技术领域
本发明涉及一种用来收集、测试尿样以判断是否嗜用毒品然后再运送所述试样的测试用具,特别涉及一种测试用具,它具有一杯形容器和一能可视地显示是否存嗜用某种毒品现象的测试卡。
背景技术
毒品来源及嗜用毒品的总人数不断增加已使雇主、政府机构、运动团体和其它组织将毒品检查作为雇佣的条件和为保障工作场所安全的措施。进行主要毒品的检查测试是为了能快速定性地鉴定体液内是否存在毒品,所述体液可以是尿液。只有当初步检查结果呈阳性时才会在一实验室内对所述试样作彻底分析。在现场和工作场所正在进行愈来愈多的这种毒品检查,并且这些检查通常是由那些通常没有受过技术训练的测试人员来完成的,诸如实验室技工。因此,重要的是毒品检查程序必须是简单但又可靠的。而且,测试装置必须是能使测试人员完全避免接触到正被测试的样液。
人们已经提出了各种形式的装置以收集和提取体液,诸如尿液,但是已证明这些装置在操作中是不方便的,因为它们包括很多单独的步骤。首先,采集试样,随后需要几个附加的步骤以将所述尿液运送到一分析装置。这种多步骤的程序要求人们用手处理所述尿液使它们通过各种装置,并且使用这些运送装置都不可避免地会使尿液溢溅出来,从而可能会对测试人员和周围环境造成污染。此外,对尿样进行检验测试的非技术人员也反对以任何方式接触到所述尿样,甚至是对尿样本身进行处置。
很多已知测试装置的结构都相当复杂,它们都包括一用来盛装尿液的容器,随后还必须将所述尿液或至少是部分尿液运送到所述容器的其它部分,以完成所述测试。这种对所述尿液的运送要求用力地摇晃所述容器或者翻倒所述容器以使所述尿液流入一测试部分内。因此,在这种条件下必须使诸容器具有防漏性能,从而使得容器的结构复杂,并且价格昂贵。
而且,诸容器具有以下结构,即诸试剂条安装在所述容器的一测试部分内,并且其结构也能使液体试样流入所述测试部分而与诸试剂条接触。由于必需规定可以从所述容器的外侧看到诸试剂条,因此诸试剂条的安装也使得所述容器的结构较为复杂。这通常是通过提供一透明窗或安装其它一些试剂条从而使检验人员可以看到而实现的。
本发明的概述
因此,本发明的首要目的在于提供一种结构简单且价格低廉的、用来收集和测试体液试样(尤其是尿液)以判断是否嗜用了毒品、然后再运送所述试样的装置。
本发明的另一目的在于提供这样一种装置,它包括一用来盛装一尿样的封闭式容器,所述容器具有这样一种封闭结构,即其上具有多个测试条的测试卡可以插入所述容器内,从而使诸测试条接触所述尿样。
本发明的再一目的在于提供一种其上具有多个免疫测试条的测试卡,每一免疫测试条能对给定的某种嗜用毒品起反应,并且具有一可视的边界点以显示是否存在某种毒品。
本发明的毒品嗜用测试装置可用来实现本发明的目的和克服已有技术的缺点。所述毒品嗜用测试装置可以包括一用来盛装待测尿样的醚形透明容器。所述容器的敞口式顶部具有一罩盖(closure cap)或顶盖并且在所述顶盖内具有一径向狭缝。所述狭缝具有一定大小以容纳一测试卡,所述测试卡具有多个位于其一面上彼此相互平行的免疫测试条,每一测试条能对给定的某种嗜用毒品起反应。可以将所述测试卡穿过所述狭缝而插入,从而使其一端浸在所述尿样内达预定深度,由此可以通过所述容器的透明壁面看到每一测试条的可视结果,而不需要将所述测试卡从所述容器上取下来,以显示所述尿样内是否存在某种嗜用毒品。如果所述试样的测试结果呈“阳性”,显示所述尿样中存在毒品,则必须将所述试样送到一鉴定实验室以作确定性测试。为此,提供一严实的、即无狭缝的第二罩盖,它可以旋紧在所述杯形容器的敞口式端部上。将所述测试卡从所述容器上取下来,将所述严实的罩盖旋紧在其上以封闭所述容器,随后准备将所述容器运送到一实验室。
如上所述,所述测试用具包括一用来收集和测试尿样的毒品嗜用测试装置。这种测试装置包括一具有一透明壁面并具有一敞口式顶部的杯形容器,所述敞口式顶部上旋有一其内设置有一狭缝的罩盖以承接一测试卡。设置有一旋紧在杯形容器外端上的严实的第二罩盖以密封住所述容器,从而能安全地运送容器内的液体试样。
所述测试用具还包括一用于嗜用毒品的检查测试卡,它可以包括一具有业务名片大小和形状的薄平整件。多个免疫测试条、相互平行并排固定于所述测试卡的一面上,于所述测试卡的外轮廓之内。每一测试条都能发生反应,以对给定的某种嗜用毒品提供一可视的指示作用。因此,这种测试卡能为多个分析化学作同时的检测。

本发明的实施例
正如可以从图1和图2中看到的,标号10总的示出了一根据本发明的嗜用毒品测试用具,它包括一具有一圆柱形侧壁12、一封闭式底部12和一敞口式顶部14的杯形透明测试容器或杯子11。所述圆柱形壁12可以稍稍具有一锥度,或者是笔直的。
所述测试杯11的敞口式端部14设置有诸外螺纹21,所述外螺纹螺合在一具有相应内螺纹的外罩盖或顶盖22上,在该图中,所述内螺纹未予示出。所述顶盖22具有一圆形顶面23,其周缘悬垂下来形成一圆柱形壁24,在所述圆柱形壁的内表面上设置有内螺纹。所述顶盖表明23内具有一直径方向的狭缝19,所述狭缝具有一定形状以容纳一即将予以描述的测试卡。还设置有一严实的顶盖或顶罩15,其大小和形状与顶盖22的相似,但是它是严实的,或者说是没有狭缝的,从而可以将诸顶盖15和22可互换地安装在测试杯11的敞口式端部14上。在运输过程中,顶盖15通常是装配在所述测试杯的底部上。一温度条16安装在所述测试杯的底部侧壁上,从而能对位于一测试杯内部的所述试样的温度起显示作用。
在图1中示出了一插设在所述罩盖22内的狭缝19内部的测试卡25,在图3-图6中更为具体地示出了所述测试卡,所述测试卡能指示出是否嗜用了5种不同毒品中的任一种毒品。所述测试卡是一种能测试多种毒品类型的测试卡,用来测试是否嗜用了五种不同毒品的测试条安装在所述测试卡上。诸测试条26-30彼此相互平行、隔开地设置在所述测试卡的一测试面31上。这些测试条能指示出是否嗜用了以下特定毒品:PCP、可卡因、安非他明(AMP)、大麻(THC)和鸦片。诸测试条可以是由加利福尼亚州South San Francisco的Bionike、San Diego的Phamatech和宾西法尼亚州Bethlehem的Arista Biological进行制造的。这些测试条被称为免疫测定条并应用胶态金化学。每一测试条都最多浸至一以32标示的最大线,测试结果可以在以33标示的测试区域读取。所述测试区域内的一蓝线表示所述测试试样呈阳性或试样内有某种毒品。
诸测试条实际上是凹嵌在所述测试卡的诸狭缝内的,因此,每一测试条的一部分可以从测试卡的测试面31上凸伸出来,正如可以从图5中看到的那样。所述测试卡可以有两片层34、35形成,如图7所示,两片层随后又由一具有一弯曲部或折叠部36的单根条来形成的。所述片层35形成有多个具有一定大小和形状以容纳每一测试条的压模切缝37。因此,在制造一测试卡的过程中,在端部36处将所述两部分34和35折叠起来并粘合在一起。随后,如图6所示那样将诸测试条放入诸狭缝内,在第二部分35已被折叠之后,将每一测试条粘附于第一部分34的表面上。
以下这种情况也是在本发明的保护范围之内的:即用两片单独的或独立的片层34和35来制造这种测试卡,随后再将这两片层粘合在一起并将诸测试条固定在诸狭缝内。
为了能利用本发明的测试卡来进行嗜用毒品的测试,受检测的人首先必须提供一尿样并放入透明测试杯11中。所提供的尿样的量必须是:在插入测试卡之后最高能到达由32标示的最大值线附近。也可以在测试容器的壁面上划设诸注满线。
然后,通过将顶盖22螺合在测试杯顶部上,将其内装有足量测试尿样的测试杯封闭起来。顶盖22设置有一被放置在狭缝19上的、可以方便地拆卸下来的胶粘密封条18。因此,当将装有测试尿样的容器带到进行测试的人面前时,除去所述保护条18,并将多个毒品测试卡25插入所述狭缝内,从而使所述测试卡的底部静置在测试杯的底部上。十五(15)毫升的尿样可以保证所述尿样不会超过最大注满线32。然后,让所述测试卡在原位保持至少三分钟,随后就可以通过所述容器的透明壁面从每一独立的测试条上读取到所述测试的结果。因此,如果在其中任何一条测试条上出现一蓝线,则表示测试尿样为阳性并且在测试尿样中有嗜用某种毒品的现象。如果没有出现这种蓝线,则表示所述尿样中没有嗜用五种毒品中任一种毒品。如果是这样一种阴性的结果,则丢弃所述尿样和所述容器。
但是,当测试结果为阳性时,最好将所述尿样送到一确证实验室(certifiedlaboratory),以藉助更特殊的测试方法作确定分析。为了能运送装在所述容器内的所述试样,除去所述罩盖22,并将严实的顶盖15向下旋紧在所述容器的敞口式端部上。
在图8中,标号40示出了上述测试卡的一种变型,它与两片层构造相似,但是它还设置有一粘附于所述两片层并覆盖住诸测试条的第三片层或顶片层41。所述第三片层41设置有一开口42,通过该开口,可以看到所述测试线和控制线。在该变型中,那些位于最大注满线32下方的诸片层部分被除去了,从而可以使诸测试条26-30伸出经缩短的测试卡的底端43。否则,这种测试卡就会以确实与上述相同的方式起作用了。
在图9中,标号44示出了所述测试卡的一种变型。在该变型中,诸测试条都被覆盖住,但是相关测试和诸测试条的标样部分都可以通过诸开口而看到。测试卡44包括一由厚度为1.25毫米的苯乙烯制成的中心片层45,所述厚度与诸测试条的厚度相对应或者稍稍大于诸测试条厚度,诸狭缝设置在所述中心片层内以容纳诸测试条。中心片层45的顶面和底面均由一下片层46和一上片层47所覆盖住,所述下片层和上片层可以由一种在48和49处双面划线的单片材料制成,以便能以如图9所示的方式裹绕在中心片层45周围。所述上、下片层可以是一种涂覆有塑料的、薄的乙烯基片材或纸板。上片材47设置有多个测试窗50,通过这些测试窗可以看到有诸测试条所显示的测试结果。在测试卡的下端,设置有诸试样开口51,液体测试尿样可以通过诸试样开口与诸测试条的吸收剂或试样部分相接触。
在图11-图14中,示出了测试卡44的一种变型,其中所述测试卡是由三片单独的、随后被制成薄片的片层制成。下、上片层46、47都是由一种厚度为0.33毫米的、薄的乙烯基片材制成的,中心片层45是有厚度约为1.25毫米的苯乙烯制成的。上片层47同样具有诸测试开口或测试窗50和试样开口51,下片层46如图所示是严实不开口的。
中心片层45设置有多个纵向延伸的狭缝52,一测试条53如图所示位于所述的每一狭缝内。所述测试条的长度小于狭缝52的长度。在该实施例中,只示出了一条用于THC(大麻)的测试条。虽然所述测试条的该实施例按规定具有五条测试条,但是,应予理解的是,所述测试卡可以以相同的方式制造成五条以内的测试条,如果需要甚至只有一条测试条。在这种变型中,被省略的诸测试条的诸窗口50和51通常都是严实不开口的。
测试条26-30中的每一测试条都是一个一步式免疫测定,其中一作了特别标签的毒品,(毒品共轭体(drug conjugate))与可能会出现在所述试样内的毒品争夺一抗体上的有限数量的结合点。所述测试条由一已将一毒品共轭体固定于其上的薄膜条组成。一胶态金-抗体复合物在所述薄膜一端被干燥。由于所述尿样内没有任何毒品,胶态金-抗体复合物藉助毛细作用而随所述尿样一起移动以接触固定化毒品共轭体。产生一抗体-抗原反应,从而在所述测试区域内形成一可见线。测试区域内的可见线的形成是发生在药检呈阴性时。当所述尿样中有毒品时,所述毒品或其代谢物将与所述测试区域内的固定化毒品共轭体争夺所述胶态金-标记抗体复合物上的、有限的抗体位置。如果存在足量的毒品,它将填满所有可用结合点,从而可以防止标记抗体与毒品共轭体附着。在测试区域内没有一条色线或色带表示测试结果为阳性。一由不同抗体/抗原反应组成的控制带或控制线出现在所述薄膜条上。所述控制线不受所述尿样内是否有毒品的影响,因此在所有反应中都应该出现该控制线。
总之,如果在控制区域出现单条色带,而在所述测试区域没有任何色带出现,则测试结果为“阳性”,它表示存在某种超过通常约为50ng/ml的预定值的毒品。如果出现两条色带,一条出现在控制区域内,另一条出现在测试区域内,则测试结果为“阴性”,它表示某种毒品的值低于具有灵敏度的预定检测。
如果在测试区域和控制区域内都不能看到明显的色带,或者如果在测试区域内可以看到色带而在控制区域内没有色带,则测试结果是无效的,并且需用另一测试卡来重新测试所述尿样。
通过用经过适当化学药品处理的诸条来替代所述毒品测试条,以对不同和所选择的生物战争剂(biological warfare agent)起反应,还可以将所述测试卡用作一用于生物检测或监视装置的载体或传送系统。诸条将以与嗜用毒品条相似的方式起作用,以提供一可视的显示作用,以指示是否有某种预定量的生物战争剂。
工业应用性
因此,可以看到本发明揭示了一种新颖且改良的毒品嗜用测试用具,它包括一用来盛装受检的液体尿样的容器,以及一多种毒品的测试卡,所述测试卡插在盛装在所述容器内部的所述尿样内,测试的可见结果可以透过所述容器的透明壁面从测试卡上读取到。因此,所述测试卡包括多个单独的、免疫检测型的测试条,并且每一测试条都对给定的某种嗜用毒品起反应或者能对其起到指示作用。所述测试卡可以由涂覆有塑料的纸板或制成薄片的薄塑料片制成。这种毒品嗜用测试用具可以使人们迅速地得到一可见的定性结果,它对于辩论目的来说是极其有利的,但是它并不只限于这些目的。
应予理解的是,为了使本发明适于不同用途和条件,本发明还可以有其它变型,因此,应认为对本发明的这些变型都处于所附权利要求书所限定的保护范围之内。
Claims (15)
1.一种毒品嗜用测试用具,其特征在于,它包括一具有一敞口式顶端、用来盛装待测试尿样的杯形透明容器;一位于所述敞口式顶端上并且其内具有一径向设置的狭缝的罩盖以及一具有多个可视指示测试条的测试卡,所述诸测试条彼此相互平行地设置在测试卡的一面上,而每一测试条能对给定的某种嗜用毒品起反应,所述测试卡具有这样一种宽度和厚度,即所述测试卡的一端可以通过所述狭缝而插入,以一预定深度浸在盛装在其内的尿样内,每一测试条的结果可以透过所述容器的透明壁面而看到,以显示所述尿样中是否存在某种毒品,而不需要将所述测试卡从所述容器上取下来。
2.如权利要求1所述的毒品嗜用测试用具,其特征在于,它还包括一严实的第二罩盖,所述第二罩盖可以位于所述容器的敞口式端部上以取代所述具有一狭缝的罩盖。
3.一种用来收集和测试一尿样的毒品嗜用测试装置,其特征在于,它包括一具有一敞口式顶端、用来盛装待测试尿样的杯形透明容器;一位于所述敞口式顶端上并且其内具有一径向设置的狭缝的罩盖,以及一实心的第二罩盖,所述第二罩盖可以位于所述容器的敞口式端部上以取代所述第一罩盖,以密封住所述容器,从而能运送其内的液体试样,而不会发生渗漏现象。
4.如权利要求3所述的嗜用毒品用具,其特征在于,它还包括一在对所述容器内的尿样进行测试之前可以除去的、覆盖住所述狭缝的保护胶粘条。
5.一种用于嗜用毒品的多种毒品测试卡,其特征在于,它包括一薄的平整件,所述薄的平整件具有一业务名片大小和形状并具有一第一面;以及,多个具有可视边界点以指示是否存在毒品的免疫测试条,它们彼此相互平行地、肩并肩地粘附在所述第一面上,位于所述平整件的外轮廓内部,并且每一测试条至少有一部分是暴露的,每一测试条能指示至少是否存在某种嗜用的毒品。
6.如权利要求5所述的多种毒品测试卡,其特征在于,所述诸测试条均凹嵌在所述第一面内。
7.如权利要求5所述的多种毒品测试卡,其特征在于,所述诸测试条均设置成与所述平整件的较长尺寸的方向相平行。
8.如权利要求5所述的多种毒品测试卡,其特征在于,在所述第一面上有多个彼此相互隔开、相互平行的狭缝,所述诸测试条均位于所述狭缝内。
9.如权利要求5所述的多种毒品测试卡,其特征在于,所述诸测试条的暴露部分都向内地凹嵌在所述第一面的表面内。
10.如权利要求5所述的多种毒品测试卡,其特征在于,所述薄的平整件包括三个制成薄片状的片材,其中一片材形成一底片,第二片材内具有多个彼此相互平行的、用来容纳所述诸测试条的狭缝,第三片材内具有彼此相互隔开、相互平行、与所述诸测试条相对应的狭缝,所述诸片材粘附在一起,因此所述第一和第三片材将所述第二片材夹设在其间。
11.如权利要求5所述的多种毒品测试卡,其特征在于,所述薄平整件具有前表面和后表面,并且其厚度基本上等于诸测试条的厚度,在所述薄平整件内具有诸狭缝将诸测试条容纳在其内,一第二薄平整件粘附于所述薄平整件的所述后表面,一第三薄的平整件粘附于所述薄平整件的前表面,在所述第三薄平整件内具有诸开口以露出所述试样和每一测试条的测试部分。
12.如权利要求5所述的多种毒品测试卡,其特征在于,所述第二和第三薄平整件包括一位于其内并折叠在所述第一薄平整件周围的单片材料。
13.如权利要求11所述的多种毒品测试卡,其特征在于,所述第二和第三薄平整件比所述第一薄平整件薄。
14.如权利要求5所述的多种毒品测试卡,其特征在于,所述测试卡具有一底端,所述诸测试条具有向所述底端外部凸伸的端部。
15.如权利要求14所述的多种毒品测试卡,其特征在于,它还包括一覆盖住所述薄平整件和诸测试条的所述第一面的覆盖片,在所述覆盖片内具有一开口,以露出每一测试条的一部分。
