The
The invention relates to a textile composite or a textile
Laminate comprising an elastic support layer and at least
a nonwoven facing layer disposed on the carrier layer,
as well as a strip material from the laminate and an elastic diaper closure
and a method for producing the strip material.
haut- bzw. trageunfreundlich. From the DE 103 58 409 B4 For example, a composite material, particularly for elastic diaper closures, which consists of an elastic support film having a preferred direction of elongation and at least one laminated nonwoven cover layer comprising fibers of an elastic polymer and fiber portions stretched in the preferred direction of elongation of the nonwoven fabric a non elastic thermoplastic polymer. The nonwoven fabric is preferably a spunbonded nonwoven whose continuous filaments or filaments have a filament core of a thermoplastic elastomer and a filament sheath of a non-elastic thermoplastic polymer. The individual filaments are constructed as so-called bicomponent fiber. By Vorverstreckung the cover layer is achieved that the composite has a clearly perceptible yield strength at stretch in the direction of stretching, where it can be stretched to the yield strength with little force. Disadvantage of the composite of the DE 103 58 409 B4 On the one hand, the bicomponent fibers used are relatively expensive. In addition, the stretched nonwoven fabric after stretching by the plastic deformation of the non-elastic filament sheath on a wavy structure. In addition, the carrier film used is not permeable to air, thus not breathable and thus skin or wear-friendly.
The DE 603 04 031 T2 discloses a breathable, incrementally stretched, elastic composite having an inner mono- or multi-layer elastomeric film extrusion-laminated to an outer nonwoven web at each film surface, wherein the inner elastomeric film is a random pattern of incrementally-stretched macroholes having an average diameter of 10 μm to 100 μm therein and is substantially free of pore-forming filler. This means incremental in the sense of DE 603 04 031 T2 in that the composite material alternately has stretched and unstretched areas over its entire length. In order to create the macroholes, the fibers of the nonwoven web are embedded in the film, and at the subsequent incremental elongation, this creates a random pattern of macroholes or pinhole holes in the film. According to the DE 603 04 031 T2 the composite material is suitable, inter alia, as a material for diaper tabs of baby diapers.
Aus
der DE 10 2005
038 354 A1 ist ein elastisches Laminat mit einem elastischen
Träger und einer textilen Oberfläche bekannt,
wobei die textile Oberfläche zwei unterschiedliche Faserscharen
aufweist.
Zudem offenbart
die DE 10 2005
038 354 A1 ein Bandmaterial mit einem elastischen Abschnitt,
der ein derartiges Laminat aufweist. Das Bandmaterial soll zum Herstellen
von Windelverschlussbändern verwendet werden. From the DE 10 2005 038 354 A1 is an elastic laminate with an elastic support and a textile surface is known, wherein the textile surface has two different fiber bundles. The fiber bundles differ, for example, in the material. The different fiber bundles can according to the DE 10 2005 038 354 A1 each assigned a different task. In addition, the reveals DE 10 2005 038 354 A1 a band material having an elastic portion comprising such a laminate. The tape material is intended to be used to make diaper fastening tapes.
From the EP 0 714 351 B1 discloses an elastic diaper-suitable laminate of a non-woven fabric and an elastomeric film, the laminate having a plurality of fibers projecting outwardly from the laminated surface. The protruding fibers are formed by incrementally stretching the laminate and provide the laminate with a fluffy surface. The laminate is elastic and has a set elongation of not more than 10% at an elongation of 50%. In order to make the laminate breathable, microholes are mechanically introduced into the film.
bzw. Verflechtungen bilden können und kein festes Gefüge
entsteht. The EP 1 462 556 A1 discloses a method for making a web of elastic composite material having a textile surface, wherein short fibers having a fiber length of less than 6 mm are deposited in a stream of air on an air-permeable conveyor belt to a fiber material with a coating weight between 2 and 20 g / m 2 and a elastic support, which is elastically extensible in at least one direction by more than 50%, is connected to the fiber material resting on the conveyor belt. The composite material should be elastic without activation and have a textile surface. In addition, it should be characterized by a high elongation, wherein the textile surface should not detach even at a large elongation. This is achieved according to the EP 1 462 556 A1 in particular by the use of the short fibers whose fiber length is chosen so that no overlapping or interlacing can form and no solid structure is formed.

Der
erfindungsgemäße textile Verbundstoff bzw. das
erfindungsgemäße textile, elastische Laminat 1 weist
eine elastische Trägerschicht 2 und zumindest
einseitig, vorzugsweise beidseitig je eine Vliesstoffdeckschicht 3 auf.
Dabei besteht gemäß der Erfindung die elastische
Trägerschicht 2 aus einem Trägervliesstoff 4 aus
Fasern 5 aus thermoplastischem Elastomer (TPE) und die
Vliesstoffdeckschicht 3 besteht aus einem Vliesstoff 6,
vorzugsweise einem, zweckmäßigerweise längsorientierten, Stapelfaservliesstoff 6 aus
Stapelfasern 7. Längsorientiert bedeutet, dass
die Stapelfasern 7 in eine Längsrichtung L parallel
gelegt bzw. ausgerichtet sind. Dabei entspricht die Längsrichtung
L eines Vliesstoffes üblicherweise der Maschinenlaufrichtung bzw.
Produktionsrichtung bei der Herstellung des Vliesstoffes. The textile composite according to the invention or the textile, elastic laminate according to the invention 1 has an elastic support layer 2 and at least on one side, preferably on both sides depending on a nonwoven cover layer 3 on. In this case, according to the invention, the elastic carrier layer 2 from a carrier nonwoven fabric 4 made of fibers 5 made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) and the nonwoven top layer 3 consists of a nonwoven fabric 6 , preferably one, suitably longitudinally oriented, staple fiber nonwoven fabric 6 made of staple fibers 7 , Longitudinal means that the staple fibers 7 are placed in a longitudinal direction L parallel or aligned. The longitudinal direction L of a nonwoven fabric usually corresponds to the machine direction or production direction in the production of the nonwoven fabric.
Bei
dem Trägervliesstoff 4 handelt es sich dabei vorzugsweise
um einen Wirrfaser-Vliesstoff, insbesondere um einen Spinnvliesstoff
(nicht dargestellt) oder einen Schmelzblasvliesstoff (1),
also einen mittels Spinnvliesverfahren oder mittels Schmelzblasverfahren
(oder auch Melt-Blown-Verfahren) hergestellten Vliesstoff. Infolgedessen
besteht der Trägervliesstoff 4 je nach Herstellungsverfahren
aus Endlosfasern bzw. Filamenten (nicht dargestellt) im Falle des
Spinnvliesstoffes oder aus Stapelfasern 5 im Falle des
Schmelzblasvliesstoffes. Die Fasern 5 des Trägervliesstoffes 4 bestehen
zudem wie bereits oben erläutert aus TPE. Thermoplastische
zeigen. Nach dem inneren Aufbau unterscheidet man Block-copolymere
und Elastomerlegierungen. Elastomerlegierungen sind Polyblends, also
also aus mehreren Molekülsorten besteht.
In the carrier nonwoven fabric 4 it is preferably a random fiber nonwoven, in particular a spunbonded nonwoven (not shown) or a meltblown nonwoven ( 1 ), ie a nonwoven fabric produced by means of a spunbonding process or by meltblowing processes (or also melt-blown processes). As a result, the carrier nonwoven fabric exists 4 depending on the manufacturing process of continuous fibers or filaments (not shown) in the case of spunbonded fabric or staple fibers 5 in the case of meltblown nonwoven fabric. The fibers 5 of the carrier nonwoven fabric 4 also consist of TPE as already explained above. Thermoplastic elastomers are plastics that behave at room temperature comparable to the classic elastomers, but can be plastically deformed under heat, and thus show a thermoplastic behavior. According to the internal structure, a distinction is made between block copolymers and elastomer alloys. Elastomer alloys are polyblends, ie mixtures of finished polymers, so that the plastic thus consists of several types of molecules. So there are two-phase systems, characterized by the mixing of crosslinked or uncrosslinked elastomer particles in a thermoplastic matrix. Block copolymers have hard and soft segments within one molecule. The plastic thus consists of a type of molecule in which both properties are distributed. The fibers 5 of the carrier nonwoven fabric 3 in the present case preferably consist of block copolymers, in particular TPE-S (styrene block copolymers), preferably triblock copolymers based on S / EB / S (styrene-ethenebutene-styrene). The advantage of using these block copolymers is their good resistance to water and acids.
Vorzugsweise
dabei zweckmäßigerweise 30 bis 200 g/m2, bevorzugt 60 bis 150 g/m2.Preferably, the carrier nonwoven fabric 4 In addition, homogeneous, that is to say in the longitudinal direction L and in a transverse direction Q perpendicular thereto, substantially identical properties with respect to the fiber orientation, the elasticity, the deformability and the strength. The basis weight of the carrier layer 2 used carrier nonwoven fabric 4 is expediently 30 to 200 g / m 2 , preferably 60 to 150 g / m 2 .
Da
partiellen Verklebungen bzw. Verschmelzungen mittels einer beheizten
Prägewalze und/oder Heißluftbeaufschlagung und
anschließender Verpressung mittels Ultraschall verfestigt
sein.Since in the spunbonding process and the meltblown process, the fibers are not completely cooled when they are deposited on the respective carrier and contain residual heat, stick together or they partially melt together. For this reason, the carrier fleece must 4 not additionally solidified. However, if necessary, it may additionally be thermally solidified by means of a per se known production of partial adhesions or fusions by means of a heated embossing roll and / or hot air impingement and subsequent pressing by means of ultrasound.
B. Latex
oder TPU(Thermoplastisches Polyurethan)-Dispersion, oder verfestigt
mittels niedrig schmelzender Bindefasern. In the staple fiber nonwoven fabric 6 the nonwoven topcoats 3 it is preferably a parallel nonwoven produced by the carding process, which is preferably bonded or solidified thermally, in particular by hot air bonding or by means of thermal calender consolidation, and thermoplastic bonding sites 8th having. According to another embodiment, not shown, the staple fiber nonwoven fabric 6 mechanically bonded or solidified, z. B. by needling or hydroentanglement or chemically solidified by the addition of binders, eg. B. latex or TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) dispersion, or solidified by means of low-melting binder fibers.
1,7 dtex aufweisen. Zudem weisen die Stapelfasern 7 des
Stapelfaservlieses 6 zweckmäßigerweise
eine Faserlänge von 10 bis 150 mm, vorzugsweise 30 bis
60 mm, bevorzugt 38 bis 51 mm auf.Furthermore, it is the staple fibers 7 of staple fiber fleece 6 preferably synthetic fibers, which are expediently made of plastic, in particular thermoplastic, preferably polypropylene (PP) and / or polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and a fiber thickness of preferably 1 to 10 dtex, in particular 1.3 to 3 dtex, preferably 1.7 have dtex. In addition, the staple fibers 7 of staple fiber fleece 6 expediently a fiber length of 10 to 150 mm, preferably 30 to 60 mm, preferably 38 to 51 mm.
Das
Flächengewicht des verwendeten Stapelfaservliesstoffes 6 beträgt
zweckmäßigerweise 10 bis 100 g/m2,
bevorzugt 15 bis 60 g/m2.The basis weight of the staple fiber nonwoven fabric used 6 is suitably 10 to 100 g / m 2 , preferably 15 to 60 g / m 2 .
Furthermore, the nonwoven facing layers 3 preferably a thickness of 0.1 to 1 mm, preferably 0.2 to 0.4 mm and the carrier layer 2 has a thickness of preferably 0.1 to 2 mm, preferably 0.2 to 0.5 mm.
Im
Rahmen der Erfindung liegt es dabei selbstverständlich
die beiden Vliesstoffdeckschichten 3 identisch oder unterschiedlich
bezüglich der oben genannten Eigenschaften auszuführen. In the context of the invention it is of course the two nonwoven fabric layers 3 identical or different with respect to the above-mentioned properties.
Die
beiden Vliesstoffe 4; 6 sind außerdem zweckmäßigerweise
an flächig, vorzugsweise gleichmäßig,
verteilten Verbindungsstellen bzw. -punkten 9 punktuell
miteinander verbunden (1, 2). Insbesondere
sind die Vliesstoffe 4; 6 an den Verbindungspunkten 9 miteinander
verschweißt oder heißverprägt. Das Verschweißen
erfolgt vorzugsweise mittels rotierender Ultraschallverschweißung,
worauf weiter unten näher eingegangen wird. The two nonwovens 4 ; 6 are also expediently on flat, preferably even, distributed connection points or points 9 selectively connected ( 1 . 2 ). In particular, the nonwovens are 4 ; 6 at the connection points 9 welded together or hot stamped. The welding is preferably carried out by means of rotary ultrasonic welding, which will be discussed in more detail below.
Insbesondere
weist das Laminat 1 mehrere sich in Längsrichtung
L erstreckende Längsreihen 26 an Verbindungspunkten 9 auf,
in denen die Verbindungspunkte 9 jeweils hintereinander
und gleichmäßig, also jeweils um den gleichen
Betrag, voneinander beabstandet angeordnet sind. Die einzelnen Längsreihen 26 wiederum
sind in Querrichtung Q voneinander, vorzugsweise gleichmäßig,
beabstandet angeordnet. Zudem sind zweckmäßigerweise
die Verbindungspunkte 9 zweier zueinander benachbarter
Längsreihen 26 in Längsrichtung L, vorzugsweise um
die Hälfte des Abstands zweier Verbindungspunkte 9 einer
Längsreihe 26 voneinander, zueinander versetzt.
Insbesondere entspricht der Abstand zweier zueinander in Längsrichtung
L benachbarter Verbindungspunkte 9 einer Längsreihe 26 dem
Abstand zweier zuein ander in Querrichtung Q benachbarter Verbindungspunkte 9,
so dass ein regelmäßiges Punktmuster bzw. Punktraster
gebildet wird.In particular, the laminate has 1 a plurality of longitudinal rows extending in the longitudinal direction L. 26 at connection points 9 on where the connection points 9 each one behind the other and evenly, that is, in each case by the same amount, spaced from each other. The individual longitudinal rows 26 again in the transverse direction Q from each other, preferably evenly spaced. In addition, the connection points are expediently 9 two adjacent longitudinal rows 26 in the longitudinal direction L, preferably by half the distance between two connection points 9 a longitudinal row 26 from each other, offset from each other. In particular, the distance between two mutually adjacent in the longitudinal direction L connecting points 9 a longitudinal row 26 the distance between two zuein other in the transverse direction Q adjacent connection points 9 so that a regular dot pattern or dot pattern is formed.
Vorzugsweise
9 bis 87 Gew.%, bevorzugt 17 bis 71 Gew.%.Preferably, the weight fraction of the carrier nonwoven fabric 4 based on the entire laminate 1 additionally 13 to 91% by weight, preferably 29 to 83% by weight, and the weight fraction of the staple fiber nonwoven fabric 6 corresponding to 9 to 87 wt.%, Preferably 17 to 71 wt.%.
Aufgrund
Due to the longitudinal orientation, the staple fiber nonwoven fabric 6 in the longitudinal direction L and in the perpendicular transverse direction Q different properties with respect to the elasticity, the deformability and the strength. In particular, the strength of the staple fiber nonwoven fabric 6 in the longitudinal direction L is significantly higher than the strength in the transverse direction Q. Preferably, the staple fiber nonwoven fabric 6 (in each case based on a test width of 5 cm) in the longitudinal direction L has a tensile strength of 10 to 100 N / 5 cm, preferably 15 to 65 N / 5 cm and an elongation at break of 2 to 50, preferably 4 to 20% and in the transverse direction Q a Tear strength of 1 to 20 N / 5 cm, preferably 2 to 8 N / 5 cm and an elongation at break of 8 to 80, preferably 10 to 50%.
also 2-dimensional ausgebildet.
This inhomogeneity of the staple fiber nonwoven fabric 6 is now used to create a pleasant, fluffy surface 14 of the laminate 1 to obtain ( 3 ). This is the laminate of the invention 1 in the transverse direction Q overstretched. The overstretching takes place by stretching the laminate 1 in the transverse direction Q with a force greater than the breaking strength of the staple fiber nonwoven fabric 6 in the transverse direction Q is. During overstretching, the staple fiber nonwoven tears 6 at the overstretched points due to its low transverse strength partially on and from the carrier nonwoven fabric 4 partially off, the staple fibers 7 are based on the carrier nonwoven fabric 4 outward, forming a fluffy, voluminous, three-dimensional, after curved outside, preferably convex, surface 14 ( 6 ). Before overstretching ( 1 ) are the two surfaces 14 of the laminate 1 only flat, so formed 2-dimensional. In particular, after overstretching, the previously substantially longitudinal staple fibers 7 Seen in longitudinal section now on a curved outward course. This results from the fact that the fibers 7 after overstretching by the contraction of the carrier nonwoven fabric 4 push together and up. The previously essentially 2-dimensionally oriented fibers 7 are now also directed into the third dimension, namely outward. In addition, the batt is not as dense as before overstretching. There are also some fibers 7 from the surface 14 outwards, leaving the surface 14 is frayed.
Insbesondere
Besides, the surface is 14 expediently hilly or seen in cross-section mountain and valley-like or wave-like, by only between the individual connection points 9 Three-dimensional and convex is arched. This is done by the pattern or grid-like arrangement and distribution of the connection points 9 achieved. In particular, between two adjacent longitudinal rows 26 seen in cross section in each case a wave 27 trained and the longitudinal rows 26 each form valleys 28 ( 6 ). The waves 27 thus extend in the longitudinal direction L and are arranged in the transverse direction Q spaced from each other.
Nach
einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung liegt das
erfindungsgemäße Laminat 1 zudem als
Bandware bzw. Bandmaterial 10 vor (2, 3).According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the laminate of the invention 1 also as a tape product or tape material 10 in front ( 2 . 3 ).

unterschiedlicher Flächendichte, also Anzahl pro Fläche,
an Verbindungspunkten 9 bzw. unterschiedlichem Flächenanteil

According to another aspect of the invention, the laminate 1 or the band product according to the invention 10 at least two in the transverse direction Q adjacent to each other strip-shaped and extending in the longitudinal direction L areas 11 ; 12 with different surface density, ie number per area, at connection points 9 or different area fraction (area of the connection points 9 in relation to the total area). This results in areas 11 with higher tensile strength and lower extensibility both in the longitudinal direction L and especially in the transverse direction Q and areas 12 with lower tensile strength and higher extensibility in the longitudinal direction L and in the transverse direction Q. The strength properties and the elasticity of the areas 11 ; 12 is therefore among other things about the area density or the area proportion of the connection points 9 controllable.

23 bis 27 Punkte/cm2.In particular, the areas indicate 11 with a higher proportion of connection points 9 in the longitudinal direction L a tensile strength (in each case based on a test width of 2.5 cm) of 15 to 70 N / 2.5 cm, preferably 25 to 35 N / 2.5 cm and an elongation at break of 2 to 15%, preferably 3 to 10% and in the transverse direction Q a tear strength of 5 to 35 N / mm 2 , preferably 7 to 15 N / 2.5 cm and an elongation at break of 10 to 50%, preferably 15 to 27%. The area fraction of the connection points 9 in the less elastic areas 11 is preferably 5 to 25%, preferably 8 to 15% and the number of connection points 9 is preferably 20 to 30 dots / cm 2 , preferably 23 to 27 dots / cm 2 .

8 bis 9 Punkte/cm2.The areas 12 with lower area density at connection points 9 preferably have in the longitudinal direction L a tensile strength of 10 to 60 N / 2.5 cm, preferably 15 to 30 N / 2.5 cm and an elongation at break of 1 to 5%, preferably 2 to 8% and in the transverse direction Q a tensile strength of 3 to 30 N / 2.5 cm, preferably 5 to 10 N / 2.5 cm and an elongation at break of 10 to 50%, preferably 13 to 25%. The area fraction of the connection points 9 in the more elastic areas 12 is preferably 1 to 15%, preferably 2 to 6% and the number of connection points 9 is preferably 7 to 11 points / cm 2 , preferably 8 to 9 points / cm 2 .

Furthermore, the band material 10 preferably a width, ie embedding in the transverse direction Q, of 50 to 1000 mm, preferably 100 to 200 mm, and the more elastic regions 12 suitably have a width of 10 to 100 mm, preferably 30 to 60 mm and the less elastic regions 11 suitably have a width of 0 to 100 mm, preferably 10 to 50 mm. Here are the elastic and less elastic areas 11 ; 12 a band material 10 all the same width or have a different width.
Alle
All the above for the band material 10 Incidentally, the values stated relate to the condition of the strip material 10 before overstretching.
Das
erfindungsgemäße Bandmaterial 10 ist aber
vorzugsweise ebenfalls in Querrichtung Q in oben beschriebener Weise überdehnt.
flauschige Oberfläche 14 gebildet wird (3).The strip material according to the invention 10 but is preferably also overstretched in the transverse direction Q in the manner described above. Due to the higher tear strength in the less elastic areas 11 becomes the band material 10 but only in the elastic areas 12 , so only partially or incrementally, so overstretched that the voluminous and fluffy surface 14 is formed ( 3 ).
vorzugsweise nur einer Vliesstoffdeckschicht 3.According to a further embodiment of the invention ( 4 ) has the band material 10 he inventive laminate 1 only in the more elastic areas 12 on. The less elastic areas 11 have only one other nonwoven fabric, in particular by a high number of connection points 9 solidified staple fiber nonwoven fabric 6 on. In particular, the band material 10 as a top and bottom layer each a staple fiber nonwoven fabric 6 on and only in the elastic areas 12 each extending in the longitudinal direction L, between the layers of staple fiber nonwoven fabric 6 arranged strips of the elastic carrier nonwoven fabric 4 or a strip of the laminate according to the invention 1 preferably with only one nonwoven facing layer 3 ,
Befestigungs- bzw. Verschlussbereich 21 auf. Die einzelnen
Bereiche 19; 20; 21 des Windelverschlusses 13 sind
in Richtung der Verschlusserstreckungsachse V benachbart zueinander
angeordnet. Zudem erstrecken sich die Bereiche 19; 20; 21 zweckmäßigerweise
streifenförmig und weisen eine Längserstreckung
senkrecht zur Verschlusserstreckungsachse V bzw. parallel zur Längsrichtung
L des Laminats 1 bzw. des Bandmaterials 10 auf.The laminate according to the invention 1 or the strip material 10 is particularly good for use as a material of diaper closures 13 of diapers 15 ( 5 ), especially baby diapers and adult incontinence diapers. Conventional unfolded, unfolded diapers 15 have in the direction of a diaper longitudinal axis W seen an abdominal area 16 , a leg area 17 and a back area 18 on. In the leg area 17 can be a diaper side edge 24 in each case one in the direction of the diaper longitudinal axis W towards arched, concave leg recess 25 exhibit ( 5 ) or run straight parallel to the diaper longitudinal axis W. End on the diaper side edge 24 at the back area 18 is also on both sides a diaper closure 13 intended. The diaper closure 13 extends in this case substantially perpendicular to the wind longitudinal axis W in the direction of a closure extension axis V of the diaper 15 path. The diaper closure 13 has in the direction of the shutter extension axis V first a connection area 19 , an adjoining elastic region 20 and an adjoining attachment or closure region 21 on. The individual areas 19 ; 20 ; 21 the diaper closure 13 are arranged in the direction of the shutter extension axis V adjacent to each other. In addition, the areas extend 19 ; 20 ; 21 expediently strip-shaped and have a longitudinal extent perpendicular to the shutter extension axis V and parallel to the longitudinal direction L of the laminate 1 or the strip material 10 on.
Der
Anbindungsbereich 19 ist zweckmäßigerweise
ein weniger elastischer Bereich 11 des Bandmaterials 10 mit
höherer Zugfestigkeit. Er dient zum Befestigen des Windelverschlusses 13 an
der Windel 15, z. B. mittels Ultraschallschweißen und/oder Heißverprägung
und/oder Verklebung. Dabei erstreckt sich die Verschlusserstreckungsachse
V in Querrichtung Q des Bandmaterials 10 bzw. des Laminats 1,
so dass der Windelverschluss 13 in Verschlusserstreckungsachse
V überdehnt ist.The connection area 19 is suitably a less elastic range 11 of the band material 10 with higher tensile strength. It serves to attach the diaper closure 13 at the diaper 15 , z. B. by means of ultrasonic welding and / or hot stamping and / or bonding. In this case, the shutter extension axis V extends in the transverse direction Q of the strip material 10 or the laminate 1 so that the diaper closure 13 is overstretched in closure extension axis V.
Der
Befestigungsbereich 21 entspricht ebenfalls einem weniger
elastischen Bereich 11 des Bandmaterials mit höherer
Zugfestigkeit. An dem Befestigungsbereich 21 sind endseitig
an sich bekannte Befestigungs- bzw. Verschlussmittel, insbesondere
dazwischen liegende, in Verschlusserstreckungsrichtung V elastische
The attachment area 21 also corresponds to a less elastic range 11 the band material with higher tensile strength. At the attachment area 21 are at the end known attachment or closure means, in particular a hook and loop fastener 22 , z. B. by means of ultrasonic welding and / or hot stamping and / or bonding attached. The Velcro closure 22 serves to close the diaper 15 in the folded, tightened state and acts in a conventional manner with one in the abdominal area 16 provided fluffy surface area 23 together. The intermediate, elastic in the extension direction V area 20 corresponds to one area 12 the band material with lower tensile strength and high elasticity and fluffy surface 14 , He serves to ensure that the diaper 15 to a change in the abdominal circumference of the baby z. B. by food intake or by digestion during sleep and thus ensures the tightness of the diaper 15 , Because when closing the diaper 15 and in the closed state is the diaper closure 13 in the transverse direction Q loaded on train and can both yield and be stretched further. In addition, the soft, fluffy surface provides 14 for a high wearing comfort. Because of the diaper closure 13 When the diaper is pulled closed, it lies on the side of the hip in the baby's body. Important for the diaper closure 13 So, that's the fluffy surface, at least on the side facing the baby's body 14 is available.
In the following, reference will now be made to a particularly preferred production method of the laminate according to the invention 1 in the form of the band material 10 received:
First of all, the staple fiber nonwoven, which is already available as a roll product or as a wide stock 6 continuously on a conveyor, in particular a conveyor belt or a drum that moves continuously in a, suitably horizontal, production or machine direction that corresponds to the longitudinal direction L moves filed. This is done z. B. by continuously withdrawing or unrolling the staple fiber nonwoven fabric 6 from a supply roll. Alternatively, the staple fiber nonwoven fabric 6 also be produced and stored directly on the conveyor according to known production methods (eg the carding process). Thereafter, on the staple fiber nonwoven fabric 6 the carrier nonwoven fabric 4 stored. This is done by preparing the carrier nonwoven fabric 4 by the meltblown process, wherein the carrier nonwoven fabric 4 is generated in line, ie directly on the submitted Stapelfaservliesstoffes 6 is filed.
Vorzugsweise
wird dann in analoger Weise, z. B. durch Abziehen bzw. Abrollen
Lage Stapelfaservliesstoff 6 abgelegt.Preferably, then in an analogous manner, for. B. by peeling or unwinding of a supply roll, on the carrier fabric produced in situ 4 another layer of staple fiber nonwoven fabric 6 stored.
drehenden Ambosswalze. Die Ambosswalze weist dazu je nach gewünschter
Flächendichte an Verbindungspunkten 9 die entsprechende
Anzahl an Prägenoppen auf. Insbesondere weist die Ambosswalze
in Querrichtung Q, also senkrecht zur Maschinenrichtung gesehen
Next, the two or more layers of the nonwoven fabrics 4 ; 6 continuously with each other by creating the connection points 9 connected. This is preferably done by ultrasonic welding known per se by means of an anvil roller rotating about a rotational axis oriented perpendicular to the machine direction. Depending on the desired surface density, the anvil roller points to connection points 9 the corresponding number of embossing nubs. In particular, in the transverse direction Q, ie perpendicular to the machine direction, the anvil roller has areas with different areal density on embossing nubs, around the elastic and less elastic areas 11 ; 12 to create. Instead of ultrasonic welding, the connection points 9 also be produced by hot stamping by means of a conventional heated embossing roll with embossing knobs using temperature and pressure. The ultrasonic welding is much faster, it can be applied at up to 500 m / min.
Danach
wird das erzeugte Bandmaterial 10 vorzugsweise auf die
gewünschte Breite und Länge, vorzugsweise ebenfalls
kontinuierlich, also inline, z. B. zu den jeweiligen Doppelnutzen
zugeschnitten. In einem nachfolgenden Arbeitsgang werden die zugeschnittenen
Doppelnutzen überdehnt und auf die gewünschten
Maße, z. B. für den Windelverschluss 13, zugeschnitten.Thereafter, the produced strip material 10 preferably to the desired width and length, preferably also continuously, ie inline, z. B. tailored to the respective double benefits. In a subsequent operation, the cut double benefits are overstretched and to the desired dimensions, eg. B. for the diaper closure 13 , tailored.
Zur
Herstellung des Bandmaterials 10, das lediglich in den
elastischeren Bereichen 12 das erfindungsgemäße
Laminat 1 aufweist, wird entweder der Trägervliesstoff 4 im
Schmelzblasverfahren oder das Laminat 1 wie oben beschrieben,
allerdings lediglich mit Bereichen gleicher Elastizität,
vorgefertigt. Die erzeugten Materialien werden anschließend
in sich in Längsrichtung L erstreckende bandförmige
Streifen geschnit ten, deren Breite, also Erstreckung in Querrichtung
For the production of the strip material 10 that only in the more elastic areas 12 the laminate of the invention 1 becomes either the carrier nonwoven fabric 4 in the meltblown process or the laminate 1 as described above, but only with areas of equal elasticity, prefabricated. The materials produced are then cut into strip-shaped strips extending in the longitudinal direction L, whose width, that is to say extent in the transverse direction Q, of the extension in the transverse direction Q of the more elastic regions 12 of the strip material to be produced 10 equivalent.
Länge, vorzugsweise ebenfalls kontinuierlich, also inline,
The strips are then placed in the transverse direction Q spaced apart from each other, the distances between the strips of the extension in the transverse direction Q of the less elastic portions 11 of the strip material to be produced 10 equivalent. Furthermore, the strips are applied to the entire width of the strip material to be produced 10 sandwiched, each with a nonwoven topcoat 3 underlaid and covered and then fed to the solidification by means of ultrasound or hot stamping. Thereafter, the produced strip material 10 As described above turn to the desired width and length, preferably also continuously, ie inline, z. B. tailored to the individual benefits and in a subsequent operation, the cut strip materials are overstretched and to the desired dimensions, eg. B. for the diaper closure 13 , tailored.
einen hohen Tragekomfort gewährleistet.at
the laminate according to the invention is advantageous
that by using the carrier nonwoven fabric for
the elastic carrier layer instead of the known elastic
Foils and its resulting purely textile nature
Breathable, so both permeable to air and water vapor

especially important when using the laminate for diaper closures.
In addition, the laminate according to the invention provides for overstretching
at least on one side a voluminous and haptic appealing

Diaper closure from the laminate according to the invention
ensures a high wearing comfort.
Vorteil
in Längsrichtung gute Festigkeitseigenschaften aufweist.
the use of the longitudinally oriented nonwoven fabric for
the nonwoven cover layer is in particular that this on the one hand
by its low transverse strength the emergence of the fluffy
Guaranteed surface and on the other hand
has good strength properties in the longitudinal direction.
This facilitates the production of the laminate since the longitudinal direction
a nonwoven fabric usually the production or
Machine direction corresponds and the laminate during the
Production is in the production direction on train.

as a staple fiber nonwoven fabric for one or both nonwoven topsheets

Zudem

variieren. The continuous and thus fully automated manufacturing method according to the first embodiment is particularly by generating the connection points by means of the Ultraschallver welding and the rotating anvil roll very efficient and productive, since it allows high machine speeds. Thus, the laminate or the strip material is inexpensive to produce. In addition, the number and dimensions of the more elastic and less elastic regions on the strip material and the respective surface density of the connection points can be easily varied by replacing the anvil roll or embossing roll.
