本发明涉及一种由橡胶或橡胶状塑料制成的用于表面处理的环形圆盘状旋转工具,该旋转工具具有一外轮缘和一内轮缘,其中外轮缘形成具有柔韧的弹性加工齿的齿形轮缘且内轮缘与能以旋转方式驱动的圆盘支架对准。
背景技术
这种类型的旋转工具是公知的,其加工齿相对较长,因此形成了相当长的杆臂。尽管这种旋转工具已经证实了它的价值,但是在极高转速时,不熟练的操作将导致加工齿过早地磨损甚至导致齿断裂(参见DE19845166B4)。本发明的目的就是在这方面提供帮助。
发明内容
本发明是以提供前文提及的这种类型的旋转工具这一技术问题为基础,其中加工齿的特征在于,即使在高转速和不按规范处理的条件下操作也能降低磨损和齿断裂的危险。
这个目的可以由本发明这种类型的旋转工具来解决,在外轮缘圆周方向上的加工齿之间的齿间隙中设置特定宽度和高度的稳定腹板,并与加工齿形成一个复合结构。本发明这种结构产生的效果是由加工齿形成的杆臂长度明显下降,这样即使稳定腹板的宽度小于加工齿的宽度,也能令人惊讶地阻止加工齿的断裂。除此之外,在这种方式下磨损也显著地降低,并且即使考虑到磨损有所增加,外轮缘、从而具有加工齿的齿形轮缘的实际运转同心精度也能达到最优。这即使在高转速时不熟练或不正确的操作情况下也同样适用。这就使得工作寿命和擦除及清洁能力都有所增加,并且没有损伤和破坏待处理的表面的危险。
本发明进一步的特征在下文中描述。例如,本发明提供的稳定腹板采用和加工齿相同的材料制成,并形成于加工齿的齿面。因此,优选地,稳定腹板和加工齿并因此与外轮缘形成一个结构单元,并与加工齿相互支撑。本发明进一步讲到,稳定腹板在外轮缘的圆周方向上平齐并在加工齿之间沿中心排列。外轮缘的这种对称结构可以保持本发明旋转工具在运转使用过程中的实际运转同心精度。为实现这个目的,稳定腹板的径向高度大约为加工齿齿高的2/3。另外,稳定腹板轴向宽度大约为加工齿轴向宽度的1/5至2/5。注意到这些尺寸就能取得特别令人满意的降低磨损和断裂危险的效果。考虑到加工齿在齿形轮缘圆周方向上的齿顶厚度约等于7至9mm,优选8mm,也能取得上述效果。

Claims (6)

1.由橡胶或橡胶状塑料制成的用于表面处理的环形圆盘状旋转工具,其具有一外轮缘和一内轮缘,由此外轮缘形成具有柔韧的弹性加工齿的齿形轮缘,且将内轮缘对准,使其与能以旋转方向驱动的圆盘支架连接,其特征在于,在外轮缘(2)的圆周方向上的加工齿(4)之间的齿间隙中设置预定宽度(B)和高度(H)的稳定腹板(6),并且其与加工齿(4)形成一个复合单元。
2.按照权利要求1所述的旋转工具,其特征在于,稳定腹板(6)采用和加工齿(4)相同的材料制成并形成于加工齿(4)的齿面处。
3.按照权利要求1所述的旋转工具,其特征在于,稳定腹板(6)在外轮缘(2)的圆周方向上平齐并在加工齿(4)之间沿中心排列。
4.按照权利要求1所述的旋转工具,其特征在于,稳定腹板(6)的高度(H)约为加工齿(4)齿高的2/3。
5.按照权利要求1至4中任一个所述的旋转工具,其特征在于,稳定腹板(6)的宽度(B)约为加工齿(4)宽度的1/5至2/5。
6.按照权利要求1至4中任一个所述的旋转工具,其特征在于,加工齿(4)在齿形轮缘圆周方向上的齿顶厚度约为7至9mm,优选为8mm。
