. Danach wurde eine transparente Polyesterfolie aufkaschiert. Die Kombinationen waren wie folgt.
