为了简要描述根据本发明的实施方式的悬挂设备30的主要外部部件以及悬挂设备与医疗器械或医疗装置关联的方式,参考图1A、1B、2A和2B。在图1A所示的例子中,减压治疗泵10被设置为具有合适的尺寸和结构而适合于放置在被施以例如减压组织治疗的病人的邻近区域。在这种情况下,器械10包括为了可携带而置于器械外罩14顶部上的手柄12。本发明在使用和应用中具有特别重要性的是器械10的背部板(back panel)16的结构,该结构将在下文更详细致地被描述。图1中也公开了与悬挂设备30关联的主要外部部件。在图1A所示的视图中,旋钮32、夹具臂34、夹具轴36以及夹具外罩(clamp housing)38每个都被公开。应注意,图1A和1B中所示的夹具臂34的方向适合于将医疗器械10放置在水平方向的支撑结构24上。
图1A、1B、2A和2B中所示的医疗器械10的构造被更优选地设计成以与悬挂设备30互补的方式工作。医疗器械10的背部板16被构造成可以容易地连接到水平或垂直方向的支撑结构。垂直通道(channel)18在器械10的背部板16内形成,用于接纳垂直方向的支撑结构(如图2B中更详细示出的)。水平通道20也被类似地设置成容易保持水平方向上的支撑结构24,如图1B所示。水平通道20被置于背部板16上,刚好在悬挂设备30的下方,使得器械10在水平支撑结构24上的简单安置能将支撑结构送到通道20中,并倚着悬挂设备30的下侧。重力倾向于将器械10放置成这种构型。
进一步协助将器械10放置在水平支撑结构24上或与水平支撑结构24关联的是导向延伸部分(guide extension)22。设置在通道20之上且实质上与悬挂设备30对齐,导向延伸部分22用于进一步协助将器械10放置在水平支撑结构24的顶部上,并使其紧紧地倚着水平支撑结构24。当应用在垂直方向时,如下结合图2A和2B所描述的,两个导向延伸部分22中的一个继续协助将器械10放置在垂直支撑结构上。
如上文提到的,图2A和图2B示出了装有实质上位于水平位置上的夹具臂34的悬挂设备30,其适合于协助将器械10夹紧地连接到垂直支撑结构26(用虚线表示)上。图2A和图2B因此示出了适合于结合IV柱或类似物使用的设置。另一方面,图1A和图1B公开了适合于结合病床栏杆或轮椅框架或类似物使用的设置。
在应用中,在放置到支撑结构上之前,夹具臂34被旋转到合适的设置,这取决于所利用的支撑结构的方向。通过下文更详述的内部机构,悬挂设备30的由弹簧拉的部件(spring tensioned feature)将夹具臂34拉成与支撑结构接触(无论它定向在哪个方向上),此时使用者优选地在标准顺时针紧固方向上转动旋钮32,以进一步对着支撑结构部件固定悬挂设备30。应注意,上述不同结构的方向在任一情况下使得松的夹具(loose clamp)不会导致完全打开的夹具,使得器械10可能完全从支撑结构上脱落。在图1所示的水平方向上,松的夹具仍然借助向下作用于器械上的重力而使得器械10与水平支撑结构保持紧密相邻。只有在对夹具进行了一定的放松之后,通过逆着内部弹簧的张力而向外的伸缩运动,器械才会从水平支撑结构上卸下。类似地,结合在图2A和图2B中所示的垂直方向,夹具臂34的长度以及它接近于导向延伸部分22的位置使得仅仅放松夹具不能单独地产生足以将器械从夹紧外壳上卸下所需的开口。再次如下文将更详述的,虽然悬挂设备30的部件使得大致上能防止夹具在正常使用下松动。这些进一步的结构特征帮助阻止器械从所选支撑结构上的任何明显的脱落。
为了更详细地描述通常在图1和图2中所示的悬挂设备30的各种部件,现在参考图3。作为参考,图3中所示的悬挂设备30包括上文所述的外部部件,即旋钮32、夹具臂34以及夹具轴36。另外,夹具外罩38在图3中得到了充分公开,其中只有夹具外罩38的外表面在图1A、1B、2A和2B中是可见的。如图3所示,悬挂设备30可被构造成完全分离于器械10的结构和部件,且可能实际上被随后组装到器械10中,只要能够在器械外壳内做出合适的调节来纳入并保持住组件即可。
悬挂设备30的部件被选择、构造以及放置成以便实现三个基本功能。第一个功能是在将医疗器械固定到支撑结构上的过程中将夹具打开和延伸以便纳入支撑结构从而提供连接的能力。第二个功能是将夹具臂34自由旋转而经过至少90度,以便定向夹具臂,用于垂直或是水平方向的连接。为实现第三个功能,部件被构造为允许通过使用凸轮形表面以大于张力弹簧(tension spring)的力紧固所述夹具,当旋转夹具组件的旋钮时,凸轮形表面将所述夹具向内拉。实现这些功能的每个的部件在下文将加以更详细的描述。
夹具外罩38被构造并具有一定尺寸以便能够旋转地纳入夹具轴36到一个点,在该点夹具臂34与夹具外罩38发生紧密接触。外罩盖42提供用于闭合夹具外罩38(在插入组件部件的剩余部分(balance)以后)的装置,且提供构造成如图3所示的利用优选的夹子将整个悬挂设备30保持在器械外壳内的装置,该夹子被示为在外罩盖42的顶部上且在外罩38的侧面上。
图3的视图进一步展示了与悬挂设备30的外部结构相关的部件的细节。这些包括夹具面板(clamp face plate)44,其设置成与夹具臂34定位在一起并由夹具臂34保持住,如图所示。夹具面板44上的凹槽(notch)或通道被设计成能纳入将装置夹于其上的纵向柱或栏杆并以之为中心。这个通道与以上结合图1A、1B、2A和2B描述的两个相似的通道18和20中的一个对齐,并处于相对位置。以此种方式,具有不同直径的柱或杆可以被容纳于本发明中所述夹具的结构之内。在所述优选实施方式中,夹具面板44可采用有弹力的弹性材料或类似物来制造以协助夹具的紧固。
旋钮32被展示为当其位于夹具轴36的一端时,将夹具臂34放置在旋钮32和所述轴36之间。在所述优选实施方式中,夹具臂34被牢固地固定于轴36并可随其旋转。固定螺丝54位于旋钮32之内以便啮合内轴40并将旋钮32固定到其端部。此种连接及其功能将在下文加以更详细的描述。
为了更详细地描述悬挂设备30的内部部件以及它们的操作来完成上述每项功能的方法,再次参考图3。内轴40被设计为能够在其与旋钮32的连接以及在管状轴36内的同心定位的影响下,在从夹具外罩38向外的纵向上自由移动。固定螺丝54穿过旋钮32上的孔,并啮合内轴40的近端上的定位孔。置于内轴40里面的是张力弹簧50,它在一端通过固定螺丝54固定于内轴40内。张力弹簧50的相对端相对于外罩38和/或外罩14固定。以此种方式,包括旋钮32、夹具臂34、夹具轴36以及内轴40的组件部件可以抵抗张力弹簧50所提供的张力而从夹具外罩38中以伸缩方式被拉出,以打开夹具来接纳水平或者垂直方向上的支撑结构。端板48位于夹具外罩38之内,且内轴40穿过端板48延伸,限制了所述部件从所述外罩38向外的纵向移动。端板48进一步由于其与下述第二凸轮构件46的相互作用而限制了所述内轴40的转动范围。限制所述内轴40的旋转运动防止了悬挂设备30的锁定和紧固机构使外罩盖42与夹具外罩38相分离。
在上述各组装部件的方式中,能够看到,通过将中空的夹具轴36连接到夹具臂34上,且环绕并旋转于内轴40,夹具臂34可在水平位置(适合于啮合垂直方向上的支撑结构)和垂直位置(适合于夹到水平方向上的支撑结构上)之间转动。此种移动因此完成了上述三种功能中的第二种,即重新定向夹具臂34及其相关联的夹具面板44以啮合到水平或是垂直方向上的支撑结构上的能力。
最后,包括第一凸轮构件58和第二凸轮构件46以及锁定构件52的凸轮机构提供了上述第三种功能,即旋转所述组件的内部部件以进一步将夹具紧固在支撑结构上的能力。第一凸轮构件58和第二凸轮构件46包括互补的倾斜表面64和66,且均相对于内轴40固定。内轴40及所述凸轮构件58、46将在使用者旋转旋钮32的影响下旋转。锁定构件52通过连接弹簧60以可旋转的方式固定于内轴40。锁定构件52位于第一和第二凸轮构件的倾斜表面之间的内轴40之上,且包括第二多齿结构(a secondplurality of teeth)68,其配置成与沿着所述外罩盖42的底面的第一多齿结构(未示出)相配合。当外罩盖42固定于夹具外罩38时,所述第一多齿结构与夹具外罩38的纵向外壳相对齐。当内轴40处于解锁位置时,锁定构件52被置于所述内轴40的实质上平坦的表面70上。随着所述内轴40被旋转到锁定位置,锁定构件52从所述实质上平坦的表面70上移动开,这导致了锁定构件52相对于内轴40的径向向外移动。这个向外的移动使得所述第二多齿结构66能锁定地啮合所述第一多齿结构(也就是锁定机构)。旋钮32额外的顺时针转动以及由此引起的内轴40的转动使得内轴40产生进入外罩38的进一步的移动,并由此使夹具臂34靠着支撑结构闭合地更紧,并将支撑结构对着医疗器械(也就是紧固机构)背部拉。当所述内轴40在上述锁定和紧固操作中进行转动时,固定在所述第二凸轮构件46上的制动器构件(stop member)72在端板48内转动。肩状构件(shoulder)(未展示)固定在端板的孔洞(bore)里,并与制动器构件72协同工作,以限制所述第二凸轮构件46因而内轴40的转动范围,以防止过度紧固,过度紧固可能损坏悬挂设备30。
可包括关联于夹具轴36的内部止动器或制动器,以允许轴/臂组合36/34根据所述夹具的特定应用来方便地放置于水平或垂直方向上。类似地,位置放置合适的与内轴40以及凸轮形表面46、52和58相关联的止动器或制动器允许确定性地紧固所述夹具以防止内轴40在凸轮形表面的影响下反向旋转。保持弹簧60设置成确保短齿条(rack)凸轮形表面52在凸轮被旋转时被向下拉。
从前述内容中应明显,提供了具有重要优点的发明。虽然本发明只以其一些形式示出,但它不限于并且可允许在不背离其中精神的情况下的各种变化和更改。

Claims (9)

1.一种医疗装置悬挂设备,其可便于将医疗器械可拆除地交替地连接到垂直或水平的纵向支撑结构,所述悬挂设备包括:
夹具轴,所述夹具轴可绕着中央纵向轴线旋转,且包括与夹具臂固定在一起的圆柱形管,所述夹具臂从所述夹具轴垂直延伸;
内轴,所述内轴包括纵向的中空结构,并以伸缩方式放置于所述夹具轴的圆柱形管中;
夹具旋钮,当所述内轴延伸而穿过所述夹具轴时,所述旋钮被固定到所述内轴的第一端,以使所述夹具臂大体上位于所述旋钮和纵向的所述夹具轴的剩余部分之间;
张力弹簧,所述弹簧被置于所述内轴内,并大体上沿着所述内轴的长度延伸,所述弹簧在其第一端固定至所述内轴的第一端;
夹具外罩,所述外罩包括大体上围绕所述夹具轴的纵向外壳,且设置有所述夹具轴延伸穿过的孔,所述夹具臂和所述旋钮设置在所述外罩的外面,所述张力弹簧的第二端固定到所述外罩上远离所述孔的位置,以便所述夹具轴通过所述孔的伸缩式缩回被张力弹簧所抵抗,所述夹具外罩关联于所述医疗器械而被固定;以及
转动的凸轮机构,所述凸轮机构被设置在所述夹具外罩和所述内轴之间,其中由所述旋钮的转动而引起的所述内轴的转动将以趋向于使所述悬挂设备闭合的方式引导所述内轴、连接的所述旋钮和因而所述夹具臂的纵向移动。
2.如权利要求1中所述的设备,其中凸轮机构进一步包括:
第一凸轮构件和第二凸轮构件,所述第一凸轮构件和第二凸轮构件固定于所述内轴,并具有互补的倾斜表面;
锁定构件,其在所述第一凸轮构件和第二凸轮构件的互补的倾斜表面之间可旋转地设置在所述内轴上,所述锁定构件包含多齿结构。
3.如权利要求1中所述的设备,其进一步包括:
第一多齿结构,其固定于所述夹具外罩,并沿所述夹具外罩的纵向外壳设置;
其中所述内轴包括实质上平坦的表面;
其中所述凸轮机构进一步包括:
第一凸轮构件和第二凸轮构件,所述第一凸轮构件和第二凸轮构件固定于所述内轴,并具有互补的倾斜表面;以及
锁定构件,其在所述第一凸轮构件和第二凸轮构件的互补的倾斜表面之间可旋转地设置在所述内轴上,并且所述锁定构件包括第二多齿结构,当所述内轴处于解锁位置时,所述锁定构件被定位在所述内轴的实质上平坦的表面上,当所述内轴被旋转至锁定位置时,所述锁定构件从所述实质上平坦的表面上移开,使得所述第二多齿结构锁定地与所述第一多齿结构相接合。
4.如权利要求3中所述的设备,其中由于所述锁定构件随动于所述第一凸轮构件和第二凸轮构件的所述倾斜表面,所以在所述内轴被置于锁定位置之后,所述内轴的随后旋转将导致所述内轴的纵向移动。
5.如权利要求3中所述的设备,其中所述第一多齿结构被设置在所述夹具外罩的外罩盖上。
6.一种医疗装置悬挂设备,其可便于将医疗器械可拆除地交替地连接到垂直或水平的纵向支撑结构,所述悬挂设备包括:
夹具外罩,其界定纵向外壳,而沿着所述纵向外壳设置有第一多齿结构;
夹具轴,其可缩回地设置在所述纵向外壳中,所述夹具轴可绕着中央纵向轴线旋转,且包括与从所述夹具轴延伸出的夹具臂固定在一起的圆柱形管;
内轴,其具有实质上平坦的表面,所述内轴可旋转地设置在所述夹具轴的圆柱形管内;
第一凸轮构件和第二凸轮构件,所述第一凸轮构件和第二凸轮构件固定于所述内轴,并具有互补的倾斜表面;以及
锁定构件,其在所述第一凸轮构件和第二凸轮构件的互补的倾斜表面之间可旋转地设置在所述内轴上,并且所述锁定构件包括第二多齿结构,当所述内轴处于解锁位置时,所述锁定构件被定位在所述内轴的实质上平坦的表面上,当所述内轴被旋转至锁定位置时,所述锁定构件从所述实质上平坦的表面上移开,使得所述第二多齿结构锁定地与所述第一多齿结构相接合。
7.如权利要求6中所述的设备,其中由于所述锁定构件随动于所述第一凸轮构件和第二凸轮构件的所述倾斜表面,所以在所述内轴被置于锁定位置之后,所述内轴的随后旋转将导致所述内轴相对于所述夹具外罩的纵向移动。
8.一种减压治疗设备,其包括:
主外罩,其在其一侧上具有水平和垂直方向上的通道;
减压源,其被包含在所述主外罩内,以向组织部位提供减压;
悬挂设备,其包括:
夹具外罩,其固定在所述主外罩内,且界定纵向外壳,而沿着所述纵向外壳设置有第一多齿结构;
夹具轴,其可缩回地设置在所述纵向外壳中,所述夹具轴可绕着中央纵向轴线旋转,且包括与从所述夹具轴延伸出的夹具臂固定在一起的圆柱形管,所述夹具臂可选择性地定位在实质上平行于所述主外罩的水平和垂直定向的通道的水平和垂直位置之间;
内轴,其具有实质上平坦的表面,并可旋转地设置在所述夹具轴的所述圆柱形管内;
第一凸轮构件和第二凸轮构件,所述第一凸轮构件和第二凸轮构件固定于所述内轴,并具有互补的倾斜表面;以及
锁定构件,其在所述第一凸轮构件和第二凸轮构件的互补的倾斜表面之间可旋转地设置在所述内轴上,并且所述锁定构件包括第二多齿结构,当所述内轴处于解锁位置时,所述锁定构件被定位在所述内轴的实质上平坦的表面上,当所述内轴被旋转至锁定位置时,所述锁定构件从所述实质上平坦的表面上移开,使得所述第二多齿结构锁定地与所述第一多齿结构相接合。
9.如权利要求8中所述的设备,其中由于所述锁定构件随动于所述第一凸轮构件和第二凸轮构件的所述倾斜表面,所以在所述内轴被置于锁定位置之后,所述内轴的随后旋转将导致所述内轴相对于所述夹具外罩的纵向移动。
