Description

本实用新型涉及诸如用来吸收并从而止住月经排液的卫生带之类的体液吸收物件的改进。
已有技术的诸如卫生带之类的体液吸收物件一般包括一由一顶面层和一吸收心层组成的表面结构，吸收心层的顶表面被顶面层所覆盖。顶面层由热塑薄膜模制而成，它有相互隔开的沿顶面层纵向、横向和对角方向的许多液体通道，每个液体通道在上下两端都开口。这种表面结构基本可分成以下三种类型。
第一种类型的一个例子提示于日本专利申请公布No.1982－17081中。在这个专利申请中，构成一表面结构的顶面层由热塑薄膜模制而成并使许多向下渐缩的液体通道及其下端开口在与一吸收心层的顶表面接触时是关闭着的。但这种结构中，如果每个液体通道向下缩小直到使其下端开口接近一临界径向尺寸（超出这个临界尺寸之外则一些已由吸收心层吸收的体液的会部分地再流回液体通道的下端开口），假定体液是含有这种血块的月经排液，则液体通道的下端开口可能被血块堵住，其他的排液就不能通畅地传送到吸收心层里。如果液体通道的下端开口尺寸可避免这些问题，则使用者可清楚地看见吸收心层吸收的那些月经排液形成的鲜明的阴影，而使用者在处理这些用过的卫生带时会感到不好意思。如果顶面层用诸如聚乙烯薄膜之类的透明塑料薄膜制成，则使用者可以清楚地看到由吸收心层吸收的那些月经排液透过构成各液体通道上端开口的肋片所形成的比较明亮的阴影。

由于在顶面层的顶表面不存在会阻止月经排液顺利地流入各液体通道的上端开口内的障碍，因此本实用新型的物件使月经排液能够顺利地导入液体通道。横过每个液体通道下端开口而延伸的纤维可有效地减轻或减弱已吸入吸收心层的那些月经排液透过液体通道的下端开口而被使用者看到的阴影，同时可抑制已吸入吸收心层的那些月经排液留回到顶面层顶表面的可能性。当横穿过每个液体通道下端开口而延伸的纤维数目增加时，这种作用可成比例地增强。
由于纤维横穿过各液体通道的下端开口而且由这些纤维构成的每个开口直径小于每个液体通道的直径，这些纤维不会阻碍月经排液从顶面层顶表面迅速传送到液体通道并从而到吸收心层。

顶面层4可由诸如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、EVA、尼龙、苯乙烯或它们的一种混和物之类的热塑材料制成。在热塑材料中可加1％至10％重量百分比的诸如氧化钛或碳化钙之类的填充剂以降低其透光性能，从而获得15至40克／米2的单位面积上的重量。如果需要，顶面层4可覆有适当的表面活化剂，或者这种表面活化剂可混入顶面层4的原始材料中。
从图5中清楚可见网状层3由许多纤维6组成。网状层3可用任何熟知的方法获得，比如用一种方式，它包括下列步骤：提供具有许多裂缝或点状凸起部的热塑薄膜，然后再通过沿长度和宽度方向拉伸薄膜而将薄膜分裂成许多纤维6，加热或不加热都可以。或者，也可通过将热塑树脂和合适的发泡剂相混合然后在所述发泡剂作用下将其分裂或成许多纤维6而热塑树脂挤压模制成薄膜，从而获得网状层。由纤维6构成的每个开口的直径必须小于每个液体通道5的下端开口的直径D2，最好小于直径D2的1／3。纤维6还可进一步分裂或分割成更细的纤维。与那些各根纤维复杂地纠缠、交错、粘结或焊接在一起而产生较高单位面积上的重量的诸如不编织纤维之类的纤维板不同，网状层3最好由纤维6组成，其中纤维6安排成其间基本不保留液体。虽然网状层3的纤维6如图所示是不规则结构的，纤维也可布置成规则形状。如果需要，网状层3可用常规表面活化剂处理以提高诸如月经排液之类的体液的穿透能力。
虽然网状层3可用与顶面层4具有相同效果的材料制成，它最好有3至20克／米2的单位面积的重量和0.05至0.15毫米的视在厚度。应当明白很难从纤维板制作出超薄网状层。
此网状层3置于顶面层4之下并与各液体通道5的下端紧密接触，而且，如果需要的话，可通过粘结剂或焊接手段将所述下端与网状层3部分地粘成一体。在这种方式中，从图3B和图5中可看得很清楚，多个纤维6横向延伸过每个液体通道5的下端开口以将此开口分成多个开口。如果，流入液体通道5的月经排液随后通过这些分割的开口而传入吸收心层1。
吸收心层1和底层2可用已有技术的卫生带中用来制作这些部件的传统材料来制作。比如，吸收心层1可用混有超强吸收聚合物粉末的蓬松浆制成，而且如果需要，可至少在其顶表面和底表面上覆盖诸如棉纸之类的可透液层，而底板2可用塑料薄膜、这种塑料薄膜和不编织纤维的叠层、或防水的不编织纤维制成。
如上所述，本实用新型的物件优于本技术领域中传统物件之处在于，传统物件中，已被吸收心层吸收的月经排液会通过液体通道而使使用者看到阴影，因此本实用新型消除了从前会给使用者带来的不自在的感觉，而且能很好地阻止已被吸收心层吸收的那些月经排液流回到顶面层的顶表面，从而消除了使用者带来的湿润的感觉。本实用新型只由独特的液体通道设计就能容易地完成这种效果，而这在已有技术中是很难解决的。本实用新型的物件使用月经排液中的血块（如果有的话）能流入液体通道，只要这些血块小于液体通道的上端开口，因为液体通道的上端开口未覆盖有其他材料。

Claims (6)

1、一种体液吸收物件，包括一具有相互隔开的纵向、横向和对角方向的液体通道的顶面层，每个这些液体通道沿顶面层厚度方向延伸穿过顶面层的并在其上下两端都开口，还包括一吸收心层，吸收心层至少其顶表面覆盖有顶面层，其特征在于，一由构成小于各液体通道下端开口网眼的纤维组成的网状层插置于所述吸收心层的顶表面和所述顶面层的底表面之间而与所述液体通道的下端紧密接触，以使所述纤维横过各液体通道的下端开口而延伸并从而将各下端开口分成许多开口。
2、如权利要求1所述的物件，其特征在于，所述的网状层由分裂成所述纤维的疏水性塑料薄膜制成。
3、如权利要求1所述的物件，其特征在于，所述液体通道的下端成一体地粘结至所述网状层的顶表面。
4、如权利要求1所述的物件，其特征在于，所述的网状层是疏水性的。
5、如权利要求1所述的物件，其特征在于，所述液体通道的所述壁被部分切除。
6、如上述任一权利要求所述的物件，其特征在于，所述顶面层用疏水性薄膜制成。
