Abstract

本发明涉及电动马达,尤其涉及一种用于旁通管或湿型真空清洁器的鼓风机马达。
背景技术
旁通管真空清洁器的鼓风机马达具有一叶轮,该叶轮用于从安装在马达上的一叶轮箱的入口向出口驱动空气而不使其经过马达自身。这种结构可使该真空清洁器吸灰尘和脏物以及还能吸液体,而不损坏该电动马达。
该叶轮安装在该马达的一轴上。该轴由一轴承支撑,该轴承穿过该马达箱的一端托架,其还用作该马达与该叶轮之间的间隔物。但是,当该叶轮驱动空气通过该叶轮箱时,会在该轴承上产生巨大的风压压差。这种压差会导致空气通过该轴承泄露并进入该马达箱。这会有许多潜在的危险。空气中携带的湿气可能会渗入该马达导致电短路和/或造成马达部件的锈蚀。夹带的灰尘会弄脏该轴承导致快速失效,并且甚至即使该空气是清洁的,该泄露也会将脂从该轴承上去除,造成轴承过干并过早损坏。密封轴承的使用不足以解决该问题,通常需使用第二油封。但是,该油封需要脂形式的润滑以减少当它们接触该轴时在油封唇部上的磨损。这对于现代的高速鼓风机马达组件尤其重要。该油封的唇部是相当刚硬的,以抵御该油封两侧的高空气压差。这个硬度造成该唇部较厚且较短,因而减少了该唇部之间容纳润滑油脂的有效空间。一旦该脂用光,该油封很快失效,导致马达故障。
发明内容
本发明试图通过在该轴和该油封的唇部之间提供一较大的油脂容纳腔来解决这一问题。该目的是通过在该轴内该油封的唇部之间提供一槽实现的。
因此,本发明提供了一电动马达,该电动马达具有一包括轴的转子、一定子、与定子结合并支承该轴的轴承、以及与轴承之一相关连的油封,所述油封在两个轴向隔开位置接触该轴,并构成一容纳润滑脂的空腔,该轴具有位于所述隔开位置之间的一槽来增大该空腔的容积。

具体实施方式
图1表示了包括有如附图1中所示的最佳油封装置的旁通管鼓风机马达,例如用在湿式和干式真空清洁器中。该马达组件包括驱动一鼓风机11的通用马达10。该鼓风机11包括位于一叶轮腔13内的一离心扇型高速叶轮12,该叶轮腔13由一叶轮箱14部分限定。
由于该通用马达和该鼓风机为公知的结构,所以它们的结构与操作除与解释本发明需要有关的内容以外此处将不进行详细描述。
该马达10具有支承在轴承16和17内的一轴15。位于临近该叶轮腔13的轴承16容纳于构成一风扇端托架20的一凸台18内。托架20具有一基本上径向延伸的凸缘21,该叶轮箱14固定在该凸缘上。一个扩压器盘22被设置在风扇端托架20上,用于引导气流从该叶轮箱14的入口23到出口24。因此,该风扇端托架20、该扩压器盘22以及该叶轮箱14限定了该叶轮腔13。该风扇端托架20还将该马达10与鼓风机11分隔开。
该马达轴15通过该风扇端托架20延伸入该容纳该叶轮12的叶轮腔13。该轴15被轴承16旋转支承,该轴承是一种密封的球轴承并位于该端托架20的一凸台18上,一油封19也位于该轴承凸台18内。该油封19密封了该轴15和该托架20之间的空隙。
该油封19和轴承16在图2中放大进行了表示。该油封19是一标准的丁腈橡胶环形环密封,而一钢圈插入物30可使一密封压力施加在该凸台18。该密封19还具有两个环形的径向向内引导唇部25、28,它们密封该轴15在轴向的隔开位置。唇部25为该轴提供了第一额外密封。唇部28提供主密封功能,并通过一环形螺旋弹簧39被驱动与该轴密封接触。在该唇部25、28之间是一个环形区域26,在使用中,在其中装入脂以润滑该唇部25、28和轴15之间的该密封。一环形槽27成型在轴15上,位于与该唇部25、28接触的轴向隔开位置之间,以增加该空间26的容积来容纳更多的脂,因此增加该油封的寿命以及因而增加该鼓风机马达组件的寿命。

Claims (4)

1、一电动马达,具有一包括一轴(15)的转子、一定子、与定子相关连并支承该轴的轴承(16,17),和与轴承之一(16)相关连的的油封(19),
所述油封(19)在两个轴向隔开位置接触该轴(15),并构成一容纳润滑脂的空腔(26),
其特征在于,该轴(15)具有位于所述隔开位置之间的槽(27)来增大该空腔(26)的容积。
2、如权利要求1所述的电动马达,其特征在于:该轴(15)内的该槽(27)是圆周的。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的电动马达,其特征在于:该油封(19)由丁腈橡胶制成,具有两个向内延伸的唇部(25,28),该唇部在该两个轴向隔开位置与该轴(15)周向接触。
4、如权利要求3所述的电动马达,其特征在于:该空腔(26)是在该轴(15)和该油封(19)的两个唇部(25,28)之间制成的一个环形空间。
