技术领域
本公开涉及用于在手术系统中使用的接合器组件。更具体地,本公开涉及用于同机电手术装置和手术装载单元联用并且将它们机械地和电气地互连的接合器组件,并且涉及包括手持式机电手术装置和用于将手术装载单元与该手持式机电手术装置连接的接合器组件的手术系统。
背景技术
诸多手术装置制造商已经开发出了具有用于操作和/或操纵机电手术装置的专用驱动系统的生产线。在很多情况下,该机电手术装置包括可重用的手柄组件,以及一次性装载单元和/或单次使用装载单元等,该一次性装载单元和/或单次使用装载单元在使用之前选择性地连接至手柄组件并且在使用之后与手柄组件断开连接以便丢弃或者在一些情况下消毒后重新使用。
在某些情况下,接合器组件被用以将机电手术装置同多个手术装载单元中任一个互连以在它们之间实现机械和/或电气连接。由于接合器组件和机电手术装置的复杂性,重要的是确保它们之间的全部电气和机械连接都能够容易地、可靠地且重复地实现。
因此,对于提供一种同该手术装置机电地互连的稳健的方式的接合器组件存在需求。
发明内容
本公开涉及与机电手术装置和手术装载单元联用并且将它们机械地和电气地互连的接合器组件,并且涉及包括手持式机电手术装置和用于将手术装载单元连接至该手持式机电手术装置的接合器组件的手术系统。
根据本公开的一个方案,提供了一种用于将手术装载单元和手术装置选择性互连的接合器组件,该手术装载单元构造成执行功能,该手术装置构造成致动装载单元。该装载单元可包括至少一个可轴向平移驱动构件,并且该手术装置可包括至少一个可旋转驱动轴。该接合器组件包括:壳体,其构造成并且适于与该手术装置连接,并且与该手术装置的每个可旋转驱动轴操作性连通;外管,其具有由该壳体支撑的近侧端和构造成并且适于与该装载单元连接的远侧端,其中该外管的远侧端与该装载单元的每个可轴向平移驱动构件操作性连通;作用力/旋转传递/转换组件,其用于将该手术装置的相应一个驱动轴与该装载单元的相应一个可轴向平移驱动构件互连;以及电气组件,其支撑在该壳体和该外管中的至少一个之中。所述电气组件包括电路板和电连接器。所述电连接器包括联接至多个电触销的连接器壳体。所述多个电触销电连接至所述电路板并且构造成且适于选择性地电连接至所述手术装置的互补的电插头。所述多个电触销中的每个电触销均延伸穿过所述连接器壳体。

具体实施方式
参照附图详细描述当前公开的手术装置、接合器组件以及用于手术装置和/或手柄组件的装载单元检测组件的实施例,在每个若干图中类似附图标记指代相同或者对应元件。正如在此所使用的,术语“远侧”指代接合器组件或手术装置或其部件的更远离用户的部分,而术语“近侧”指代接合器组件或手术装置或其部件的更靠近用户的部分。
根据本公开的实施例的手术装置通常标示为100,并且采用动力手持式机电器械的形式,其构造用于选择性附接多个不同的末端执行器,多个不同末端执行器均构造用于由该动力手持式机电手术器械致动和操纵。
如图1A中所示,手术装置100构造用于同接合器组件200选择性连接,并且进而接合器组件200构造用于同装载单元300(例如,末端执行器,或者多次使用装载单元或单次使用装载单元;参见图48)选择性连接。手术装置100和接合器组件200共同可包括机电手术系统,其配置成并且适于选择性与装载单元300连接并且致动装载单元300。

如图1B中所示,手柄壳体102限定连接部108,其构造成接受接合器组件200的对应驱动联接组件210。具体地,手术装置100的连接部108具有凹槽108a,当接合器组件200同手术装置100匹配时,凹槽108a接收接合器组件200的驱动联接机构210的近侧盖210a(图5和图6)。连接部108容纳彼此共面或共线布置的三个可旋转驱动连接器118、120、122。

手术装置100的驱动连接器118、120、122与接合器组件200的连接器套筒218、220、222的配合允许旋转作用力经由三个各自的连接器接口中的每个独立地传递。手术装置100的驱动连接器118、120、122配置成借助手术装置100的驱动机构独立地旋转。在这点上,驱动机构的功能选择模块(未示出)选择手术装置100的哪个或哪些驱动连接器118、120、122将要由手术装置100的电动机来驱动。

如图1A中所示,手柄壳体102支撑多个手指致动控制按钮、摇臂装置等,用于启动手术装置100的多种功能。

如图5、图6和图24-31中所示,第一作用力/旋转传递/转换组件240包括第一可旋转近侧驱动轴212,如上所述,其可旋转地支撑在内壳组件204中。第一可旋转近侧驱动轴212包括非圆形的或成形的近侧端部,其构造用于同连接至手术装置100的对应的第一连接器118的第一连接器218连接。第一可旋转近侧驱动轴212包括远侧端部212b,其具有螺纹外轮廓或表面。

参照图5-11、图19以及图23-31,接合器组件200的第二驱动转换器组件250包括第二近侧驱动轴214,其可旋转地支撑在内壳组件204中。第二可旋转近侧驱动轴214包括非圆形或成形的近侧端部,其构造用于同连接至手术装置100的对应的第二连接器120的第二连接器或联接器220连接。第二可旋转近侧驱动轴214还包括远侧端部214b,其具有螺纹外轮廓或表面。
近侧驱动轴214的远侧端部214b与关节式运动轴承组件252的关节式运动轴承壳体252a螺纹接合。关节式运动轴承组件252包括支撑关节式运动轴承253的壳体252a,关节式运动轴承253具有相对于外圈253a能够独立旋转的内圈253b。关节式运动轴承壳体252a具有非圆形外轮廓,例如泪滴形,其可滑动地并且非可旋转地布置在内壳毂204a的互补孔204c(图25、图26、图29和图33)中。

如图1B、图3-5、图16、图17、图20以及图24-26,接合器组件200还包括支撑其上的附接/分离按钮272。具体地,按钮272支撑在接合器组件200的驱动联接组件210上,并且由偏置构件274偏置到非致动状态。按钮272包括与其共同形成的唇缘或凸缘272a,其构造成在沿着手术装置100的连接部108的凹槽108a限定的对应的唇缘或凸缘108b后面卡接。在使用时,当接合器组件200连接至手术装置100时,按钮272的唇缘272a布置在手术装置100的连接部108的唇缘108b后面,以将接合器组件200和手术装置100彼此稳固并且保持。为允许接合器组件200与手术装置100彼此断开连接,按钮272克服偏置构件274的偏置而被下压或致动,从而将按钮272的唇缘272a与手术装置100的连接部108的唇缘108b分离。
参照图1A、图2A、图2B、图3-5以及图24-26,接合器组件200还包括锁定机构280,其用于固定远侧驱动构件248的轴向位置和径向定向。锁定机构280包括可滑动地支撑在外球形壳202上的按钮282。锁定按钮282连接至致动杆284,其纵向延伸穿过外管206。致动杆284在锁定按钮282移动时移动。当锁定按钮282移动预定量时,致动杆284的远侧端可移动至与闭锁件(lockout)(未示出)接触,这样引起该闭锁件使凸轮构件288(参见图24)从远侧驱动构件248中的凹槽249做凸轮式运动。当凸轮构件288与凹槽249接合时(例如,至少部分位于凹槽249中,参见图6和图24),凸轮构件288与远侧驱动构件248之间的接合有效地锁定同连接构件247接合的末端执行器300的轴向和旋转位置。
在操作中,为锁定远侧驱动构件248的位置和/或定向,用户将锁定按钮282从远侧位置移动至近侧位置(图25和图26),从而引起该闭锁件(未示出)朝近侧移动,使得该闭锁件的远侧面移动而不与凸轮构件288接触,这样引起凸轮构件288做凸轮式运动到远侧驱动构件248的凹槽249中。通过这种方式,远侧驱动构件248被防止向远侧和/或近侧移动。当锁定按钮282从近侧位置移动至远侧位置时,致动杆284的远侧端克服偏置构件(未示出)的偏置而远侧地移动至闭锁件以迫使凸轮构件288离开凹槽249,从而允许远侧驱动构件248的不受阻碍的轴向平移和径向运动。

参照图1B、图6、图12A-15以及图25-28,接合器组件200包括电气组件290,其支撑在外球形壳202和内壳组件204上和内部。电气组件290包括支撑在电路板294上的电连接器292,用于电连接至布置在手术装置100的连接部108中的对应的电插头190。
具体参照图12A至图12D,电连接器292包括多个电触销293和壳体或连接器壳体295。电触销293用以经由电连接至手术装置100的电路板(未示出)的电插头190实现对生命周期信息的校准并且将生命周期信息传送至手术装置100的电路板。
每个电触销293均包括远侧部293a和近侧部293b。每个触销293的远侧部293a构造成例如经由焊接而接合电路板294。每个触销293的近侧部293b构造成可释放地接合布置在手术装置100的连接部108中的对应的电插头190。继续参照图12A至图12D,每个电触销293的远侧部293a渐缩以促进插入电路板294的孔294a(图12B)中。每个电触销293的近侧部293b包括矩形剖面,并且渐缩并且被倒角以促进与电插头190的接合和脱离。
此外,每个电触销293包括横向延伸贯通其中的孔293c。孔293c构造成促进电触销293和壳体295之间的连接。可以想到,壳体295是二次成型的,使得二次成型的部分延伸穿过电触销293中的孔293c。正如所能想到的,电触销293和壳体295之间的接合帮助保持销293的恰当对齐以进一步促进电连接器292和电路板294以及电插头190之间的接合,并且进一步促进电连接器292和电插头190之间的接合。尽管示出了七个电触销293,可以想到,电气组件290包括更多或更少的电触销293。
继续参照图12A至图12D,电连接器292的壳体295包括矩形剖面。壳体295的矩形剖面构造成与驱动联接构件210的近侧盖210a(图5和图6)的矩形开孔匹配以防止其间的径向运动。
壳体295还包括多个从其延伸出的突起297。突起297均包括远侧面297a和近侧面297b。每个突起297的远侧面297a构造成并且安置成在电连接器292插入期间接触电路板294。因此,每个突起297的远侧面297a防止电连接器292的电触销293朝远侧过远地插入电路板294的孔294a中。尽管每个突起297的远侧面297a被示出为与壳体295的远侧面295a(图12D)齐平,但可以想到,每个突起297的远侧面297a相较于壳体295的远侧面295a进一步朝远侧或朝近侧定位。每个突起297的近侧面297b均构造成并且定位成防止电连接器292和电路板294之间的脱离,例如在手术装置100和接合器组件200脱离期间。更具体地,电气组件290的近侧盖210的表面构造成与至少一个或全部突起297的近侧面297b邻接,因此防止电连接器292相对于电路板294向近侧移动。在所示的实施例中,两个突起297从壳体295的第一表面295b延伸出,并且两个突起297从壳体295的第二表面295c延伸出。然而,壳体295可包括更多或更少的突起297。
电气组件290还包括电连接至电路板294的应变仪296。应变仪296配置有凹口296a,其构造成并且适于接纳内壳组件204的毂204a的柱204d。毂204a的柱204d用以限制应变仪296的旋转运动。如图25至图28中所示,第一可旋转近侧驱动轴212延伸穿过应变仪296。应变仪296向由第一可旋转近侧驱动轴212所展现的发射/夹紧负荷提供闭环反馈。
电气组件290还包括布置在外管206中的滑环298。滑环298电连接于电路板294。滑环298用以允许第一可旋转近侧驱动轴212的旋转和驱动联接螺母244的轴向平移,而同时还保持其电触环298a与接合器组件200中的至少另一电气部件的电接触,并且还同时允许其他电气部件围绕着第一可旋转近侧驱动轴212和驱动联接螺母244旋转。
电气组件290可包括滑环插管或套筒299,其定位在管206的外管中以保护和/或遮蔽从滑环298延伸出的任意导线。
现在转向图6、图11、图14、图32和图33,内壳组件204已经被设计成,随着驱动轴214旋转而轴向平移关节式运动轴承组件252,减少第二近侧旋转轴214的推压事件。内壳组件204包括毂204a,其具有远侧定向环形壁204b,环形壁204b限定大致圆形外轮廓并且限定大致泪滴形的内凹槽或孔口204c。毂204a的孔口204c被定形为并且设定尺寸成将关节式运动轴承组件252可滑动地接纳在其中。

参照图35至图40,示出并且描述了内壳组件204的套管板230。套管板230横跨内壳组件204的毂204a延伸并且通过紧固构件固定至毂204a。套管板230限定三个孔230a、230b、230c,它们与对应的第一近侧驱动轴212、第二近侧驱动轴214和第三近侧驱动轴216对准并且将其可旋转地接纳在其中。套管板230提供了一表面,第一偏置构件224、第二偏置构件226和第三偏置构件228接触或抵靠着该表面。

如图38、图46和图47中所示,内壳组件204'可包括加强套筒255',其围绕着支架组件254'布置以进一步加强支架组件254'。可以想到,在实施例中,加强套筒255'可介于支架组件254'的第一板254a'和第二板254b'之间。可以进一步想到,加强套筒255'可介于第二板254b'和近侧内壳组件204'的远侧定向面之间。
根据本公开,相较于已经开发出以从手术装置100传递/转换作用力/旋转至装载单元300的接合器组件,缩减了接合器组件200的整体长度。通过缩减接合器组件200的整体长度,相较于装配后的手术装置100、先前的接合器组件和装载单元300的重心,装配后的手术装置100、接合器组件200和装载单元300重心得以朝近侧移位。由此,提升了终端用户在使用本公开的机电手术系统时的舒适度,并且降低了疲劳度。
在操作中,当手术装置100的按钮由用户激活时,软件检测预定条件。如果条件满足,则该软件控制电动机并且将机械驱动传送至所附接的的手术吻合器,该手术吻合器随后能够根据所按压按钮的功能而开启、闭合、旋转、做关节式运动或发射。该软件还通过以限定方式开启或关闭彩灯来向用户提供反馈以指示手术装置100的状态、接合器组件200的状态和/或装载单元300的状态。
对于如图1和图48中所示出的装载单元300的结构和操作的详细论述,可参照2009年8月31日提交的标题为“TOOLASSEMBLYFORASURGICALSTAPLINGDEVICE”的美国专利公开号2009/0314821。
考虑到强度、耐用性、耐磨性、重量、耐腐蚀性、易于制造性、制造成本等等,本文所述的任意部件可由金属、塑料、树脂、复合物等制成。

Claims (20)

1.一种用于将手术装载单元和手术装置选择性地互连的接合器组件,所述手术装载单元配置成执行功能,所述手术装置配置成致动所述装载单元,所述装载单元包括可轴向平移驱动构件,并且所述手术装置包括可旋转驱动轴,所述接合器组件包括:
壳体,其构造成并且适于与所述手术装置连接,并且与所述手术装置的每个可旋转驱动轴操作性连通;
外管,其具有由所述壳体支撑的近侧端和构造成并且适于与所述装载单元连接的远侧端,其中所述外管的远侧端与所述装载单元的至少一个可轴向平移驱动构件中的每个可轴向平移驱动构件操作性连通;
至少一个作用力/旋转传递/转换组件,其用于将所述手术装置的相应一个驱动轴与所述装载单元的相应一个可轴向平移驱动构件互连;以及
电气组件,其支撑在所述壳体和所述外管中的至少一个之中,所述电气组件包括:
电路板;以及
电连接器,其包括联接至多个电触销的连接器壳体,所述多个电触销电气连接至所述电路板并且构造成且适于选择性地电气连接至所述手术装置的互补的电插头,其中所述多个电触销的每个电触销均延伸穿过所述连接器壳体。

电路板;以及
电连接器,其包括联接至多个电触销的连接器壳体,所述多个电触销能够电连接至所述电路板并且构造成且适于选择性地电连接至所述手术装置的互补的电插头,其中所述多个电触销中的每个电触销均延伸穿过所述连接器壳体。
12.根据权利要求11所述的电气组件,其中,所述电气组件包括单个连接器壳体,并且其中所述多个电触销中的每个电触销均延伸穿过所述单个连接器壳体。
