Description

通过热收缩固定的具有薄膜和丝线的阴性环部件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于钩环紧固装置的阴性环部件,特别是用于固定尿片而使用的阴性环部件,这种阴性部件特别地居中地在尿片穿着者的下腹部区域固定在尿片的腰带上,这个区域通常称为停放区(Landing Zone)。
本发明还涉及一种用于生产这种阴性环部件的方法,也涉及一种用于实施这种方法的装置。
背景技术
在现有技术中已知一种阴性部件,该阴性部件包括由热塑材料制成的薄膜,单独的丝线沿着固定部(anchoring section)被固定在薄膜上,以形成具有部分丝线仍未固定的环。具体地,可以参考本申请人的公开号为2870436的法国专利申请。
发明内容
需要获得一种根据上述现有技术的这种类型的阴性环部件,该阴性环部件具有与现有技术一样固定在由热塑材料制成的薄膜上的丝线,但是该阴性环部件能够更好地承受张力,特别是当环与钩结合时。
根据本发明的第一方面,用于制造紧固件阴性部件的方法,该部件包括由一种或多种热塑材料制成的薄膜和由一种或多种热塑材料制成的丝线,该丝线固定在所述薄膜的一个表面上以形成环,其特征在于,该方法的步骤包括:
使用包括一种或多种热塑材料的可热收缩的薄膜,
在所述薄膜上设置包括一种或多种热塑材料并且相互不连接的一束或一组丝线,所述薄膜的材料和所述丝线的材料选择为使得所述薄膜比所述丝线更加可热收缩,尤其是所述薄膜可热收缩而所述丝线基本上不可热收缩,
沿每根丝线在与一系列的自由部相交替的一系列的预固定部上执行预固定,其中在所述一系列的自由部,所述丝线没有固定在热塑薄膜上,这个预固定的执行使得所述丝线的材料和所述薄膜的材料不会紧密地连接;以及
使一组薄膜和预固定的丝线经受热处理,该热处理导致所述薄膜的收缩和所述丝线的软化,以获得所述阴性环部件,所述热处理通过加热到一定温度来执行,该温度基本等于或高于组成所述丝线的材料或者组成所述丝线的至少一种材料的维卡A点和组成所述薄膜的材料或者组成所述薄膜的至少一根材料的维卡A点,并且低于所述丝线和所述薄膜的材料的至少一个熔点。
因此,通过提供丝线的预固定,并且同时相对于薄膜保持其整体性,以使得材料不会紧密地连接,特别是使得丝线固定到薄膜上但是可以很容易从薄膜上拆卸下来的程度,并且在拆卸时即使不能保持其原始形状(通常横截面会发生变形)也至少能保持其完整性,然后在一定温度下执行热收缩,该温度高于丝线和薄膜的软化温度,但是低于丝线和薄膜的熔点,从而获得薄膜的材料的收缩以及在将丝线预固定到薄膜上的区域内的特别牢固的连接。
在现有技术中,用于将丝线固定到薄膜的热塑材料上的方法主要包括焊接或者轧光(calendering),该方法特别地在环的根部将丝线削弱(degraded),趋向于使丝线更细。此外,这些处理还趋向于削弱薄膜至对其进行刺穿的点,这就需要提供很大厚度的薄膜。相反地,根据本发明,获得更高拉伸强度的环。此外,与在进行热处理之前的薄膜的厚度相比,在进行该处理之后,薄膜不会变得更薄,或者至少不会变得比现有技术的厚度薄,所以可以从开始就提供比现有技术中更薄的薄膜或者与现有技术中一样薄的薄膜以供使用,而不会担心薄膜的刺穿。
根据一种优选实施方式,薄膜的可热收缩性质通过将其拉伸而获得,特别是通过在设置成一束或一组丝线之前的所谓的“短”拉伸而获得。
优选地,预固定通过一个步骤执行,在该步骤中,丝线的预固定部按压在薄膜上,并且同时丝线的环部没有按压在薄膜上。
特别地,按压通过刻花滚筒(engraved cylinder)执行,该刻花滚筒包括上升区,当薄膜和丝线夹在刻花滚筒和相对的支撑表面之间时,该上升区与进行按压预固定部的区域相对应,该上升区也可以被雕刻,该相对的支撑表面可以具体地由滚筒形成。
优选地,刻压滚筒被加热,特别地加热到高于所使用的聚合物的变形温度但是低于薄膜和丝线的材料的维卡A点的温度。
根据本发明的第二方面,与上述第一方面相独立地,该第二方面可以单独形成本发明,但是也可以与第一方面相结合地实施以对第一方面进行改进,一束或一组丝线在设置在由热塑材料制成的薄膜上之前,直接通过挤出形成。
根据本发明的第三方面,与第一方面和第二方面相独立地,该第三方面可以单独形成本发明,但是也可以与第一方面和第二方面中的任意一者结合实施或者同时与两者结合实施以对第一方面和第二方面进行改进,丝线由预取向丝(Pre Oriented Yarn)或低取向丝(Low Oriented Yarn)制成。
预取向丝是一种由通常用于纺织的材料(例如热塑材料(聚酯))制成的纱线或丝线,但是在其生产过程中没有经过所有的拉伸步骤(drawingstep),例如美国专利号为US4736500、US4244174或US4415521所描述的。
根据本发明的第四方面,与其他方面相独立地,该第四方面可以单独形成本发明,但是也可以与其他方面中的任意一者或多者结合实施以对其他方面进行改进,因此在丝线的纵向方向上,预固定部在两个连续的丝线之间相互偏移。
因此,通过在丝线延伸的纵向方向上,对预固定部提供在一束丝线中的连续的丝线从一根丝线向相邻的丝线的偏移,在热处理之后的最终产品中,通过环部形成的环的最终定向会被影响。特别地,根据这个预固定部的偏移,环趋向于相对于丝线延伸的纵向方向朝向左侧或朝向右侧定向。
本发明还涉及一种阴性环部件,该阴性环部件可以通过根据本发明的一种方法获得。

优选地,所述丝线相互平行地延伸。
优选地,所述丝线的固定部以从一个到另一个的中心之间的一定距离平行地延伸,该距离介于0.02mm和0.5mm之间,优选地介于0.05mm和0.15mm之间,特别地大于0.1mm。
优选地,每个固定部延伸的最小长度介于0.1mm和1mm之间,例如优选为0.25mm,并且形成环的每个部的长度介于0.5mm和5mm之间,例如优选为1mm。
根据本发明的优选实施方式,丝线具有介于5分特(Dtex)和15分特之间的支数(count),特别地等于8分特。具体地,该支数与在环部(特别是包括球状部)的区域中的丝线的支数相对应,并且因为固定部由于根据本发明的方法而“膨胀(swollen)”,固定部的支数更大。
优选地,如平面图所示,固定部具有更大的宽度,或者垂直于丝线延伸的纵向方向的横向尺寸大于丝线的环部的宽度。
根据本发明,相互之间独立应当理解为表示丝线环部不会连接于相邻的环部(例如如果丝线环部形成薄片的情况下)。环部仅通过由塑料材料制成的薄膜而相互连接,但是不会直接相互连接,即使可能会出现某些环部与其他环部相互接触的情况。可是,尽管环部之间可能会相互接触,这些接触的区域并没有固定,并且环部可以相互分离。
根据本发明的第八方面,与其他方面相独立地,该第八方面可以单独形成本发明,但是也可以与其他方面中的任意一者或多者相结合实施以对其他方面进行改进,本发明还涉及一种目的在于生产阴性环元件的装置,该装置包括用于使一束丝线和由热塑材料制成的薄膜在按压表面和支撑表面之间的缝隙中相互接触的机构,具体地,所述按压表面为按压滚筒的表面,所述支撑表面为支撑滚筒的表面,所述装置的特征在于,所述按压表面被雕刻以在所述按压表面上形成上升区域,该上升区域的目的在于选择性地将部分所述丝线朝向所述薄膜按压,并且在所述按压表面的非上升部分的区域中,部分所述丝线不朝向所述薄膜按压。
优选地,在按压滚筒的下游设置加热站,该加热站的目的在于加热从缝隙中离开的薄膜-丝线组件。

具体实施方式
在图1中,环部件包括由热塑材料制成的薄膜1,该薄膜1上设置有在纵向方向上(从图中的右侧到左侧)相互平行延伸的丝线2。具体地可以参考图13(与图1的状态对应)和图14(与图2的状态对应)作为这个部件的整体视图。一旦丝线设置在薄膜1上,执行沿着预固定部5的预固定。因此,连续非固定部4沿每根丝线延伸,目的是形成环和预固定部5。这里的固定部5采用直线段的形式。
一旦执行丝线在热塑薄膜上的预固定,就执行热处理,一方面,该热处理对薄膜1的收缩有效果,另一方面,该热处理同时具有在预固定部5上软化丝线的效果。这使得丝线能够在固定部15的区域牢牢固定在薄膜上(这些固定部15与预固定部5相对应,但是由于与热处理相关的收缩而不具有与预固定部5相同的尺寸,尤其是长度)。此外,球状部6在自由部4的根部区域形成,位于每个固定部15和后面的自由部4之间。
在图15中,显示了用于制造环部件的装置。
模具101能够挤出大量丝线2。丝线的挤出孔设置为在模具出口获得尺寸为a×b的一束丝线。这束丝线的尺寸在到达绞盘(capstan)103时变成d×b,其中d为丝线的直径。模具中孔的结构使得在到达绞盘103处能够获得相互之间以规则的间距设置的丝线。绞盘103也使得丝线能够冷却。在这个区域,丝线具有1至22分特(dtex)的支数(count),优选为8至9分特的支数。
薄膜1到达滚筒105。该薄膜的厚度为例如20μm,优选地为15-25μm。该厚度还可以介于10-100μm之间。滚筒105以速度V旋转,例如100m/min。该滚筒加热到基本等于或大于薄膜的维卡点(Vicat Point)的温度,例如115℃。在两个滚筒105和106之间具有较小的间隙,取决于所使用的薄膜,这个间隙通常介于10-100μm之间。例如,对于20μm的薄膜1,该缝隙为20μm。
滚筒106以大于V的速度V’沿相反的方向旋转。例如,V’=2×V,即200m/min。然后薄膜1伸展。滚筒106冷却到15-25℃之间,允许薄膜在其伸展状态下被固定。
根据示例,薄膜的厚度在伸展时会变为与原来厚度的一半相等的厚度,在这里为10μm。然后该薄膜提供到定位和预固定模块。
丝线2在刻压滚筒108和光滑支撑滚筒109的辅助下定位在薄膜上。这两个滚筒向产品施加压力。这个步骤的第一个目的是使得丝线和薄膜相互接触。丝线和薄膜在与预固定部相应的不同区域中相互接触。为了保持这种定位,尽管产品穿过机器,需要防止丝线和薄膜相对于彼此运动。因此,定位丝线的步骤需要相对于彼此压迫两个元件,从而制造互补的形状。这个操作可以类似于两个元件的机械地预固定。这个固定不足以在薄膜的深度方向上形成连接,但是足以将丝线保持在薄膜的表面上。为了使薄膜和丝线在特定区域接触,并使它们具有互补的形状,使用了两个滚筒108和109。在滚筒108上具有刻花以形成上升区域20。两个滚筒相互挤压,因此在上升区域20挤压产品穿过它们之间以形成预固定部5。压力仅施加在上升区域20。具体地,在两个上升区域之间的中间区域21,丝线和薄膜并没有相互挤压。通过这种方式,形成了环形部4。为了有利于产品的变形,两个滚筒108和109被加热。该温度高于聚合物在载荷下变形的温度(热变形温度(HeatDeflection Temperature))。
在薄膜一侧,滚筒的温度必须低于薄膜的热收缩温度,例如100℃。
丝线在薄膜上的预定位和预固定的执行使得丝线和由热塑材料制成的薄膜之间的连接保持在表面上。因此,这个连接以使得发生确实的接触而不会发生分别组成丝线和薄膜的分子之间的相互渗透。具体地,丝线可以不会很难从薄膜上拆卸下来。可是,丝线相比于其原始形状发生了变形,具体地,与丝线的原始横截面(基本为圆形)相比,在部5的区域内具有更细长的椭圆形横截面。
在滚筒108和109处形成的由薄膜和丝线形成的复合体10接着由加热装置11加热。具体地,该加热装置可以为由热空气(或者等离子,或者例如红外线的射线,或者激光,或者其他任何能量供应机构)加热的装置。
加热装置优选地设置在薄膜的与丝线相反的一侧上(如图15所示)。因此,热量首先作用在薄膜上以使其热收缩,并且丝线保持部分地防止受热,在热处理的过程中仅软化。
这个步骤使得在预固定部的区域内能够收缩薄膜和软化丝线。然后,产品获得环状物,该环状物紧密地连接到薄膜上并在其基部加强。
例如,如果收缩值为2,产品底部的厚度再次变为20μm。如果这个步骤的进入速度为200m/min,接下来产品就会以100m/min的速度离开。
包括球状部6的在环形部4的区域的丝线的横截面面积(垂直于丝线)基本等于原始丝线的横截面面积。这个横截面面积从一个球状部到另一个球状部基本恒定。每个球状部6从环形部4的基本恒定的横截面延伸到固定部15。两个相邻的球状部6通过固定部15分开。介于两个球状部6之间的部15具有基本恒定的横截面面积。与形成环自由部4的横截面相比,介于两个球状部6之间的部15的横截面为平面形状。在两个球状部6之间延伸的部15的横截面面积大于包括球状部的环形部4的横截面面积,并且特别地包括每个环形部4的拱形(crown)(两个球状部之间的一半处)的区域的丝线的横截面。此外,该横截面为扁平的形状,特别地为椭圆形或者略为长方形的形状。
因此,通过提供热处理,在该热处理中热处理温度高于薄膜材料的维卡点(Vicat Point),并且优选地也高于丝线材料的维卡点,这样就确保了随着薄膜的伴随性热收缩,丝线的固定良好。此外,如果选择了高于丝线的维卡温度的温度,丝线的软化导致丝线的变形,特别是导致环的根部区域的两个球状体6的变形,这还具有提高环的拉伸强度(tensile strength)和撕裂强度(tear strength)的效果,因此这些环在钩环紧固件中的环功能上具有更好地阻力。如图6所示,优选的工作范围介于丝线和薄膜的维卡点中的最高维卡点以及薄膜和丝线的熔点中的最低熔点之间。通过示例的基于由LDPE和PP制成的薄膜和由PP制成的丝线进行图6的生产。
在图4中,显示了一种选择材料的可能的示例性实施方式。丝线2’由聚丙烯(PP)制成,并且薄膜1’由包括两个聚丙烯(PP)外层和由低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)制成的内层的三层薄片构成。因此,外层提高了与丝线的紧密连接,并且内层的低密度聚乙烯产生了热收缩。
另一种可能的实施方式在于利用低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)来生产薄膜1”的整体(见图5),并且每个丝线2”包括由低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)制成的外护套和由聚丙烯(PP)制成的芯,该外护套提高与薄膜的紧密连接,该芯提高其机械性能。
此外优选地,丝线可以由预取向丝(Partially Oriented Yarn,POY)、中取向丝(Medium Oriented Yarn,MOY)或低取向丝(Low Oriented Yarn,LOY)生产。当阴性部件与钩配合使用时,这对增加剥离强度(peel strength)和拉伸强度(tensile strength)有利。此外,这提高了与皮肤接触的柔软性,特别是对于婴儿。
低取向丝型的丝线是未拉伸的丝线或者非常低拉伸的丝线。在纺丝中,这些丝线以大约500-600m/min的低速缠绕在模具下方,而不需要经过拉伸工艺。因此,这样获得的丝线具有较高的延展性能,通常大于原始长度的195%(100%的原始长度+95%的伸长=195%的原始长度)。通过本发明的实施例提供的实施方式中使用的PP丝线可以具有其初始长度的500%的延伸(丝线伸长之后的长度为100+400=500%的原始长度)。
预取向丝(Partially Oriented Yarn)型的丝线是低拉伸的丝线,系数大概为2。由此获得的丝线的延展性小于低取向丝型的丝线,但是仍然大于160%(100%的原始长度+60%的伸长=160%的原始长度)。
最后,还存在称作中取向丝的中间丝线,其延展性可以达到180%。
当执行固定部的预固定时,预固定部可以相对于彼此从一根丝线向另一根偏移。因此,可以参考图10或图11,图中所示为由预固定部5在预固定之后形成的图案和由固定部15在热处理之后形成的图案。因此,通过设置预固定部相对于丝线的横向偏移,如图所示,可以确保在热处理之后环根据选择的图案朝向左侧或右侧定向。当需要在两个连续的固定线(线实际上是一系列的部5或15,并且这些系列以线的形式示意性的表示,虽然严格来说,由于两个连续的固定部之间线的不连续性,丝线相互之间具有一定间距,导致这些系列并不是线)之间延伸的环朝向左侧定向时,线的产生为从左向右增加(如图10所示的朝向图的顶部的移动方向)。
如果需要环朝向右侧定向,线以与图10所示相反的方式生产,从而从左向右地减少。
还可以生产任何图案,该图案根据需要包括朝向左侧和朝向右侧定向的环,如图11所示的示例在剥离强度方面具有特别的优势。
因此,如图8c和图9c所示,环在与开口方向相反的方向上定向。这使得该结构可以获得的剥离力比图8a和图9a的结构获得的剥离力更大,而且比图8b和图9b的结构获得的剥离力要大得多。为了在尿片的停放区获得更高的性能,如图18所示的结构更加有利。设置在停放区的可以向右打开的一半上并且沿相反方向朝向左侧的环朝向左侧定向。环的这个布置当然也可以通过在热收缩过程中或之后使用定向辊(orientation roller)来获得。可是,后一种方法不像根据本发明的上述方案通过图案本身执行定向一样精确。
当然,可以在停放区中生产一些朝向左侧的环,并根据相反的原则来生产朝向右侧的其它环。还可以在给定丝线中生产可以交替地朝向左侧和右侧定向的环,如图11所示。
根据本发明,薄膜具有基本恒定地位于固定部或环形部区域的厚度,具体地,在固定部的区域的厚度至多比这些固定区域之外的薄膜厚度低25%,特别地,至多低20%,更加优选地低10%。
优选地,薄膜为可热收缩的。可热收缩的薄膜通常用于包装领域。主要应用是一批产品的收缩膜包装。一旦包装完成,这批产品进入炉(oven)中,薄膜收缩并包紧产品。这样就产生了高效的包装。
这些薄膜通常是双向拉伸(bi-oriented)的,从而在所有方向上都可以热收缩。为了获得这种薄膜,通常基于乙烯的原始薄膜在两个方向上拉伸。
如图1所示,获得的薄膜1为可热收缩的。随后足以将其加热到适合收缩的温度。获得这种双向拉伸的方法是逐渐地在MD方向上增加拉伸滚筒的速度,并使用辊来侧向拉伸薄膜。
与传统的可热收缩薄膜相反地,使用的薄膜优选为只在MD方向上可热收缩,以避免在宽度上的浪费,并且优选地控制丝线的密度。因此,薄膜只在一个方向上伸展。为了获得单向拉伸的可热收缩的薄膜,只需要在一个方向上拉伸薄膜。
获得的产品很容易在MD方向上可热收缩,但是在温度的作用下趋向于在宽度方向上膨胀。
在图6中显示热处理温度所产生的薄膜的收缩量的图表。这个图表为三层薄膜(PP,LDPE和PP)所形成,并且丝线由PP制成。LDPE的熔点为105℃,PP的维卡A点为115℃,并且丝线的PP材料的维卡A点为126℃。
因此,选择130℃的温度进行热处理,该温度高于上述薄膜和丝线的材料的维卡A点,并且低于薄膜的PP(PP的熔点是151℃)和丝线的PP(155℃)的融化温度。
在本发明中,可热收缩理解为元件(特别是薄膜)在被加热到距离其熔点小于10°的温度时收缩至少10%(优选地至少20%)。

Claims (10)

1.用于钩环紧固件的阴性环部件,该阴性环部件包括薄膜和多根丝线,该薄膜由至少一种热塑材料制成,所述丝线相互独立并固定在所述薄膜的一个表面上,每根丝线包括一系列固定部(15)和与所述固定部交替的一系列环部(4),所述丝线沿所述固定部固定在所述薄膜上,并且所述环部距离所述薄膜一定间距以形成环,其特征在于,一根丝线的环部的横截面面积小于所述一根丝线的固定部的横截面面积。
2.根据权利要求1所述的部件,其特征在于,环部的最大横截面面积小于固定部的最小横截面面积。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的部件,其特征在于,球状部(6)在环部和固定部之间延伸,所述球状部从所述环部朝向所述固定部加宽。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的部件,其特征在于,环部的横截面面积是恒定的,具体地为圆形。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的部件,其特征在于,固定部的横截面面积是恒定的,具体地为长圆形,例如椭圆形或卵形。
6.根据上述权利要求中任意一项所述的部件,其特征在于,所述丝线由预取向丝或低取向丝制成。
7.根据上述权利要求中任意一项所述的部件,其特征在于,所述固定部(15)在两个连续的丝线之间沿纵向方向相互偏移。
8.根据上述权利要求中任意一项所述的部件,其特征在于,所述丝线相互平行地延伸。
9.用于制造根据权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的紧固件阴性部件的方法,该部件包括由一种或多种热塑材料制成的薄膜和由一种或多种热塑材料制成的丝线,该丝线固定在所述薄膜的一个表面上以形成环,其特征在于,该方法的步骤包括:
使用包括一种或多种热塑材料的可热收缩的薄膜,
在所述薄膜上设置包括一种或多种热塑材料并且相互不连接的一束或一组丝线,所述薄膜的材料和所述丝线的材料选择为使得所述薄膜比所述丝线更加可热收缩,尤其是所述薄膜可热收缩而所述丝线基本上不可热收缩,
沿每根丝线在与一系列的自由部相交替的一系列的预固定部上执行预固定,其中在所述一系列的自由部,所述丝线没有固定在热塑薄膜上,这个预固定的执行使得所述丝线的材料和所述薄膜的材料不会紧密地连接;以及
使一组薄膜和预固定的丝线经受热处理,该热处理导致所述薄膜的收缩和所述丝线的软化,以获得所述阴性环部件,所述热处理通过加热到一定温度来执行,该温度基本等于或高于组成所述丝线的材料或者组成所述丝线的至少一种材料的维卡A点和组成所述薄膜的材料或者组成所述薄膜的至少一种材料的维卡A点,并且低于所述丝线和所述薄膜的材料的至少一个熔点。
10.用于生产根据权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的阴性环部件的装置,该装置包括用于使一束丝线和由热塑材料制成的薄膜在按压表面和支撑表面之间的缝隙中相互接触的机构,具体地,所述按压表面为按压滚筒(108)的表面,所述支撑表面为支撑滚筒(109)的表面,所述装置的特征在于,所述按压表面被雕刻以在所述按压表面上形成上升区域(20),该上升区域的目的在于选择性地将部分所述丝线朝向所述薄膜按压,并且在所述按压表面的非上升部分(21)的区域中,部分所述丝线不朝向所述薄膜按压。
