本发明涉及通讯,尤其涉及移动台通讯的改向。
借助于当前在IS-95B中定义的全球服务改向(Global ServiceRedirection)机制(电信标准IS-95B在此作为参考),基站可以将选择的用户接入控制过载类(ACCOLC)或诸类的移动台改向到一个特定的CDMA载波或模拟系统。服务提供者可以使用这种机制来控制CDMA用户在某些特别情况下,例如当配置(deploy)一个新系统时和在可能的系统过载情况期间接入到他们的系统。
随着更多的CDMA协议的开发,当前的全球服务改向机制已经不能满足那些服务提供者的要求,他们想用某些新的属性来有效地控制全球用户接入。
本发明除了ACCOLC以外,还提供用于全球服务改向所使用的两个新的属性,它们是移动台协议修订(MOB_P_REV)和所需的服务类型(特定的数据、话音和SMS等等),但不排除其他可能的属性。
因此,全球服务改向机制变得更加可选择,允许服务提供者例如仅仅指示CDMA2000(MOB_P_REV=6)移动台接入特定的载波,该载波被配置以支持称为3G服务的先进的服务。电信工业协会(TIA)CDMA 2000(MOB_P_REV=6)标准在此作为参考。

·ACCOLC:可以选择多个ACCOLC类(multiple ACCOLCclasses)。
·协议修订:一个给定协议,一个协议修订的范围。
·服务类型:具有异常的所有服务,或者特定的服务如话音、数据或SMS,等等。
一个新的消息-扩展的全球服务改向消息(EGSRM)-当需要时由有3G能力的基站在额外开销消息序列上发射。这种新的消息将仅仅影响3G移动台(即协议修订(MOB_P_REV)等于或大于6的移动台)。
基站将在系统参数消息(或作为另外选择的扩展系统参数消息)中指出是否这种新的额外开销消息(EGSRM)被发送。当发送EGSRM时,有3G能力的移动台将使用这个消息代替全球服务改向消息,它也可以被发送。2G或不太先进的移动台将象往常一样使用全球服务改向消息。
使用协议修订属性,基础结构可以指出它打算仅仅服务于一种特定协议修订的诸移动台,而不是服务于一个特定范围的协议修订的诸移动台。
借助于服务类型属性,基础结构可以指出它打算在一个给定的CDMA载波上提供一种特定类型的服务,而不是在一个给定的CDMA载波上提供任何特定类型的服务。
下面是为了支持本发明而对于当前CDMA 2000信令的变化:
·提供一种新的扩展全球服务改向消息(EGSRM),它除了在当前IS-95B定义的全球服务改向消息(GSRM)中提供的信息以外,还包含下面的信息:
    ·协议修订,或协议修订的一个范围,其中选择的ACCOLC类/诸类的移动台将被改向。
    ·被改向的服务类型:具有异常的所有服务或者一种特定类型的服务(如话音、数据、SMS或用于未来扩展的保留的类型)
·提供一种在系统参数消息中的新的指示符或位(EXT_GLOBAL_REDIRECT)以指出是否扩展全球服务改向消息被发送。
下面的规则或规程用于确定GSRM和EGSRM消息如何由包括老的和新的所有移动台使用:
·如果GLOBAL_REDIRECT和EXT_GLOBAL_REDIRECT位或指示符被设定为‘1’(或激活状态),
    - MOB_P_REV等于或大于6的移动台将由扩展全球服务改向消息(EGSRM)指示。
    + MOB_P_REV在范围(从DIRECT_P_MIN到DIRECT_P_MAX(含))中选择的ACCOLC的移动台将由EGSRM改向
    - MOB_P_REV小于6的移动台将由全球服务改向消息(GSRM)指示。
·如果GLOBAL_REDIRECT位设定为‘1’而EXT_GLOBAL_REDIRECT设定为‘0’,则所有的移动台将如同现今一样由全球服务改向消息(GSRM)改向。
·如果EXT_GLOBAL_REDIRECT设定为‘1’而GLOBAL_REDIRECT设定为‘0’,则只有MOB_P_REV等于或大于6的移动台将由EGSRM改向。
·当GLOBAL_REDIRECT和EXT_GLOBAL_REDIRECT都设定为‘0’时,没有任何全球服务改向。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于可选择地改向第一类型移动通讯台和第二类型移动通讯台以寻找在一个特定载波信号上的通讯服务的方法,其特征在于步骤:
提供第一和第二载波信号;
发射第一改向消息;
发射第二改向消息,这里第一改向消息仅仅改向第一类型移动通讯台到一个特定的载波信号。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征还在于步骤:
发射第一指示符,该指示符报告第一改向消息被发射;以及
发射第二指示符,该指示符报告第二改向消息被发射。
3.如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于当第一改向消息被发射以改向第一类型移动通讯台时,第一指示符是激活的,而当第二改向消息被发射以改向第二类型移动通讯台时,第二指示符是激活的。
4.如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于当第二改向消息被发射以改向第一类型和第二类型移动通讯台时,第一指示符是未激活的,而第二指示符是激活的。
5.如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于当第一改向消息被发射以改向第一类型移动通讯台时,第一指示符是激活的,而第二指示符是未激活的,使得第二类型移动通讯台没有被改向。
