Abstract
一种快插自锁射频同轴连接器,在芯体(8)内设有一个两端直径大而中间直径小的簧圈(7),滑块(4)两侧的斜面与簧片(5)上的翼片(10)接触配合。簧片上的翼片均向外倾斜。簧圈上设有开口。与滑块连为一体的圆环,位于外壳(6)内沿与芯体之间,滑块的内圆面与芯体的外壁相吻合。阴连接器在插入时由阴连接器的簧片卡住凹环而实现自锁;拔出时只需将壳体轴向推进,滑块的斜面挤压翼片而使簧片向两侧张开,即可拔出阴连接器。这种结构可使整个连接器具有良好的接触性能,并可减小外导体的接触电阻,连接十分可靠。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种快插自锁射频同轴连接器。
背景技术
射频同轴连接器在现代通信设施中应用相当广泛,它可以有效地将通信设施互相连接而传输通信信号。然而,它的结构、性能的优劣直接会影响到信号传输的质量。为了解决这些问题,本申请人曾申请了200520078787.x号专利,但在不断的实验、研究及使用中发现,该专利由于其自身结构的设计,外导体的连接仅靠阳连接器中的簧片卡入阴连接器中的壳体来满足,这一结构既要实现快插自锁功能,又要满足连接接触的可靠性,所以导致了外导体的接触电阻数值偏大且不太稳定,从而直接影响到连接器的电气性能。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题就是为克服现有技术中存在的不足,而提供一种既要实现快插自锁功能,又要满足连接接触电性能的快插自锁射频同轴连接器。
实现上述目的的技术解决方案在于:
在芯体内设有一个两端直径大而中间直径小的簧圈,滑块两侧的斜面与簧片上的翼片接触配合。
其进一步技术改进是:
簧片上的翼片均向外倾斜,簧圈上设有开口。与滑块连为一体的圆环位于外壳内沿与芯体之间,滑块的内圆面与芯体的外壁相吻合。

具体实施方式
如图1-图5所示,本射频同轴连接器是由阴连接器和阳连接器配合组成。其中,阳连接器壳体6内的芯体8两侧设有通槽9(参见图5),一个带有开口的环形簧圈7位于芯体8的内腔,在芯体8外壁与壳体6之间还具有与一圆环垂直相接的滑块4(参见图4),这个滑块4的两侧均为斜面,这两个斜面与位于芯体8通槽9内的U型簧片(参见图3)5前端的两个翼片10接触配合(参见图6)。所说的簧圈7为两端口直径较大,而两端口之间中心位置直径最小的结构,在簧圈7的一侧还设有开口(参见图2)。
如图7所示,在阴连接器的外壳1插入阳连接器的过程中,外壳1外壁与簧圈7的最小直径处紧密接触,簧圈7的弧形曲面在弹性作用下对外壳1的外壁形成挤压状态,所以它们具有良好的接触性能,并能减少外导体的接触电阻。当阴连接器插入时,外壳1上的凹环正好卡在位于阳连接器芯体8上的簧片5处而实现自锁,使阴连接器不能从阳连接器中拔出,可靠性非常强。若要拔出阴连接器时,由于滑块4与簧片5上翼片10的作用,只要稍用力将壳体6上端轴向推进,此时滑块4上的两个斜面即挤压翼片10,使簧片5向两侧张开并脱离阴连接器外壳1上的凹环,即可将阴连接器轻易地从阳连接器中拔出。
Claims (4)
1、一种快插自锁射频同轴连接器,一个带翼片(10)的U型簧片(5)卡接在芯体(8)的通槽(9)处,其特征是芯体(8)内设有一个两端直径大而中间直径小的簧圈(7),滑块(4)两侧的斜面与簧片(5)上的翼片(10)接触配合。
2、如权利要求1所述的快插自锁射频同轴连接器,其特征是簧片(5)上的翼片(10)均向外倾斜。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的快插自锁射频同轴连接器,其特征是簧圈(7)上设有开口。
4、如权利要求1所述的快插自锁射频同轴连接器,其特征是与滑块(4)连为一体的圆环位于外壳(6)内沿与芯体(8)之间,滑块(4)的内圆面与芯体(8)的外壁相吻合。
