背景技术
下面的背景技术用于帮助读者理解本发明,而不能被认为是现有技术。
在我们的社会,违法药物滥用已经成为了一个公认且日趋恶化的社会问题。2003年,美国卫生和人类服务部调查发现约有1950万美国人或8.2%年龄在12岁以上的人群正在吸食违法药品。“最近使用违法药品”是指在美国卫生和人类服务部进行调查前一个月内使用过一种违法药物。大麻被发现是最常用的违法药物,占6.2%(1460万)。估计230万人(1.0%)现在正在使用可卡因,604,000人使用了快克,有100万人使用致幻剂,并估计119,000人正在使用海洛因。
为了打击药物滥用和监测这一社会问题,药物测试在各行业中譬如雇佣、教育、体育、执法等已经成为了标准检测程序。为了推动这一努力,药物测试产业已经形成。这一产业提供各种各样药物测试产品。可对样品进行分析的尿样收集杯是一款经典的测试产品。这些装置对使用者来说可能是复杂、困难或肮脏的,或为隐瞒最近使用违法药品的情况,可能会造成样品掺假的问题。另外,尿样无法在某些场合被收集,譬如在路边或公共场合。
因此需要更好的方法和装置对样品进行收集和检测。
发明内容
本发明提供了用于检测液体样本中被分析物存在的测试装置。该装置包括贮液腔,检测腔,和用于接纳样本收集腔的插接部。该装置还包括定位于插接部并可转动的样本收集腔,样本收集器可插入该收集腔。挤压板挤压收集器并使样本被挤出,进入该检测装置。利用在收集腔上的测试腔出口和贮液腔出口,通过转动样本收集腔,直接导致样本在装置内的流动。该装置还包括以检测被分析物的存在的检测元件。转动样本收集腔导致装置出口的开和/或关,操作者可以在装置中直接分流收集的样本。本发明还提供使用该装置的方法和包含有该装置的检测试剂盒。
本发明一方面提供了一个检测液体样品中被分析物存在的检测装置。该装置含有一壳体,包括贮液腔,测试腔和用于样本收集腔插接的插接部。该装置还包括可与插接部配套使用的可转动的样本收集腔。在不同的实施例中,样本收集腔至少包括一个上腔体,挤压板,下腔体,测试腔出口和贮液腔出口。测试腔至少包含一个测试元件。在不同的实施例中,一个或更多的组成元件包含在壳体内。样本收集腔包括有第一位置和第二位置,处于该第一位置时,液体样本通过贮液腔出口在样本收集腔和贮液腔之间传递,处于第二位置时,液体样本通过测试腔出口在样本收集腔和测试元件之间传递,此时贮液腔出口是闭合的。在一个实施例中,当样本收集腔处于第一位置时,测试腔出口是闭合的,当样本收集腔处于第二位置时,贮液腔出口是闭合的。样本收集腔在两个位置间转动。
“贮液腔”是指装置的密封区域,液体样本在其中被保存并且防止液体蒸干或受到外界的污染。被保存在贮液腔内的液体样本可用于以后的确认测试。“液体传递”是指一种使液体在两个区域内流动和传输的能力。因此,当液体通过贮液腔出口从收集腔流入到贮液腔时,收集腔和贮液腔处于液体传递状态。“插接部”是装置或壳体的一部分,样本收集腔可以通过插接部与壳体连接,并通过转动样本收集腔使测试腔和贮液腔之间发生液体传递。样本收集腔可以作为单独的部分插入插接部,样本收集腔也可以和壳体制造成一体。样本收集腔自身可以被制造成一个部件,或者由多个部件组装而成。
“测试腔出口”是位于样本收集腔的孔,当“测试腔出口”处于打开状态时,样本收集腔和测试腔之间发生液体传递。“贮液腔出口”是位于样本收集腔上的孔,当“贮液腔出口”处于打开状态时,样本收集腔和贮液腔之间发生液体传递。测试腔出口和贮液腔出口都位于样本收集腔上。在一个实施例中,测试腔出口和贮液腔出口位于下腔体。“可转动”指样本收集腔可在插接部内转动的功能。转动样本收集腔导致测试腔出口和贮液腔出口打开或闭合。
在一个实施例中,当样本收集腔处于第一位置时,通过贮液腔出口,贮液腔和样本收集腔下腔体之间发生液体传递过程,当样本收集腔处于第二位置时,通过测试腔出口,测试元件和样本收集腔下腔体之间产生液体传递。下腔体是指可转动的样本收集腔底部与挤压面之间的区域。测试腔出口和贮液腔出口位于样本收集腔底部。样本收集腔还包括密封件,当样本收集腔处于第二位置时密封件将贮液腔密封。可以通过转动样本收集腔实现测试腔出口和贮液腔出口之间的密封,其关闭贮液腔出口时,使测试腔出口打开。
在一个实施例中,下腔体是位于挤压板和可转动样本收集腔之间的区域。更进一步的实施例中,测试腔出口和贮液腔出口位于收集腔底部。另外,在某些实施例中,当可转动的样本收集腔处于第二位置时,收集腔上的密封件使贮液腔处于密封状态。更进一步的实施例中,插接部有一滑槽,可转动的样本收集腔有一从其外表面突出的定位销,并可卡在滑槽内移动,从而引导样本收集腔从第一位置到第二位置。滑槽与检测元件的径向平行。“滑槽”是壳体中的一个槽或开口结构,滑槽可以使定位销或其他从样本收集腔突出的突部插入其中。当定位销插入滑槽时,样本收集腔可以在插接部内转动导致贮液腔出口和测试腔出口的开和闭。
“挤压板”是一个平面,含有液体样本的收集器在其上被挤压,使其中的样品被分离出来。挤压板上有允许挤出的样品流过的样品收集腔的开口或洞孔。挤压板可以设置在样本收集腔内,也可以设置在可使液体样本从收集器中被挤压流入收集腔的其他位置。在一个实施例中,挤压板位于样本收集腔内,并将其分为上腔体和下腔体,还包括至少一个作为通道的开口或小孔,使液体样本能从取样器进入样本收集腔内。当取样器按压挤压板时,样本通过挤压板的通孔流入下腔体。
在另一实施例中,该装置或壳体包括用于观察测试元件和观察测试结果的窗口。本发明的装置或壳体还包括可被密封的贮液腔通孔,液体样本可通过该通孔从贮液腔内取出。因此,样本可以方便的通过该贮液腔通孔从贮液腔内转移,并不需要拆开该装置。贮液腔通孔可位于壳体上,并且易接近,所以不需要转动收集杯,也不需要任何插入的器具穿过收集杯接近保存在贮液腔内的样本。
“测试元件”是任何可执行测试的元件。在一个实施例中,测试元件是测试条。该测试条可包括在其上用于免疫分析的具有特异性结合的物质对。测试条可以是一种在检测完成后通过颜色变化或者其他信号变化判断结果的化学测试条。适用本发明进行检测的样本包括但不限于体液,从生物组织或体液中分离的样本。例如,样本可以是唾液,血液,血清,血浆,尿,排泄物,脊髓液,阴道分泌液,黏液和组织。
本发明可以检测多种被分析物。被分析物可以是被感染者的传染性物质或其指示物。被分析物可以是药品(如滥用药物),激素,蛋白,核酸分子病原体和特异性结合物。药物滥用(DOA)是指非医学目的地使用药品(通常起麻痹神经的作用)。滥用这些药物会导致身体和精神受到损害,产生依赖性、上瘾并且/或者死亡。药物滥用的例子包括可卡因;安非他明(例如,黑美人、白色安非他命药片、右旋安非他命、右旋苯异丙胺药片、Beans);甲基苯丙胺(crank、甲安菲他明、crystal,speed);巴比妥酸盐(如Roche Pharmaceuticals,Nutley,New Jersey);镇静剂(即睡觉辅助药品);麦角酸酰二乙胺(LSD);抑制剂(downers,goofballs,barbs,blue devils,yellow jackets,安眠酮);三环类抗抗抑郁剂(TCA,即丙咪嗪、阿密曲替林和多虑平);苯环己哌啶(PCP);四氢大麻醇(THC,pot,dope,hash,weed等);鸦片制剂(即吗啡,鸦片,可待因,海洛因,羟二氢可待因酮)。为了医疗的目的,法律控制的药物是可以被服用的,但是很容易发生使用过量,就可以用这些检测试纸条进行检测。例如三环抗郁剂(丙咪嗪和其类似物)和含醋氨酚的OTC产品。
另一方面,本发明还提供了检测液体样本中被分析物存在的方法。该方法包括将怀疑有被分析物的样本加到样本收集器中,将样本收集器放入样本收集腔中并挤压,使样本与检测元件接触,判断液体样本中是否存在被分析物。
在一个实施例中,将样本收集器放入测试者的嘴中进行样本收集,使收集器充满唾液。通过在挤压板上挤压和按压收集器,使液体样本进入检测装置,同时以扭转的方式取出收集器,使液体样本流进样本收集腔中。在一个实施例中,样本流入收集腔的下腔体。当贮液腔中装满了唾液后,样本收集腔从第一位置转动到第二位置,开始检测。
另一方面,本发明还提供了一种用于分析液体样本中被分析物存在的检测试剂盒。该检测试剂盒包括如此描述的检测装置和样本收集器。样本收集器包括用海绵或者泡沫塑料制成的吸收部件。样本收集器可以预先在含可刺激测试者分泌唾液的溶液中浸泡。从而使得当收集器放入测试者口中时更容易收集唾液。该试剂盒还包括使用该装置、利用收集器收集样本和检测唾液中是否有被分析物方法的使用说明书。

具体实施方式
本发明与现有技术相比具有许多优点。本发明的装置和其使用方法可以很容易地检测液体样本中的被分析物。该装置可以较容易地保存一定量的样本,在以后利用不同检测原理进的时间,因为本发明允许使用者将样本通过样本收集腔并充满贮液腔,但直到使用者转动样本收集腔并打开测试腔出口时,才开始进行分析检测。图1-8仅仅为了说明本发明举的一些实施例,但并不局限于此,还包括本领域普通技术人员通过参考本发明所想到的其他实施例。
参考本发明附图,本发明一个实施例包括壳体120和样本收集腔130。也提供含有刚硬把手114,轮边116和吸收元件112的样本收集器110。图5所示,该壳体有两个区域,一个是测试腔510,一个是贮液腔310。图3所示,该两个区域由注塑上部260,下部265和贮液腔底部274组成。本发明的不同部分可以很容易的制造然后组合在一起。图3所示,检测元件290位于测试腔内。贮液腔310保存着一部分样本可用于确认试验。
参考附图2和3,在本实施例中,样本收集腔130包括套管220,嵌在套管内的环形压榨器210和套环240。样本收集腔130位于壳体上板插接部276内。套环240与壳体上板连为一体,并在其内有一与套环上边缘平行的滑槽250。套管220有一从其外表面222突出的定位销320并穿过套环滑槽250。套环和套管上分别含有两个或者更多的滑槽250和定位销320。套环和套管之间相互配合,套管可以在套环中转动。因为定位销的移动不会超出滑槽250的范围,通过滑槽250和定位销之间的配合,使套管的转动被限定在套环中。
参考附图5,测试腔进口540和贮液腔进口530位于壳体的上板260上。测试腔进口540作为液体从样本收集腔进入测试腔的通道。测试腔并不是气密性的,气体可以从上板和下板之间的缝隙中排除。贮液腔进口530作为液体流入贮液腔的通道。该贮液腔是气密性的,因此有排气口(未示出)使气体可排出贮液腔进口530。在一个实施例中,至少一个排气口与贮液腔进口530相邻(例如,小孔位于贮液腔进口两侧)。因此,当气体从排气口中溢出时,液体可以流入贮液腔内。
样本收集腔底部336有一测试腔出口330和贮液腔出口332,分别作为样本从样本收集腔流入测试腔和贮液腔的通道。在某些实施例中,套管有第一和第二位置。贮液腔出口332和测试腔出口330位于样本收集腔底部,当套管位于第一位置时,贮液腔出口是打开的,因此贮液腔可以与样本收集腔130的下腔体进行液体交换。当样本收集腔位于第一位置时,液体从收集器110的吸收元件112中挤压出并流过挤压板,通过贮液腔出口332进入贮存腔310。当样本收集腔位于第一位置时,液体不能流入测试腔,因为测试腔出口与挤压板之间不能进行液体交换。
样本收集腔130可以转到第二位置(见附图5-7)。当样本收集腔位于第二位置时,测试腔出口330与测试腔进口540对齐,测试腔可以和样本收集腔进行液体交换。一旦样本收集腔位于第二位置,从吸收元件112上挤出的液体流过挤压板,通过测试腔出口330和测试腔进口540进入测试腔并到达测试条。
收集腔底部336还可以有贮液腔密封件334,其尺寸和位置可以使样本收集腔位于第二位置时,该密封件334正好密封住贮液腔进口530以及与贮液腔进口相邻的排气口(在液体样本进入贮液腔时,该排气口可以排除腔内的气体)。在某一实施例中,O形环230被安放在测试腔出口,贮液腔出口和密封件334上(见附图3)。
样本收集器
本发明还提供样本收集器。在一个实施例中,样本收集器有一吸收元件和拿捏部。吸收元件通常由本领域常用的医用级别的海绵或泡沫塑料材料制成。但是许多其他材料也可制成吸收元件,例如棉花或者纸,或者其他任何具有吸水性能的材料。拿捏部通常是刚性的,有利于对吸收元件的操作。拿捏部可以由本领域常用的材料制成,例如塑料、木材、金属或纸板。一个实施例中,拿捏部具有轮边116(见附图1),吸收元件粘贴在其上。
测试条
多种检测组分可以组合应用到本发明中。分析测试条可以有多种形式,例如采用免疫或者化学测试形式,用于检测样品中的被分析物,例如毒品或指示身体状况的相关代谢物。在有些形式中,测试条是具有加样区,试剂区和检测结果区的吸水性材料。样本被加到加样区,利用毛细管作用流入试剂区。在试剂区,样本溶解试剂并与其混合可用于检测被分析物(如果样本中存在被分析物)。此时带有试剂的样品继续流动到检测结果区。另外的试剂被固定在检测结果区。这些被固定在检测区的试剂与被分析物(如果存在)或者与试剂区的第一种试剂进行反应并结合。在非竞争性检测形式中,如果样本中存在被分析物就会产生信号,如果被分析物不存在,则不产生信号。在竞争检测形式中,如果样本中不存在被分析物则产生信号,如果存在被分析物则不产生信号。本发明适用于各种分析形式。
当检测元件是测试条时,它可以用吸水或者非吸水性材料制成,一个测试条可以使用多种材料,用于液体的传递。测试条的一种材料可以叠加在另一种测试条材料上,例如,滤纸叠加在硝化纤维上。或者,测试条中至少含有一种材料的一个区域位于另一种至少含有一种不同材料的区域之后。在这种情况下,各区域之间液体是流通的,它们之间可以相互叠加或者不叠加。测试条上的材料可以固定在例如塑料衬片的支持物上或者硬质表面,以加强测试条可持力。
在一些被检测物通过信号产生系统被检测到的实施例中(如至少一种酶与被检测物发生特异性反应),至少一种产生信号的物质可以被吸附在测试条的被分析物检测区,就如上所述特异性地吸附在测试条的材料上一样。另外,存在于测试条的加样区、试剂区、被分析物检测区,或者是遍及整个测试条的产生信号的物质可提前预处理在测试条的一个或多个材料上。可以通过将产生信号的物质溶液加到应用区的表面或者将测试条的一或多个材料浸泡在信号溶液中实现。测试条加入了信号溶液或者浸泡在溶液中之后,将测试条烘干。另外,以上方法存在于测试条的加样区、试剂区、被分析物检测区,或者是遍及整个测试条的产生信号的物质可提前预处理在测试条的一个或多个材料上。另外,存在于测试条加样区,试剂区,或检测区的信号物质作为标记试剂可以被加到测试条材料的一个或多个表面。
测试条各区域可按如下排列:加样区,至少一个试剂区,至少一个检测结果区,至少一个控制区,至少一个掺假检测区和液体吸收区。如果检测区包括一个控制区,优选控制区位于检测结果区的被分析物检测区之后。所有这些区或其组合可以在含有一种材料的单一试纸条上。另外,这些区由不同的材料制成,并按液体传递的方向连接在一起。例如,不同区域可以直接或者间接进行液体传递。在本例子中,不同的区可以沿液体传递的方向末端和末端相连,或沿液体传递方向相互叠加,或者通过其他材料相连接,例如连接介质材料(优选吸水性材料例如滤纸,玻璃纤维或硝酸纤维素)。在用连接材料时,连接材料能使包含各区域的末端与末端相接的材料、包含各区域的末端与末端相接但液体不流通的材料、或包含各区域相互重叠(例如但不限于从头到尾重叠)但液体不流通的材料,形成液体流通。
如果测试条含有掺假检测控制区,该区可以放置在结果检测区之前或之后。当结果判定区含有控制区,掺假控制区优选放置在控制区之前,也可以不是这样的情况。本发明的一个实施例,测试条是用于掺假分析判断和/或控制的控制测试条,掺假控制区可以位于控制区之前或之后,优选位于控制区之前。
用本发明的检测装置可以检测的样本包括生物液体(例如病例液体或者临床样本)。液体样本可以来源于固态或者半固态的样本,包括排泄物,生物组织和食品样本。利用任何适当的方法可以将固态或半固态的样本转化成液体样本,例如混合、捣碎、浸软、孵育、溶解或在合适的溶液中(例如水,磷酸盐溶液或其他缓冲溶液)利用酶解作用消化固体样本。“生物样本”包括来源于动物,植物和食品样本,例如包括来源于人或动物的尿,唾液,血及其成分,脊髓液、阴道分泌物,精子,粪便,汗液,分泌物,组织,器官,瘤,组织和器官的培养物,细胞培养物和介质。优选生物样本是尿。食品样本包括食品加工的物质,最终产品,肉,干酪,酒,牛奶和引用水。植物样本包括源于任何植物,植物组织,植物细胞培养物和介质。“环境样本”来源于环境(例如,来自于湖或者其他水体的液体样本,污水样品,土质样品,地下水,海水和废液样品)。环境样本还可包括污水或者其他废水。
利用本发明和合适的检测元件,可以检测任何被分析物。优选利用本发明检测唾液中的毒品。
例如,用本发明检测的被分析物包括但不限于,肌氨酸酐、胆红素、亚硝酸盐、蛋白(非特异性),激素(例如,人绒毛促进性激素、黄体酮激素、卵泡刺激素等),血液,白血球,糖,重金属或毒素,细菌物质(如针对特异性细菌的蛋白或糖类物质,如比如大肠杆菌0157:H7、葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌、梭菌属、弯曲菌属、L.monocytogenes、弧菌属、或仙人掌杆菌)和尿样中与生理特征相关的物质,如pH和比重。其他任何临床尿化学分析都可利用侧向横流检测形式配合本发明装置进行检测。
使用方法
本发明还提供了利用该装置检测液体样本中被分析物存在的方法。附图5-8描绘了这些方法的某些检测步骤。如图5说明,收集器的吸收元件放入了测试者口中,并充分吸收样本。如图所示,将收集器插入样本收集腔130。从其外视图可见,样本收集器位于第一位置,定位销位于滑槽的一侧(即1st位置)。通过其截面图可见,当样本收集器位于第一位置时,贮液腔出口和贮液腔进口上下排列在一起,使样本收集腔下腔体520和贮液腔之间形成一个通道。另外,测试腔的进口和测试腔之间是关闭的。
如图6说明,样本收集器已经插入样本腔内并按压挤压板。样本收集器向下按压挤压板340,使吸收元件扭曲受压,促使吸收元件内的液体被挤出进入收集腔中。如箭头所示,液体通过挤压板。被挤出的液体如灰色阴影所示。挤压板可有两个或多个垂直筋570,在筋的作用下,收集器可以被扭曲,使吸收元件充分地挤压。被挤出的液体通过挤压板上的孔进入收集腔底部。如前所述,当样本收集器位于第一位置时,贮液腔出口和贮液腔进口上下对齐。在本实施例中,当样本收集腔位于第一位置时,测试腔出口是关闭的。因此,样本收集腔底部的液体流过贮液腔的出口和进口。通过收集腔底板上与贮液腔出口相邻的小孔,被进入的液体所取代的贮液腔内的气体被排除并进入样本收集腔底部。
如图7所示,样本收集腔转动到第二位置。如外视图所示,定位销移动到的滑槽另一端,如2nd所指示。当定位销位于第二位置时,贮液腔出口被关闭,并且贮液腔进口被贮液腔的密封元件334密封(图3)。测试腔出口330和测试腔进口540上下对齐,使得测试元件290和收集腔的下腔体可进行液体传递。因此保存在下腔体的液体流入测试腔内接触到测试条。一旦液体接触到测试条,液体就被测试条吸收,分析实验即开始。分析时间依赖于样本的密度和测试元件的使用。
附图8揭示了使用本发明装置的另一步骤——在装置上加盖。如附图8所示,样本收集腔从第二位置移除。盖子280被放置在样本收集腔的顶部。贮液腔依然被密封。此时的装置可以被运往其他地方进行确认实验。当进行确认实验时,可以移除或弄破取样口的密封件272,通过取样口270取出贮液腔内的部分样本。
本发明的测试试剂盒还包括样本收集器。在某些实施例中,试剂盒内还提供了如何使用本装置对唾液或口水,或其他类型的液体溶液中是否存在被分析物的使用说明书。包装根据客户的需要采用各种形状。例如,进行大量的入职前吸毒筛查,优选采用一个含有一份说明书,20个真空包装的检测装置和样本收集器的包装。另外的形式可以是优选包括一个测试装置,一个样本收集器和一份说明书。
实施例
实施例1——检测灵敏度实验
本实施例为了说明本发明装置和使用方法的检测灵敏度。每一个样本溶液用十个装置进行检测,共300次测试。这些装置用唾液样本检测,所使用的测试条上有被检测毒品的抗原。测试条使用竞争法,标记区有胶体金标记的抗体,测试线上有抗原。
该装置同时又用含有0倍,0.5倍,1.5倍和3倍于检测限的可卡因(COC),甲基安非他命(MAMP),苯环己哌啶(PCP),四氢大麻酚(THC),吗啡(MOP)或者安非他明(AMP)PBS溶液进行检测。例如唾液中THC的检测限是4ng/ml。因此对含有THC为0ng/ml,2ng/ml,6ng/ml和8ng/ml的PBS溶液进行检测。下表是被检测毒品的用量。

进行检测时,上述阴性唾液,PBS,或掺料的PBS被样本收集器的吸收海绵吸收,然后挤出进入样本收集腔。接着,样本收集腔被转到第二位置。当样本收集腔位于第二位置时,测试条接触到样本,液体利用毛细管作用通过测试条。10分钟后记录测试结果并显示在下表中。

结果显示,本发明具有很好的灵敏度和理想的cutoff范围。
实施例2——样本用量范围可变性实验
本例子为了说明样品用量对使用本发明装置的影响。例1中的同一毒品样本分别用0倍,0.5倍,3倍的浓度(如上所述利用PBS制备)用检测装置重复检测5次。样品量分别是100ul,150ul,200ul和250ul并分别用吸管准确加入测试装置,代替样本收集器直接放入样本中。加样后10分钟,记录阳性结果或阴性结果。除了250ul的0.5倍THC(五个测试中有四个结果一致),其余各项检测五次重复的结果一致。因此考虑样本的用量,本发明可提供正确的结果。
实施例3——入职前吸毒筛查
本发明还可检测其他检测项目,例如入职前的吸毒筛查实验。测试者将样本收集器放入口中,收集唾液样本,并使收集器在口中保留约5分钟。一个实施例,检测装置中包含有检测多个常见毒品测试条。例如可卡因,苯环己哌啶,四氢大麻酚,吗啡或者安非他明。这些测试条采用竞争免疫分析法,在测试条的标记区含有标记过的每种被测毒品的特异性结合分子(如抗体)。测试线含有被检测的抗原。如果样本中含有被分析物,其与标记区可特异性结合的被标记分子结合,阻止该标记的抗体与测试线上的抗原结合。因此,当被分析物存在时,测试线上没有信号。相反,当唾液中没有抗原时,被标记的抗体与测试线上的抗原结合,产生信号。
当收集器充分收集样本之后,实验员将其插入收集腔。实验员按压收集器同时转动收集器,收集腔的筋锁住收集器的边缘。唾液被挤出并通过挤压板的小孔进入收集腔的下腔体。当收集腔在第一位置时,样本流过贮液腔出口进入贮液腔。当所有的样本被收集,并且贮液腔保存了足够多的样本时,样本收集腔从第一位置转到第二位置,使贮液腔密封并打开测试腔出口。样本流入测试条。几分钟后,显示出控制线,表明测试已经完成。当测试线显示信号时,表明唾液中不存在该毒品。如果结果是阳性的,检测装置可被送往确认试验实验室,进一步检测贮液腔中样本以确认检测结果。

Claims (17)
1.一种检测装置,包括:测试腔、插接部以及与插接部相互配合的可转动的样本收集腔,其中,测试腔内包含至少一个测试元件,样本收集腔包括测试腔出口和贮液腔出口,其特征在于:该检测装置还包括贮液腔,该贮液腔用于保存需进一步确认检测结果的液体样本;样本收集腔具有第一位置和第二位置,当样本收集腔位于第一位置时,液体样本通过贮液腔出口在样本收集腔和贮液腔之间传递,当样本收集腔位于第二位置时,液体样本通过测试腔出口在样本收集腔和测试元件之间传递。
2.如权利要求1所述的检测装置,其特征是,当样本收集腔位于第一位置时,测试腔出口关闭。
3.如权利要求1所述的检测装置,其特征是,当样本收集腔位于第二位置时,贮液腔出口关闭。
4.如权利要求3所述的检测装置,其特征是,样本收集腔还包括下腔体和挤压板,下腔体包括介于可转动的样本收集腔底部与挤压板之间的区域。
5.如权利要求4所述的检测装置,其特征是,测试腔出口和贮液腔出口位于样本收集腔的底部。
6.如权利要求3所述的检测装置,其特征是,样本收集腔还包括一密封件,当样本收集腔位于第二位置时可密封贮液腔。
7.如权利要求1所述的检测装置,其特征是,插接部包括一滑槽,样本收集腔包括从其外表面突出的一定位销,定位销在滑槽中移动,引导样本收集腔从第一位置转动到第二位置。
8.如权利要求7所述的检测装置,其特征是,滑槽与测试元件的径向方向平行。
9.如权利要求1所述的检测装置,其特征是,该检测装置具有一壳体,该壳体还包括一观察检测元件的窗口。
10.如权利要求1所述的检测装置,其特征是,该检测装置具有一壳体,该壳体还包括一可密封的贮液腔通孔,通过该贮液腔通孔液体从贮液腔内提取出。
11.如权利要求1所述的检测装置,其特征是,测试元件为测试条。
12.如权利要求11所述的检测装置,其特征是,该测试条包括固定在测试条上的特异性结合分子。
13.如权利要求11所述的检测装置,其特征是,测试条包括化学检测。
14.如权利要求1所述的检测装置,其特征是,液体样本是体液。
15.如权利要求1所述的检测装置,其特征是,液体样本选自于:唾液,血液,血清,血浆,尿,粪便,脊髓液或阴道提取物。
16.如权利要求14所述的检测装置,其特征是,液体样本为唾液。
17.如权利要求1所述的检测装置,其特征是,样本收集腔由两个或更多的部件组成,第一个部件包括上腔体和挤压板,第二部件包括下腔体。
