由于以上的尿布面和尿布具有开口，排泄物通过所述开口落入在所述上层和位于所述上层和位于所述上层下面的另一上层之间形成的袋里，并保存在其中。因此，由于使用者的皮肤被散布在最上一层的排泄物沾污而经常发生皮肤病的现象就能够可靠地加以防止，且使用者使用时的不舒适感觉也可减轻。

参看图1和图2。图中尿布10包括一由可渗水的第一上层11，一不透水的底层12，一夹在它们中间的吸水芯子13，和一耐湿的第二上层14组成的整块层叠片15。第二上层的中间有一开口16，其纵向比横向长，且在纵向两端分别有一如图所示的圆弧。开口16至少可形成于人体两腿分叉处内。
假定开口16被一假设的纵向中心线一分为二，开口16的左半边和右半边在沿着和邻近它们的边缘处具有纵向可伸长的第一和第二弹性件17和18，它们是分别使用热融性的粘结剂（未画出）粘上去的，其中，第一和第二弹性件17和18各包括若干弹性线状物，且在开口16纵向相对两端的附近，第一弹性件17的纵向相对端17a与第二弹性件18的有关端相交（见图2和图4）。在这种方式里，不仅开口16的全部周边在这些弹性件17和18的作用下能被均匀地收紧从而形成收口，而且当第二上层14从邻近它们的相交端处撕开时这些弹性件17和18的相交端能很容易地互相分离，因为弹性件17和18不是封闭的环状弹性件，而只是在它们的纵向相对端互相相交。更准确地说，第一弹性件17的纵向相对端利用所述的粘结剂被粘结在第二弹性件的相应端上，从而各相应端互相相交，或者互相交排接触延伸。然而，通常将这种形式的尿布的不同部分粘结在一起的热融性粘结剂其粘结力并不是很强的，（即使它们被涂在这些部分上并被固化也是如此），因此不能抵挡住人们把它们分开的力量。
虽然没有画出，但第一弹性件17的纵向相对端可与第二弹性件18的相应端以互相接触或略有间隔的方式平行地延伸，例如小于10毫米的间隔，只要开口16的全部周边能弹性地收紧以形成基本均匀的收口就可以。虽然没有明显画出，但在本实用新型的范围内也可以在开口16的横向相对边的中点处将第一和第二弹性件的各相应端以彼此相交，彼此互相接触的方式或互相略微间隔延伸的方式平行地延伸。
在从吸水芯子13的两侧向外延伸的第一上层11的横向相对边和底层12的横向相对边之间，用热融性粘结剂（未画出）分别固定着由多根在伸长状态下的橡筋组成的若干弹性件19，从而使尿片可纵向伸长并紧紧地环绕在使用者的腿上。同样地，在第一上层11的纵向相对端和底层12的相应端之间分别安装着由诸橡皮筋组成的若干弹性件24，从而使尿片可横向伸长并紧紧地环绕在使用者的腰部上。
第一上层11可以由无纺织物、能渗透（多孔）的塑料薄片或类似的材料制成，底层12可以由塑料薄片、这种塑料薄片和无纺织物的叠层或类似的材料制成，吸水芯子13可由松软的短纤浆和吸水能力强的聚合物粉末的混合物、或类似的材料制成。第二上层14最好用防水的和透气性能好的无纺织物制成。应该明白，在本实用新型的描述里，所谓“耐湿”材料是指那种具有足够的防水能力、以防止液体排泄物容易地渗透通过系在使用者身上的尿布的材料。
参看图1，尿布10有两对分别从腰部线横向相对两侧向外延伸的翼式片状物20，固定在各后侧翼式片状物20的胶带式系固物21的自由端可以粘性地固定在底层12上，从而将尿布10垂直兜在使用者身上。
下面通过图4和图5来描述在第二上层14上形成开口16和在开口16上安装第一和第二弹性件17和18的方法，这些图举例性地描述了第一种方法，图6和图7则举例性地描述了第二种方法。
参看图4，以预定的伸长率伸长的、且是连续的第一和第二弹性件17和18通过一对横向移动装置（未画出）被安装在第二上层14中心区域的后侧，同时，用热融性粘结剂将它们粘结住，以使两弹性件在邻近各尿布纵向相对端的区域里互相周期性地相交叉。一安装在各尿布的第二上层14上的、并足以覆盖第一和第二弹性件17和18的、用耐湿无纺织物制成的狭长条22利用热融性粘结剂粘结在第二上层14上。然后，如图5所示，第二上层14和无纺织物制的狭长条22沿着比第一和第二弹性件17和18形成的一弹性环形线23略向里面一些延伸的一条线被部分地割掉，从而形成与所述的弹性环形线23形成的形状相似的开口16。
现在参看图6，以预定的伸长率伸长的、且是连续的第一和第二弹性件17和18通过一对横向移动装置（未画出）被安装在第二上层中心区域的后侧，同时用热融性粘结剂将它们粘住，以使两弹性件在各尿布纵向相对端的区域附近互相周期性相交。然后，第二上层14沿着比第一和第二弹性件17和18形成的一弹性环形线24略向里面一些延伸的一条线被部分地去掉，从而形成一与所述的弹性环形线23形成的形状相似的开口16。此后，如图7所示，从弹性环形线24向内延伸的周边15被反折并通过热融性粘合剂被粘结在第二上层14上以覆盖弹性环形线24，由此形成所希望的开口16。为了保证开口16纵向相对的圆弧状端在周边反折时能反折得光滑平整，在弧形端处提供均匀间隔的V型缺口26。
参看图4到图7。图中符号L表示一虚线，沿着虚线可剪切第二上层14，从而得到一张张尿布。这种剪切操作是将连续的层叠片剪切成单张尿布的操作过程，它是在连续的层叠片被制成如图2所示的层叠片15后进行的。应该明白，在相邻弹性环形线23（24）之间延伸的第一和第二弹性件17和18的那一段上可以使用也可以不使用粘结剂，如果不使用粘结剂，弹性件17和18的这一段在所述剪切时会适当地缩回。
在开口16相对和邻近第一和第二弹性件17和18各相交点的地方有一供撕开用的导向V形缺口28。导向缺口28最好在开口16各纵向相对端上，但也可以在任一端上。虽然这种导向缺口28对于方便地撕开第二上层14是非常有效的，但当第二上层14是由无纺织物制成时，最好使它的纤维取向与导向缺口的方向一致，亦即取图示的实施例中的尿布的纵方向，这样撕开第二上层就更加容易。
这里的所谓用胶带式系固物裹在腰际的开放型尿布是作为一个特殊实施例来介绍的，本实用新型也可以用具有连续腰部线的所谓衬裤型尿布（包括运动衬裤）。
液体排泄物通过开口16，然后通过第一上层11进入芯子13并被吸收，而固体排泄物落入第一上层11和第二上层14之间形成的袋里。如果必需的话，可在第二上层14导向缺口28处撕开，使第一上层11露出足够程度后，将里面的固体排泄物刮掉。
根据本实用新型，第一和第二弹性件基本上是沿着各开口的各半边独立地安装在第二上层上，这样，开口的全部周边因为这些第一和第二弹性件的存在而具有弹性。然而，如上所述，这些第一和第二弹性件互相不是连续的，只是在它们纵向相对端上互相相交、接触或紧密地接近。这样的安排，允许第一和第二弹性件的纵向相对端在第二上层从邻近该端的区域撕开时容易互相分离，从而使得位于第二上层下面的第一上层能够露出，从而能将粘在第一上层上的固体排泄物刮掉。
上述撕开第二上层的操作通过提供导向缺口是很容易进行的，这种缺口进入开口的边缘部位，而这个部位邻近第一和第二弹性件纵向相对端互相相交、接触或十分接近的位置，如果使用作第二上层的制作材料的无纺织物的大部分纤维的取向与导向缺口被撕开的方向相同，则撕开就更加容易。

Claims (8)

1、一种一次性尿布，包括一由一可渗水的第一上层、一不透水的底层、一夹在所述第一上层和所述底层之间的吸水芯子、和一耐湿的位于所述第一上层上的第二上层组成的整块层叠片，其中，所述第二上层中心处有一开口，开口在第二上层纵向上的长度大于横向上的长度；所述第二上层沿着它的外周边被粘结在所述第一上层上；而且弹性件沿着所述开口的周边纵向地安装在所述第二上层上，其特征在于：所述弹性件包括互相不连续的第一和第二弹性件，且所述开口的全部周边是通过第一和第二弹性件分别沿着所述周边的一半安装而形成弹性的。
2、如权利要求1所述的一次性尿布，其特征在于，所述第一和第二弹性件的纵向相对端在所述开口的纵向相对端处互相相交。
3、如权利要求1所述的一次性尿布，其特征在于，所述第一和第二弹性件的纵向相对端在所述开口的纵向相对端处互相接触。
4、如权利要求1所述的一次性尿布，其特征在于，所述第一和第二弹性件的纵向相对端在所述开口的纵向相对端处互相紧密的接近。
5、如权利要求1所述的一次性尿布，其特征在于，所述第一和第二弹性件被所述开口的周边所复盖。
6、如权利要求1所述的一次性尿布，其特征在于，所述第一和第二弹性件至少各使用一条橡皮筋。
7、如权利要求1所述的一次性尿布，其特征在于，所述开口的边缘部分具有供撕开用的导向缺口，在邻近该边缘部分处，至少安装着所述第一和第二弹性件的纵向相对端的各一端。
8、如权利要求7所述的一次性尿布，其特征在于，所述第二上层是由无纺织物制成的，它的大多数纤维取向与供撕开用的导向缺口被撕开时的方向相同。
