发明背景
传统的无线系统中,用户从某一服务提供者处购买无线电话(即,手机)和某种无线服务。用户与服务提供者之间建立有某种合同关系,并且用户支付用来获取这种无线服务的用户月租,同时还支付所需的广播时间。如果用户不能按月进行支付,那么服务提供者可以中断提供服务。并且服务提供者还需收取未支付的费用。
美国专利5,470,247中描述了一种蜂窝电话通信补充系统。这种系统包括一种按照预定参数(如,呼叫次数、金额等)进行计费的装置。而预定的参数是存储在装置的保密计费系统内的。
美国专利5,577,100中描述了一种移动电话,这种移动电话具有实时呼叫计费的能力。移动电话包括一个内存储器,用来在运行中存储可以更新升级的费率表,和计算帐户的复杂的计费算法。此外,移动电话能够提醒用户目前的实时帐户情况。还有,该美国专利使得通信系统可以经空中操纵移动电话,并更新升级费率表中的的帐户情况。
所以,人们需要有一种无线预付系统,使得服务提供者无需时时关心收取未付帐单,并使用户可以控制其无线花费。
发明概述
本发明提供了一种便于提供预付无线通信服务的技术。按照本发明的一种实施例,无线装置包括存储贷方金额数以及收费表或费率表的存储器。贷方金额可以在启动装置的时候设置。装置监视有效的贷方金额数,并重新计算使用装置时的贷方金额数。重新计算使用收费表或费率表中存储的信息。如果用户想要更新有效的贷方金额数,那么他(她)就要与服务提供者联系,将贷方金额或借方金额信息以及/或者预付呼叫卡信息提供给IVR系统,或者提供给呼叫中心环境中的某一代理人。随后,提供者产生SMS消息,通过空中,修改装置存储器中的贷方金额数。另外,提供者还可以提供多种不同的收费或费率表,也可以随时段修改表格。提供者可以采用SMS消息来更新装置的存储器,从而将不同的收费表或费率表包括在内。

发明详细描述
系统1综述
在按照本发明用于管理无线预付服务的系统中,网络提供者给出一种无线通信网,如用于移动通信网的全球系统(GSM)。与应用于GSM一样,本发明也可以应用于其他的无线通信网。另一方面,服务提供者提供了一种预付服务,包括向这样一些服务的用户提供用户服务功能。
图1是按照本发明系统1的典型实施例。系统1包括将在下文中描述的组成网络的工作站和服务器的组合。系统1中的连接除指明以外,都是按照“以太传输控制协议/互联网协议(TCP/IP)141组成的。也可以采用其他的数据连网结构来通过系统传送数据。
通过无线装置10(如移动电话)、固定电话150或通信网(如互联网)(未示出)可以访问系统1。采用装置10,通过无线网,将用户与固定的公共电话网(FPPN)40相连;而电话150是直接与FPPN140相连的。随后,FPPN140通过合适的电话接口(如数字接入信令系统(DASS)143),将该用户与自动呼叫分配(ACD)系统130连接起来。
ACD130可以通过合适的电话接口(如数字专用网信令系统(DPNSS)142),将用户与自动交互式语音应答(IVR)系统130相连,或者连接到具有用户服务代理人的呼叫中心165。该用户可以在呼叫期间的任何时间内在IVR30和呼叫中心165之间转换。
装置10
图2是图1所示装置更详细的图。装置10可以是一个无线电话、无线寻呼机或具有无线调制解调器的装置。装置10包括存储器装置11、处理器12、接收机/发射机13、输入装置14和输出装置15。输入装置14可以是键盘、语音识别装置等。输出装置15可以是LCD屏幕、显示器、监视器和扬声系统等。存储器装置11可以存储如应用软件、用户文件、呼叫收费表、唯一的识别号(在本发明的实施例中是无线电话用户的MSISDN)和有效贷方金额。存储器装置11还存储预编程的号码,使用户能够连接要起用的系统1或补充金额。
对装置10的呼叫或来自装置10的呼叫根据存储器装置11中存储的呼叫收费表,调用呼叫计费。对于每一接收或发出的呼叫,装置10用存储器中存储的收费表或费率表,计算其费用,并从有效贷方金额中扣除这一费用。
存储器装置11中的某些数据(如预编程号和MSISDN)是在装置10的组装期间由制造商存储起来的。制造商将这些数据(作为数据文件)提供给服务提供者。服务提供者需要用该数据文件在无线网上执行装置10的初始提供。文件一开始是存储在用户支持系统(CSS)(将在下文中详述)中的。在预定的时刻,将该数据文件传送到“网络计费和管理系统(NBAS)”190以及加密和授权服务器(EAS)40(如TelemacCellular Corporation的借方授权服务器)。这些数据文件传送和处理是在可以使用装置10之前进行的。
装置10能够用短消息服务(SMS)消息对信息进行接收和发送。SMS消息的保密是由加密服务器如EAS40提供的。EAS40确保SMS消息不会被再使用、被复制、被观看或被变更。EAS40对SMS消息中(如MSISDN、金额更新、SIM序列号(SSN)和用于SMS消息加密的消息序号)的信息进行加密。EAS40将SMS消息传送到IVR30,随后由IVR30将SMS消息发送到装置10(见图1)。
图3示出的是短消息服务过程图。系统1用作一SMS中心(SMSC)180(见图1),它在例如TCP/IP传送连接时支持双向短消息对等(SMPP)协议。还有预定信息的短消息服务-移动单元传送的(SMS-MT)消息是在空中传送到装置10。装置采用接收器/发射器13接收SMS消息(图2)、对SMS-MT进行解密,并执行所要求的操作(如金额更新)。随后,装置10用接收器/发射器13,以短消息服务一移动单元所发出的(SMS-MO)消息回送一个确认消息。从装置10到系统1的SMS-MO消息是不向用户计费的。
IVR30管理SMS工作队列300,包括应用层流程控制、重试计数、监视和审计。“IVR SMS发送任务(SMS-TX)”310监视SMS工作队列300,并相应地处理新的输入、监视从SMSC180(也可以是SMSC A330和SMSC B340)返回的MT-ACK,并更新SMS工作队列中的状态。
IVR SMS接收任务(SMS-RX)320通过任一所到达的路径(即SMSC A330或SMSCB340)监视来自装置10的MO-ACK,将它们与合适的SMS-MT消息相连,并且随后更新SMS工作队列300,并存储所有带有SMS-MO消息而返回的数据。
CSS50
图1中所示的CSS50包括一用户数据库230和刻痕(scratched)卡(即预付呼叫卡)数据库240。用户数据库230连续保持对由用户、IVR30和/或呼叫中心165所进行的所有活动(如起用、金额更新和装置10活动)的跟踪。另外,用户数据库类30自动监视装置10的存储器装置11中所存储的信息。用户数据库230用来解决与用户所发生的争执,并检测可能会出现的欺诈行为。
而刻痕卡数据库240则跟踪刻痕卡的所有活动(如刻痕卡的生成、打印、散发、起用和使用)。在一种实施例中,用户数据库和刻痕卡数据库230、240是用微软公司的“Microsoft SQL服务器”运行和保持的。此外,在一种实施例中,CSS50上的CSS应用软件是在来自微软公司的Microsoft Windows NT版本下运行的。
软件模型
按照本发明一种实施例的系统1采用‘工作队列’软件模型。软件模型的典型实施例如图4所示。该过程包括几个独立的不同的子过程;每一子过程可以由一项任务来管理。例如,输入队列400提供有关必须执行子过程410的任务1的信息。子过程410按照过程的定义对信息进行处理,并且随后将结果放入输出队列420中。用于子过程410的输出队列420随后变成在过程的定义中子过程430的输入队列420。输入队列420接着将有关任务2的信息提供给子过程430,并且将结果放入输出队列440中。队列440用作子过程430的输出队列,也可以用作子过程450的输入队列。如果由于某种原因任务中断了,那么输入队列过程就增大,并且输出队列逐渐减小成空队列,而生成线中前面的其他子过程将继续工作。如果输入队列以比任务所能处理的更大的速率增长,则可以开始另外出现的相同的任务。
在某些实施例中,如图4所示的软件模型被用于下面描述的金额刷新过程,并且对于借/贷卡的确认、EAS处理以及SMS消息发送具有不同的处理过程。该软件模型适合于需要几个专门的处理过程的应用场合。软件模型还便于适应接口发生变化的其他环境下。无需改变整个用途,而只需改变执行该过程的子应用场合。这种方法加速了总体测试,这是因为,每一子应用可以独立于其他的子应用而得到完整的测试。因此,将工作放入队列的处理过程不仅是IVR30过程;它们还是基于呼叫中心165的个人计算机所进行的。
起用
图5是起用无线装置10的过程的流程图。当用户预编程号码时,呼叫选择通向IVR30的路由,并由IVR30应答(步骤500)。另外,用户可以通过对呼叫中心165进行呼叫来起用装置10(将在下文中详述)。为了起用装置10,IVR30使用了装置10的MSISDN。
IVR30对首先从装置10接收的、随后是从寄存的装置10、非寄存的装置10、固定电话150或通信网接收的呼叫作出不同的应答。
当由IVR30接收到呼叫的时候,IVR30采用它的数字信号处理(DSP)输入识别能力,分析A方号码(即呼叫方或呼叫发起者的号码),以自动确定MSISDN作为DSP输入(步骤510)。如果用户在与系统1连接时采用的不是装置10,那么IVR30就会提醒用户手工输入合适的MSISDN作为DTMF输入(步骤520)。
随后,系统1用用户数据库230判断MSISDN是否有效(步骤530)。如果MSISDN是无效的,那么系统1就会拒绝该呼叫,或者请求用户再次输入MSISDN(步骤550)。如果MSISDN是有效的(步骤540)(即,已经被提供用在系统1中),那么,系统1就接着检查移动装置是否已经针对其MSISDN而被起用了(步骤560)。如上所述,装置10是不能在没有预先装备的时候而起用的。如果MSISDN没有被事先起用(即,其非寄存的装置10),那么系统1将通过解除禁用(unbarring)而起用(步骤570),并且随后将该用户送至金额刷新过程(步骤580)。如果判断MSISDN是预先已被起用,那么该用户也被送至进行金额刷新。随后,IVR30更新用户数据库230。
“起用?”步骤可以包括检查是否已将一禁用(bar)放置在装置10上的子步骤(未示出)。如果装置10被禁用,那么就进行进一步的检查,以建立起该禁用是否是代理人请求的结果(例如,因相关的装置10被偷)。如果不是这样的原因,那么IVR30就记录下装置10不是通过设置内部标志而工作但可以如所述的那样被起用和解除禁用。然而,如果是根据代理人的请求而被禁用(barred的,那么就禁止进一步的处理。
一旦成功进行了装置10的起用和金额刷新(如下所描述)以后,IVR30就指令CSS 50使相关的MSISDN解除禁用。CSS50接着与汇接局191接口相连,以排除来话呼叫的禁用,因而使来话SMS消息和电话呼叫能够通向装置10。由于NBAS190在日常维护是不能使用的,所以装置10的起用会仅限于在一天中的某几个小时之间使用。这是因为系统1需要完成解除禁用过程而来自NBAS190的响应在从解除禁用请求递送起持续了几个小时之前是不传送的。IVR30可以提醒以后注意这一有无情况,并用合适的消息来阻止起用。这时,CSS50队列提出请求,并且仅在处于在线状态的时候将它们发送到NBAS190。在将提供请求发送到NBAS190以后,CSS50轮询已经对请求作出响应的确认。CSS50保持用户数据库230中的标志,而这些标志表示用户的当前状态(通过MSISDN)。
在起用元件中,CSS50通过系统1中的NBAS190接口至归属位置寄存器(HLK)260来使装置10解除禁用(如图1中所示)。HLR260有一个HLK数据库270。
起用时,服务提供者可以用下面的SMS服务,通过空中,向装置提供收费表信息。发送收费表的更新可以在用户寻求如下所述更新无线装置金额的无论什么时候进行。另外,服务提供者可以在服务提供者需要的任何时候,发出SMS传送收费表更新的消息。这使得服务提供者拥有了建立其收费表时最大的灵活性,特别是网络提供者在使用者尽可能多地具有不同使用方式而提供不同的一揽子费率从而使价格更具竞争性的时候。
金额刷新
图6提供的是金额刷新过程(即,增加有效贷方金额)的流程图。用户通过用无线装置10、电话150,或者通过数据网如互联网来呼叫预编程号码,而实现对IVR30的接入。系统使用户能够呼叫预编程号码,即使装置10上的有效贷方金额已经落到了进行出站呼叫所需金额数以下的时候也是这样。
当呼叫预编程号码的时候,IVR30对该呼叫作出应答(步骤600),并开始这一应用,这与装置10起用时所使用的情况类似。IVR30收集并确认有关装置10(即MSISDN)的信息(步骤610)。为了增加有效的贷方金额数,用户可以使用(步骤620)借/贷卡和/或刻痕卡(将在下文中详述)。在单个的电话呼叫中,用户可以增加一个以上的装置10的贷方金额数(步骤660),并且可以使用一个以上的借/贷卡和/、刻痕卡,或者这些卡的组合。
一旦已经授权了刻痕卡(步骤650),或者收集了借/贷卡信息(步骤640),并且如果用户没有要作进一步的操作,那么呼叫将被中断(步骤670)。
图7描述的是有关金额刷新的流程。IVR30可以将对后台处理的请求排成队列。由于刻痕卡已经在呼叫期间被在线授权,所以可以将请求排成队列,由EAS40进行处理。(见方框700、720)。借/记卡信息必须首先通过付费清算服务(PCS)200而被确认(方框700到方框710,方框730至方框720)。
加密过程可以用如TCP/IP端口-端口协议(socket-socket protocol)与EAS40接口相连。过程可以将MSISDN和金额更新值对(方框720)发送到EAS40。EAS40返回要发送到装置10的加密SMS消息(方框740)。它返回已存储的其他的SMS消息(如请求变更呼叫收费表、请求有效金额数)。EAS40通常在金额刷新的时候将信息发送回IVR30,但信息可以在特定的基础上进行发送。所有经处理的EAS请求是放在等待(方框750)由SMS消息发送到装置10的队列中的。把每一过程的详细记录记载下来,用作以后审计。
SMS发送过程对SMS消息的传递到它们所要求的目的地进行处理(方框760)。如图3所描述的那样,装置10根据SMS-MT消息产生回复SMS-MO消息。SMS过程监视双向SMS消息,并且在已经接收了成功回复SMS-MO消息时经处理时对消息作出标记。更具体地说,SMS过程通过SMSC180处理将SMS消息传递到它们想要的目的地。SMSC180返回一个低电位确认,随后装置10返回一个确认。当在装置10中发生金额刷新的时候,装置10随后返回一个用于金额刷新的更高的电平。该SMS-MO不必改变。如果在预定的时间以后没有接收到SMS-MO消息,那么SMSC180就将SMS消息返回到IVR30。根据消息中的故障码,IVR30可以选择再发送金额刷新SMS消息。
借/贷卡授权
下面描述借/贷卡结构的特点。由于借/贷卡交易授权中可能会有延迟,这一过程可以在与用户相关的IVR30业务处理已经结束以后执行(步骤670)。呼叫中断之前,告知用户有效金额数将被更新;因此,装置10应当保持开启。如果装置被关闭了,有效金额数在用户开启了装置10以后将被立即更新。
通过借/贷卡付费要求用户输入有关借/贷卡的信息。该信息包括卡号、有效期限、颁发号(issue number,仅适用于某些类型的贷方卡(debit card))以及所要求的数量。该信息存储在借/贷卡队列中,用于进行业务处理(transaction)授权(方框710)。借/贷卡授权所要执行的过程包括按照PCS200上输入装置所要求的那样,将从用户收集的相关卡信息组合起来,并且随后该数据发送到一获取者(例如,提供借/贷卡的某一机构)(方框730)。
付费结算处理采用PCS200,并且包含例如下面的元素:用户、发卡人、商人(merchant)以及商业业务处理获取者(获取者,acquirer)。在一种典型的实施例中,付费授权的在线请求是由商业对获取者采用由英国支付结算服务(APACS)标准定义的协议来传送的。获取者将该请求传送到发送者,并将响应返回给商人。日常授权业务是以例如APACS-29所定义的格式成批传递到获取者的。用户通过代表商业操作的IVR30,出示借/贷卡信息。卡的细节传送到代表商人操作的PCS200。
PCS200处理与获取者的APACS-30交互作用,并返回授权响应消息。授权响应消息是由借/贷卡处理系统产生的,并且可以是如下一种结果:授权的、谢绝的(declined)或提交的(referred)。对于用户来说,由于有效金额数将不再增加,谢绝的和提交的消息实际上是意义相同的。如果交易被拒绝或被提交,则通知用户与发卡人联络。如果交易被授权,则MSISDN的细节和有效金额数被传送到EAS40队列,作进一步的处理(方框740)。在借/贷卡授权是在线执行以及由PCS200授权的时候,IVR30将该信息传送到CSS50,用以在CSS50中完成审计跟踪。特别是,用户数据库230如上面所描述的那样,保持这样业务处理的完整的用户历史。
刻痕卡起用
服务提供者产生刻痕卡、打印刻痕卡,并将该刻痕卡分发给零售商。零售商将刻痕卡销售给用户。然而在分销链中,刻痕卡在被起用之前是无法用在系统1上的。为了能够使用刻痕卡,零售商必须与服务提供者联系。在提供了必要的信息(例如零售商的识别号、零售商的社会保障码以及包装标识号)以后,服务提供者起用刻痕卡。
CSS50在刻痕卡数据库240(将在下文中详述)中保持有关每一刻痕卡的详细记录。另外,CSS50跟踪所有的刻痕卡用途,以确保刻痕卡不会使用一次以上。当用户进行呼叫,以增加有效金额数时,CSS50确认刻痕卡的有效性,并且不需要进一步的授权。另外,IVR30从装置10处直接收集刻痕卡的记录,并且将这些记录传送到CSS50用于有效性匹配。
在确认了刻痕卡的有效性以后,IVR30中断与用户的所有呼叫,并把MSISDN和金额更新值传送到DAS队列用作进一步的处理(方框720)。CSS50在刻痕卡数据库240中将刻痕卡标记为“已使用”,并且随后更新用户数据库230以保持完整的用户历史。
装置禁用/断开
装置10可以被禁用或者被完全断开。这些操作可以由IVR30自动进行,或者由代理商人工完成。当代理商访问IVR30支持功能时,他们可以在IVR30内发起一项后台任务,请求CSS50在特定的MSISDN上放置输入呼叫禁用(bar)。CSS50与NBAS190接口相连,发出禁用码命令,因而避免了往返于装置10之间的输入的SMS消息和电话呼叫。
呼叫中心165的代理商
按照本发明的系统1可以采用IVR30(将在下面详述)自动工作,或者借助于服务提供者代理商(简称为代理商)通过手工工作。代理商是处于呼叫中心165内的,并且具有电话接口160和/或工作站接口170。代理商通过执行类似的处理来补充IVR30。例如,代理商可以用借/贷卡和/或刻痕卡来起用装置10、增加有效金额数,并响应用户的一般询问。
在IVR30的情况下,代理商可以用刻痕卡和/或借/贷卡转移资金。由于代理商是允许进入这些过程以便执行必要功能的受信托的人,所以,可能呼叫中心165中的代理商会滥用其权利。在处理过程中进行审计尝试确认了这种可能性,并确保对这些处理过程的接口连接是保密并且是经审计的。所以,要求有不同的访问级别,以及代理商的个人密码(PIN)保护。
工作队列模型(将在下文中描述)还可以用在代理商的情况下。工作队列模型的处理过程与IVR30中的是相同的。工作队列模型限制了对代理商自己的输入工作队列以及代理人自己的生成工作队列进行进一步处理(分处理)任务的范围。执行该分处理的任务没有关于出现在其自身之前的分处理的知识。这就意味着在不同平台上运行的不同的分处理可以在任务之前,只要它们具有访问并共享在任务输入队列中放置数据的公共结构即可。
图8绘出的是有关金额刷新操作的处理流程,它与图7所示的类似,所例外的是采用的是呼叫中心165的代理商而不是IVR30对过程进行控制。代理商将工作数据放入一个或多个队列(方框710、720和750)中。这确保了处理过程的完整,仅限于一个位置上。另外,必须采用队列管理系统,它具有多重用户能力,如有多个要写入输入队列的代理商任务那样,以及多次出现读取输入工作队列和写入输出工作队列的子处理任务那样。
采用数据库表、具有完整文件和记录锁定机构来构成队列的最合适的系统可以是一个关系数据库,如来自Oracle公司或Sybase的数据库。IVR30可以从这些数据库进行读、写,并且可以用如传统的编程语言进行写入,具有对这些数据库进行读和写的能力。代理商所执行的所有工作将经过严格的审计。通过工作队列处理的每一业务处理将被打上日期/时间标记和在工作队列中放置入口的代理商登录标识10,包括IVR30端口。
代理商应用也可以应用于图9中所示的薄用户机900。薄用户机900是一种通常被看作是最快开发的应用配置方法。薄用户机900通常采用网络服务器910与信息服务器920相连。应用服务器920通过访问其他的信息服务器代表薄用户机900对请求进行处理,并将响应传送回到薄用户机900。薄用户机900的接口可以用如“超文本标记语言(HTML)”或其他的传统编程语言来开发。对于代理商应用,信息服务器920已存在于IVR30中。
具有可以开发IVR30的Brite语音写-1软件可以扩展成支持网络(Web)服务器910。这种情况如图10所示。软件总线935的写-1软件结构模型使得网络服务器910能够采用软件总线935与软件总线935上的其他元件进行信息交换。它允许网络服务器910能够执行相同的IVR30分处理过程、访问相同的信息,以及使得能够对‘工作队列’进行集中管理。
代理商工作站可以采用传统的网络(Web)浏览器,如Netscape公司的Netscape第4版。开发可以用如HTML和写-1情景产生语言(SGL)进行写入,访问数据库服务器980。来自网络浏览器的请求可以由网络服务器910引入到软件总线935上的网络(Web)元件930,这些将接着运行SGL分处理过程940,而这些分处理过程接着将从数据库960中读出和写入数据库960。
上述系统提供了一种便于对预付无线装置进行控制的机构。这种机构简化了用户设备能够使其金额刷新以及使用户设备工作时的费率表得以更新。
本文中特别描述了本发明的几个典型的实施例。然而,应当理解,在不偏离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,对本发明的修改和变异由本发明的原理和权利要求书所覆盖。

Claims (9)

1.一种管理无线预付装置的方法,所述无线预付装置包括无线装置和控制机构,其特征在于,所述方法包含下述步骤:
将装置识别号、呼叫费率数据和有效金额存储在所述无线装置内;
产生第一信号,用所述无线装置发出一呼叫;
用所述控制机构,通过一无线网从所述无线装置接收所述第一信号,所述第一信号包括表示所述装置识别号的数据;
用所述控制机构发送表示所述呼叫接续的第二信号;
在接收到所述第二信号以后,用所述无线装置,按照费率数据和呼叫的持续时间,修改已有的金额数;并且
用SMS消息,更新所述无线装置中的呼叫费率数据。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,它还包含下述步骤:
将预先编程过的所述控制机构的号码存储在所述无线装置内。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,它还包含下述步骤:
通过所述无线网、电话网和通信网中的至少一个网络访问所述控制结构。
4.如权利要求1、2或3所述的方法,其特征在于,它还包含下述步骤:
当有效金额数小于预定的金额数时,用所述控制结构和控制结构中的至少一个,避免所述无线装置接收和发送所述呼叫。
5.如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,它还包含下述步骤:
如果所述无线装置无法接收和发送所述呼叫,那么就使所述无线装置能够通过所述预编程号码与所述控制结构进行联系。
6.如前述任何一个权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,它还包含下述步骤:
根据预付卡、借方卡和贷方卡中的至少一个,采用所述控制机构,确定进一步的金额数;
采用所述控制机构,将表示所述进一步金额数的一个第三信号发送到所述无线装置;以及
采用所述无线装置,使所述已有金额数被所述进一步的金额数所修改。
7.一种按照预付服务进行操作的无线装置中进行呼叫计费的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包含操作所述装置:
接收在服务消息中进行消息传送的数据;
根据所述接收的数据建立一呼叫费率数据;以及
按照所述呼叫费率数据,对从所述装置发出的呼叫进行呼叫计费。
8.一种配置用来执行前述任一权利要求所述的方法的无线装置。
9.如权利要求8所述的无线装置,其特征在于,它包含:
发射机装置;
接收机装置;
一种存储装置识别号、呼叫费率数据和已有金额数的存储器;以及
一种控制器,它根据从装置发出的呼叫持续时间以及所述存储器中存储的呼叫费率,用来修改所述存储器中存储的已有金额数,并根据所述接收器装置接收的SMS消息,修改所述存储器中存储的呼叫费率。
