背景技术

具体实施方式
根据本发明的过剩库存管理系统(SIMS)是被设计用来处理客户的过量库存的所有或一些部分的逻辑驱动重上架和库存管理引擎。它通常根据图1来操作。SKU、定价、图像和拷贝首先从客户数据库10、12被抽取14到抽取文件16中，抽取文件16允许产品信息被上载到SIMS 20中。基于SIMS，出售模式被创建并被分配22，并且可以被发送到销售站点，例如拍卖站点24。接着完成信息可以被抽取并用于更新SIMS，并且用户和产品信息可以被传输到客户数据库12。成本回收参数可以通过SIMS被分别管理30。

除了拍卖，SIMS还可以支持其他价格格式的上架。例如，参照图3，SIMS可以通过使用“格式”变量来使用降价拍卖模型(“下跌价格”)逻辑地分配库存。商业规则可以以与拍卖相同的规则来工作。SIMS可以控制依赖于盈余的底价和数量。

规则引擎可以设置在站点、分类或SKU级别。缺省值将由同一级别的结构设置，使得任何在商业链接中省略的字段将缺省为下一个最高级别。例如，如果Panasonic便携式摄像机的目标成本回收率被省略，则它将缺省为电子产品的成本回收率。如果电子产品的回收率被省略，它将缺省为站点成本回收率。所有的商业规则将具有相同的缺省规则，使得可得到如所需那样详细的规则。

参照图12，预定分配页65包括渠道选择控件58，它使得用户能够选择渠道，规则为该渠道而被编辑。这个控件可以允许创建不同的规则以为不同的渠道同时操作。使用该控件，用户从而可以通过不同的渠道，使用模式1、模式2或二者的结合来同时试图销售不同数目的货品。例如，用户可以通过自己的万维网站点使用价格最优化规则，来尝试销售大量的货品，并且通过第三方系统使用预定分配规则，来尝试销售少量货品。
可以在渠道内和/或渠道之间提供反馈。例如，如果第一渠道上的上架停止正常工作，则SIMS可以减少该渠道上的组规模，并且增加一个或多个其他渠道上的组规模。例如，用户可以创建规则，该规则将使得上架在主站点产生后存在20天，接着使得通过拍卖提供者清算剩余的库存。
预定分配页包括许多附加控件以指明预定分配参数，例如上架类型文本框、起始和结束文本框、持续时间文本框、休息时间文本框、底价文本框、初始价格文本框和初始数量文本框。还提供组和停止控件以指明停止条件。使用预定分配页，用户例如可以创建具有同样的预定起始价格和底价的每周八小时拍卖上架，张贴上架列表，直到所有的产品被售完。尽管这种类型的清算规划未展示出性能反馈，但是它可以提供规划某些类型的组中货品的清算的直接和有用的方法。
参照图13，本实施例中的货品页60包括产品信息和许多控件。这些控件包括具有渠道选择控件和提交按钮的混和上架布置控件62。该上架布置控件允许用户通过一个渠道简单地列出一个或多个货品。
还参照图14，货品页60中的编辑自动上架设置链接64可以引导用户到自动上架设置页68。该页可以允许用户重置或禁用对于货品的自动规则。重置自动规则将引起在下次自动规则创建对于货品的上架时，系统忽略任何先前创建的上架列表。这允许该货品利用初始价格设置而不是基于它在过去价格历史上的价格来开始刷新。禁用规则防止上架被自动创建，但是不删除货品级规则。从而用户可以取消该命令以恢复自动规则。
还参照图15，货品页60上的编辑货品按钮66可以引导用户到货品编辑页70。该页包括许多允许用户提供有关该货品的信息的控件。该信息可以包括货品描述项目和销售参数。货品描述项目可以包括产品名称、货品号/SKU、图像位置、运输重量(shipping weight)和描述。销售参数可以包括可用数量、零售价格、成本和目标回收率。销售参数还可以包括缺省拍卖持续时间、起始价格和竞价增量。
参照图16，规则报告可以被用于总结一系列货品的所有的规则。该报告可以包括到货品页和到这些页的对应的规则的链接。链接还可以被提供给站点上架规则页，它允许设置缺省站点上架规则类型以使用价格最优化规则或预定分配规则。
在所示出的实施例中，用户经由超文本传输协议(HTTP)在一个或多个网络连接的范围上与服务器交互。但是可以使用许多其他的平台技术以实现系统的部分或全部，例如，由无线或模拟网络互连的专用硬件设备或更简单的可编程设备。组件之间的连接可以是间歇的(例如，电子邮件连接)或间接的。所示的各种组件的功能和结构还可以以不同于图中所示的方式被分解，并且逻辑组件适当地被结合、分离或重作。并且因为相同的用户界面是基于以软件为基础的图形用户界面组件，所以可用容易地以各种方式被重新安排，并且用户界面甚至可以包括其他实现组件，例如物理驱动控件或声音提示。另外，虽然系统用户界面组件被显示在页中，但是本领域普通技术人员应该意识到它们也可以显示在其他类型的显示区域中，例如，屏幕、卡片或窗口。并且虽然本系统在清算剩余产品库存中是有用的，但是它还可以用于诸如服务或者甚至无形货品的各种类型的货品的其他类型的事务。

Claims (23)

1.一种用于多组货品的销售系统，包括：
商业规则定义逻辑，
出售模式创建逻辑，其响应所述商业规则定义逻辑并且可操作来动态为所述组中的货品创建多个不同的出售模式，并且
其中所述出售模式创建逻辑可操作来基于来自所述商业规则定义逻辑的一个或多个商业规则，通过使用所述不同出售模式的不同出售模式参数值来最优化利润。
2.如权利要求1所述的系统，其中所述商业规则定义逻辑可操作来基于目标成本回收率来定义规则。
3.如权利要求1所述的系统，其中所述商业规则定义逻辑响应用户商业规则创建命令。
4.如权利要求1所述的系统，其中所述出售模式创建逻辑可操作来通过调整组价格来最优化利润。
5.如权利要求1所述的系统，其中所述出售模式创建逻辑可操作来通过调整组数量来最优化利润。
6.如权利要求1所述的系统，其中所述出售模式创建逻辑可操作来为多个销售渠道创建出售模式。
7.如权利要求6所述的系统，其中所述出售模式创建逻辑可操作来基于来自另一个所述销售渠道的结果来调整一个所述销售渠道上的出售模式。
8.如权利要求1所述的系统，其中所述商业规则定义逻辑可操作来创建依赖于来自先前的出售模式的结果的规则。
9.如权利要求8所述的系统，其中所述商业规则定义逻辑可操作来创建依赖于来自先前的出售模式的盈余的规则。
10.如权利要求8所述的系统，其中所述出售模式创建逻辑可操作来基于由来自先前拍卖的结果所确定的参数，创建一系列拍卖。
11.如权利要求1所述的系统，其中所述商业规则定义逻辑可操作来基于绝对或相对数量来创建出售模式。
12.如权利要求1所述的系统，其中所述商业规则定义逻辑利用基于万维网的界面。

20.如权利要求1所述的系统，还包括货品显示逻辑，其可操作来显示有关每个所述组中的货品的信息，所述货品显示逻辑具有允许所述用户访问用于所述组中的所述货品的所述商业规则定义逻辑的控件，其中显示了用于所述组中的所述货品的信息。
21.如权利要求1所述的系统，还包括预测报告产生器，其可操作来产生预测所述出售模式创建逻辑的未来操作的报告。
22.一种用于多组货品的销售系统，包括：
用于定义机器可读商业规则的装置，
用于基于由所述用于定义的装置所定义的所述机器可读商业规则，为所述组中的货品自动创建多个不同的出售模式的装置，并且
其中所述用于自动创建的装置基于由用于定义的所述装置所定义的所述机器可读商业规则，使用所述不同出售模式的不同出售模式参数值来最优化利润。
23.一种销售多组货品的方法，包括：
定义机器可读商业规则，
基于所述机器可读商业规则，为所述组中的货品自动创建多个不同的出售模式，和
其中所述自动创建的步骤基于在所述定义步骤中定义的所述机器可读商业规则，使用所述不同出售模式的不同出售模式参数值来最优化利润。
