Abstract

Description
本发明有关直接投入到漂洗步骤的洗涤水溶液中的含柔软或抗静电组分的漂洗调理剂。
在过去,织物的调理是在织物洗涤的漂洗步骤和漂洗过程中、或在织物的旋转干燥过程中进行。几乎在所有情况下,漂洗调理是把漂洗调理剂的液体分散液加到漂洗水溶液中完成。液体分散液按惯例配给并且制成消费者可得到便于使用的水分散液。新近为了环境和消费者方便已开始出售浓缩的水分散液,此分散液或少量使用,或在使用前和水混合成预稀释液。
在EP234082中已建议了供应固体块状的漂洗调理剂。对于块状调理剂。这种方式需要用专门的阻尼器,并且也可能需要改进洗衣机,使块状调理剂能用喷淋系统溶解和分散。
已经制定了各种方案以提供粒状或粉状织物柔软剂。EP111074是典型的及使用硅石携带柔软剂。使用例如硅石为载体的缺点是增大产物体积并且除使粉末和可含在洗涤粉中的其它组份相容之外无其他功能。
WO92/18593叙述了含有非离子织物柔软剂和单长烷基链阳离子物质的粒状织物柔软组合物。说明书中讲述了有效的阳离子柔软化合物当以颗粒形式使用时,分散性很差。
由于这些理由,尽管出售无水粉状漂洗调理剂具有显著的环境和运输费用低的优点,但制造商没有那么做。
按照本发明提供的粉状漂洗调理剂包括:
b)非离子分散剂
本发明也描述了使用直接应用到漂洗物中的粉状漂洗调理剂,其含有结构式如下的水不溶性阳离子活性剂:其中每个R1基独立地选自C1-4烷基、羟烷基或C2-C4链烯基;和其中每个R2基独立地选自C2-27烷基或链烯基,n是0-5的整数。
本发明进一步包括由把组合物直接加到洗涤物的漂洗水溶液中而供应粒状漂洗调理剂的方法。所说的漂洗调理剂包括结构式如下的水不溶性阳离子活性剂:其中每个R1基独立地选自C1-4烷基、羟烷基或C2-C4链烯基;和其中每个R2基独立地选自C2-27烷基或链烯基,和n是0-5的整数。
本发明较好的粉状漂洗调理剂应该在用手洗或使用双桶式或上装物洗衣机时使用,这是因为这些漂洗方法能在最后的漂洗步骤中人工加入织物调理剂。
显然漂洗水的温度高于10℃,最好高于20℃,对较好的溶解是有利的,但柔软剂可接受的温度是低于10℃。
优选的阳离子活性剂在粉中的含量超过40%(重量)低于95%(重量)。
粉中也可含其量多达20%的共活化成分。较好的共活化剂是脂肪酸。
如果组合物中存在约1%(重量)到约15%(重量)的脂肪酸以增强柔软性是较好的。阳离子活化剂和脂肪酸的理想比例大于6∶1,最好是12∶1。
非离子活性剂是做为进一步增强柔软的分散助剂存在于组合物中。如果非离子表面活化剂选自脂肪醇乙氧基化物是较好的,更好的是长链脂肪醇乙氧基化物。较好的非离子分散剂的量为5%(重量)至20%(重量)。
优质的粉也可以含流动助剂和其他通常存在于漂洗调理剂中的组份,例如香料、抗泡剂、防腐剂和染料。
如果季铵物质是生物可降解的,这有利于环境保护。
季铵物质较好的例子,例如1-三甲基铵-2,3-二硬化的牛油酰氧基(tallowoyloxy)丙烷氯化物(HT TAMPC)和它们的制备方法例如叙述在US4137180(Lever Brothers)中。正如描述在US4137180中的,较好的这些物质包括少量的相应的单酯,例如1-牛油酰氧基(tallowoyloxy),2-羟基三甲基铵丙烷氯化物。
组合物可以进一步包括脂肪酸共活化物和也可以包括硬化的牛油脂肪酸。但是脂肪酸的量应保持尽可能低,最好少于15%,以在从织物洗涤和漂洗过程的较早洗涤过程中存在载带阴离子活性物质的情况下,最小降低柔软性。

试验ⅰ)
洗涤物由50/50重量的毛巾织物和聚酯棉布混合组成。把4°FH的2.4dm3的水(1°FH=10ppm CaCO3,即10-4M)加到容器中,然后加入商用South Africa(南非)洗涤粉并搅拌(3.0克洗涤粉/升水)。80克毛巾织物(6监测点(monitor)8,7.5×7.5cm)和80克聚酯棉布加到容器中。布浸泡20分钟后用手搅拌5分钟。从容器中取出布,压挤以除去过量水分。把布重新放入装有2.4dm3干净水(没有加入主要洗涤产品)的容器中,用手搅拌再漂洗2分钟。取出布,用手压挤,并用干净水重复漂洗过程。在第三步骤漂洗中把有关的漂洗处理剂加到布料上面。布和漂洗产品一起再搅拌2分钟,在此之后再一次挤压出水分,最后悬挂干燥过夜。
试验ⅱ)
液体:布为5∶1。洗涤方法和上述试验ⅰ)相同,只是除了下述条件例外:240克毛巾织布(8监视点(monitor)7.5×7.5cm)和240克聚酯作为洗涤物。
试验 ⅲ)
洗涤物由2kg的50/50的棉毛巾织物和棉布的混合物组成。洗涤物放在日本双缸洗衣机中,在水温为25℃下,使用商业日本洗涤粉(3.0克/升)洗5分钟。然后洗涤物进行漂洗,接着用相关的漂洗处理剂处理5分钟。甩干洗涤物,最后悬挂干燥过夜。
柔软性评估
评估柔软得分。由4个人组成的专家组使用循环成对比较试验方案。每组成员评估四组试验布。每组试验布含鉴定条件下每个试验系统的一种布。要求组员挑出在鉴定条件下每对布中的较软的一个。没有差异的投票是不允许的。使用“差异分析”技术计算柔软性得分,较高的值表明较好的柔软性。
每种试验方法的柔软得分列在表3中。在这种试验中,柔软得分越高,布越柔软。

通过把0.11g柔软活性组合物加到在涤垢仪中的在室温下含0.001%(重量/重量)的烷基苯磺酸钠(ABS)的1升自来水中来评估实施例B、C和2的柔软性能。加入ABS是为了模拟来自主洗涤载带的阴离子洗涤剂。把4片毛巾织物(20cm×20cm,总重50g)加到洗垢仪池中。布在80转/分下处理5分钟。离心干燥以除去多余的水溶液,并晾在线上干燥过夜。
除了加入0.74g组合物外,实施例D是用类似的方法进行。

2.根据权利要求1的漂洗调理剂,其中非离子分散剂是长链脂肪醇乙氧基化物。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2的漂洗调理剂,其中水不溶阳离子活性物是1-三甲基铵-2,3-二硬化牛油酰氧基(tallowyl-oxy)丙烷氯化物。
4.根据前述任何一个权利要求的漂洗调理剂,其中还含有1%~15%(重量)的脂肪酸。
5.权利要求1的粉状漂洗调理剂直接应用到漂洗衣物的用途。
