Abstract
本发明的目的是提供一种容器,其阀门能开关自如,只要改变施加在容器壳体上的压力即可。本发明的容器有一阀(2)和一从外面覆盖阀(2)的盖(3)。阀(2)设有开缝(23),当壳体(1)的内部压力高于大气压力时,由于阀(2)的向外变形而使开缝(23)开启,而当内部压力与大气压力近乎相等时,由于阀(2)的弹性而使开缝(23)闭合。本发明的容器还有一个在盖(3)内侧制出的推动结构(4),这个推动结构(4)这样成形,使它在关上盖(3)时能与阀(2)接触,从而将阀(2)略微向内推动使开缝(23)开启。
Description
技术领域
本发明要求1997年6月20日提出的日本专利申请9-164473号的优先权,上述专利申请参考结合于此。
背景技术
本发明涉及一种液体或粉末用的容器,它有一个可弹性变形的壳体和一个设在壳体开口内的阀,当在壳体外对壳体施加压力时能使壳体内保存的少量内含物从阀门排出。
已知有下述构造的容器。在容器壳体的开口内设有一阀,所说壳体保存着液态的内含物;如果将开口转到朝下,并用手挤压壳体使它被压迫,该阀就会被推开,少量内含物就会被排出。如果松开施力的手,该阀就会被大气压力推回,从而使开口封闭。一旦阀门被空气压力推回,如果将开口转到朝上并将手从容器上撤回,阀门就会被大气压力推向内侧,致使空气流入到壳体内,于是被挤压而致变形的壳体形状就会返回到其原来模样。这种容器还在阀门外侧设有盖或帽,其设计意图是将盖关闭后可保护阀门的精细结构并停止空气在容器内的流进或流出,从而防止其内含物变坏,这样它们就能被存储较长的时间。日本公开的专利申请6-59900号(今后被称为“现有技术”公开)所公开的容器就是这种容器的一个例子。
本申请的发明人以前曾设计过一种具有较高粘度的液体清洁剂用的容器。容器设有上述那种阀门是极其方便的,它能使液体清洁剂按照所需数量小量发放,并且它能随时停止排放清洁剂,只要将用手挤压容器壳体的力松开即可。但反复试验发现有下列缺点。即用来制造阀门的弹性合成树脂会在阀门开缝处自相粘结,以致当下一次使用容器时,阀门不再能开关自如。
发明内容
本发明就是根据这种情况设计的。本发明的目的是要提供一种容器,其阀门能开关自如,只要改变施加在容器壳体上的压力即可。即本发明的目的是要提供一种改进的容器,它包括:(i)一个可弹性变形的壳体;(ii)一个设有一条开缝或多条开缝的阀,当壳体的内部压力高于大气压力时, 由于阀的向外变形,开缝开启,而当内部压力消失时,由于阀的弹性,开缝闭合;及(iii)一个用来从外部覆盖阀门的盖;其中用来制造阀门用的弹性合成树脂不会在阀门开缝处自相粘结,阀门的开、关不会受到阻碍。
本发明构造时在盖上制有一个推动结构,它在关上盖时能与阀门接触,从而使阀门的开缝保持在一个略微被推开的状态。
即,本发明的容器具有一壳体、一设有开缝的阀和一从外部盖住阀的盖,当所说壳体的内部压力高于大气压力时,由于所说阀的向外变形,开缝开启,而当内部压力不高于大气压力时,由于所说阀的弹性,开缝闭合;其中所说容器包括这样成形的一个推动结构,它在关上盖时能与所说阀接触,从而将阀向内推动使开缝开启。该推动结构最好在所说盖的内侧突起地制出。
采用按照本发明的容器,当容器长期不用而将盖关上时,这个推动结构会将阀向后和向内推动,从而使该阀的开缝不是完全闭合,而是保持在一略微开启的状态。由于该阀的开缝被保持成略微开启,因此能够防止在长期存放后该阀开缝的粘堵。
仔细考查上述现有技术公开中的内容,可以看到它所公开的结构是这样的:在一可弹性变形的壳体的开口内设有一阀,所说阀能根据容器壳体内、外的压力而变形,从而呈现相对于外界为外凸或内凹的形状,并且此阀是由一个盖从外侧盖住的。但在上述现有技术公开中并没有谈到当盖被关上时推开阀门的技术构思。而在现有技术公开中结合图2或图11的说明又是说明这样一个效果,即当盖被关上时,阀门将抵压到在盖内侧的一个突起上,该突起可防止阀门进一步运动,因此即使容器壳体的内部压力增加,阀门的开缝也不能开启。
按照本发明,最好推动结构的头部有一球状表面。这是因为球状表面是用于将阀门的开缝温和地向内推开的最合适的结构。而按照现有技术公开在盖背制出的突起结构具有不同的目的,因此其形状也显著不同。
本发明的阀门结构最好包括一圆筒状的支承部和一直接连结在其上的圆盘状的可动部,这两部分可由弹性合成树脂材料整体模塑出来。另外,当内部压力近乎与大气压力相等时,盘状可动部最好形成一个向开口内突起的部分球状表面,而且这个部分球状表面的曲率半径被制成略微大于在盖内侧形成的半球状表面的曲率半径。
本发明的阀门结构最好在其向内突起的部分球状表面的顶点上制出一个十字形的开缝。当盖被关上时,对温和地被向内推开的阀门来说,这是一个合适的结构。硅橡胶是适宜用来制造本发明阀门的弹性合成树脂材料。
另外,按照本发明的结构最好如下构成。即,该盖由刚性(硬性)塑料制成,在其内侧的突起结构的周围制有第一肋,而在阀门的周围制有第二肋以便与第一肋相对并接触,从而当该盖被关上时,这两肋不管阀门是开启还是闭合,都可阻止任何液流流进或流出开口。这是因为在本发明中,当盖被关闭并盖住阀门时,阀门的开缝处在略微开启的状态,需要有一结构使开口能被盖紧密地密封。虽然在现有技术公开的附图内可见到在盖的反面侧也有一个肋,但该肋是用来防止阀门从开口内向外突出的,显然与不管阀门的开启与否而将一周边紧密地密封的结构不同。
按照本发明,设在盖内侧的突起结构可具有一个双重结构,它包括两个曲率半径不同的球状表面。这个突起结构的头部的形状并不仅限于球状表面,本发明能使用各种形状,如回转椭圆面、回转抛物面等。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,按照本实施例的容器结构包括:用来保存高粘度清洁剂(如洗发剂)的可弹性变形的壳体(主体)1,通过帽11设在壳体1顶部开口内的阀门2,和从阀门2外侧覆盖这个开口的盖3。如图2a所示,这个阀门2的结构是由一种弹性合成树脂材料,更精确点说是由硅橡胶整体模塑出来的,所说结构具有圆筒状支承部21和直接连结到这个支承部21上的圆盘状可动部22,其中十字形的开缝23是在可动部22的中心制出的。
当壳体1内部的压力等于大气压力时,开缝23闭合。如果容器壳体1的内部压力高于大气压力,阀门2就向外开启。反之,如果容器壳体的内部压力低于大气压力,阀门2就向内开启并允许空气进入容器壳体1内。即,如果握住壳体1使其开口转到朝下并用手挤压而压缩壳体,壳体1的内部压力就会增加,少量的内含物就会从阀门2排出。在排出一定数量后,阀门2闭合,内含物的排放就停止。另外,如果使开口转到朝上并将手从容器撤走,壳体1的内部压力就会低于大气压力,结果阀门2就会向内开启,空气就会进入壳体1内。
在盖3的内侧形成有突起结构4,其形状使它在盖3被关闭时能与阀门2接触,并略微向内推动阀门2使开缝23开启。图2a为开口部的垂直剖面,并示出盖3被打开的情况。盖3为一刚性的塑料模塑件,它能相对于配装着阀门2的容器壳体开口自由地开、关。如图2a所示,突起结构4成形在盖3的内侧并且有一球状表面。
更详细点说,如图2a所示,当内部压力近乎等于大气压力时,阀门2的盘状可动部由于其自身的弹性形成一个向开口内突起的球状表面。设这个球状表面的曲率半径为R2,而在盖3内侧形成的球状表面的曲率半径为R4,则使R2>R4。阀门2在其如此向内突起的球状表面的顶部形成有十字形开缝23。循着图2a所示指向箭头的方向看这个十字形开缝23,如图2a所示,当盖3打开时,这个开缝23闭合成为一个十字,如同在图2b中所给出的放大图那样。而当盖3关闭时,具有球状表面的突起结构4就与阀门2接触,并略微向下推动弹性阀门2,如同图3a的剖视图所示。在这种情况下,循着图3a所示指向箭头的方向看去,阀门2的开缝23略微开启,如同在图3b中给出的放大图所示。
这样,当开缝开启时,可动部22的硅橡胶就不大可能粘结,这个硅橡胶对应于开缝23的两侧。
在盖3内侧的突起结构4的周围形成有肋31。当盖3关闭时,它的肋31与在阀门2周围形成的肋24配合,从而构成一个可阻止任何液流在开口内流进或流出的结构。设置这个结构是因为,当盖3被关闭时,阀门2处在略微开启的状态,单独用阀门2不足以阻止液流通过容器开口。因此用肋24和肋31来阻止止任何液流在容器开口内的流进或流出。另外,突起结构4是用与阀门2的弹性合成树脂不同的材料制成,因此不像同一种材料长期保持接触那样,即使该容器长期不用,两种材料也不会粘结在一起以致难以分开。换言之,粘结将不会发生。
设在盖3内侧的突起结构可制成双重结构。即,这个突起结构可在具有曲率半径为R4的球面的突起部的顶上,再加一个突起部,其球面具有较小的曲率半径R5。
采用这样一种结构,当盖3被关闭时,其突起结构4便会推下阀门2上制有开缝23的中心部分。因此,不再是整个阀门2被拉延(扩张),只是其制有开缝23的中心部分被拉延。这样当容器长期不用时可使阀门2减少变形的可能性。
下面进一步说明两个肋24和31的作用。当盖3被关闭时,设在盖3内侧的肋31与设在阀门2周围的肋24接触。这个接触使容器壳体的内部和外部隔绝并阻止两者之间任何气体或液体的流动。这样不管该容器有初次使用后长期不使用,或者是处在使用之前的运输状态,这种结构便可防止任何内含物从容器排放出来。
每个肋31和24都可在肋周上制有突部,使两个肋可在接近肋顶处啮合在一起。盖3能被这些啮合在一起的突部可靠地保持关闭。
如同上面所说明的那样,按照本发明,当盖被关闭时,阀门的开缝会被略微向下推动并从而处在开启状态。因此即使按照本发明的容器长期不用,开缝的粘结也不会发生。这样在容器以后被使用时,便有可能消除阀门不能根据容器壳体的压力而开、关的毛病。
Claims (3)
1.一种容器,它具有一个壳体、一个设有开缝的阀和一个从外部覆盖该阀的盖,当所说壳体的内部压力高于大气压力时,由于所说阀的向外变形而使开缝开启,而当内部压力不高于大气压力时,由于所说阀的弹性而使开缝闭合;其特征为:
所说容器包括一个这样成形的推动结构,
它在关上所说盖时能与所说阀接触,从而向内推动所说阀,使所说开缝开启。
2.按照权利要求1所述的容器,其特征为,所说推动结构突起地成形在所说盖的内侧。
3.按照权利要求2所述的容器,其特征为,所说推动结构的头部具有一球状表面。
