Abstract

背景技术

总体概述

牌支撑件

激振器130优选地与牌支撑件110连接。例如，激振器可与牌支架111连接和/或链接，如图所示。激振器优选地与牌支撑件110的至少部分连接以便将来自激振器的振动动作施加到支撑在支撑件110上的纸牌。根据本发明的示例性实施方案，激振器130与牌支撑件110连接和/或直接安装到牌支撑件110上。例如，激振器可与牌支架111连接和/或直接安装到牌支架111上，如图所示。根据本发明的可选实施方案，激振器130实质上与牌支撑件110一体形成。
激振器130可被配置为根据所公知的以及要公开的产生振动动作的各种可能方式中的至少一种而工作。在其它方法中，这种产生振动动作的方式可以包括例如机械方法、电气方法和机电方法。例如，产生振动动作的一种方式是通过采用例如旋转电动机的旋转促动器(未显示)来旋转相对于其旋转轴线偏心定位的重量。产生振动动作的另一实施例是使可移动铁制物体(未显示)受到动态交变极性的电磁场的作用以使铁制物体摆动或振动。依据本发明的至少一个实施方案，能够选择性地调整由激振器130产生的振动动作的频率和/或振幅。
牌接收器
仍参照图1，牌接收器140包括在装置100中。牌接收器适于接收来自牌支撑件110的至少一张纸牌。优选地，牌接收器140适于一次仅接收一张纸牌。例如，牌接收器140可定尺寸和/或以其它方式配置为使得一次不多于一张的纸牌被接收到牌接收器中。接收器140包括狭槽或空间149，一张或多张纸牌从牌支撑件110被接收到狭槽或空间149中。接收器的牌空间149可具有多种可能特定构造中的一种。接收器140适于将一张或多张纸牌接收并保持在牌空间149中。在一些实施方案中，接收器149适于将一张或多张接收到的纸牌选择性地保持在牌空间149内。
接收器140可以包括牌止挡件143。牌止挡件143优选地限定牌空间149的至少部分并且位于中间或中部分部内。在中部分部中处理降落的一张或多张牌可具有多种不同的构造。例如，牌止挡件143可以限定牌降落空间149的下端。相对于支撑表面112放置或定位牌止挡件143可对于装置100的操作至关重要。具体地，牌止挡件优选地定位为距支撑表面112一定距离，其中所述距离大体等于待混洗的纸牌的长度或宽度。更优选地，当纸牌已经从支撑件110被接收到接收器140中时，接收到的纸牌的上边缘与支撑表面112大体为平的或平齐的。在考虑到后面关于装置100的操作的描述时，本发明的该方案的重要性变得更加明显。
接收器140可包括一个或多个导件。例如，接收器可以包括第一引导部141和第二引导部142。接收器的导件或引导部141、142能够限定纸牌从支撑件接收到其中的牌空间或牌狭槽149的至少部分。优选地，牌空间149大体为平直的，如图所示。牌空间149优选地在取向上基本垂直，也如图所示。牌空间优选地基本直接位于牌孔隙114的下方。根据图1所示的本发明的示例性实施方案，纸牌通过孔隙114从支撑表面112降落，并且被接收到第一引导部141和第二引导部142之间的牌空间149中。接收到的纸牌优选地大体支撑在止挡件143上以使接收到的牌的底边缘支撑在止挡件上并且接收到的牌的相对上边缘与支撑表面112大体平齐或平。
如图所示，接收器140优选地包括至少一个接收器促动器145。接收器促动器可以为例如直线式螺线管的直线式促动器。接收器促动器145优选地被选择性地控制。接收器促动器145可适于通过控制器150选择性地控制，下文更加详细地描述控制器150。接收器140可以包括连杆或联锁144。连杆可与接收器促动器145连接，如图所示。更具体地，连杆144与促动器145可操作地连接以便于连杆的选择性移动。连杆可与接收器导件的至少一部分(例如，第二引导部142)连接，如图所示。
连杆可以包括下导件148。下导件适于接触和/或啮合保持在牌空间149中的接收到的纸牌。促动器145与连杆144和下导件148一起可构成和/或形成释放机构的部分。第二引导部142可包括在这样的释放机构中。具体地，促动器145与连杆144、下导件148和第二引导部142一起可被配置为便于释放保持在牌空间149中的纸牌。例如，根据本发明的示例性实施方案，促动器145可被启动以朝向第一引导部141移动连杆144。
连杆144朝向第一引导部141的移动可使得第二引导部142移动而远离第一引导部141，而同时使得下导件148推动保持的牌的下端远离第一引导部并且经过止挡件143。下文更加详细地说明该操作。促动器145和连杆144以这种方式的这种操作可使得从牌空间149释放保持的纸牌。从牌接收器140中的保持位置释放的纸牌可使得牌降落到收集器161中。在释放保持的纸牌之后，促动器145可被启动以返回到图1所示的起始位置。由于第二引导部142和下导件148处于它们的相应起始位置，接收器140准备好接收来自支撑件110的另外的纸牌。
接收器140可以包括至少一个牌传感器146。牌传感器146可适于检测已经降落到中部区域中的纸牌的存在。更具体地，依据图1中所示的示例性装置，传感器146可适于检测纸牌存在和/或被保持在牌空间149内。保持在牌空间内的纸牌的这种检测能够有利于装置100的操作。例如，可允许纸牌从支撑件110降落到接收器140的牌空间149中。
传感器146适于检测纸牌完全接收到中部牌空间中。传感器146可响应于检测到纸牌已经完全降落到止挡件上并且被接收到牌空间149中而将信号发送到控制器150。当控制器接收到来自传感器的该信号时，控制器能够响应以启动导件或导向器120从而重新定位由支撑件110支撑的纸牌。
尽管不是优选还可行的是，传感器146可用于从牌空间149中的停止中部位置检测任何一张或多张纸牌的不存在。这可通过配置控制器150来实现，当传感器146或其它传感器如此表示在牌空间或此时认为不优选的其它位置处存在或不存在纸牌时，获知所有的牌已经被混洗。
注意的是，接收器140被描述为独立的并且与装置100的支撑件110和/或其它部件区分开。然而，应当理解的是，接收器的一个或多个部分可至少实质上与支撑件110的一个或多个部分为一体。例如，依据本发明的至少一个可选实施方案，第一引导部141与支架111一体和/或连接。类似地，根据本发明的至少一个实施方案，孔隙114可至少部分与接收器140一体。
控制器
现在参照图1和图2，装置100可以包括控制器150。控制器可以为控制系统200的至少部分，控制系统可包括至少一个附加部件，例如但不限于定位器促动器123、激振器130、接收器促动器145、传感器146和用户接口151。控制器150和/或控制系统200适于执行有利于装置100的操作的一个或多个各种控制功能。下面针对装置100的操作的描述进一步提供控制器150和/或控制系统200能够执行的各种控制功能的实施例。
控制器150能够支撑在壳体160上或安装到壳体160上。控制器可以安装在壳体内或者壳体的外部上。控制器150可以包括用户接口151。用户接口优选地被配置为便于装置100的用户输入操作命令。例如，用户接口151可以包括和/或可大致为开关的形式。这种开关可以为例如接通/断开开关、停止/启动开关、或电源开关。用户接口151可适于其它输入命令。例如，用户接口可适于输入和/或选择待混洗纸牌的任选尺寸或其它特性。具体地，例如，用户接口151可以大致为具有可用于装置100的用户的多个命令输入参数的控制面板的形式。
在另一可选形式中，在很大程度上可消除或简化对控制的需要。洗牌机可被构造为感测牌阵列被输入的时间，然后作为检测置于输入支撑件内的牌的传感器的结果而仅自动地执行洗牌过程。
控制器150可以包括封装件152。用户接口151可以安装到封装件152上或者由封装件152支撑。处理器153优选地被包括作为控制器150的部分。处理器可以为诸如微处理器等数字处理器。处理器153优选地包含在封装件152内。控制器150优选地包括计算机可读存储器154。计算机可读存储器优选地容纳在封装件152内。处理器153和计算机可读存储器154优选地被链接以便于信号传输。更具体地，处理器优选地能够从计算机可读存储器154读取数据和/或计算机可执行指令155。根据本发明的至少一个实施方案，处理器153能够将数据写入或存储到计算机可读存储器154中。控制器150可以包括随机数字生成器156。随机数字生成器可适于有利于生成支撑的纸牌的随机位置，如下文更加详细说明。随机数字生成器156可以与处理器153和/或计算机可执行指令155集成。
控制器150可与装置100的一个或多个部件链接以便于进行信号传输。更具体地，控制系统200和/或装置100可以包括至少一个通信链路159，所述通信链路适于有利于控制器150和装置和/或控制系统的其它部件之间的信号传输。例如，控制器可与定位器促动器123、激振器130、接收器促动器145和传感器146中的一个或多个链接以便于进行信号传输。控制器150可与图2所示的任选孔隙促动器119链接以便于进行信号传输。根据本发明的可选实施方案，装置100和/或控制系统200可以包括孔隙促动器119以选择性地打开和关闭(或阻塞和开启)至少一个牌孔隙114(图1中所示)。控制器150可以包括未示出的各个电气和/或电子部件，例如但不限于继电器、定时器、计数器、指示器、开关、传感器和电气电源。
控制器150优选地适于便于与其连接以便于进行信号传输的一个或多个部件的操作和/或功能。例如，控制器150可适于将接通和关断信号发送到激振器130。控制器150可适于将控制信号发送到至少一个促动器，包括但不限于一个或多个定位器促动器123、接收器促动器145和孔隙促动器119(图2中显示)。例如，控制器150优选地适于控制一个或多个促动器的定位和/或启动。控制器优选地被配置为接收和/或处理器来自用户接口151的输入命令和/或数据。优选地，控制器150适于接收和/或处理由传感器146产生的信号。控制器150优选地适于产生和/或确定支撑的牌的随机定位，并且命令定位器120将支撑的牌移动到随机生成的位置。
壳体
参照图1，装置100包括至少一个壳体160。壳体可用作装置100的一个或多个附加部件的底盘或框架。更具体地，装置100的一个或多个部件可以安装到壳体160上或由壳体160支撑。例如，壳体优选地适于支撑牌支撑件110、定位器120、激振器130、接收器140和控制器150中的一个或多个。壳体160可适于工作装置100的一个或多个部件的封装件，其中壳体适于基本保护被封装的部件免受破坏和/或污染。更具体地，装置的一个或多个部件可被封装到壳体160内以降低破坏和/或污染的可能性。例如，壳体优选地适于封装牌支撑件110、定位器120、激振器130、接收器140和控制器150中的一个或多个。
壳体160可包括一个或多个特征以便于装置100的操作和/或使用。例如，壳体可以包括牌收集器161。牌收集器161优选地适于捕集和/或收集从接收器140释放的纸牌。牌收集器可被配置为形成一堆收集的纸牌。例如，牌收集器161可偏斜或倾斜以便于将纸牌收集到基本有序的堆中。根据本发明的至少一个实施方案，牌收集器161适于振动。牌收集器的这种振动能够有利于纸牌的收集和/或有序堆的收集且混洗过的纸牌的形成。例如，激振器130可被配置为将振动动作施加到牌收集器161。
壳体160可具有至少一个开口162。开口可用作多个可能使用或用途中的一个或多个。例如，开口162可适于将一副牌放置到牌支撑件110中。壳体160优选地具有紧靠近牌收集器161的至少一个其它开口(未显示)以有利于从牌收集器取回混洗过的牌。壳体160中的另外其它开口(未显示)可被提供能够与多个用途中的一个或多个。例如，至少一个开口(未显示)可设置在壳体中以有利于接近一个或多个部件从而便于维修和/或维护。
壳体160具有下端168和相对的上端169。下端168优选地包括和/或形成用于接触或啮合例如桌面、柜台顶部或搁板(未显示)的支撑表面的基部。优选地，如图所示，至少一个开口162位于上端169附近以便于将纸牌放置到牌支撑件110中。牌支撑件110优选地靠近上端169。牌收集器161优选地靠近下端168。接收器140优选地大致位于牌支撑件110和牌收集器161之间，如图所示。根据本发明的至少一个优选实施方案，壳体160被配置为使得支撑表面112在正常操作状态下大致水平，如图所示。
偏置未混洗牌阵列的可选支撑件
图11和图12示出了用于偏置直立牌阵列的可选机构。牌支撑件或支撑件110装配有一个或多个重力偏置机构301。如图所示，机构301具有枢轴302。通过重力向下迫动平衡重量303以使接触臂306与直立的未混洗牌阵列320接触而摆动。
接触臂306有利地形成为从牌阵列320看时为凸形。这使得对牌的任何可能磨损或标记最小化。接触臂306还应用了相对轻力的、自动的、无需精确控制的步进电动机。然而，由于牌之间的摩擦是最小的并且足够低以允许各张牌通过牌降落孔隙降落而不受到足够的阻碍使得发生由于重力引起的降落，精确控制不是必要的。由于摩擦系数在动态或移动关系对静态摩擦系数中通常较低，未混洗牌阵列的振动动作进一步减少了不利于降落的任何阻碍。因此，优选洗牌器的一个优势是，振动动作使得牌由于未混洗牌阵列的振动激励而有效地浮动。
图13和图14示出了用于偏置未混洗牌阵列的另一可选方法。这些图中所示的方法包括球401。球401位于横向导件402上，横向导件402朝向未混洗牌输入支撑室402偏斜。如图14所示，球401由于重力作用而被偏置或迫动以将力的横向分量施加到未混洗牌阵列420上。目前相对小量的力是优选的，例如，轻重量的小球。一种可能的形式是乒乓球或其它小球或能够利用重力推挤未混洗牌阵列的其它形状、弹簧(未显示)或施加相对小量的力以将未混洗牌阵列保持在充分直立的取向从而便于通过牌降落孔隙降落并且降落到洗牌机的中部区域中的其它适合的偏置装置。
可选实施方案-门控未混洗阵列门控支撑件
图15和图16示出了根据本发明的洗牌机500的另一可选实施方案的相关特征。图15以虚像示出了未混洗阵列530。阵列可选地由支架512和可移动门567支撑在相对侧(如图所示为牌的端)。
洗牌器500具有横向支撑件113，横向支撑件可设置有凸缘572，凸缘可被构造为在支撑通道573内滑动。该构造允许横向支撑件与未混洗牌530一起移动。相对运动实际上可涉及到支撑件和牌的运动、牌相对于支撑件的运动或支撑件和牌二者相对于固定参照点以及相对于一个或多个牌降落狭槽514移动。
支架512如图所示设置有形成在一个或多个支架512中的两个牌降落狭槽514。一对门件567被安装以借助于促动器(未示出，但是与123或其适当的备选件相似)在支架512上向内以及向外滑动。当门件被控制以向内滑动时，底部的纸牌的圆角啮合并且支撑在门件上，从而防止纸牌通过狭槽514降落。因此，未混洗阵列可被稍微提起，实现牌阵列和降落狭槽之间的相对运动，然后通过使门向外移动而打开门，牌随后可通过狭槽514降落。
该构造可被控制或配置为使得门控动作对于相对于其它降落狭槽的每个降落狭槽独立地发生。此外，牌可同时降落，并且包括在中部分部中的引导部可适当地容纳重新编排的牌。
操作
现在参照图3，流程图描述了根据本发明的至少一个实施方案能够通过装置100的一个或多个部件执行的操作步骤300的顺序。参照图1至图3，顺序300从起始点301移动到步骤303，其中多个纸牌被放置到牌支撑件110上。根据步骤303将牌放置到装置中的步骤可通过装置的用户来完成。起始点301可以包括接通装置或初始化装置。这可通过用户来完成。例如，用户可通过操纵用户接口151来接通装置或初始化装置。
下个步骤305是命令定位器120抓紧支撑的牌。依据本发明的可选实施方案，任选的孔隙促动器119(图2中显示)被命令以关闭或阻塞牌孔隙114(图1中显示)。生成并发送命令信号的该步骤可通过控制器150来执行。从步骤305起，顺序移动到步骤307，其包括生成支撑牌相对于牌孔隙114的起始位置，并且命令定位器120将支撑的牌移动到起始位置。起始位置优选地随机确定。生成起始位置和命令定位器120移动支撑的牌的该步骤可通过控制器150完成。
顺序300接下来移动到启动激振器130的步骤309。更具体地，激振器被接通或操作从而将振动动作施加到支撑的牌。启动激振器的步骤可通过控制器150来执行。启动激振器的步骤309可在顺序300中具有其它可选位置。例如，启动激振器的步骤可以为顺序的第一个步骤。一旦激振器被接通，顺序移动到命令定位器120释放支撑的牌的步骤311。依据本发明的可选实施方案，任选的孔隙促动器119(图2中显示)被命令以打开/开启牌孔隙114(图1中显示)。该步骤311可通过控制器150来执行。从步骤311起，顺序300移动到步骤313，在该步骤中计数器被初始化为一。更具体地，例如，根据该步骤变量“n”被设定成值“1”，这可通过控制器150来完成。
从步骤313起，操作顺序300移动到查询315。查询315询问在接收器140中是否检测到第n张牌。更具体地，查询315询问第n张牌是否已降落到牌接收器140内完全接收的位置。该查询315可以与传感器146相结合通过控制器150来实现。例如，传感器寻找降落到牌空间149内的完全接收位置中的牌。当传感器146检测到牌的存在时，传感器通过相应的通信链路159将信号发送到控制器150。控制器接收来自传感器的表示第n张牌已经完全接收到接收器140中的信号。
如果对查询315的应答为“是”，则顺序300进行到步骤317，其中随机地生成第n个位置，并且命令定位器120将支撑的牌移动到第n个随机位置。该步骤317可通过例如控制器150来执行。从该步骤，顺序300移动到步骤319，依据步骤319，命令接收器140释放第n张牌。例如，第n张牌从牌空间149中的保持位置被释放并且可降落到牌收集器161中。命令接收器释放第n张牌的这个步骤可通过例如控制器150来执行。从步骤319，顺序进行到步骤321，其中计数器增量地增加到下个值。具体地，变量“n”的值增加的值为一。
从步骤321，顺序返回到上述查询315。如上所述，如果对查询315的应答为“是”，则重复步骤317、318、319和321。只要传感器146继续检测到第n张牌完全接收到牌空间149内的保持位置，例如，为支撑的牌生成第n个随机位置、将支撑的牌移动到第n个随机位置、从牌接收器释放第n张牌以及使计数器增值的步骤317-321继续。然而，如果对查询315的应答为“否”，则顺序300进行到结束点323。例如，如果控制器150在预定时间段内未接收到来自传感器146的信号(即，传感器未能检测到完全接收到牌空间149内的保持位置中的牌的存在)，则控制器将认为不存在要处理的另外的牌，并且控制器将结束操作顺序。
现在参照图4至图9，装置100的一系列正视图说明了根据本发明的至少一个实施方案的操作顺序。参照图4，装置100显示为牌装载模式或状态。由于装置处于装载模式，定位器导件121被定位为通过装载开口162接收一副牌10。如图所示，待混洗的多张牌10已经通过装载开口162插入并且已经设定在支撑件110上。更具体地，待混洗的多张牌10已经被放置到支撑表面112上。根据本发明的示例性实施方案，当装置处于装载模式时，待混洗的牌10不位于牌孔隙114的上方。更具体地，当处于装载模式时，定位器导件121相对于牌孔隙114偏离，如图所示，从而牌孔隙不位于支撑牌10的下方。
仍参照图4，接收器促动器145处于未启动状态。更具体地，接收器促动器处于适当位置上，其中连杆144处于缩回位置上。由于连杆处于缩回位置上，下导件148也缩回，如图所示。第二引导部142处于牌保持位置，其中第一引导部141和第二引导部142一起被配置为将牌接收到牌空间149中。可通过装载开口162插入牌并且将牌放置到支撑表面112上来装载待混洗的牌。装置100的用户可以在牌装载到装置110中之后开始装置的操作顺序。可通过操纵例如用户接口151来实现操作顺序的开始。
响应于操作顺序的开始，定位器导件121被启动以抓紧支撑的牌10。通过导件121抓紧支撑的牌10可通过例如使得定位器促动器123使得导件121朝向彼此移动和/或施加力来实现，从而将牌挤压或捕集到导件121之间。激振器130响应于操作顺序的开始而被启动。激振器的启动优选地使得激振器将振动动作施加到支撑的牌10上。例如，如上所述，激振器130可适于将振动动作施加到装置100的一个或多个部件，例如，支架110。响应于操作顺序的开始，控制器150可限定牌10相对于牌孔隙114的起始位置。牌的该起始位置优选地随机选择或生成。控制器随后可命令定位器促动器123使定位器导件121将牌10移动到起始位置，同时也保持对牌的抓紧。
现在参照图5，可看出牌10已经移动到起始位置。起始位置将牌10放置到牌孔隙114的上方。更具体地，当牌处于起始位置时，牌大致位于牌空间149的上方。在牌已经移动到起始位置之后，定位器优选地向控制器发送信号表示移动完成。控制器150随后优选地命令定位器120释放对牌的抓紧。这可通过例如命令定位器促动器123中的一个或多个使定位器导件121彼此远离以使导件将实质上很小的力施加到牌上来实现。
当定位器释放牌10时，牌将开始大致支撑在支撑表面112上。优选地，支撑表面的振动动作将被传递到支撑在其上的牌10。优选地，通过激振器130将振动动作传递到支撑表面。将振动动作传递到支撑的牌10将优选地使得第一张牌11通过孔隙114从支撑表面112降落到牌空间149内的保持位置，如图所示。在通过牌孔隙114并且进入牌空间149中之后，第一张牌11的下边缘开始大致支撑在止挡件143上。当第一张牌11大致支撑在止挡件143上时，第一张牌已经基本完全降落并且接收到中部接收器区域中。
由于第一张牌11的下边缘基本支撑在止挡件143上，第一张牌11的相对上边缘与支撑表面112基本平齐或平，如图所示。由于第一张牌的上边缘与支撑表面112基本平或平齐，接收器140和/或牌孔隙114基本被阻塞或关闭，从而其它的牌不能够进入接收器。传感器146优选地检测到第一张牌11已经降落到牌空间149内的完全接收位置中。响应于检测到第一张牌11的存在，传感器发送信号到控制器150。控制器150接收来自传感器的信号并且解释信号以表示第一张牌11已经完全接收到中部牌空间149中。响应于获知第一张牌11已经接收到牌空间149中，控制器150随机地选择或生成支撑的牌10相对于牌孔隙114的新位置。然后，控制器可命令定位器120将支撑的牌10移动到新随机选择的位置。
现在回到图6，可以看出支撑的牌10已经移动到相对于牌孔隙114的新随机选择的位置。定位器120优选地发信号给控制器150以表示牌10向新随机选择位置的移动完成。控制器150随后命令接收器促动器145启动。接收器促动器145的启动使得第一张牌11被释放并且从牌空间149指引或引导第一张牌11，如图所示，第一张牌11优选地从接收器降落到收集器161中。
在本发明的一些优选变化形式中，第一张牌11从支架降落到接收器140中使得牌孔隙114打开或开启。由于牌孔隙114开启，并且由于支撑的牌10的振动动作，第二张牌12开始通过牌孔隙降落并且进入牌空间149，如图所示。传感器146能够有利地检测到位于牌空间149中的第一张牌，并且发信号给控制器150，表示第一张牌处于停止位置以等待从中部牌空间被指引或释放或以其它方式引导到收集器中。
现在回到图7，可看出第二张牌12已经完全接收到接收器140中。更具体地，通过研究图4可看出，第二张牌已经通过牌孔隙114降落，并且第二张牌的下边缘已经开始基本支撑在止挡件143上。由于第二张牌12的下边缘基本支撑在止挡件143上，第二张牌12的相对的上边缘与支撑表面112基本平移或平。由于第二张牌12的上边缘与支撑表面112基本平齐或平，可看出牌孔隙114基本被第二张牌阻塞或关闭。更具体地，由于第二张牌12处于牌接收器140内的完全保持位置上，接收器被阻塞以使另外的牌不能降落并进入中部牌空间。
进一步研究图7表明，第一张牌11在从接收器140释放之后已经开始支撑在牌收集器161内。传感器146优选地检测到第二张牌12已经降落到牌空间149内的完全接收位置上。响应于检测到第二张牌12的存在，传感器发信号给控制器150。控制器150接收来自传感器的信号并且解释该信号以表示第二张牌12已经完成接收到牌空间149中。响应于获知第二张牌12已经接收到牌空间149中，控制器150随机地选择或生成支撑的牌10相对于牌孔隙114的新位置。控制器随后可以命令定位器120将支撑的牌10移动到新随机选择的位置。
现在参照图8，可看出支撑的牌10已经移动到相对于牌孔隙114的新随机选择的位置。定位器120优选地发信号给控制器150以表示牌10向新随机选择位置的移动完成。控制器150随后命令接收器促动器145启动。接收器促动器145的启动使得第二张牌12从降落牌保持空间释放，如图所示。第二张牌12优选地从接收器降落到收集器161中。第二张牌12从接收器140的释放使得牌孔隙114打开或开启。由于牌孔隙114开启，并且由于支撑的牌10的振动动作，第三张牌13开始通过牌孔隙降落并且进入牌空间149，如图所示。上文所述的操作顺序可按期望方式继续以混洗期望数量的纸牌。
现在回到图9，可看出上述操作顺序已经继续以产生一对混洗过的牌20，混洗过的牌20保持在收集器161中。对于显示处于牌空间149中的完全接收位置上的保持的牌19以及其余待混洗的多张支撑的牌10，继续所述操作顺序。可看出，由于装置100的操作顺序的继续，多张支撑的牌10已经处理完毕。还可以看出，定位器导件121已经相对于彼此重新定位。具体地，定位器导件121已经响应于支撑的牌10的量的耗尽而移动更靠近彼此。通过这种方式，定位器120便于将支撑的牌保持在大致直立的取向。根据操作顺序继续处理支撑的牌使得所有的牌堆置到牌收集器161中。更具体地，在根据操作顺序完成所有牌的处理时，可从牌收集器161取回混洗过的牌。
可选方案和配置
现在回到图10，正视图显示了根据本发明的可选实施方案的装置300。装置300优选地以与装置100基本相似的方式运行。然而，装置300包括各个部件的可选方案和/或配置。例如，从图10的研究可知，用户接口151可安装到相对于壳体160的位置上，这与装置100(图1显示)不同。装置300的定位器导件121可具有与装置100的定位器导件121不同的形状。例如，装置300的导件121可被配置为覆盖装载开口162，如图10所示。作为另一实施例，控制器150可基本位于壳体160内，如图10所示。
继续参照图10，定位器120可以包括旋转促动器324、导螺杆325和随动器326。旋转促动器324可以为例如旋转式电动机(例如，步进电动机等)。旋转促动器324优选地由壳体160固定地支撑。电动机324被配置为选择性地驱动或旋转导螺杆325。电动机324的启动优选地由控制器150控制。连接器326与外螺纹导螺杆325啮合。促动器324的随动器形成部被连接以使导螺杆延伸并缩回定位器导件121。电动机可被选择性地启动以沿期望方向旋转，这依次使得导螺杆旋转。导螺杆相对于随动器的旋转使得随动器和导件121中的一个或多个相对于电动机移动。通过这种方式，能够控制导件121的位置。
激振器130可以包括线圈131和振动随动器132。振动随动器优选地为铁磁体。线圈可安装到壳体160上或由壳体160支撑。振动随动器132可安装到支架111上或由支架111支撑。振动随动器可基本与支架一体形成。可使既定极性的尖端直流经过线圈131以引起振动随动器132的振动移动。可选择地，可使交替极性的电流经过线圈131以引起振动随动器的振动移动。振动随动器的这种振动移动优选地传递给支架111，这依次将振动动作传递给支撑在其上的纸牌。
继续参照图10，接收器140可具有与图1所示的装置100的构造大致不同的构造。例如，如图10所示，接收器140可包括凸轮叶元件344。凸轮叶344可具有大致为椭圆形式的横截面形状，如图所示。凸轮叶元件可由轴349可旋转地支撑。轴349优选地由壳体160可旋转地支撑。轴349优选地以将凸轮叶放置为与牌空间149大致邻近的方式定位，其中牌119从支架111降落到牌空间149中。
如图10所示，凸轮叶344处于牌保持或牌接收位置上，其中牌119被保持在牌空间149内。更具体地，从图10的研究可看出，由于凸轮叶的椭圆形横截面形状，凸轮叶具有较宽部分和较窄部分。还可以看出，当处于如图所示的牌保持位置时，凸轮叶可旋转地取向以使凸轮叶的较窄部分与牌空间149大致邻近。因此，凸轮叶近似一圈的四分之一的旋转可使得凸轮叶144的较宽部分移动而与牌空间149邻近。凸轮叶344近似一圈的四分之一的旋转将优选地使得从牌空间149释放保持的牌119。更具体地，凸轮叶344的旋转将优选地使得保持的牌119从牌空间149中的保持位置被推动并且降落到收集器161中。
图17示出了在几乎所有方面与洗盘器100相似的洗牌器的另一可选实施方案。图17中的洗牌器使用喷射式脉动器188，喷射式脉动器从喷嘴189发射一股或几股空气或其它适合气体190的喷射流。在操作时，降落的牌不停止在中部分部，而是由气体的一股或几股喷射流指引从而开始支撑在接收器161中。
图18示出了另一中部引导构造，其具有支撑件191，支撑件方便地与框架或壳体连接或安装到框架或壳体上。具有叶片193的引导轮192通过将降落的牌指引并重新取向到形成在接收器161中的堆上而起作用。
使用的方法和方式
参照图1，混洗多张纸牌10的方法包括将牌支撑到入口支撑表面112上。所述方法可包括将牌支撑在具有至少一个牌孔隙114的表面上。可以适当的取向支撑牌，例如，牌可支撑在大致边缘上，优选地直立。
振动动作被传递给牌。振动动作可通过例如激振器130产生，上文中关于装置100描述了激振器。所述方法还包括允许一张或多张牌降落到有利地设置有接收器140的中部区域。例如，可响应于振动动作传递到牌而允许一张或多张牌通过至少一个牌孔隙降落。
在一些方法中，响应于允许至少一张牌降落，降落牌中的至少一张保持在接收器140内。保持牌中的至少一张包括保持牌中的至少一张以使保持的牌基本阻塞接收器140和/或孔隙114。所述方法包括相对于接收器重新定位支撑的牌。重新定位牌优选地包括将支撑的牌移动到相对于接收器的随机选择的位置。所述方法包括响应于支撑牌的重新定位而从接收器释放保持的牌。支撑牌的重新定位可基本通过定位器或重新定位器120来完成。
所述方法可以包括检测到至少一张牌被保持在接收器中。例如，这可以包括检测到至少一张牌已经被完全接收到接收器内的保持位置上。检测的过程可基本通过例如传感器146来完成。可响应于检测到至少一张牌被保持而执行支撑牌10的重新定位。保持至少一张牌优选地包括将保持的牌保持在牌的上边缘与支撑表面基本平齐或平的位置上。
所述方法可以包括允许多张支撑的牌根据随机顺序依次降落到接收器中。所述方法还可包括根据随机顺序依次驳斥降落牌中的每张。在多张牌中的每张的保持期间，可重新定位支撑的牌。所述方法可以包括根据随机顺序依次释放保持的牌中的每张。
所述方法可以包括收集通过牌孔隙114释放的牌。收集牌的过程可通过收集器161来完成，上文关于装置100描述了收集器。所述方法可以包括形成一对收集的牌。根据本发明的至少一个实施方案，可通过收集器161形成所述堆。根据该方法，允许牌10通过牌孔隙114释放的过程包括允许牌通过牌孔隙降落。
根据一些优选方法，允许牌10通过牌孔隙114释放的过程可包括基本阻塞和/或开启孔隙。
阻塞和/或开启牌孔隙114还可通过例如门系统来完成，这可以包括采用门567来阻塞和开启牌孔隙。所述方法可进一步包括感测牌孔隙是否被阻塞或开启。选择性地控制牌孔隙120是否被阻塞或开启可至少部分通过控制器150和孔隙促动器119来完成，上文中关于装置100描述了控制器150和孔隙促动器119。
根据本发明的至少一个实施方案，可按下述方式使用图1所示的装置100。多张牌10被选择并且放置到牌支架111上。例如，多张牌10可大致为一副或多副牌的形式。优选地，牌10被放置到牌支撑件110上从而基本支撑在支撑表面112上。可通过牌支架111以各种可能的取向中的一种或多种来支撑牌，其中牌10支撑在支撑表面112上的大致边缘上。例如，牌10可支撑在大致竖直或直立的取向上，这包括但不限于大致垂直的取向。
装置100可被接通或以其它方式启动从而处于运行模式。装置的运行模式优选地包括将振动动作传递到牌10。将振动动作传递到牌10可以包括但不限于将振动动作传递到牌支架111。根据本发明的优选实施方案，振动动作由激振器130提供。更优选地，激振器适于将振动动作传递到支撑在牌支架111上的牌10。另外或可选地，激振器130适于传递振动动作到牌支架111。
优选地，传递到支撑在牌支架上的牌10的振动动作使得牌表现为在牌支架上晃动或浮动。例如，传递到牌的振动动作优选地使得牌在基本保持在牌支架上方的同时大致向上和向下弹跳。根据本发明的至少一个实施方案，传递到牌10的振动动作使得牌在牌支架111上弹跳，这依次使得牌中的一张或多张通过牌孔隙114中的一个或多个掉落或降落。根据本发明的至少一个实施方案，可通过门系统来控制牌孔隙。门系统优选地适于选择性地阻塞和/或开启孔隙中的一个或多个。这种门系统可以包括采用至少一张纸牌阻塞孔隙114和/或阻塞接收器140的方式。
随着牌10通过牌孔隙114掉落，支撑在牌支架111上的牌数量减少。为了补偿支撑在牌支架111上的牌的数量减少，定位器120用于将牌基本保持在边缘上同时也支撑在牌支架上。例如，定位器120可以包括一个或多个导件121，所述导件适于随着支撑在牌支架上的牌的数量减少朝向牌10向内移动。通过这种方式，定位器120可用于将牌基本保持在边缘上同时支撑在牌支架上。
如上文所述，在通过牌孔隙114释放牌之后，牌10可被收集。在通过牌孔隙释放之后收集牌可通过上文中关于装置100描述的收集器161来完成。装置100的操作优选地继续，直到期望数量的牌从牌支架111释放或通过收集器161收集和/或堆置。混洗过的牌可从收集器取回。依据本发明的至少一个实施方案，多张牌可通过装置馈入或处理多于一次以提高洗牌的程度。
旨在装置与纸牌一起使用。特别地，装置尤其适用于与塑料纸牌一起使用。
制造的方式和材料
可使用各种制造和成型技术来制成根据本发明的装置。支撑件促动有利地为具有编码输出的步进电动机以便于精确控制。
其它零件可以由现在公知或将来开发的各种类型的金属或塑料制成。
触摸牌的部件有利地由防止或减少牌的磨损的或其它聚合物材料制成。而且，具有各种类型的低摩擦表面的适当涂层的部件可能是适用的。
Claims (27)
1.用于对游戏中使用的多张纸牌进行随机洗牌的装置，包括：
牌支架，其具有适于支撑处于未混洗状态的牌的顶部表面；
牌孔隙，其形成于所述牌支架中并且适于一次允许仅一张牌依靠重力通过其中；
激振器，其适于在支撑的牌上施加振动动作；
牌接收器，其包括限定牌空间的至少一个引导部，所述牌空间适于暂时地接收通过所述牌孔隙降落的纸牌，之后该纸牌被传送到牌收集器作为随机混洗的牌，其中，在所述牌接收器中接收到的牌的上边缘与所述牌支架的顶部表面平齐以阻塞所述牌孔隙；
定位器，其适于相对于所述牌孔隙重新定位未混洗的牌。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置，进一步包括牌止挡件，所述牌止挡件进一步限定所述牌空间，并且所述牌止挡件适于相对于所述牌孔隙支撑所述接收到的牌。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置，其中，所述牌接收器适于释放所述接收到的牌以开启所述牌孔隙。
4.根据权利要求1所述的装置，进一步包括促动器，所述促动器适于当启动时释放所述接收到的牌。
5.根据权利要求1所述的装置，其中：
所述激振器适于施加振动动作到所述牌支架；以及
所述牌支架适于施加振动动作到支撑在其上的未混洗的牌。
6.根据权利要求1所述的装置，其中：
所述激振器适于产生振动动作；以及
所述激振器与所述牌支架连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的装置，进一步包括传感器，所述传感器适于检测牌是否已经接收到所述牌空间中。
8.用于对游戏中使用的多张纸牌进行随机洗牌的装置，包括：
至少一个牌支撑件，其适于在边缘上支撑处于未混洗状态的牌；
激振器，其适于施加振动动作到支撑的牌；
牌接收器，其适于接收从所述至少一个牌支撑件释放的一次仅一张的牌，并且适于以阻塞下一张牌从所述至少一个牌支撑件通过的方式暂时地保持接收到的牌，之后该接收到的牌被传送到牌收集器作为随机混洗的牌；
定位器，其适于相对于所述牌接收器随机地重新定位支撑的牌。
9.根据权利要求8所述的装置，进一步包括在所述至少一个牌支撑件的表面中的牌孔隙，通过所述牌孔隙将牌从所述至少一个牌支撑件释放到所述牌接收器。
10.根据权利要求8所述的装置，其中，所述牌接收器包括牌空间，所述接收到的牌被保持在所述牌空间中，其中所述牌接收器适于选择性地释放所保持的牌。
11.根据权利要求8所述的装置，进一步包括在所述至少一个牌支撑件上的表面，牌支撑在所述表面上，其中所述牌接收器适于将所述接收到的牌保持在至少一张保持的牌的上边缘与所述表面平齐的位置上。
12.用于对游戏中使用的多张纸牌进行随机洗牌的方法，包括：
将处于未混洗状态的牌支撑在表面上；
施加振动动作到支撑的牌；
允许一次仅一张支撑的牌降落到牌接收器中，之后该牌被传送到牌收集器作为随机混洗的牌；
响应于使得支撑的牌降落，将降落的牌暂时地保持在所述牌接收器内以阻止下一张牌从支撑表面通过；以及
响应于保持牌，相对于保持的牌随机地重新定位支撑的牌。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法，进一步包括检测牌被保持在所述牌接收器中。
14.根据权利要求12所述的方法，进一步包括检测牌被保持在所述牌接收器中，其中响应于检测到牌被保持而进行所支撑的牌的随机重新定位。
15.根据权利要求12所述的方法，其中，相对于所述保持的牌随机重新定位所支撑的牌包括将所支撑的牌相对于所述保持的牌放置在随机选择的位置上。
16.根据权利要求12所述的方法，其中，保持牌包括将牌保持在所述保持的牌与所述表面平齐的位置上。
17.根据权利要求12所述的方法，其中，将牌支撑在所述表面上包括在直立的取向上支撑牌。
18.根据权利要求12所述的方法，其中，将牌支撑在所述表面上包括将牌支撑在边缘上。
19.根据权利要求12所述的方法，其中：
使得支撑的牌降落到所述牌接收器中包括使得多张支撑的牌根据随机顺序依次降落到所述牌接收器中；
暂时地将降落的牌保持在所述牌接收器中包括根据所述随机顺序暂时地依次保持多张接收到的牌中的每张；
随机重新定位支撑的牌包括在保持多张牌中的每张的期间重新定位支撑的牌；
进一步包括从保持的位置释放牌，包括根据所述随机顺序依次释放保持的牌中的每张。
20.用于对多张纸牌进行随机洗牌的装置，包括：
至少一个牌支撑件，其用于将处于未混洗状态的纸牌支撑在边缘上；
在所述至少一个牌支撑件中的至少一个孔隙，纸牌可通过所述至少一个降落孔隙一次仅一张地降落；
至少一个激振器，其适于施加振动活动到位于所述至少一个牌支撑件上的纸牌；
至少一个受器，其用于接收穿过所述至少一个孔隙的牌作为随机混洗的牌。
21.根据权利要求20所述的装置，进一步包括位于所述至少一个孔隙和所述至少一个受器之间的至少一个导件，用于影响通过所述至少一个孔隙降落的牌的取向。
22.根据权利要求20所述的装置，进一步包括至少一个止挡件，所述止挡件将降落的牌保持在阻塞所述至少一个孔隙的位置上。
23.根据权利要求20所述的装置，进一步包括至少一个气动导件，所述气动导件影响降落到所述至少一个受器中的牌的取向。
24.用于对纸牌进行随机洗牌的方法，包括：
将处于未混洗状态的所述纸牌放置到牌支撑件上；
振动位于所述牌支撑件上的所述纸牌以将振动动作施加到支撑的纸牌；
使所述纸牌通过至少一个支撑件降落狭槽可控地一次仅一张地降落；
改变振动的纸牌相对于形成在所述牌支撑件中的至少一个降落狭槽的位置，以使纸牌通过所述至少一个降落狭槽随机地降落；
将牌收集到至少一个收集器中以产生随机混洗的牌。
25.根据权利要求24所述的方法，进一步包括在所述可控地降落之后引导所述纸牌以便于收集重新编排的牌。
26.根据权利要求24所述的方法，进一步包括在所述可控地降落之后引导所述纸牌以便于收集重新编排的牌，所述引导包括通过机械方式使所述纸牌转向。
27.根据权利要求24所述的方法，进一步包括在所述可控地降落之后引导所述纸牌以便于收集重新编排的牌，所述引导包括通过气动方式使所述纸牌转向。
