发明内容
根据本发明的实施例,提供了一种包含出口主体、管子、嵌件以及卡圈的龙头。出口主体具有进水口端和出水口端,且界定了在进水口端与出水口端之间延伸的腔室。管子接纳在出口主体的腔室内。管子具有配置于接近出口主体的出水口端的管头,所述管头具有第一肩部。嵌件经配置以耦合到出口主体的出水口端,所述嵌件具有第二肩部。管头的第一肩部经配置以防止管子在第一方向上从出口主体前进。卡圈经配置以与嵌件的第二肩部啮合,以防止管子在第二方向上退回到出口主体中。

具体实施方式
如图1中所展示,龙头出口10包含具有进水口端14和出水口端16的递送出口主体12。腔室(未图示)在出口主体12内在进水口端14与出水口端16之间延伸。举例来说,出口主体12可由例如黄铜、钢、锌或者铬等刚性金属、刚性塑料或者刚性陶瓷形成。

本方法的步骤涉及将卡圈30且视情况将密封环32紧固到管子18的管头20。管子18的管头20具有外部外围38。管子18的管头20还包含两个环形凹槽34、36,所述环形凹槽34、36被设置到管头20的外部外围38中,且大小经设计以接纳卡圈30和密封环32。密封环32可为(例如)弹性O形环,以在管子18的管头20的周围提供密封。

本方法的另一步骤涉及将管子18的管头20移动到嵌件50中。嵌件50包含内壁52且具有渐细或狭窄部分54和加宽部分56。内壁52在狭窄部分54与加宽部分56之间形成第一肩部58。嵌件50的内径沿着在狭窄部分54与加宽部分56之间的第一肩部58而增加。
首先将管子18的管头20嵌入到嵌件50的狭窄部分54中。管头20的外部外围38的大小经设计以配合在嵌件50的狭窄部分54内。迫使位于管头20的环形凹槽34中的卡圈30进入到图4A的收缩位置中。在此收缩位置中,由于卡圈30并不延伸超出管头20的外部外围38,所以管头20配合在嵌件50的狭窄部分54内。嵌件50的内壁52可接触卡圈30以防止卡圈30向外膨胀。

本方法的另一步骤涉及将嵌件50″和锁在其中的管子18″紧固到出口主体12″的出水口端16″。如图5B中所展示,嵌件50″可具有对应于出口主体12″的形状的形状,以促进组件之间的相配啮合。嵌件50″的形状对应于出口主体12″的形状可防止嵌件50″在箭头W″所指示的方向上退回到出口主体12″中,且/或防止嵌件50″在箭头A″所指示的方向上前进穿过出口主体12″。在一个实施例中,出口主体12″可包含肩部74″。和嵌件50(图1B)一样,嵌件50″的底座可较大,以啮合出口主体12″的肩部74″。而且,如图5B中所展示,可提供约束环100″以将嵌件50″紧固在出口主体12″内。和嵌件50″一样,约束环100″也可啮合或邻接出口主体12″的肩部74″。在某些实施例中,约束环100″的大小可经设计以摩擦啮合出口主体12″,以将嵌件50″锁在约束环100″与出口主体12″之间的位置。在某些其它实施例中,约束环100″可以外螺纹连接的方式耦合到出口主体12″,以将嵌件50″锁在约束环100″与出口主体12″之间的位置。除了将嵌件50″紧固在位置,约束环100″还可有助于使嵌件50″在出口主体12″内居中。根据本发明的示范性实施例,管子18″被密封和锁在嵌件50″内,且嵌件50″被紧固到出口主体12″,以防止嵌件50″在箭头W″所指示的方向上和箭头A″所指示的相反方向上移动。
本方法的另一步骤涉及将充气器80″耦合到出口主体12″的出水口端16″。充气器80″使得能从龙头出口10″恰当地排出水。有利的是,由于管子18″被密封和锁在嵌件50″内,且嵌件50″被紧固到出口主体12″,所以可在不干扰其它组件的情况下清洗和/或更换充气器80″。如图5B中所展示,充气器80″可经设计成直接附接到嵌件50″。举例来说,充气器80″可包含外螺纹86″,且嵌件50″可包含经配置而以螺纹连接的方式啮合外螺纹86″的内螺纹88″。在另一实施例中,充气器80″可搭扣到嵌件50″内的位置中。这些附接有助于在必要时移除充气器80″。
如图6和图6A中所展示,提供了另一示范性龙头出口10″′。除了如下文所区分的部分之外,龙头出口10″′基本上类似于图1到图1B的龙头出口10。用对应的参考数字标记了龙头出口10、10″′的对应零件。
为了在出口主体12″′与嵌件50″′之间提供密封,龙头出口10″′包含外部密封环110″′。举例来说,外部密封环110″′可为弹性O形环。如图6A中所展示,嵌件50″′包含设置在其外部表面中以接纳外部密封环110″′的环形凹槽112″′。在使用时,在充气器80″′没有紧密地紧固在位置或无法恰当地与嵌件50″′和/或出口主体12″′相抵地密封的情况下,外部密封环110″′可减少或防止水漏回到出口主体12″′中。
尽管已将本发明描述为具有优选的设计,但可在本发明的精神和范围内进一步修改本发明。因此,本申请案期望涵盖使用本发明的一般原理的对本发明的任何改变、使用或改编。另外,本申请案期望涵盖如下脱离本发明的内容:在已知或按照惯例在本发明所属领域的范围内的内容和在所附权利要求书的限制范围内的内容。
Claims (27)
1.一种龙头,其包括:
出口主体,其具有进水口端和出水口端,所述出口主体界定了在所述进水口端与所述出水口端之间延伸的腔室;
管子,其接纳在所述出口主体的所述腔室内,所述管子具有配置于接近所述出口主体的所述出水口端的管头,所述管头具有第一肩部;
嵌件,其经配置以耦合到所述出口主体的所述出水口端,所述嵌件具有第二肩部,所述管头的所述第一肩部经配置以防止所述管子在第一方向上从所述出口主体前进;以及
卡圈,其经配置以啮合所述嵌件的所述第二肩部,以防止所述管子在第二方向上退回到所述出口主体中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的龙头,其中所述管头的所述第一肩部经配置以邻接所述嵌件,以防止所述管子在所述第一方向上从所述出口主体前进。
3.根据权利要求1所述的龙头,其中所述管头包括经配置以接纳所述卡圈的至少一个环形凹槽。
4.根据权利要求2所述的龙头,其中所述管头包括经配置以接纳密封环的第二环形凹槽。
5.根据权利要求1所述的龙头,其中所述嵌件包含啮合所述出口主体的至少一个搭扣。
6.根据权利要求1所述的龙头,其进一步包括经配置以耦合到所述嵌件的充气器。
7.根据权利要求1所述的龙头,其中所述卡圈包括大体上为C形的主体。
8.根据权利要求1所述的龙头,其中所述卡圈经配置以收缩在所述出口管头的外部外围内。
9.根据权利要求1所述的龙头,其中所述嵌件包含大小经设计以接纳在所述嵌件与所述出口主体之间的密封环的外部凹槽。
10.根据权利要求1所述的龙头,其进一步包括约束环,所述约束环经配置以啮合所述出口主体,以将所述嵌件紧固在所述出口主体内的位置。
11.一种经配置以将出口管子保持在龙头的出口主体内的装置,所述出口管子具有管头,所述装置包括:
卡圈,其具有大体上为C形的主体,所述卡圈经配置以在第一位置中收缩在所述出口管头的外部外围内,且所述卡圈经配置以在第二位置中膨胀超出所述出口管头的所述外部外围。
12.根据权利要求11所述的装置,其中所述卡圈的所述主体在两个末端之间延伸,所述末端经配置以在所述卡圈处于所述第一位置和所述第二位置两者中时啮合所述出口管头。
13.根据权利要求11所述的装置,其中所述卡圈的所述主体包括两个末端、位于所述两个末端之间的中间区,和位于所述两个末端中的至少一者与所述中间区之间的至少一个膨胀区,所述至少一个膨胀区经配置以在所述卡圈处于所述第一位置中时啮合所述出口管头。
14.根据权利要求13所述的装置,其中所述中间区经配置以在所述卡圈处于所述第一位置和所述第二位置两者中时啮合所述出口管头。
15.根据权利要求11所述的装置,其中所述卡圈的所述主体在两个末端之间延伸,所述两个末端在所述卡圈处于所述第一位置中时比所述卡圈处于所述第二位置中时靠得更近。
16.根据权利要求11所述的装置,其中所述卡圈由弹性材料构造,且偏压向所述第二位置。
17.一种将出口管子保持在龙头的出口主体内的方法,所述出口管子具有管头,且所述出口主体具有进水口端、出水口端和腔室,所述方法包括以下步骤:
提供卡圈和嵌件;
将所述出口管子定位在所述出口主体的所述腔室内,其中所述出口管子的所述管头位于接近所述出口主体的所述出水口端;
将所述出口管子的所述管头移动到所述嵌件中,直到所述卡圈相对于所述管头向外膨胀并与所述嵌件啮合为止;以及
将所述嵌件紧固到所述出口主体的所述出水口端。
18.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其进一步包括将密封环紧固到所述管头的步骤。
19.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中所述将所述嵌件紧固到所述出口主体的所述出水口端的步骤包括将所述嵌件搭扣到所述出口主体中。
20.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中所述将所述出口管子定位在所述出口主体的所述腔室内的步骤包括以下步骤:
将所述出口管子的所述管头嵌入到所述出口主体的所述进水口端中;以及
将所述出口管子的所述管头移动穿过所述出口主体的所述腔室,直到到达所述出口主体的所述出水口端为止。
21.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其进一步包括将充气器耦合到所述嵌件的步骤。
22.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中所述将所述出口管子的所述管头移动到所述嵌件中的步骤包括与所述嵌件相抵地定位所述管头的肩部。
23.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中所述将所述出口管子的所述管头移动到所述嵌件中的步骤包括使所述管头通过所述嵌件的狭窄部分直到经过所述嵌件的肩部为止。
24.一种将出口管子保持在龙头的出口主体内的方法,所述出口管子具有管头,且所述出口主体具有进水口端、出水口端和腔室,所述方法包括以下步骤:
提供卡圈和嵌件;
将所述出口管子定位在所述出口主体的所述腔室内,其中所述出口管子的所述管头位于接近所述出口主体的所述出水口端;
通过移动所述卡圈直到所述卡圈向外膨胀以啮合肩部为止,将所述出口管子的所述管头耦合到所述嵌件;以及
将所述嵌件耦合到所述出口主体的所述出水口端。
25.根据权利要求24所述的方法,其中所述移动所述卡圈的步骤包括将所述卡圈连同所述出口管子的所述管头一起嵌入到所述嵌件中。
26.根据权利要求24所述的方法,其中所述嵌件具有外部窗口,且所述移动所述卡圈的步骤包括通过所述嵌件的所述外部窗口来嵌入所述卡圈。
27.根据权利要求24所述的方法,其中所述将所述出口管子定位在所述出口主体的所述腔室内的步骤包括以下步骤:
将所述出口管子的所述管头嵌入到所述出口主体的所述进水口端中;以及
将所述出口管子的所述管头移动穿过所述出口主体的所述腔室,直到到达所述出口主体的所述出水口端为止。
