Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种通常由玻璃瓶或用某种其它材料制成的瓶子构成的奶瓶,在其开口处设有一个借助于某种适当的机构拧到开口上的奶嘴。通常奶瓶内所装的物品应当是温热的,但这在目前是不可能的,因为瓶内所装的物品通常是通过将奶瓶放在装有热水的锅内而进行加热的。此外,奶瓶的实际上的奶嘴通常是未受到保护的,因此在使用奶瓶之前奶嘴可能变脏。
本发明的目的是提供一种奶瓶,其中,在使用之前实际的奶嘴部件是受到保护的,同时,所述奶瓶设有源于瓶底的一个或多个圆柱形空间,所述空间在其上端是封闭的,而在其下端则是敞开的,从而可将加热单元放在该空间内。利用螺纹来固定加热单元是适宜的。加热单元可以是任何适当类型的,例如一个与产生热量的电阻丝连接的电池。另外一种产生热量的方法是利用两种不同的混合在一起时会发热的物质。所述物质可以是水和氯化钙。实际的奶瓶由一个比奶瓶长的套管所包围以便增强奶瓶的刚性,同时在瓶子的底部提供一个空间,可将奶嘴插入该空间中以便对其进行保护,同时在该空间内还可放入某些营养品。然后用适当形状的罩盖将瓶子的下端封闭。
在瓶内所装的物品被加热之后,有时需要在一段预定的时间内保持所装物品是温热的,这是能够实现的,因为本发明的奶瓶类似于一个保温瓶。奶瓶的壁可以被设计成除了源于瓶底的限定出圆柱形空间的部分外,沿着瓶的整个长度或基本上沿着其整个长度。然后可以与制造传统的保温瓶的瓶壁完全一样的方式制成奶瓶的瓶壁。达到同样效果的另一个方法是在瓶子的外部提供一种具有起保温瓶作用的涂层。在这种情况下,源于瓶底的圆柱形空间的壁应当没有涂层。
根据呈保温瓶形式的奶瓶的一个优选实施例,奶瓶可包括一个以和传统保温瓶的瓶壁相同的方式设计的管状部分。该管状部分在其顶部和底部均是封闭的。从而,奶瓶的底部包括一个独立的部件并且必须存在于瓶内同时为用于加热瓶内所装物品的装置提供空间的所述圆柱形空间从该独立的部件开始形成。
瓶盖可根据需要在其上端设置一个密封圆盘或奶嘴。

上述附图示出了一个奶瓶1,它适合于用塑料制造,当然它也可以用玻璃制造。该奶瓶1在其上端或其颈部7处设有一个罩盖10,它可利用螺纹旋紧,其中,罩盖10的端部可设置一个密封圆盘9,或者如图2所示,设置一个奶嘴11。奶瓶2有一个从瓶2的底部开始形成的圆柱形空间12,所述圆柱形空间的上端是封闭的而其下端是敞开的,从而使空间12与瓶内所装物品分隔开来。在实际的奶瓶2上装配有一个套管3。在套管3上可设有广告材料,同时该套管比奶瓶本身要长,从而在奶瓶2的底部下方形成一个圆柱形空间4。所述圆柱形空间4可由一个盖装置6封闭。因此,奶瓶2内可以装水,而圆柱形空间可以装奶粉袋5和奶嘴11。加热单元13可以用各种方法固定到圆柱形空腔12内,例如用螺纹17和18实现所述固定。加热单元由用隔膜相互隔离开来的两个空间14和15构成。在两个空间14和15中有两种物质,例如水和氯化钙。所述隔膜可被一个特殊的穿透装置16穿透,然后通过摇动奶瓶使两种物质在加热单元13内混合,从而产生热量。
所述加热单元也可由具有可产生热量的电阻线圈的电池构成。
当在冷的状态下运送空间4内带有奶粉5和奶嘴11并且在空间12内具有加热单元13的奶瓶时,上述奶瓶2使用起来极为方便。在首先将罩盖10拧下来之后,打开在奶瓶2的底部下方的空间。将密封圆盘9移去并换上奶嘴11,同时触发加热单元13,从而当空间14和15内含有两种物质时,只有这两个空间通过被穿透而连接在一起,由此当两种物质混合在一起时产生热量。如果采用电加热单元,则只需打开开关即可加热。
正如从上面的描述中可以清楚地看到的那样,这样就提供了可为旅行或日常使用而准备的奶瓶。在准备运送奶瓶时,奶嘴11和奶粉5被保护在位于奶瓶底部下方的空间4内。当需要在没有加热源的地方使用奶瓶2时,只要用奶嘴11代替密封圆盘9并起动加热单元13便会产生热量。通常通过摇晃奶瓶将两种物质混合在一起来产生热量。
当利用上述类型的奶瓶时,有时瓶内所装的物品需要保温一段时间,因而上述奶瓶缺乏所需的保温瓶特性。但是,通过在瓶子外部及其底部设置一层适当的已知材料就可以解决这一问题,这种已知的材料具有在一段相当长的时间内将所包封的底部保持在所加热的温度的能力。另一种解决这一问题的方法是,使奶瓶本身具有一个带有保温瓶特性的壁,就是说,壁的绝大部分是双层的,使两层壁相互间隔开以限定出一个与保温瓶一样的空间。因此,奶瓶的壁和底部是双层的,而包围源于瓶底的空间的壁不是双层壁的,从而能将热量从所述空间传导给瓶内所装的物品。
图4至7示出了一个类似于保温瓶的奶瓶的实施例。奶瓶的实际保温瓶部分是一种包围一个空间的双层套管29。该套管是圆柱形的,但在顶部向内弯曲到达一个端点30。所述管具有保温瓶的特性。该管由一外壳3’包围,外壳3’在顶部有一颈部20,其上带有内螺纹。该外壳可由任何适当的材料制成,例如塑料。颈部20上设有一个指向内部的周缘法兰21,在该法兰上设有一个环形周缘密封件22。该密封件可由橡胶或其它适当的材料制成。密封件具有两个指向外部的法兰23和24,它们与周缘法兰21相互配合。密封件22还具有一个管状部分25,该部分用于和周缘法兰24一起起着支撑保温瓶部分的管状端部30的作用。周缘法兰23被设计成起着用于奶嘴11’的周缘法兰28的接触面的作用。在不使用奶嘴时,这个周缘法兰28可被一个覆盖奶瓶开口的圆盘所取代。周缘法兰28由一个固定在奶瓶盖10’上的法兰27保持就位,该奶瓶盖10’具有一个内管状部分26,所述管状部分具有与颈部20上的螺纹相配合的外螺纹。外壳3’的下端设有外螺纹32和内螺纹33。该内螺纹与一个具有指向内部的法兰的管状固定件34上的外螺纹35相配合。在该法兰表面的上方是一个具有两个指向外部的周缘法兰38和39及一个指向内部的法兰37的管状密封件。该密封件可由任何适当的材料制成,例如橡胶。容器壁39的下端31与法兰38的上侧接触。容器19的下边缘抵靠法兰37,该容器的形状就像一个用一个带有一中心孔50的圆盘49密封起来的倒置的试管。容器19可由任何适当的材料制成,例如玻璃或塑料。外壳的下端31与一个双层壁的管状端盖可拆卸地连接在一起,所述的管状端盖在其上端敞开,而其下端封闭,从而端盖具有一个环形的形状和一个U-型的横截面。环形盖的外壁41在其上端设有内螺纹43,它与套管3’下端的外螺纹32相配合。套管的内壁42在顶部向内折叠,向内折叠的边缘用44表示。向内折叠的边缘用于起支撑指向内部的周缘法兰37的作用。因此,容器19的下边缘放置在法兰37上。环形盖的内壁42上设有用于和容器45上的外螺纹46协同动作的外螺纹42,容器45在其一端是封闭的并设有一个插塞48。从图6中可以看出,插塞48可用来封闭中心孔50。图6中所示圆柱形容器的位置表示在使用奶瓶时容器所处的位置。
图7表示已被倒置并被拧到环形端盖40上的容器45。在这个位置上,容器45起着容纳带有法兰28的奶嘴11’的容器的作用。
上面所描述的奶瓶以如下的方式工作。
假定根据图5所示的奶瓶具有一个如图5所示的位于其上端的密封圆盘,而奶嘴位于图7所示的空间中。现在将圆柱形容器45从其初始位置上拧下,由此将奶嘴露出来。然后取下罩盖10’,并将奶瓶上端的密封圆盘取下,用奶嘴11′代替,随后奶嘴的法兰28将抵靠法兰23,并在借助于螺纹把端盖10’拧上去时,由法兰27夹紧于法兰23上。当完成这个步骤时,在容器19内充满适当的化学混合物以便开始加热过程。当该空间被充满时,将圆柱形容器45倒置并旋紧,从而使其插塞48封闭中心孔50。然后加热过程开始,当完成加热后,由于容器的壁29具有类似于保温瓶的特性,所以被加热的物品将会保持其温度。在这种情况下,在空间14内也可放入任何一种加热装置,例如一个电加热装置。端壁49必须适应于所选择的加热装置。
很显然,在外壳的下端与环状端盖的外壁之间的连接结构可以很容易地将实际的瓶壁29变换成一个保温瓶的形式。
Claims (11)
1.一种被设计成可封闭的奶瓶(1),容许在不损失其内所装物品的情况下进行运送,并采用了一个带螺纹的罩盖,所述奶瓶还可被连接到一个用于向消费者,例如一个婴儿,提供瓶内所装物品的奶嘴上,同时它还设有一个可启动的加热单元(3)以对瓶(2)内所装的供给物品进行加热,其特征在于,瓶(2)从其上端开始设有一个管状壁,该壁在瓶(2)的下端向内折叠以形成一个环形部分,该环形部分在其内周缘向上并向内折叠,好像是一个在其上端封闭的管件,从而形成一个圆柱形空间(12),该空间是可以从外部接近的并可用于与所述可启动的加热单元(13)相配合。

9.如权利要求1所述的奶瓶,其中奶瓶具有一个涂层,其特征在于,该涂层由塑料制成。
10.如权利要求8所述的奶瓶,其特征在于,奶瓶(2)的壁类似于一个保温瓶,在其双层壁之间具有一个空间。
