Abstract

Description

由水不溶性薄膜和内层水溶性薄膜制成的密封包装容器及其用途
本发明涉及一种用于分装化学制剂,特别是农药的容器,并涉及用于形成所述容器的薄膜。
迄今,化学制剂如农药,无论其为固体或液体,都是通过用制剂直接填满容器并包装此容器而制成成品的。要不然,就是通过将制剂封装于由水溶性薄膜制备的内袋中并进一步包装内袋而制备成品,如此使前一种直接包装容器变成双重包装。
但是,若将已封装于水溶性薄膜制备的内袋中的农药再包装于外包装容器中形成双重包装,则包装过程包括两步,即第一步将农药分装于内袋中和第二步将一个或多个内袋放入并包装于一外袋中,然而这种方法从工作效率的角度考虑并不经济。同时,由于此方法包括两个包装步骤,因此两种包装机是必须的,即一方面第一种包装机用于将农药封装于内袋中,另一方面第二种包装机用于密封外袋。使用水溶性薄膜的包装工作必须在适宜的空调环境下进行,因为水溶性薄膜对外界条件如湿度、温度等的影响敏感。将内袋放入外袋中必须人工进行,因为内袋本身是柔软的,必须仔细防止物料从内袋中渗漏,而这种手工操作使放入内袋工作自动化很困难。
此外,对于双重包装,内袋与保护性外袋是分离的,因此尽管有外袋的保护性作用,但它不能充分抵抗运输过程中施于其上的冲击力。因而会发生内袋破裂这样的缺点。
本发明的目的在于解决现有用于化学制剂的包装容器中的上述问题。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种能够显示与现有的包括水溶性内袋的双重包装型包装容器同样功能和效果的包装容器,它可以通过使用与现有的化学制剂直接封装型容器相同的包装材料,仅以一步包装方法生产。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种包装袋,它可防止内袋在外袋中的错位并且外袋可足以作为保护性袋。
本发明的再一个目的在于提供一种用于形成上述包装袋的包装薄膜。
本发明的另一目的是用本发明的容器包装危险化学品,尤其是农药。此容器特别适于这种用途,因为在装料过程及配制喷雾组合物时都不与人接触;还避免了环境污染,因为无污染性残余物留下。
本发明的化学制剂包装容器为通过将多层薄膜密封而形成的一种容器,各多层薄膜由水溶性聚合物薄膜和至少一层非水溶性薄膜构成,其中容器内层由水溶性聚合物薄膜构成,容器外层由水不溶性薄膜构成,且至少在密封部分,内层的水溶性聚合物薄膜相互粘接,内层的水溶性聚合物薄膜和外层的水不溶性薄膜相互粘接,同时水溶性聚合物薄膜与水不溶性薄膜容易相互剥离。
根据本发明,用于形成化学制剂包装容器的多层薄膜可以是通过简单将水溶性聚合物薄膜与水不溶性薄膜叠放而制备的产品。由此通过将薄膜密封制备袋状容器,这样水溶性聚合物薄膜构成容器内层。
当构成容器内层的水溶性聚合物薄膜可相互热合同时内层的水溶性聚合物薄膜与外层的水不溶性薄膜可相互热合时,此多层薄膜可通过热合方法形成袋。然而,在内层水溶性聚合物薄膜与外层水不溶性薄膜之间形成的热合部分必须相互间易于剥离。因此必须选用水溶性聚合物薄膜与水不溶性薄膜这样的组合:该两种薄膜可相互热合并且热合部分容易剥离。这种组合的例子包括将用作水溶性聚合物薄膜的部分皂化的聚乙烯醇薄膜与用作水不溶性薄膜的完全皂化的聚乙烯醇薄膜或乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物薄膜相结合。
当水溶性聚合物薄膜不能相互热合时或虽然水溶性聚合物薄膜与水不溶性薄膜可相互热合,但热合强度太高使这两种薄膜不易相互剥离时,该多层薄膜可用易于剥离的粘合剂粘接而形成袋。
本发明的化学制剂包装容器也可通过热合方法或利用易于剥离的粘合剂形成叠层薄膜而生产,叠层薄膜中先通过熔接方法或利用容易剥离的粘合剂将水溶性聚合物薄膜和水不溶性薄膜部分或完全粘接在一起,并且所述水溶性聚合物薄膜与水不溶性薄膜相互容易剥离。水溶性聚合物薄膜与水不溶性薄膜的部分粘接可做成点状、条状或网格状,或形成预定的袋所需的形状,即通常的四边形状。
用于本发明的水溶性聚合物薄膜可以为任何薄膜,只要它们可溶于水并具有必要的强度即可。可用于形成本发明水溶性聚合物薄膜的例子包括水溶性合成聚合物。水溶性半合成聚合物和水溶性天然聚合物。对于水溶性合成聚合物,可以提及部分皂化的聚乙烯醇、聚醚如聚环氧乙烷等、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、烯属不饱和酸如丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、马来酸等、和由其盐形成的聚合物。
对于水溶性半合成聚合物,可提及纤维素衍生物如羧甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素等;和淀粉衍生物如环糊精等。对于水溶性天然聚合物,可以提及角叉菜胶、淀粉、明胶、几丁质等。在这些聚合物中特别优选部分皂化的聚乙烯醇。
对于水不溶性薄膜,可以使用热塑性树脂薄膜、由两种或多种热塑性薄膜制备的叠层薄膜及由热塑树脂薄膜与纸、金属箔、织物或非织造织物制备的叠层薄膜。优选的热塑性聚合物包括烯烃如乙烯、丙烯、丁烯、戊烯、己烯等的聚合物和共聚物;乙烯基化合物如氯乙烯、1,1′-二氯乙烯、乙烯基乙酸酯、乙烯醇、丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸酯、丙烯腈、苯乙烯等的聚合物和共聚物;二烯烃如丁二烯、异戊二烯等的聚合物;上述二烯烃与上述烯烃或乙烯基化合物的共聚物;聚酰胺类;聚酯类如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯等。
特别优选的热塑性树脂薄膜为完全皂化的聚乙烯醇薄膜、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物薄膜、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物薄膜等。
优选的水不溶性薄膜包括由多种上述热塑性树脂薄膜制备的叠层薄膜如乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物薄膜与聚乙烯薄膜或尼龙薄膜制备的叠层薄膜,及具有金属箔层或气相沉积的金属层的热塑性树脂薄膜如具有气相沉积铝层的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物薄膜或具有气相沉积铝层的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜。由上述热塑性树脂薄膜与纸、织物或非织造织物形成的叠层薄膜也可以用于本发明。
对于容易剥离的粘合剂,可市购各种产品并且可适当使用这些粘合剂。除了市购产品之外,可使用通过将作为基料的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物或聚苯乙烯与苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物或其类似物共混制备的粘合剂、通过将作为主组分的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物和蜡与粘结物质如苯乙烯聚合物(例如聚乙烯基甲苯)、萜烯聚合物、松香或其类似物共混制得的热熔胶等。
要包装于本发明容器中的化学制剂包括农用和园艺用化学制剂、家畜饲养用化学制剂和家用化学制剂如杀虫剂、杀菌剂、杀真菌剂、除草剂、灭鼠剂、植物生长调节剂、拒斥剂、引诱剂、铺展剂等;以及肥料、洗涤剂、染料及其它通用化学制剂。
按照双重包装现有技术,将水溶性薄膜用作内袋并将一个或多个内袋放入并包装于外袋中,因此该技术必须要两个步骤,即将化学制剂加入内包装袋中的步骤和将含有化学制剂的内包装袋放入外包装袋的步骤。相反,对于本发明的化学制剂包装袋,将化学制剂包装入容器中的工作简化为仅仅一步。
对于现有的双重包装,内袋与外袋分离,这样内袋会因运输时施加的冲击力而破裂,换言之外袋不足以起到保护袋的作用。相反,对于本发明的包装容器,由水溶性薄膜制备的内袋至少在密封部位与水不溶性外袋粘结,这样防止内袋在运输时错位,因此可抵预因冲击力引起的破裂。
同时,由于水溶性内袋与水不溶性外袋容易相互剥离,因此在使用制剂时可易于除去外面的保护袋。由于分装于水溶性薄膜中的化学制剂可在不从水溶性袋中取出的情况下使用,因此可防止化学制剂流失。并且,由于化学制剂不与皮肤直接接触,因而可确保工人的安全。
此外,由于无化学制剂粘附在从内袋中剥离出来的保护袋上,因此外袋可按一般废物处理。

图1为说明本发明化学制剂包装容器的一个实施方案的透视图。图1表示具有多层薄膜的两个叠合层的容器1,每层由水溶性薄膜3和水不溶性薄膜2构成,这样水溶性薄膜层3在里面,并示意叠合材料的三面热合的薄膜,同时剩下一面打开(它可在填充后密封)。
可通过折叠多层薄膜的一个片材(这样水溶性薄膜处于里面),然后密封此折叠多层薄膜的两边同时留下剩下一边开着的方法,生产与图1相似的容器。当从开着边加入化学制剂后,将开着边密封。
图2为说明将化学制剂加入并包装于本发明的包装容器中的操作的一个实施方案示意图。图2说明用于包装化学制剂同时形成容器的设备的一个实施例。如此,当成卷的多层薄膜5沿成型机头6退卷并将其折叠,这样水溶性薄膜层处于内层后,将规定量的化学制剂通过加料器7加入折叠物中,然后用热合机8热合折叠薄膜的纵向边,最后用横向热合机9热合折叠薄膜的横边。标号10表示热合部位。
在将包装于本发明容器中的化学制剂进行实际应用时,剥去构成外层的水不溶性薄膜,将分装于水溶性薄膜单元中的制剂与水溶性薄膜一起扔进水中,然后使用。

实施例1
用Solbron KC-35(部分皂化的PVA树脂薄膜,由AICELO公司生产)作为水溶性薄膜,用Hicelon NP-40(完全皂化的PVA树脂,由AICELO公司生产)作为外面的保护性水不溶薄膜,通过无粘合剂中间物的热合方法制备三面密封的叠层袋。将如此制得的袋放置于保持40℃的恒温室中一个月以试验其贮存稳定性。结果,水溶性薄膜与外层保护薄膜之间的粘接性和可剥离性都良好。
实施例2

实施例5
用Solbron KA-50(部分皂化的PVA树脂薄膜,由AICELO公司生产)作为水溶性薄膜,用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯叠层(蒸气沉积铝的PET/干燥叠层/PET)作为外面保护的水不溶性薄膜,通过可剥离的粘合剂中间物制备四面密封的叠层袋。将如此制得的袋放置于保持40℃的恒温室中一个月以试验贮存稳定性。结果,水溶性薄膜与外面的保护薄膜之间的粘接性能和可剥离性都良好。
实施例6
用Soafil PSF100(天然角叉菜胶薄膜,由Mitsubishi Rayon公司生产)作为水溶性薄膜,用Hicelon NP-40(完全皂化的PVA树脂,由AICELO公司生产)作为外面保护的水不溶性薄膜,通过无粘合剂中间物的热合方法制备四面密封的叠层袋。将如此制得的袋放置于保持40℃恒温室中一个月以试验贮存稳定性。结果,水溶性薄膜与外面的保护薄膜之间的粘接性和可剥离性都良好。
实施例7
用Soafil PSF100(天然角叉菜胶薄膜,由Mitsubishi Rayon公司生产)作为水溶性薄膜,用Eval HS(乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物树脂薄膜,由KURARAY公司生产)作为外面保护的水不溶性薄膜,通过无粘合剂中间物的热合方法制备四面密封的叠层袋。将如此制得的袋放置于保持40℃的恒温室中一个月以试验贮存稳定性。结果,水溶性薄膜与外面的保护薄膜之间的粘接性和可剥离性都良好。

Claims (15)

1.一种通过将由水溶性聚合物薄膜和至少一层水溶性薄膜构成的各多层薄膜密封而形成的化学制剂包装容器,其中所述容器的内层由水溶性聚合物薄膜构成而所述容器的外层由水不溶性薄膜构成,且至少在容器的密封部分,构成内层的水溶性聚合物薄膜与构成内层的另一水溶性聚合物薄膜相互粘接,构成内层的水溶性聚合物薄膜与构成外层的水不溶性薄膜相互粘接,水溶性聚合物薄膜与水不溶性薄膜容易相互剥离。
2.根据权利要求1的化学制剂包装容器,其中构成内层的水溶性聚合物薄膜与构成外层的水不溶性薄膜仅在密封部位相互粘接。
3.根据权利要求1的化学制剂包装容器,其中构成内层的水溶性聚合物薄膜与构成外层的水不溶性薄膜在密封部位相互粘接而在其它部位部分相互粘接。
4.根据权利要求1的化学制剂包装容器,其中构成内层的水溶性聚合物薄膜与构成外层的水不溶性薄膜相互完全粘接。
5.根据权利要求1的化学制剂包装容器,其中所述水溶性聚合物薄膜选自水溶性合成聚合物薄膜,水溶性半合成聚合物薄膜和水溶性天然聚合物薄膜。
6.根据权利要求1的化学制剂包装容器,其中所述的水不溶性薄膜选自热塑性树脂薄膜、由两种或多种热塑性树脂薄膜制得的叠层薄膜及由热塑性树脂薄膜与纸、金属箔、织物或非织造织物制得的叠层薄膜.
7.根据权利要求1的化学制剂包装容器,其中构成内层的水溶性聚合物薄膜为部分皂化的聚乙烯醇薄膜,构成外层的水不溶性薄膜为完全皂化的聚乙烯醇薄膜,仅在密封部分通过热合方法使构成内层的薄膜与构成内层的另一薄膜相互粘接并使构成内层的薄膜与构成外层的薄膜相互粘接,且构成内层的薄膜与构成外层的薄膜可相互剥离。
8.根据权利要求7的化学制剂包装容器,其中完全皂化的聚乙烯醇共聚物薄膜与其它热塑性树脂薄膜或金属薄膜叠合。
9.根据权利要求1的化学制剂包装容器,其中构成内层的水溶性聚合物薄膜为部分皂化的聚乙烯醇薄膜,构成外层的水不溶性薄膜为乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物薄膜,仅在密封部位通过热合方法使构成内层的薄膜与构成内层的另一薄膜相互粘接并使构成内层的薄膜与构成外层的薄膜相互粘接,同时构成内层的薄膜与构成外层的薄膜容易相互剥离。
10.根据权利要求9的化学制剂包装容器,其中所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物薄膜与其它热塑性树脂薄膜或金属薄膜叠合。
11.根据权利要求1的化学制剂包装容器,它由叠层薄膜形成,该叠层薄膜中水溶性聚合物薄膜与水不溶性薄膜通过热合或通过容易剥离的粘合剂相互部分或完全粘接。
12.根据权利要求11的化学制剂包装容器,其中水溶性聚合物薄膜与水不溶性薄膜通过热合或通过容易剥离的粘合剂以点状、条状或网格状方式相互粘接。
13.根据权利要求11的化学制剂包装容器,其中所述叠层薄膜为将部分皂化的聚乙烯醇薄膜与具有蒸气淀积铝层的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜通过容易剥离的粘合剂相互部分粘接而成。
14.一种将权利要求1的容器用于包装危险化学品的用途。
15.根据权利要求14的用途,其中危险化学品为农药。
