Es soll insbesondere darauf hingewiesen werden, daß die Erfindung auch derart realisiert werden kann, daß im Pfannenknochen auf eine Pfanne gänzlich verzichtet und der Knochen selbst als Widerlager verwendet wird. In diesem Fall ist es zweckmäßig, zwischen der Einlage und dem Knochen eine elastische Zwischenlage anzubringen, die nach Art eines in Fig. 4 ge zeigten Adapters ausgebildet und vorzugsweise aus das Anwachsen der Einlage an den Kno chen fördernden Material hergestellt ist. Fig. 5 zeigt eine solche weitere Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Gelenkvorrichtung, wobei in dem Pfannenknochen 30 kein künstliches Widerlager 12 mit einer Titanschicht eingebracht ist, wie es bei den in Fig. 1 bis 4 gezeigten Ausführungsformen der Fall ist.It should be pointed out in particular that the invention can also be implemented in such a way that a pan is completely dispensed with in the acetabular bone and the bone itself is used as an abutment. Ob wohl der Einsatz der künstlichen Gelenkvorrichtung im menschlichen und tierischen Körper bevorzugt ist, ist es prinzipiell auch denkbar, die künstliche Gelenkvorrichtung gemäß der Erfindung und das beschriebene erfindungsgemäße Prinzip zur Schmierung auch bei mecha nischen Gelenken und Scharnieren, die nicht in einem biologischen Körper eingesetzt werden, einzusetzen.
