Abstract

Description

可改型的发用定型组合物
本发明涉及可改型的发用定型组合物，该组合物在保持定型的同时可对发型加以改变，无需打湿头发或过度加热。本发明还涉及特别适用于喷布本发明组合物的装置。最后，本发明涉及调理角质纤维特别是头发的方法，为此将本发明的组合物涂敷在所述纤维上。
发型的固定是头发定型的要素，其包括保持已做好的发型，或者同时定型或固定头发，
化妆品市场上最广泛采用的用于定型和/或保持发型的发用产品是喷发胶组合物，该组合物基本上由溶液(通常是醇或水基的)和一种或多种成分(通常是聚合物树脂，其功能是粘结头发，也被称为定型剂)与各种美容辅剂形成的混合物构成。该溶液一般被盛装在或经喷射剂加压的适宜产生气溶胶的瓶中或泵式瓶中。
定型胶或摩丝也是已知的，一般用于打湿的头发，然后梳理定型。与常规的气溶胶型发胶相比，这类组合物的缺点在于其不能令发型保持原状。实际上，这类组合物基本是含水的，应用时会打湿头发，从而不能保持初始的发型。因此，为造型和固定发型，需要后续的梳理或吹干的过程。
现有技术的组合物均具有同样的缺点，如果不再次进行定型和固定操作，他们不允许最初形成的发型再改变成所需的新发型。此外，在各种应力条件下，定型后会形成不易改变的的持久发型。
专利申请EP524346公开了一种组合物，其能形成定型后可改型的发型。但为了发型改型，需要加热至高于定型材料玻璃化点(Tg)可能高达120℃的温度。
本申请人目前发现，通过选定某些适用的聚合物，将其单独应用或与某些适用的添加剂、适用于化妆品的载体共用，可得到能改型的发用定型剂；即，可得到特殊的定型材料，其能在保持定型的同时改变发型，无需重新打湿头发或过度加热。
本发明中适于达到该改型定型效果的定型材料一方面应当在用于所涂敷基质和干化后玻璃化点低于+10℃。
另一方面应当在用于所涂敷基质和干化后具有至少一种下述的分离特性：
(a)最大分离力Fmax＞1牛顿，以及
(b)当材料的玻璃化点(Tg)低于-15℃时，其与所接触的玻璃表面的分离能Es(m/g)低于300μJ。
本发明中，Fmax表示的是最大拉力，采用伸长计测定时，两片38mm2彼此相对放置的硬质、惰性和非吸收性的基片(A)和(B)要被分离，所述表面预先涂敷有所述的组合物，涂敷比为53/c μg/mm2，c代表组合物中干物料的浓度(以占每克组合物的克数计)，即干物料的量与组合物总量之比，所述表面需要在22℃、相对湿度50％条件下放置24小时，然后施加3牛顿的压力20秒，最后以20毫米/分钟的速度经30秒拉开。
本发明中，Es(m/g)表示经伸长计测定的，为了使两片38mm2彼此相对放置的硬质、惰性和非吸收性的基片(C)和(D)分离所需的能量；其中一面是磨砂玻璃，另一面与上述的表面(A)和(B)性质相同，该面上涂敷有组合物，涂敷比为53/c μg/mm2，c代表组合物中干物料的浓度(以占每克组合物的克数计)，即干物料的量与组合物总量之比，需要在22℃、相对湿度50％条件下放置24小时，然后将所述基片的表面(C)和(D)经3牛顿的压力施压20秒，最后以20毫米/分钟的速度经30秒拉开。
伸长计测出的该能量采用下式进行计算：

其中F(x)是产生(x)位移所需的能量；
xs1是最大拉力产生的位移(以毫米计)；
xs2是将上述两片基片的表面(C)和(D)完全分开所需拉力产生的位移(以毫米计)。
因此本发明提供了一种可改型的发用定型组合物，其中在所含的适用于角质纤维、特别是头发的化妆品载体中含有至少一种选定的聚合物，涂敷在纤维上并干化后，该组合物会形成上述的定型材料。
本发明中，玻璃化点(Tg)是指在基片上施用组合物并干化后、不包括挥发性成分在内所形成的定型成分的玻璃化点。该玻璃化点是经DSC法(量热法)测出的。
在整个说明书中，定型成分应是能达到所需可改型的定型效果的任何成分。
优选定型成分基本由至少一种定型聚合物构成，其可单用，或与常规的化妆品添加剂例如增塑剂或中和剂共用。
本发明可采用任何已知的定型聚合物，条件是所得的定型成分的玻璃化点应低于+10℃，并符合上述的粘结条件。
当定型成分由聚合物和其他组分的混合物构成时，无需要求每一聚合物组分的玻璃化点均低于+10℃，因为可通过混合(聚合物、增塑剂的混合物)进行各种可能的调节。
适用的定型聚合物具体可选自阴离子、阳离子、两性和非离子聚合物和它们的混合物。定型聚合物还可经卤化，特别是氟化。
定型聚合物可采用加溶解形式，或采用固体聚合物颗粒的分散体的形式(胶乳或假性胶乳)。
适用于本发明的阳离子定型聚合物优选选自含有构成聚合物主链或直接与聚合物主链相连的伯、仲、叔和/或季胺基团的聚合物，其分子量约为500-5000000，优选为1000-3000000。
常用的阴离子定型聚合物是含有衍生自羧酸、磺酸或磷酸基团的聚合物，其分子量约为500-5000000。
本发明特别优选的阴离子定型聚合物是磺化聚酯，其中含有以下通式所示的重复单元：
其中A和G是二价基团，X是碱金属，特别是钠和钾。本发明优选的磺化聚酯中，A是亚芳基，特别是亚苯基，G是任选地被一个或多个氧原子断开的直链或支链亚烷基，或是环亚烷基。当G是任选地被一个或多个氧原子断开的直链或支链亚烷基时，基团-O-G-O-优选是含1-20个亚烷基二醇单元的(聚)亚烷基二醇。本发明中，亚烷基优选是低级的直链或支链C2-C4亚烷基，更优选是亚乙基。该聚合物具体见于美国专利US3546008、US4340519、US3734874、US3779993、US4233196和US5386003，以及国际专利申请WO 95/32997。这些聚合物中，优选的是市售的由EASTMAN CHEMICAL公司出售的商标名为AQ 1045、AQ1350和AQ14000的产品，其中AQ 1350特别适用。
适用于本发明的两性定型聚合物可选自聚合物主链上随机分布有单元B和C的聚合物，其中B是由含有至少一个碱性功能基特别是碱性氮原子的单体得到的单元，C是由含有一个或多个羧基或磺基的酸性单体得到的单元，或者B和C也可以是两性离子羧基甜菜碱或磺基甜菜碱单体得到的基团；B和C还可以是含有伯、仲、叔或季胺基团的阳离子聚合物链，其中至少一个氨基上带有一个通过烃基相连的羧基或磺基，或者B和C可构成含有α，β-二羧基乙烯单元的聚合物的主链，该单元中的一个羧基已与含有一个或多个伯胺或仲胺的聚胺发生反应。该两性聚合物具体见于美国专利US 3836537和法国专利申请FR 1400366。
如果需要，阴离子或两性定型聚合物可部分或全部被中和。中和剂例如可以是氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇，单乙醇胺、三乙醇胺或三异丙醇胺，或者有机或无机酸，如盐酸或柠檬酸。
适用于本发明的非离子定型聚合物具体可以是聚氨酯。
可根据以下步骤测定和计算本发明定型成分的分离特性：Fmax的测定步骤
采用伸长计测定，分离两片彼此相对放置的、涂覆有待测的定型成分的硬质、惰性和非吸收性的基片表面所需的最大拉力Fmax，伸长计例如可以是LLOYD型LR5K式。
固体的硬质、惰性和非吸收性基片可选自聚乙烯、聚丙烯、合金，更优选玻璃。
基片优选采用由顶部带有小杆的玻璃片构成的对板，小杆由伸长计的颚式夹头衔接。所述的玻璃片优选与板的尺寸相同，并且玻璃片用ARALDITE类胶固定在板上。尽可能将待测的发用定型组合物均匀涂布于各玻璃片的整个表面，放置干燥，玻璃表面保持水平。
采用表面积为38mm2的玻璃片。组合物的涂覆量为53c μg/mm22，c代表组合物中干物料的浓度(以占每克组合物的克数计)。在22℃、相对湿度50％条件下干燥24小时。对板上的小杆固定在伸长计的颚式夹头上。然后采用伸长计经20秒对经涂敷的玻璃片的表面施加3牛顿的压力。经30秒，以20mm/分钟的速率施加拉力。
经测定Fmax来确定分离特性，Fmax是要分离两个玻璃片表面时用伸长计测出的最大拉力。优选采用以下方案进行：
准备6对对板。根据试验1的步骤分别采用每对对板进行测定。对所得的6组分离特性的测定结果进行选择，排除定型成分从其中一块板上脱落的情况。对于仍保留的，测定其Fmax。从而确立了测定方法。
E s(m/g) 的测定步骤
以伸长计测定使两片38mm2的相对放置的硬质、惰性和非吸收性的基片彼此“分离”所需的能量，其中一面是磨砂玻璃，未涂敷定型组合物，别一面与前述的表面性质相同；该面上涂敷有定型组合物；然后在相同条件下(同前述第一步)对两基片的表面进行处理，并采用与上述同型号的伸长计。优选采用以下方案进行测定：
准备6对对板。根据前述步骤分别采用每对对板进行分离试验。对所得的6组分离特性的测定结果进行选择，排除定型成分从其中一块板上脱落的情况。对于仍保留的，测定其Es(m/g)。从而确立了测定方法。
本发明的组合物还可含有常用于化妆品的其它组分，特别是防腐剂、香精、紫外线滤除剂、活性护发成分等。本领域技术人员对如何选择用于本发明组合物的这些成分及其用量是清楚的，其不应对可改型的定型特性产生不利影响。
本发明的组合物可制成现有技术中已知的适于发用的任何剂型，特别是可汽化的组合物、摩丝、凝胶、洗液等。
可对适用于该方法的适宜的化妆品载体进行选择。载体优选由可以加有添加剂的适当溶剂构成，添加剂可以是胶凝剂、发泡剂、聚硅氧烷等。
本领域技术人员对如何选择用于本发明组合物的其它组分(如载体组分)及其用量是清楚的，其不应对可改型的定型特性产生不利影响。特别是本领域技术人员应确保定型成分的玻璃化点低于+10℃，从而使其分离特性达到上述要求。
在本发明的具体实施方案中，组合物可以是泵式可汽化组合物，或是加压的气溶胶组合物，采用经喷布头控制的喷布阀进行汽化，喷布头上还装由用于使组合物汽化的喷口。
本发明的可汽化组合物是含有至少一种本发明定型聚合物和适宜溶剂的溶液或分散体。
适用的溶剂适宜是水、醇或水醇混合物。本发明中，醇是指C1-C4脂肪醇，优选乙醇。
当本发明的可汽化组合物是气溶胶组合物时，其中还可含有适宜用量的喷射剂。
喷射剂由常用于制备气溶胶组合物的压缩气体或液化气构成。组合物中优选采用压缩空气、二氧化碳或氮气，或可溶或不溶于所述组合物的气体，如二甲醚、氟化或非氟化烃，以及它们的混合物。
本发明还提供了气溶胶装置，由盛装有气溶胶组合物的容器构成，气溶胶组合物由液相(浆液)和喷射剂组成，液相中含有至少一种上述的定型成分和适量的溶剂。
本发明还提供了一种调理角质纤维、特别是头发的方法，其中是将上述的本发明组合物，在发型固定前或后涂敷在所述纤维上。
本发明还提供了上述组合物在可改型的美发定型制剂中及其制备中的用途。

许多组合物被制成洗液形式。

Claims (22)

1.可改型的发用定型组合物，其特征在于其中在所含的适用于角质纤维的化妆品载体中含有至少一种选自AQ1350、HYSTRECTCH V-43定型聚合物，以及它们的混合物的聚合物，涂敷在纤维上并干化后，该组合物会形成玻璃化点Tg低于+10℃并且具有以下分离特性的定型成分：
(a)最大分离力Fmax＞1牛顿，以及
(b)当定型聚合物的玻璃化点Tg低于-15℃时，其与所接触的玻璃表面的分离能Es(m/g)低于300μJ。

14.权利要求13的组合物，其特征在于所述压缩气体选自压缩空气，二氧化碳和氮气。
15.权利要求13的组合物，其特征在于所述可溶或不溶于所述组合物的气体选自二甲醚、氟化和未氟化烃。
16.权利要求13的组合物，其特征在于其可被制成可漂洗的产品，然后用于角质纤维上，漂洗并干化，沉留下足量的玻璃化点低于+10℃并且具有以下分离特性的定型成分：
(a)最大分离力Fmax＞1牛顿，以及
(b)当所述定型聚合物的玻璃化点Tg低于-15℃时，其与所接触的玻璃表面的分离能Es(m/g)低于300μJ。
17.权利要求16的组合物，其特征在于其可被制成洗发剂、调理剂。
18.气溶胶装置，由盛装有气溶胶组合物的容器和用于喷布该气溶剂组合物的装置构成，其特征在于所述气溶胶组合物包括权利要求1-17任一项的组合物，和喷射剂，其由常规的液化气，压缩气体，或可溶或不溶于所述组合物的气体，或它们的混合物构成。
19.权利要求18的气溶胶装置，其特征在于所述压缩气体选自压缩空气，二氧化碳和氮气，所述可溶或不溶于所述组合物的气体选自二甲醚、氟化和未氟化烃。
20.调理角质纤维的方法，其特征在于将权利要求1-17任一项的组合物在发型固定前后用于所述纤维。
21.权利要求20的方法，其特征在于所述角质纤维是头发。
22.权利要求1-17中任一项的组合物在可改型的美发定型制剂中及其制备中的用途。
