发明内容

基本点在于,热释放时间、即每个电极与电传导芯以及自然地与周围到达热平衡所需的时间,非常短。
除了减少夹紧件的加热以及因此减少例如抵靠夹紧件后部的组织出现不希望的凝结之外,根据本发明的电极的设置还导致对组织体积的热收缩的影响减小。
优选地,全部电极的热容量与电传导芯的热容量的比被设计为如此小以使得在凝结过程中基本上防止夹紧件的加热。获得该作用的原因在于,电极的体积的总和比电传导芯的体积的总和小得多。以此方式配置的夹紧件受益于电极更快的加热,尤其受益于更快的冷却,以及电传导芯的不变热和因此夹紧件的不变热。

优选地,电极被配置为与电传导芯一体。由此,例如可以将电传导芯与电极在单次操作中进行制造,因此降低了生产成本。这种生产方法还确保了高度稳定和结实的电极安置并因此产生非常结实的夹紧件。
然而,还可以将电极设置在电传导芯上的互补的电极容纳部中,从而例如在生产出电传导芯之后插入电极并且能够使得该电极适合于具体需求。在此情况下,还可以设计这种单独的“可调整”电极。此外,还能够将间隔件、夹紧元件、机械切割突起等以绝缘或者非绝缘方式插入适当的电极容纳部中。
电极优选地被设置在电传导芯或夹紧件上并且彼此间隔开和偏移从而分别形成中间空间,使得在凝结位置一个夹紧件的电极至少部分地沉入由另一夹紧件的电极所形成的中间空间中。因此,在该“锯齿配置”中,在凝结位置,凝结电流基本上相对于夹紧件的夹紧件表面水平地并且在相对于彼此部分地沉入的电极之间流动到相对应的中间空间中。由此,在各自的双极电极之间形成的凝结区域空间上受限。
优选地,电极被设置以使得在凝结位置组织产生凝结区域的电流在形成中间空间的电极与沉入该中间空间的电极之间流动。电极优选地彼此间隔开以使得所述凝结区域至少部分地重叠。这决定性地有助于空间上受限但是在局部非常有效的凝结。

具体实施方式

为了避免不希望的加热,具体地为了避免不希望的夹紧件后部13与夹紧件侧部15之间出现不希望的加热,根据本发明,夹紧件2基本上整体包括传导芯3(具体地见图3和图5)。在此所示的典型实施例方式中,电极6被与所述传导芯3整体配置(特别地见图3)。显然,夹紧件2的电极6的热容量的总和比夹紧件2或其传导芯3的热容量小得多,使得在凝结或类似HF手术过程中,不会发生夹紧件2的任何可感知的加热。
由于尺寸和质量的差异,细的电极6变热非常迅速,而传导芯3则因其大质量而仅缓慢地变热。
在HF手术结束时发生相同的情况:相比传导芯3较小的电极6冷却至环境温度要快得多,从而避免出现不希望的凝结。
此外,由于传导芯3的非常大的传导表面,并不出现因电流流动而感应产生的加热;仅在电极6处温度才快速地升高,从而可以快速地并且以空间上限制的方式进行热治疗。
除了减少加热并因此也减少不必要的组织凝结之外,夹紧件2的该实施方式和根据本发明的整个外科手术器械还导致对组织体积的热收缩影响的减小。
电极6在其自由端10具有平坦区域,使得电极6不穿入在抓取区域4中被抓取的组织中。这防止了对组织的机械损伤。
为了防止在电极区域之外的其他区域中的凝结,每个夹紧件2的每个传导芯3被用于电绝缘的薄层绝缘8围绕。在该实施方式中,该薄层绝缘8在传导芯2的整个表面上分布并特别地以浸渍涂布的形式涂覆在传导芯表面11上,其中仅电极6从薄层绝缘8非绝缘地突出并进入抓取区域4中。这里应注意,在根据本发明的夹紧件2的该实施方式中,例如也可以通过薄层8使电极6部分地绝缘,以仅使自由端10非绝缘。

Claims (17)

17.一种用于HF外科手术的医疗器械,所述用于HF外科手术的医疗器械具有至少一个根据前述权利要求任一项所述的双极钳(1)、通过铰接连接(22)彼此连接的至少两个臂(20)、以及用于打开和关闭夹紧件(2)的设置于臂(20)远侧的近侧致动装置(24)。
