Abstract

Description

口腔漂白组合物
本发明涉及一种牙齿增白效果更好的口腔组合物。更具体地说，本发明涉及一种包含安全有效量的某种有机过氧酸、牙齿增白效果更好的口腔组合物。
WO 96/05802提出了一种增白牙齿的口腔保健组合物。实现其活性的方法是在该口腔保健组合物中同时包含作为牙齿增白/漂白剂的某种有机过氧酸，特别是过氧酰氨基邻苯二甲酰胺和阳离子型过氧羧酸如N-邻苯二甲酰亚胺过己酸和四苄基过氧酸。在用于牙齿的增白/漂白剂中更有效地使用过氧酸具有优点。
本发明的一个目的是要提供一种比WO 96/05802所述效果更好的漂白组合物。
我们已意外地发现，将过氧化氢与一种过氧酸联用所提供的口腔增白/漂白剂的效果超过了WO 96/05802的先有技术。
本发明提供一种按照权利要求1的口腔牙齿清洁组合物。
所用的过氧酸显然需要是被处理对象和管理机构可接受的。这样的可接受性对于本领域的专业人员来说是显而易见的。任何管理机构的严格性将取决于权限和要处理的哺乳动物。显然，对人的处理要提出更高的标准。“物理接触可接受”这一术语要在本文所述的精神范围内进行解释。
用于该组合物的过氧酸是一种通式如下的过氧酰氨基邻苯二甲酰胺：其中R＝氢或C1-C4烷基；n＝1-8；以及X＝C＝0或SO2。一种非常优选的过氧酸是N，N-邻苯二甲酰氨基过氧己酸(PAP)。
优选过氧酸在组合物中的存在量在该组合物的0.01-5重量％范围内，更优选0.05-4重量％，尤其0.1-2重量％，非常优选0.5-1.5重量％。
某些在医管下使用的口腔漂白配方最多可含有35％过氧化氢。对于含这样高含量的过氧化氢与过氧酸联用的组合物，也落在本发明的范围之内。
优选过氧化物源的存在量在组合物的0.05-4重量％范围内，更优选0.1-2重量％。
优选过氧化物源是过氧化氢，但也可以是适用于口腔保健组合物的其它源，如过氧化碳化物。本发明延伸到该组合物用于增白/漂白/清洁牙齿的用途。
此外，本发明也延伸到一种包装商品，它包含一种本发明的清洁组合物及其使用说明书。
与口腔用途相反，本发明还可推广到清洁假牙。
按照本发明的口腔组合物还可包含本领域内常用的成分，如：
灭菌剂，如三氯森，洗必汰，铜、锌和亚锡盐，如柠檬酸锌、硫酸锌、甘氨酸锌、柠檬酸钠锌和焦磷酸亚锡，血根碱萃取物，2-甲基-5-硝基-1-咪唑基-乙醇，季铵化合物如鲸蜡基吡啶鎓氯化物；双胍，如洗必汰二葡糖酸盐、双辛氢啶、癸双辛胺啶、双胍啶；以及卤化双酚化合物，如2，2’-亚甲基二-(4-氯-6-溴苯酚)；
消炎剂，如布洛芬、氟双酚、阿司匹林、消炎痛等；
防龋齿剂，如氟化钠和氟化亚锡，氟化胺、单氟磷酸钠、三偏磷酸钠和酪蛋白；
牙菌斑缓冲剂如脲、乳酸钙、甘油基磷酸钙和聚丙烯酸锶；
维他命，如维他命A、C和E；
植物萃取物；
脱敏剂，如柠檬酸钾、氯化钾、酒石酸钾、碳酸氢钾、草酸钾、硝酸钾和锶盐；
防结石剂，如焦磷酸碱金属盐，含次磷酸盐的聚合物、有机膦酸盐和磷酸柠檬酸盐等；
生物分子，例如，细菌素、抗体、酶等；
香料，例如薄荷和薄荷油；
蛋白质如胶原蛋白；角蛋白；
防腐剂；
浊化剂；
着色剂；
PH调节剂；
甜味剂；
药物学可接受载体，例如，淀粉、蔗糖、水或水/醇系统等；
表面活性剂如阴离子、非离子、阳离子和两性离子或两性表面活性剂；
颗粒磨料如二氧化硅、氧化铝、碳酸钙、磷酸氢钙、焦磷酸钙、羟基磷灰石、三偏磷酸盐、不溶性六偏磷酸盐等等，包括聚结颗粒磨料在内，常用量在口腔保健组合物的3-60重量％之间。
保湿剂如甘油、山梨糖醇、丙二醇、木糖醇、乳醇等；
粘合剂和增稠剂如羧基甲基纤维素钠、植物黄素胶、阿拉伯胶等以及合成聚合物如聚丙烯酸酯和羧基乙烯基聚合物如Carbopol；
还可包括能提高活性成分如抗菌药剂输运性的聚合物化合物。这类聚合物的实例是聚乙烯基甲基醚与马来酸酐的共聚物和其它类似的提高输运性聚合物，如DE-A-3,942,643(Colgate)中所述的那些；
缓冲口腔保健组合物pH值和离子强度的缓冲剂和盐；以及
可包括的其它任选的成分是，例如，漂白剂如过氧化物，如过氧二磷酸钾、泡腾体系如碳酸氢钠/柠檬酸体系、变色体系等等。
还可以用脂质体来改进活性成分的输运性或稳定性。
口腔组合物可以是本领域内的任何常用形式，如牙膏、凝胶、摩斯、生物胶粘片/带、气溶胶、胶料、药片、齿漆、嗽口水、粉末、软膏等，也可以配成以双室型分配器使用的体系。
实验
本漂白剂要作如下评价：
(1)抛光合成羟基磷灰石圆盘并将其放在37℃无菌唾液中过夜以形成膜。
(2)用茶液在37℃污染该圆盘7天。
(3)将污染的圆盘在漂白液中浸泡所需的时间。
(4)用Minoita色度计CR-300以L*a*b*模式测量圆盘的颜色变化。用L*(初始)、L*(污染)、L*(漂白)计算除渍百分数。负值表示颜色增深，正值表示漂白(增白)效果。
所用的所有配方均在0.5M NaHCO3中配制。负值表示增深，以及下表1示意在0.5M NaHCO3溶液中单用PAP和与0.1％H2O2联用的结果。

表1所示结果表明在过氧酸中加入过氧化氢使组合物的漂白效果超过单用PAP时。
表2给出了使用商品制备配方时由PAP漂白实验得到的数据。

EurecoTM HCP-11是一种含PAP/环糊精复合料的商品配方。
EurecoTM HCL-17是一种含PAP水分散体的商品配方。上述商品配方可购自Ausimont；ViaS.Pietro，50/A1-20021 Bollate，Milano，Italy。
上表2所示结果表明：PAP重量相等时，HCL-17的漂白活性超过HCP-11的。在HCL-17中存在0.1％H2O2使漂白效果意外地大增。

Claims (8)

1.一种口腔牙齿清洁组合物，它包含一种对于与哺乳动物口腔内部物理接触可接受的过氧酸，其特征在于该组合物包含占组合物0.01-5.0重量％的过氧化氢或过氧化氢源，其中所述过氧化氢源产生的过氧化氢占组合物的0.01-5.0重量％，其特征在于所述过氧酸是一种通式如下的过氧化酰氨基邻苯二甲酰胺：

其中R＝氢或C1-C4烷基；n＝1-8；以及X＝C＝0或SO2。
2.按照权利要求1的口腔牙齿清洁组合物，其中所述过氧化氢以过氧化脲的形式存在。
3.按照权利要求1的口腔牙齿清洁组合物，其中所述过氧酸的存在量在组合物的0.01重量％-5重量％范围内。
4.按照任何前述权利要求之一的口腔牙齿清洁组合物，其中所述过氧酸是N，N-邻苯二甲酰氨基过氧己酸(PAP)。
5.按照任何前述权利要求之一的口腔牙齿清洁组合物，其中所述过氧酸具有环糊精复合物形式。
6.按照任何前述权利要求之一的口腔牙齿清洁组合物，其中所述组合物以选自下列一组的形式提供：凝胶、生物胶粘片/带、齿漆和牙膏。
7.任何前述权利要求之一所定义的口腔牙齿清洁组合物用于清洁牙齿的用途。
8.一种包装商品，它包含任何前述权利要求之一所定义的口腔牙齿清洁组合物以及用它增白牙齿的说明书。
