Abstract

发明背景
发明的技术领域
本发明一般关于蜂窝电话网内服务小区站点的规划和实施,更具体地关于提供建筑物内微微服务小区覆盖,以及从处于建筑物外的宏服务小区向使用共享设备的建筑物内提供扩展覆盖。
有关技术描述
蜂窝电话业务变得越来越普遍,用户希望在整个业务区内得到不受打断的覆盖。但是,用户常常会遇到,当他们进入无线电波传播受到物理障碍阻碍的盲点时,蜂窝电话业务中断的现象。这种业务中断的一个地点通常出现在建筑物内,在那里蜂窝电话覆盖或者质量不一,或者不存在。为了在建筑物内提供不受中断的蜂窝电话业务,蜂窝电话规划者在处于建筑物外的宏服务小区之外,还辅助一个处于建筑物内的微微服务小区。在设计微微服务小区时,蜂窝电话提供者通过分配单独一组无线频率而精心地产生与宏服务小区不同的微微服务小区。因此,进入建筑物之前使用蜂窝电话的蜂窝电话用户被处于建筑物外的宏服务小区服务。一旦进入建筑物,蜂窝电话呼叫从宏服务小区越区切换到微微服务小区,当蜂窝电话用户在建筑物内时受到微微服务小区的服务。
在某些情况下,例如机场以及高耸的办公建筑区,大量蜂窝电话用户试图同时使用系统,微微服务小区有很大的容量需求。在这些区域,蜂窝电话提供者需要增加容量以便保证满足增长的需求。因此,最好是将出现在建筑物外的蜂窝电话网的宏服务小区覆盖扩展到建筑物内,也由微微服务小区服务以满足峰值容量需求。此外,最好是通过共享微微服务小区所用的设备来将宏服务小区覆盖扩展到建筑物内。
发明内容
本发明将蜂窝电话业务从处于建筑物外的宏服务小区向建筑物内扩展,同时通过与处于建筑物内的微微服务小区关联的单独射频提供蜂窝电话业务。一组合并器(合并射频传输)和分解器(复制射频传输)允许使用微微服务小区天线用于微微服务小区和宏服务小区覆盖。在本发明的一个实施例中,用于对宏服务小区提供蜂窝电话业务的收发机和用于对微微服务小区提供蜂窝电话业务的收发机共享公共的基站和到蜂窝电话网的通信链路。在本发明的第二实施例中,在与宏服务小区关联的频率上发射的收发机只在建筑物内提供蜂窝电话业务并通过中继器与处于远端的分配给宏服务小区的基站通信。

发明的详细描述
现在参考图1,其中说明了处于蜂窝电话网140的宏服务小区110内的建筑物100。宏服务小区110受基站120服务,基站120连接到外部天线130并进一步通过通信链路145连接到蜂窝电话网140。处于建筑物100内的是微微服务小区业务区150。微微服务小区受基站120和多个处于建筑物100内的天线160服务。本发明利用相同的多个天线160,将外部通过天线130提供的宏服务小区110覆盖扩展到微微服务小区业务区150。

通过合并图2的收发机发射路径和图3的收发机接收路径,完整的全双工蜂窝电话业务提供给宏服务小区业务区110和微微服务小区业务区150。微微服务小区覆盖只提供给处于建筑物100内的微微服务小区业务区150,而宏服务小区覆盖既提供给处于建筑物100内的微微服务小区业务区150,也提供给处于建筑物100外的宏服务小区业务区110。在本发明的这个第一实施例中,宏服务小区覆盖和微微服务小区覆盖通过共享多个天线160、基站120和到蜂窝电话网140的通信链路145而提供。

但是,不象第一实施例,中继器440不在处于建筑物100外的宏服务小区业务区110中提供蜂窝电话业务。但是,中继器440确实在处于建筑物100内的微微服务小区业务区150内提供宏服务小区覆盖。处于远端的基站410通过通信链路420与蜂窝电话网140通信。基站410连接到天线430,向宏服务小区业务区110提供蜂窝电话业务。中继器440从分解器500接收信号510并将其通过天线450向处于远端的基站410发射。
来自处于基站物100内的蜂窝电话的传输由多个天线160拾取并输入到分解器500。分解器500复制该信号并向每个收发机205和中继器440提供多份拷贝510。
当蜂窝电话在建筑物100外、宏服务小区业务区110内操作时,它通过天线430从基站410接收蜂窝电话业务。当蜂窝电话在建筑物100内移动时,来自蜂窝电话的传输由多个天线160拾取,而且该信号通过分解器500被中继器440接收。中继器440在建筑物100外通过天线450重发该信号。重发的信号通过天线430被基站410接收,而且与蜂窝电话网140的通信通过中继器440并通过通信链路420建立。
尽管本发明方法和设备的优选实施例已经在附图中说明并在前面的详细描述中描述,但是应该理解发明不仅限于所揭示的实施例,而是能够在不背离如下权利要求所提出并定义的发明精神前提下进行很多重组、修改和替换。

Claims (10)

1.一种在建筑物内提供蜂窝电话业务的装置包括:
用于在处于建筑物内的微微服务小区中建立蜂窝电话业务的装置;
用于将蜂窝电话业务从处于建筑物外的宏服务小区扩展到建筑物内的装置;以及
用于将微微服务小区和宏服务小区蜂窝电话业务合成到处于建筑物内的共享天线的装置。
2.权利要求1中描述的装置,其中,在处于建筑物内的微微服务小区中建立蜂窝电话业务的装置包括:
连接到蜂窝电话网的基站;以及
多个连接到基站的收发机,与蜂窝电话网通信,而且多个收发机还连接到处于建筑物内的共享天线,以便与处于建筑物内的蜂窝电话通信并提供微微服务小区覆盖。
3.权利要求1中描述的装置,其中,将蜂窝电话业务从处于建筑物外的宏服务小区扩展到建筑物内的装置包括:
连接到蜂窝电话网的基站;以及
多个连接到基站的收发机,与蜂窝电话网通信,多个收发机还连接到处于建筑物外的天线,以便与处于建筑物外的蜂窝电话通信并提供宏服务小区覆盖,而且多个收发机还连接到处于建筑物内的共享天线,以便与处于建筑物内的蜂窝电话通信并提供宏服务小区覆盖。
4.权利要求1中描述的装置,其中,将蜂窝电话业务从处于建筑物外的宏服务小区扩展到建筑物内的装置包括,通过处于远端的基站与蜂窝电话网通信的中继器,中继器连接到处于建筑物内的共享天线,以便处于建筑物内的蜂窝电话通信并提供宏服务小区覆盖。
5.向处于建筑物内和外的蜂窝电话发射的装置包括:
由连接到蜂窝电话网的一个或多个收发机组成的第一组收发机,第一组中的每个收发机产生与处于建筑物外的宏服务小区关联的发射机输出信号;
由连接到蜂窝电话网的一个或多个收发机组成的第二组收发机,第二组中的每个收发机产生与处于建筑物内的微微服务小区关联的发射机输出信号;
合并来自第一组的发射机输出信号的第一合并器,产生第一合并输出信号;
复制第一合并输出信号并产生第一合并输出信号的第一和第二份拷贝的分解器,信号的第一份拷贝输出到天线,以便提供建筑物外的宏服务小区覆盖;并且
合并来自第二组的发射机输出信号与第一合并输出信号的第二份拷贝的第二合并器,产生第二合并输出信号,输出到处于建筑物内的天线,对建筑物内提供微微服务小区覆盖并将宏服务小区覆盖扩展到建筑物。
6.从处于建筑物内和外的蜂窝电话接收传输的装置包括:
处于建筑物外的天线,从处于建筑物外的蜂窝电话接收宏服务小区传输;
处于建筑物内的天线,从处于建筑物内的蜂窝电话接收宏服务小区和微微服务小区传输;
合并器,将来自处于建筑物外天线的接收传输与来自处于建筑物内天线的接收传输合并,合并器产生合并输出信号;
分解器,复制合并输出信号并产生合并输出信号的第一和第二份拷贝;
由连接到蜂窝电话网的一个或多个收发机组成的第一组收发机,第一组收发机通过合并输出信号的第一份拷贝,从处于建筑物外和内的蜂窝电话接收宏服务小区传输;
由连接到蜂窝电话网的一个或多个收发机组成的第二组收发机,第二组收发机通过合并输出信号的第二份拷贝,从处于建筑物内的蜂窝电话接收微微服务小区传输。
7.向处于建筑物内的蜂窝电话发射的装置包括:
通过处于远端的基站连接到蜂窝电话网的中继器,中继器产生与处于建筑物外的宏服务小区关联的输出信号;
由连接到蜂窝电话网的一个或多个收发机组成的一组收发机,组中的每个收发机产生与处于建筑物内的微微服务小区关联的输出信号;以及
合并来自中继器和收发机组的输出信号的合并器,产生合并输出信号,输出到处于建筑物内的天线,以便提供建筑物内的微微服务小区覆盖并将宏服务小区覆盖扩展到建筑物。
8.从处于建筑物内的蜂窝电话接收传输的装置包括:
处于建筑物内的天线,从处于建筑物内的蜂窝电话接收宏服务小区和微微服务小区传输;
分解器,复制来自天线的接收传输,并产生接收传输的第一和第二份拷贝;
通过处于远端的基站连接到蜂窝电话网的中继器,中继器通过接收传输的第一份拷贝从处于建筑物内的蜂窝电话接收宏服务小区传输;并且
由连接到蜂窝电话网的一个或多个收发机组成的一组收发机,收发机组通过合并输出信号的第二份拷贝从处于建筑物内的蜂窝电话接收微微服务小区传输。
9.一种向处于建筑物内和外的蜂窝电话发射的方法包括如下步骤:
将来自与宏服务小区关联的第一组收发机中每个收发机的发射机输出合并,产生第一合并输出信号;
复制第一合并输出信号,产生第一合并输出信号的第一和第二份拷贝;
在处于建筑物外的天线上,向与宏服务小区关联的处于建筑物外的蜂窝电话发射第一合并输出信号的第一份拷贝;
将来自与微微服务小区关联的第二组收发机中每个收发机的发射机输出与第一合并输出信号的第二份拷贝合并,产生第二合并输出信号;并
在处于建筑物内的天线上,向与微微服务小区和宏服务小区关联的处于建筑物内的蜂窝电话发射第二合并输出信号。
10.一种从处于建筑物内和外的蜂窝电话接收传输的方法包括如下步骤:
在处于建筑物外的天线上,接收来自处于建筑物外的蜂窝电话的宏服务小区传输;
在处于建筑物内的天线上,接收来自处于建筑物内的蜂窝电话的宏服务小区和微微服务小区传输;
将处于建筑物外的天线上接收的宏服务小区传输与处于建筑物内的天线上接收的宏服务小区和微微服务小区传输合并,产生合并输出信号;并
复制合并输出信号,为与宏服务小区关联的第一收发机中的每个收发机和与微微服务小区关联的第二组收发机中的每个收发机产生合并输出信号的拷贝。
