本实用新型涉及一种不择纸的全自动碎纸机,包括碎纸机芯、自动走纸装置和弹性压纸及抵止装置,自动走纸装置包括驱动机构、托纸盒、搓纸机构和压纸盒,驱动机构固定在碎纸机芯上并与搓纸机构连接用于驱动搓纸机构,托纸盒包括第一区和第二区,搓纸机构位于第一区和第二区之间固定于托纸盒,其搓纸方向朝向第二区,弹性压纸及抵止装置固定在压纸盒内,并延伸至第一区,压纸盒一端轴接托纸盒,另一端可拆卸连接托纸盒,托纸盒固定在碎纸机芯上,第二区设置有位于碎纸刀片组上方的进纸口,对应于弹性压纸及抵止装置,还可以包括位于第一区中的磁体,本实用新型具超大碎纸量,操作简单方便、设计巧妙、结构简约、成本经济。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及碎纸机技术领域,特别涉及全自动碎纸机技术领域,具体是指一种不择纸的全自动碎纸机。
背景技术
现在公知的自动碎纸机自动馈纸装置的原理与打印机的搓纸盒相同。即将整洁整齐的白纸放于盛纸盒后,搓纸机构利用齿轮或凸轮,拨杆或皮带轮等类似装置,将成叠纸的最上层或最底层的纸张的端部搓到碎纸机的刀口上,这样周而复始的将多数纸张碎完为止。如图1a和图1b所示,是将托纸板11倾斜固定于切割刀片12上方,利用齿轮或凸轮,拨杆或皮带轮等类似传动装置使搓纸轮13搓动纸张,使纸张端部14向前运动,间次进入切割刀片12而被销毁。其中搓纸轮13为光滑皮带或有齿橡胶轮,并可位于托纸板11上方或下方。
也有公知的内建式自动馈纸机构,是用极复杂的对开门,重力压纸装置及盛纸盒结构,在成叠纸张的底部平行于碎纸刀轴的上两侧设置两组滚轮,利用两组滚轮平行且相同速度,相对旋向将纸张搓对折后挤入刀轴组碎掉。如图2所示,两组搓纸轮15位于切割刀片16中轴正上方,盛纸盒的上部有上搓纸轮17及压纸板18组成的对开门重力调节机构,馈纸运动必须确保搓纸速度与碎纸速度两者的平衡设计精确。两组搓纸轮15的外径大小,表面粗糙程度和运动速度需绝对相等;同时两组上搓纸轮17及压纸板18的重力大小也必需相同,纸张中间对折19才能实现。
上揭示的第一种应用最为普遍,结构较为简单。因为其原理同打印机,但碎纸机所碎纸张不同于打印机所用纸张,纸张会有翘角,并且会有较多报废文件是成叠装订,所以就有所购自动碎纸机选择纸张才能碎的现象,常出现购买试用时较顺畅,使用中常有卡纸取不出,强行取出破坏搓纸结构的情况。此一情况严重限制了此类自动碎纸机的应用。
后一种公知的内建式自动馈纸机构能够较好实现搓纸的功能,但重力压纸结构与对滚搓纸结构过于复杂,对滚搓纸部分与碎纸刀轴一体设计,必须精确保持搓纸速度与碎纸速度两者的平衡,在碎有装钉的纸张时会破坏原有碎纸节奏,而且此类自动碎纸机做的体积庞大,并且不能经济整台机器成本。也限制此类自动碎纸机的应用。
另外,碎纸机切割刀片的大小,所依附刀轴强度与带动转动的马达负载程度综合限定了碎纸机单次所容最大的下纸张数。如碎纸机面板上标示的3,5,8,10,12,20,等等,这样当使用者在有多于上述限定张数时,就只能数成一叠叠的看着手动一次次销毁,即使碎纸机有碎钉功能,也不得不在限定最大进纸量下拆开来数好再碎。标示的进纸量越多,所用马达规格越大,刀片越大也就有越高的成本压力。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服了上述现有技术中的缺点,提供一种不择纸的全自动碎纸机,其包括一种不选择所销毁纸张的厚度,又可碎有装钉别针或钉书钉的成叠纸的自动走纸装置,其超大碎纸量,操作简单方便、设计巧妙、结构简约、成本经济。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的不择纸的全自动碎纸机具有如下构成:
该不择纸的全自动碎纸机,包括碎纸机芯和固定在所述碎纸机芯上的自动走纸装置,其特点是,还包括弹性压纸及抵止装置,所述弹性压纸及抵止装置固定在所述自动走纸装置内用于碎纸时压紧及抵止所述自动走纸装置中的纸张。
较佳地,所述自动走纸装置包括驱动机构、托纸盒、搓纸机构和合在所述托纸盒上的压纸盒,所述驱动机构固定在所述碎纸机芯上并与所述搓纸机构连接用于驱动所述搓纸机构,所述搓纸机构位于所述压纸盒和所述托纸盒之间固定于所述托纸盒将所述托纸盒分为第一区和第二区,所述搓纸机构的搓纸方向朝向所述第二区,所述弹性压纸及抵止装置固定在所述压纸盒内,并延伸至所述第一区,所述压纸盒一端轴接所述托纸盒,另一端可拆卸连接所述托纸盒,所述托纸盒固定在所述碎纸机芯上,所述第二区设置有进纸口,所述进纸口位于所述碎纸机芯的碎纸刀片组上方。

更佳地,所述驱动机构包括搓纸齿轮、传动齿轮和刀轴齿轮,所述搓纸齿轮安装在所述搓纸轮轴上,所述刀轴齿轮固定在所述碎纸刀片组的碎纸刀轴上,所述传动齿轮轴接在所述碎纸机芯上并分别啮合所述刀轴齿轮和所述搓纸齿轮。

采用本实用新型,由于本实用新型的自动走纸装置的搓纸轮轴由碎纸刀片组的刀轴齿轮驱动,搓纸滚轮转动,纸张底部被搓纸滚轮摩擦带动后在进纸口处被碎纸刀片组的刀片刀尖扯进而销毁,实现自动进纸,当有装钉的成叠纸张出现时,因为压纸盒上的弹性压纸及抵止装置的压力,卷起的纸张最底一张被刀片刀尖扯进,其成叠纸张装订端被卷到弹性压纸及抵止装置处扯掉,如此实现不择纸,可以一次放入成叠纸张而不需要数纸张数目,更可以碎有装钉别针或钉书钉的成叠纸,解决了上述自动碎纸机的各类应用问题,超大碎纸量,操作简单方便、设计巧妙、结构简约、成本经济。

为了能够更清楚地理解本实用新型的技术内容,特举以下实施例详细说明。
请参阅图3~9所示,本实用新型的不择纸的全自动碎纸机,包括碎纸机芯1和固定在所述碎纸机芯1上的自动走纸装置,还包括弹性压纸及抵止装置4,所述弹性压纸及抵止装置4固定在所述自动走纸装置内用于碎纸时压紧及抵止所述自动走纸装置中的纸张。
较佳地,所述自动走纸装置包括驱动机构、托纸盒、搓纸机构和合在所述托纸盒上的压纸盒,所述驱动机构固定在所述碎纸机芯上并与所述搓纸机构连接用于驱动所述搓纸机构,所述搓纸机构位于所述压纸盒和所述托纸盒之间固定于所述托纸盒将所述托纸盒分为第一区和第二区,所述搓纸机构的搓纸方向朝向所述第二区,所述弹性压纸及抵止装置固定在所述压纸盒内,并延伸至所述第一区,所述压纸盒一端轴接所述托纸盒,另一端可拆卸连接所述托纸盒,所述托纸盒固定在所述碎纸机芯上,所述第二区设置有进纸口,所述进纸口位于所述碎纸机芯的碎纸刀片组上方。

托纸盒22可放成叠纸张,压纸盒24固定于碎纸机壳体100内托纸盒22上,托纸盒22与压纸盒24可拆卸连接可以采用卡接等方式,也可接合翻盖结构装于整台机器的上盖,设置在压纸盒24上的弹性压纸及抵止装置4与成叠纸张厚度有弹性的变化,与托纸盒22形成夹紧装置,可使托纸盒22上纸张保持适当夹持力,在碎混夹有装订纸张时,可以挡住因有钉子或别针成卷起成叠的纸,卷起的纸张最底一张被刀片刀尖扯进,其成叠纸张装订端被卷到弹性压纸及抵止装置4处扯掉。如此在碎有钉纸张,实现不择纸的功能。上述驱动机构21可以采用常规方法如马达等装置驱动搓纸机构23,更好地办法如下所述。
较佳地,所述搓纸机构23包括压纸轮轴27、压力弹性部件28和搓纸轮轴29,所述压纸轮轴27设置在所述压纸盒24中,所述压力弹性部件28位于所述压纸盒24中分别抵靠所述压纸盒24和所述压纸轮轴27用于将所述压纸轮轴27压向所述搓纸轮轴29,所述搓纸轮轴29设置在所述托纸盒22中,所述压纸轮轴27贴近所述搓纸轮轴29,所述驱动机构21与所述搓纸轮轴29连接用于驱动所述搓纸轮轴29。
在本实用新型的一具体实施例中,所述驱动机构21包括搓纸齿轮31、传动齿轮32和刀轴齿轮33,所述搓纸齿轮31安装在所述搓纸轮轴29上,所述刀轴齿轮33固定在所述碎纸刀片组3的碎纸刀轴上,所述传动齿轮32轴接在所述碎纸机芯1上并分别啮合所述刀轴齿轮33和所述搓纸齿轮31。搓纸齿轮31由碎纸刀轴驱动,上述齿轮组可使搓纸轮轴31与切割刀轴同旋向。或者,所述驱动机构21仅包括搓纸齿轮31和刀轴齿轮33,搓纸齿轮31直接啮合刀轴齿轮33。
更佳地,所述搓纸轮轴29表面具有纹理。用于方便搓动纸张。

压纸滚轮36和搓纸滚轮35可以为类橡胶弹性,有纹理表面的胶件或其它相近弹性功能物件,同时滚轮还可以基本上包覆整根轮轴,形成硬质轴芯加包胶的整只可搓动纸的轴类。如要设计单次下2张以上纸张可使滚轮做如打印机滚轮的表面做成有齿纹理。压力弹性部件28在机芯设计阶段可以适当调整长度,以便能一次碎不同量多张纸,如100,200,300,500,800等。压力弹性部件28弹力和搓纸滚轮35摩擦力设置成保证不同纸张厚度均可搓动。
通过精确的齿轮传动比和刀片外径与搓纸滚轮35外径的配比,保证碎一张纸速度稍大于搓纸速度,使每一次搓纸之间时间空间上有间隔,减少卡纸情况的出现;同时还在碎有钉叠纸的整机减速时,不破坏搓纸,碎纸的节奏。
在本实用新型的一具体实施例中,所述托纸盒22中部具有凹槽37,所述搓纸轮轴29位于所述凹槽37中,所述搓纸轮轴29横截面顶部与所述第一区25等高。
更佳地,所述弹性压纸及抵止装置4为弹性压纸及抵止块或弹性压纸及抵止弹片,所述压力弹性部件28是铁质弹簧、橡胶弹簧或连杆结构。在本实用新型的一具体实施例中,所述弹性压纸及抵止装置4为弹性压纸及抵止块,所述压力弹性部件28是铁质弹簧。
较佳地,还包括磁体5,所述磁体5位于所述第一区25中,对应于所述弹性压纸及抵止装置4。在本实用新型的一具体实施例中,所述磁体5是磁条,所述磁条嵌在所述第一区25中。磁体5可吸住装订钉,防止误入机器引起短路,卡死或划伤搓纸机构23。
在本实用新型的一具体实施例中,所述碎纸机芯1还安装有碎纸刀片组6,所述压纸盒24上还设置有CD入口38和手动进纸口39,所述CD入口38位于所述进纸口30上方,所述第二区26开有手动进纸入口41,所述手动进纸口39位于所述手动进纸入口41上方,所述手动进纸入口41位于所述碎纸刀片组6上方。在压纸盒24上有保留手动进纸口39和CD入口38,使机器功能完善,同时可使两项功能做选配。
在本实用新型的一具体实施例中,所述自动走纸装置所述碎纸刀片组3的碎纸刀轴倾斜设置。倾斜固定的自动走纸装置,可以使放置成叠纸张的部位伸出于碎纸机外,做如同打印机的托纸板的翻折伸缩结构,使整机外形更小,更节省机器空间,精减零件。
上述自动走纸装置保障了纸张在刀片端小部分对折,刀片可扯到纸;保障了单次搓纸碎纸的一致性,即每次只碎单张纸。实现了一次大量销毁混有翘角,卷边纸的功能;弹性压纸及抵止装置4的存在使得当有装钉的成叠纸张出现时,因为压纸盒24上弹性压纸及抵止装置4的压力,卷起的纸最底一张被刀片刀尖扯进,其成叠纸张装订端被卷到弹性压纸及抵止装4置处扯掉,如此实现不择纸。
本实用新型使用时,打开压纸盒24,弹性压纸及抵止装置4自由端被拉起,在托纸盒22中放入成叠纸张,合上压纸盒24,压力弹性部件28压住压纸轮轴27使得其上的压纸滚轮36压住成叠纸张,压纸滚轮36远离搓纸轮轴35,弹性压纸及抵止装置4自由端抵压住成叠纸张,启动机器,刀轴齿轮33转动,带动搓纸齿轮31,搓纸滚轮35转动,纸张底部被搓纸滚轮35的摩擦带动后,向前(第二区26)运动,因为其纸张端部抵到托纸盒22不能移动,纸张上部又被成叠纸张压住,只能在进纸口30处折向切割刀片,形成非端部下纸,被刀片刀尖扯进而销毁。切割刀片的线速度远大于搓纸滚轮35,搓纸滚轮35只要搓动一小段距离就能使刀片扯掉最底的一张纸,如此可一张张碎完所有的纸张。原理如图9。
在搓动装钉成叠纸张时如示意图9分析,因为压纸盒24上弹性压纸及抵止装置4的压力,与托纸盒22夹紧纸,最底一张向前运动将有针的纸一起卷起,在弹性压纸及抵止装置4处被扯掉,如此仍可保持单张搓纸碎纸。在托纸盒22近搓纸滚轮35处开有槽,装有吸钉磁条,将扯落的别针,钉书钉吸进槽内,保持了搓纸滚轮35整洁。
本实用新型可以方便用户一次自动完成销毁较多纸张,同时节省成本,真正节约能源。
综上,本实用新型的不择纸的全自动碎纸机包括一种不选择所销毁纸张的厚度,又可碎有装钉别针或订书钉的成叠纸的自动走纸装置,其超大碎纸量,操作简单方便、设计巧妙、结构简约、成本经济。

1.一种不择纸的全自动碎纸机,包括碎纸机芯和固定在所述碎纸机芯上的自动走纸装置,其特征在于,还包括弹性压纸及抵止装置,所述弹性压纸及抵止装置固定在所述自动走纸装置内用于碎纸时压紧及抵止所述自动走纸装置中的纸张。
2.根据权利要求1所述的不择纸的全自动碎纸机,其特征在于,所述自动走纸装置包括驱动机构、托纸盒、搓纸机构和合在所述托纸盒上的压纸盒,所述驱动机构固定在所述碎纸机芯上并与所述搓纸机构连接用于驱动所述搓纸机构,所述搓纸机构位于所述压纸盒和所述托纸盒之间固定于所述托纸盒将所述托纸盒分为第一区和第二区,且其搓纸方向朝向所述第二区,所述弹性压纸及抵止装置固定在所述压纸盒内,并延伸至所述第一区,所述压纸盒一端轴接所述托纸盒,另一端可拆卸连接所述托纸盒,所述托纸盒固定在所述碎纸机芯上,所述第二区设置有进纸口,所述进纸口位于所述碎纸机芯的碎纸刀片组上方。
3.根据权利要求2所述的不择纸的全自动碎纸机,其特征在于,所述搓纸机构包括压纸轮轴、压力弹性部件和搓纸轮轴,所述压纸轮轴设置在所述压纸盒中,所述压力弹性部件位于所述压纸盒中,分别抵靠所述压纸盒和所述压纸轮轴,用于将所述压纸轮轴压向所述搓纸轮轴,所述搓纸轮轴设置在所述托纸盒中,所述压纸轮轴贴近所述搓纸轮轴,所述驱动机构与所述搓纸轮轴连接用于驱动所述搓纸轮轴。

5.根据权利要求3所述的不择纸的全自动碎纸机,其特征在于,所述搓纸轮轴表面具有纹理;或者,所述搓纸轮轴上套接有搓纸滚轮,所述压纸轮轴上套接有压纸滚轮,所述压纸滚轮紧贴所述搓纸滚轮。
6.根据权利要求3所述的不择纸的全自动碎纸机,其特征在于,所述托纸盒中部具有凹槽,所述搓纸轮轴位于所述凹槽中,所述搓纸轮轴横截面顶部与所述第一区等高,和/或所述压力弹性部件是铁质弹簧、橡胶弹簧或连杆结构。

8.根据权利要求2所述的不择纸的全自动碎纸机,其特征在于,所述压纸盒上还设置有CD入口和手动进纸口,所述CD入口位于所述进纸口上方,所述第二区开有手动进纸入口,所述手动进纸口位于所述手动进纸入口上方,所述手动进纸入口位于所述碎纸机芯的碎纸刀片组上方。
9.根据权利要求1所述的不择纸的全自动碎纸机,其特征在于,所述弹性压纸及抵止装置为弹性压纸及抵止块或弹性压纸及抵止弹片。
10.根据权利要求1所述的不择纸的全自动碎纸机,其特征在于,所述自动走纸装置相对所述碎纸刀片组的碎纸刀轴倾斜设置。
