Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种LED柔性悬挂显示屏,包括若干个离散的LED模块和柔性网,所述的LED模块以矩阵形式排列固定在所述柔性网上,相邻的LED模块横向、纵向均为等距离。本实用新型相对于原先的固定刚性箱体结构更具通透性,可抵抗大风侵袭。LED模块的离散结构便于将其固定在网上,固定速度快,个别模块在使用时如果损坏很容易就能够维修更换,用其制作的显示屏成本较低制作速度快。本实用新型尤其适用于节假日庆典、商业促销等临时性场所的动态显示。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及发光二级管(LED)显示屏,尤其涉及一种柔性可卷折网状便于悬挂的LED显示屏。
背景技术
目前发光二级管LED已广泛地应用于照明和显示领域,应用于显示领域即利用LED矩阵模块制作出各种显示屏,这些显示屏可以显示播放出各种动态变换的文字、图案、动画及图像,有效地传播各种各样的信息。
目前的LED显示屏多为刚性固定结构,制作时通常先制作出一个刚性固定箱体,再将LED矩阵电路板及控制电路固定在箱本里。LED矩阵电路板通常采用刚性材料制作,这样制作出的显示屏只能固定于某一地点,体积庞大,重量很大不便于运输,更不可能卷折,现场安装调试时间长,需要专业人员进行操作,刚性显示屏制作安装成本非常高,只局限于某一固定地方使用。对于需要短时显示播放的场所普通刚性显示屏显然非常不合适。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术的缺点,本实用新型的目的是提供一种轻型、可卷折、通透防风、快速安装及拆卸、体积小易于运输、造价低廉、便于悬挂的LED柔性网状LED显示屏。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案为:一种LED柔性悬挂显示屏,包括若干个离散的LED模块和柔性网,所述的LED模块以矩阵形式排列固定在所述柔性网上,相邻的LED模块在横向、纵向上均为等距离。LED离散模块排列在网上的整体图形可以是矩形,也可以是其它异形。LED模块可以是RGB三色模 块也可以是单色模块。
所述LED模块包括控制芯片以及与该控制芯片连接的复数个LED发光体。
LED柔性悬挂显示屏进一步包括程序控制器和外接电源,该外接电源分别与程序控制器、LED模块连接,程序控制器与LED模块连接。
所述柔性网的材料为阻燃塑胶。
相比较于现有技术的刚性固定箱体,本实用新型将离散的LED模块固定在重量轻的柔性塑胶网上,这样的制作预先在工厂里已制作完毕,不需要在使用现场临时加工。该网由阻燃塑胶制成,重量很轻且可卷折成一团,便于运输及贮藏。网状结构展开后上面固定的模块不变形,现场安装时只需将网状物悬挂于建筑物外表即可,普通非专业人员就可进行操作,这就大大拓展了显示屏使用范围,特别适合临时性的户外广告及户外灯光装饰场所。网状结构相对于原先的固定刚性箱体结构更具通透性,可抵抗大风侵袭。LED模块的离散结构便于将其固定在网上,固定速度快,个别模块在使用时如果损坏很容易就能够维修更换,用其制作的屏成本较低。本实用新型尤其适用于节假日庆典、商业促销等临时性场所的动态显示。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本实施例的柔性LED显示屏包含有LED离散矩阵模块1、柔性塑胶网2、绑扎固定件3、联接电线(电源线及控制线)4、外接电源5、程序控制器6。
LED离散矩阵模块1按照一定形状(矩形或其它异形)以矩阵排列被绑扎固定件3固定在柔性塑胶网2上,每个相邻的LED离散模块纵向横向均等距离。由众多LED离散模块1组合而成的显示屏,既可以为矩形屏也可以其它形状的 异形屏;LED离散模块1是由塑胶壳、二级管发光组、控制芯片、电熔电阻、胶体注塑而成的混合体。
绑扎固定在柔性塑胶网上的众多LED离散模块1通过多条联接电线4(电源线及控制线)形成电性联接,其中电源电线提供发光所需电能,而控制电线则提供LED模块变化信号。
柔性塑胶网2由阻燃塑胶制成,防火不导电安全性能高,它既具有一定的柔软性又具有一定的韧性与强度,而且重量很轻,也就是说在运输和贮藏时可以卷折起来缩小体积,使用时又可以方便的展开以显示LED模块组成的矩阵图案,网的强度高韧性好保证了其不易撕裂变形。
使用时将LED矩阵模块同时接通电源和程序控制器,绑扎固定在柔性网上的矩阵模块就会根据程序控制器6发出的各种不同信号显示各种不同的变化图案。
LED离散矩阵模块是一个一个单独分散地固定在网上,这就使得LED模块与柔性塑胶网组成的混合体能够卷折成一团,从而使其在运输、贮藏时体积更小,使用时只要将网展开悬挂起来即可。
本显示屏的特殊结构使得其很容易实现在工厂集中快速制作(绑扎固定接线),现场轻松悬挂使用及拆卸,运输过程方便且不易损坏。
尽管本实用新型是参照具体实施例本描述,但这种描述并不意味着对本实用新型构成限制。参照本实用新型的描述,所公开的实施例的其他变化,对于本领域技术人员都是可以预料的。因此,这样的变化不应脱离所属权利要求所限定的范围及精神。
Claims (4)
1.一种LED柔性悬挂显示屏,包括若干个离散的LED模块和柔性网,其特征在于,所述的LED模块以矩阵形式排列固定在所述柔性网上,相邻的LED模块在横向、纵向上均为等距离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED柔性悬挂显示屏,其特征在于,所述LED模块包括控制芯片以及与该控制芯片连接的复数个LED发光体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED柔性悬挂显示屏,其特征在于,它还进一步包括程序控制器和外接电源,该外接电源分别与程序控制器、LED模块连接,程序控制器与LED模块连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的LED柔性悬挂显示屏,其特征在于,所述柔性网的材料为阻燃塑胶。
