Abstract
制造香味充气饮料的设备包括充气装置和浓缩物供给装置。后者中有一个计量腔,为制造每一定量饮料供给定量浓缩物。利用加压二氧化碳从里面通过的文丘里管,在计量腔中造成减压,把浓缩物从供给瓶中吸出,供给计量腔。把出自文丘里管的气体,向下引入浓缩物瓶的上部,瓶中有一个挡板结构,防止这气体直接冲撞浓缩物表面,挡板的安排使进入瓶的气体仅通过浓缩物上方的空间,达到气体出口,防止浓缩物有不必要的排出从出口路线中通过。
Description
本发明有关饮料配量设备,具体有关可供家庭使用的制造充气饮料的设备。
近来有许多家庭充碳酸气用的设备提出,其中设有一个充气装置,向水中充气,和一个浓缩物供给装置,其安排为当汽水从充气室中排出后,在里面混合浓缩物。可以把浓缩物放在可更换位置的瓶中,建议用二氧化碳在瓶中加压,提供排出浓缩物所必须的力。设备的一个特有利的形式,在英国专利申请第2,161,089A号中揭示。在这种设备的一个理想形式中,向有浓缩物的瓶供给的压力,取自充气室中的二氧化碳,这样便可利用原来可能废弃的二氧化碳。
虽然利用二氧化碳的压力把浓缩物从浓缩物瓶中排出,在某种程度上操作良好,但是发现在某些应用上,不容易相当精确控制随每一饮料定量配给的浓缩物的量。
因此,本发明的第一个方面,目的是解决这个问题。
因此,在第一个方面,本发明提出一种饮料配量设备,最好是一种家用充气设备,有浓缩物供给装置,其中有一个计量腔,藉以控制每一配量运转中配给的浓缩物的量。
本发明的另一个方面,是提出一种饮料配量设备,最好是一种家用充气设备,其中包括浓缩物供给装置,该装置有一个气体驱动泵,最好是一个文丘里管的形式,使该浓缩物作要求的运动。最好该泵可操纵,使浓缩物从供给瓶移动到计量腔内。最好该泵用的气体是加压二氧化
碳,该气体在充气作业完成后由充气室供给。
在本发明的一个较佳的实施方案中,充气设备有对水充气的充气装置,和浓缩物配量装置,该装置容放一个浓缩物容器,并从该容器配给浓缩物,和该汽水混合,该浓缩物配量装置有一个计量腔和文丘里装置,该文丘里装置有进口,接受加压二氧化碳,并有一个出口供给该二氧化碳,二氧化碳从该文丘里装置中通过后,到达该浓缩物容器,该文丘里装置有在该计量腔中造成减压的作用,一个浓缩物进口,可和该容器连接,从而可以利用该减压起该容器中浓缩物,放入计量腔,有一个浓缩物出口,把浓缩物从计量腔配出,和汽水混合。
本发明的较佳实施方案中出现的一个问题,在上一段落中作了阐述,问题是通过文丘里流入容器的二氧化碳,可能夹带从计量腔吸入文丘里管的一些浓缩物,而这种夹带的浓缩物可能从设备中逸出。此外,从汾丘里管流入容器的二氧化碳,可能把容器中的浓缩物表面搅动,以至一部分浓缩物通过二氧化碳排出口从设备中排出。
发明的另一个方面,是解决这个问题。
因此,发明的另一个理想实施方案中,有一个浓缩物容器,和上文阐述的特别理想的浓缩物供给装置共同使用,该容器可和供给装置连接,并且一个二氧化碳进口路线,从文丘里管接受二氧化碳,一个浓缩物出口向计量腔供给浓缩物,一个二氧化碳出口路线,从容器排出二氧化碳,二氧化碳进口和出口路线的安排,使二氧化碳夹带的浓缩物被送回浓缩物容器,基本不从该出口路线排出。
参照附图对本发明作进一步叙述,附图内容如下:
图1示设有本发明一个理想实施方案的浓缩物供给装置的充气设备,图1示供给装置的剖视;
图2为通过图1中的供给装置的另一剖视,其部件分别示出;
图3为图1及2中供给装置的透视,其部件分别示出。
参看附图,所示家用充气设备中有一充气室2,其中所设装置如上述英国专利申请第2,161,089A中所说明,作对水充气用;一个浓缩物计量器4;一个浓缩物供给瓶6;一个在充气室下面的装置8,用以将汽水及浓缩物,从设备放入诸如玻璃杯10的器皿中。
计量器4有一个外壳12,有一个二氧化碳进口14,和导管16连接,导管中有一个电动阀17,连接充气室2,在充气作业后,接受腔2中的剩余加压二氧化碳气。进口管14的下端为锥形,形成一个喷咀15,放在垂直管18中,使喷咀15和管18之间形成环形间隙20,构成一个文丘里管。有一个垂直伸展的浓缩物进口管22放在外壳12内,与管18相邻,但管22上端的终点,高度低于管18的上端。外壳12的内部围成一个浓缩物计量腔24,浓缩物可以通过管22供给。一块隔板19在管18及22之间,从腔顶伸到腔底。隔板19的垂直边缘21和外壳的内表面有一个距离,因此腔24的在隔板19的相对两侧的部分互相接通。在腔24底部附近设浓缩物出口26,用管28和排放装置8连接。
瓶6设有一个盖30,利用瓶上的外棱脊32和盖的内槽道34咬合,在瓶上固定。盖30在相对侧上设一对挂钩38,各有一个向下倾斜的弹性鼻40,插入在计量器4下端上的凸台44上形成的一个环形槽42中。凸台44有一个锥形表面46,因此当把盖30套在凸台44上时,表面46把鼻突40向外推,在装置中的安排是,一旦鼻突40从表面46上通过,便跳入槽42中,把瓶6在它的工作位置上锁定。
盖30内设有一个挡板结构48,上有中心孔50,容纳一个垂入管52,基本伸到瓶6的底部。垂入管52的上端有一个外伸的突缘54,一侧上有向上的突出部56,插入凸台44上的相应凹穴58中。一个密封环57放在凸台44及垂入管52的顶部之间。突出部56的对侧,在突缘54上布置一个缺口60,当突出部56和凹突58正确接合时,缺口60和管18的下端对正,因而二氧化碳气可以从管18,向下流到挡板结构48上。这结构48有向下倾
斜的环形挡板62,一个截头圆锥形内壁64,从挡板62的内缘向上伸,并有若干孔66,还有若干径向挡板68,围绕结构等角距间隔放置,和挡板62及壁64整体形成。于是,从管18进入盖30的二氧化碳气冲撞环形挡板62,挡板62把这向下流动的气体向内偏折,从孔66中通过。图1中所见最为清晰,径向挡板68的上缘和突缘54的下表面连接,因此从管18中向下通过,并通过间隙60的气体,进入由一对相邻径向挡板68和环形挡板62形成的隔室,这气体只能向内通过相关的孔66,逸出隔室。因此,气体的周向活动被挡板68阻此。
如70处所示,突出部56的下侧中空。空心部70和在凸台44中形成的通道72对正,和紧邻的孔66共同形成瓶6二氧化碳气排出路线。
设备运转时,在充气室2中的水被充气。最好将设备作如此安排:在室2中充注足够的水,从而在每一次充气过程中,仅生产一种饮料。充气过程结束后,把加压的二氧化碳,例如加压到100磅/英寸,从腔2,经过阀17(最好为电控阀)向进口14供给,气体向下流过管18,利用文丘里管,在计量腔24中造成减压。这样使浓缩物被通过垂入管52及管22,向上吸入计量腔。虽然隔板19阻止浓缩物被直接吸入文丘里管20,但不可避免有部分浓缩物,被文丘里管20中的气体夹带,从而通过管18再循环入瓶6。挡板结构48保证进入瓶6的二氧化碳气不会直接进入排出路线,能保证这种被夹带的浓缩物不致被通过排出口72排出,而被放回进瓶中。此外,挡板结构48保证从管18进入瓶中的气体,不会直接在浓缩物表面上冲撞,因此可防止浓缩物向上飞溅,飞溅的浓缩物可能通过排出口72排出。
在一段适当的时间以后,阀17关闭,最好还是用电子控制关闭,只有这个时间足够长才足以保证计量腔24至少注到管22顶部的高度。这个特定的高度限定计量腔24里的液体的最高高度,因为假使腔24中注液超过这个高度,那么超出的部分可能被通过文丘里管再循环,而气体的流
动仍继续,或者气流停止流动后,被通过管22放回瓶中。
当汽水从室2排放时,浓缩物也被排放,通过排放装置8的一个适当的阀(图未示),从腔24(最好依靠重力)进入玻璃杯10,这是可允许的,因为腔24中的液面以上的空间,通过文丘里管20,管18,盖30及排出口72接通大气。这样,便配出了一个适合于配制一个饮料定量的浓缩物,浓缩物的量已经过精确测定。
在瓶6中的浓缩物表面上方,有二氧化碳气留存,这有助防止浓缩物氧化。
在瓶6内的浓缩物消耗完以后,可以藉助图3所示的拉片74,把挂钩38向外拉,使之和计量器4分离。为了保证瓶不致被人再利用(例如防止有人再用以充灌不适当的液体),挂钩38的结构为向外拉时断裂,如图3虚线所示,为此在76处形成一个易坏的铰接线,既可向外拉也会断裂。
最好盖30为一整体塑料模塑件。瓶6可用塑料制造。此外,计量器4可以用整体塑料模塑制造。如图3所示,瓶6上可以放置一个金属箔盖80,和盖30粘固,在使用浓缩物时取去箔盖。除箔盖后,将垂入管52通过孔50插入,然后将瓶及垂入管和计量器4装配,密封环57放在其间。在挡板结构48的制造中,虽然在实践上,设备中放瓶的隔间(图未示),必须考虑瓶有特殊的角度方向,使拉片74易于被接触,但是盖相对于垂入管及计量器4的角度方向无关的。
Claims (20)
1、一种由加压气体操作的浓缩物供应装置,适合连接一个容器(6),并从该容器向充气设备的排出装置(8,28)提供浓缩物,形成香味充气饮料,其特征在于:该供应装置包括一个形成计量腔(24)的壳体(12),一个由所述加压气体操作并与所述计量腔(24)连通的文丘里管(20)以及把壳体(12)连接到容器(6)上的接合装置(18,22,44),该接合装置包括一个进口(22),当文丘里管(20)工作时,由于压力的减小,浓缩物可从容器(6)供应到所述计量腔(24)内,一个通道(18)使气体从文丘里管(20)进入容器(6),所述计量腔(24)与浓缩物出口(26)连接,把经计量腔(24)计量过的浓缩物供应到所述充气设备的排出装置(8,28)。
2、如权利要求1中之装置,而特征为接合装置中有一个凸台(44),其外表面上有凹槽(42),供一个该容器的挂钩插入。
3、如权利要求1或2中之装置,而特征为该文丘里管(20)位于该计量腔(24)中。
4、如权利要求3中之装置,而特征为一条导管形成进口(22),取自容器的浓缩物可通过这进口供给到计量腔(24),导管在计量腔(24)内终止于计量腔底部上方的一个位置上,该文丘里管(20)位于高于该位置高度上。
5、如权利要求4的装置,而特征为在该文丘里管(20)和该导管(22)之间有一个隔板(19)。
6、如权利要求1中之装置,而特征为该文丘里管(20)和加压二氧化碳供源连接。
7、如权利要求6中之装置,而特征为该二氧化碳供源是该充气设备(2)中之一个充气室。
8、如权利要求1或2中之装置,而特征为该接合装置另外还有一个气体出口通道(72)从浓缩物容器(6)向大气排出气体。
9、权利要求1至8中任一项所述装置使用的盛放浓缩物以便对充气饮料加香味的容器,包括有在其上部的联接器(30),该联接器与所述接合装置(18,22,44)合作工作,其特征在于:上述联接器(30)与装置(40)组合,保证将联接器联接到所述接合装置上,一个浓缩物出口(50)与所述进口(22)合作,将浓缩物从容器输送至上述计量腔(24),一个通过导管(22)与上述文丘里管相连通的入口(66),将来自文丘里管的气体供给容器,并将供给计量腔的过剩的浓缩物随上述气体返回容器,还有与上述入口(66)相间隔的气体出口(也是66),通过入口(66)进入容器的气体的供给和浓缩物的返回,可基本上实现,而不需要浓缩物从气体出口(66)的排出。
10、如权利要求9之容器,其特征在于上述联接器(30)包括有大致圆柱形的主体,多个与上述圆柱体相连并向内沿径向伸展的构件(68),各构件之间形成上述入口和出口(66),在上述径向构件(68)内端上的环件(64)并构成所述浓缩物出口(50)。
11、如权利要求10之容器,其特征在于上述环件(64)的位置低于上述圆柱体的最上端位置。
12、如权利要求10或11之容器,其特征在于所述装置(40)包括与圆柱体连接并在一个向内方向凸出的挂钩装置。
13、如权利要求12之容器,其特征在于挂钩装置适合从圆柱体上断开,从而从设备上松解容器。
14、如权利要求9之容器,其特征在于结构(48)基本上防止气体通过气体进口(66)进入容器(6)内并直接冲击浓缩物表面和直接进入气体出口路线(72)。
15、如权利要求14之容器,其特征在于所述结构(48)包括挡板件(62,68),在圆周方向的阻碍运动的同时,在一个基本水平方向向下偏折运动的进入气体。
16、如权利要求15之容器,其特征在于所述挡板件(62)设置成偏折向下运动气体向内流动。
17、如权利要求16之容器,其特征在于所述挡板件包括一个向下倾斜的环形挡板(62),偏折所述向下运动气体向内。
18、如权利要求14-17中任何一个之容器,其特征在于所述结构(48)的设置使进入该容器的气体,基本上只能通过该结构(48)下面的一个空间达到该气体出口(72)。
19、如权利要求1之装置,和权利要求9中之容器的结合。
20、如权利要求19之装置,其特征在于一根垂入管(52)伸入该容器(6),通过该垂入管向该计量腔(24)供给浓缩物。
