The person 4 would therefore have to put the luggage 5 on the ground 6 , which can be disadvantageous for various reasons such as darkness, dirty road and the like.
Der Öffnungsvorgang für die Heckklappe 3 erfolgt jetzt folgendermaßen:
Die Person 4 sendet ein Sprachsignal 7 in Form festgelegter Wörter wie zum Beispiel
"Heckklappe AUF". Das Sprachsignal 7 wird von einem ständig empfangsbereiten
Mikrofon 8 im Kraftfahrzeug 1 aufgenommen und einer ebenfalls ständig eingeschalteten
Auswertschaltung zugeführt. Sobald die Auswertschaltung ein definiertes Sprachsignal,
das in der Auswertschaltung gespeichert ist, erkennt, aktiviert sie eine Sende- und
Empfangseinheit 9, die daraufhin ein Funksignal aussendet. Das Funksignal wird von
einem Transponder 10 an der Person 4 empfangen und registriert. Der Transponder 10
kann zum Beispiel in einer am Körper getragenen Chipkarte, einem Fahrzeugschlüssel,
einem Armband, einer Armbanduhr oder dergleichen enthalten sein. In dem Transponder
10 ist auch ein dem Kraftfahrzeug 1 zugeordnetes Kennsignal mit einem
Berechtigungscode für dieses Fahrzeug gespeichert. Nach Empfang des Funksignals
sendet der Transponder 10 ein Funksignal mit dem Berechtigungscode zu dem
Fahrzeug 1 zurück. Dieses Funksignal wird durch die Sende- und Empfangseinheit 9
empfangen und daraufhin geprüft, ob der in dem Funksignal enthaltene Code mit dem in
dem Fahrzeug gespeicherten Code übereinstimmt und somit eine Nutzungsberechtigung
für dieses Fahrzeug vorliegt. Bei Übereinstimmung des in dem Kraftfahrzeug 1
gespeicherten Codes und des von dem Transponder 10 gesendeten Codes wird eine
Schaltspannung erzeugt, die die Heckklappe 3 und/oder ggf. die Türen 2 oder eine Tür
öffnet. Die Heckklappe 3 wird dabei vorzugsweise nicht nur entriegelt, sondern auch in
die geöffnete Stellung geschwenkt. Vorteilhaft dabei ist, daß die Chipkarte oder sonstige
Einheit mit dem Transponder 10 nicht vom Körper der Person getrennt, also nicht zum
Beispiel aus einer Tasche herausgenommen und genau ausgerichtet werden muß. Der
Transponder 10 ist ständig in der Lage, das Funksignal von der Sende- und
Empfangseinheit 9 zu empfangen und das Funksignal mit dem in dem Transponder
gespeicherten Code zu der Sende- und Empfangseinheit 9 zurückzusenden.The opening process for the tailgate 3 now takes place as follows:

After receiving the radio signal, the transponder 10 sends a radio signal with the authorization code back to the vehicle 1 . This radio signal is received by the transmitting and receiving unit 9 and thereupon checked whether the code contained in the radio signal matches the code stored in the vehicle and thus there is a usage authorization for this vehicle. If the code stored in the motor vehicle 1 and the code sent by the transponder 10 match, a switching voltage is generated which opens the tailgate 3 and / or possibly the doors 2 or a door. The tailgate 3 is preferably not only unlocked, but also pivoted into the open position. It is advantageous here that the chip card or other unit with the transponder 10 is not separated from the body of the person, that is, for example, does not have to be removed from a pocket and aligned precisely. Die Antenne 11 empfängt danach das Funksignal mit dem Berechtigungscode von dem Transponder 10, das zu einer Auswertschaltung A3 gelangt. In der Auswertschaltung A3 wird der in dem empfangenen Funksignal enthaltene Code mit dem in dem Kraftfahrzeug 1 gespeicherten, und dem Kraftfahrzeug 1 zugeordneten Code verglichen. Wenn diese beiden Codes übereinstimmen, also eine Nutzungsberechtigung der Person 4 für das Kraftfahrzeug 1 erkannt wird, erzeugt die Auswertschaltung A3 eine Schaltspannung 12, die das Öffnen der Heckklappe 3 oder anderer Zugangseinrichtungen der beschriebenen Art auslöst. Die Sende- und Empfangsantenne 11 und die Auswertschaltungen A2 und A3 stellen also sinngemäß die in den Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellte Sende- und Empfangseinheit 9 dar. The transmitting and receiving antenna 11 and the evaluation circuits A2 and A3 thus represent the transmitting and receiving unit 9 shown in FIGS . 1 and 2.
Fig. 4 zeigt in vereinfachter Form den Heckbereich des Kraftfahrzeugs 1 mit der Heckklappe 3 und unterschiedlichen Anbringungsmöglichkeiten für das Mikrofon 8 und die Sende- und Empfangsantenne 11. Zwei Mikrofone 8a und 8b sind in dem Kraftfahrzeugemblem 13 angeordnet. Alternativ oder zusätzlich sind zwei Mikrofone 8c und 8d in den Rückleuchten 14 und 15 integriert. Die Anordnung mehrerer Mikrofone an verschiedenen Stellen des Kraftfahrzeugs 1 und mit unterschiedlichen Ausrichtungen ist vorteilhaft, damit das Sprachsignal der sich nähernden Person möglichst unabhängig von der Richtung erkennen kann, aus der sich die Person dem Kraftfahrzeug nähert. Als Sende- und Empfangsantenne 11 kann ggf. die übliche Dachantenne 16 im Heckbereich des Kraftfahrzeugs 1 dienen.
