背景技术
在小切口手术中,具体地在眼科手术中,小探针被插入手术部位进行切割、切除、或者处理组织。在这些外科手术过程中,典型的是将流体注入到眼睛里,注入流体和组织从外科手术部位吸取。这种探针典型地通过塑料管与显微外科手术系统实现流体连接。
填充这种显微外科手术系统的抽吸通道,典型的是通过从无菌区的容器中吸取注入流体来完成。这一过程需要使用者在填充显微外科手术系统的注入回路、将探针插入容器、然后指示外科手术系统通过探针从容器里吸取流体以填充抽吸回路之后,人工把注入流体填装到容器中。由于外科手术探针已经变得很小,通过探针的小端口抽吸就变得更加耗费时间。另外,如果在外科手术过程已经开始后需要附加的抽吸工具,这个过程就变得更加复杂。在这种情况下,需要一个注入流体的第二容器来填充附加的抽吸工具及其相关的管。不期望外科手术过程的这种间断。这个过程也可能需要使用系统的注入回路。甚至更不期望使用系统的注入回路来填装第二容器以及进入眼中的注入压力的相应的损失。因此,对于填充显微外科手术系统抽吸回路的改进方法,其需求继续存在。
发明内容
本发明提供了用于填充显微外科手术系统抽吸回路的改进设备和方法。在本发明的一个方面,提供一种显微外科手术系统,包含加压气源、加压注入流体源、与加压气源和加压注入流体源流体连接的抽吸室以及带有通过流体管道与抽吸室流体连接的抽吸端口的外科手术设备。该抽吸室由一定量的来自加压注入流体源的注入流体填装,该加压注入流体源足够以充分填装流体管道和外科手术设备。该抽吸室通过加压气源加压,使得注入流体可以充分填充流体管道和外科手术设备。

具体实施方式
本发明的优选实施例及其优点可以通过参考图1得到最好的理解。显微外科手术系统10优选包含加压气源12、隔离阀14、真空比例阀16、可选择的第二真空比例阀18、压力比例阀20、真空发生器22、压力变换器24、抽吸室26、液位传感器28、泵30、收集袋32、抽吸端口34、外科手术设备36、计算机或微处理器38、比例控制设备40、加压注入流体源84以及隔离阀86。系统10的不同部件通过流体管道44、46、48、50、52、54、56、58、88和90流体连接。系统10的不同部件通过接口60、62、64、66、68、70、72、74、76和92电连接。
阀14和86优选“开/关”螺线管阀。阀16至20优选比例螺线管阀。真空发生器22可以是任何用于产生真空的合适设备,但是优选真空芯片(chip)或者文氏管芯片(venturi chip),当隔离阀14和真空比例阀16和/或18打开并且来自加压气源12的气体穿过真空发生器22时产生真空。压力变换器24可以是任何用于直接或间接测量压力和真空的合适设备。液位传感器28可以是任何用于在抽吸室26内测量流体42位置的合适设备,但是优选能够以连续方式测量流体位置的设备。泵30可以是任何用于产生真空的合适设备,但是优选蠕动泵、涡旋泵或叶轮泵。微处理器38能够实现反馈控制,优选PID控制。比例控制器40可以是任何以比例方式控制系统10和/或外科手术设备36的合适设备,但是优选足控制器。外科手术设备36可以是任何吸取组织的外科手术设备,但是优选眼科外科手术设备例如乳化探针、玻璃体切除术探针或者抽吸探针。外科手术设备36具有尖端80,该尖端带有与流体管道58流体连接的端口82。流体42可以是任何合适的注入流体,举例而言,像出自德克萨斯州沃斯堡股份有限公司Alcon实验室的BSS PLUS

下面描述根据本发明图1的填充抽吸回路的优选方法。微处理器38打开隔离阀86以通过加压注入流体源84及流体管道88和90向抽吸室26提供流体42。在预定时间之后,微处理器38关闭隔离阀86,使得抽吸室26中留存了足够流体42以充分填装流体管道56和58及外科手术设备36。非必须地,当抽吸室26里的流体到达预定液位时,液位传感器28可以向微处理器38发送信号。微处理器38打开阀14和20。微处理器38将阀20打开足够的时间和角度,使得加压气源12中的加压空气引起抽吸室26里的流体42充分填充流体管道56、58以及外科手术设备36,从而充分填充系统10的抽吸回路。非必须地,当抽吸室26里的流体到达预定液位时,液位传感器28可以向微处理器38发送信号。然后微处理器38关闭阀14和20。一定量的流体42仍然保留在抽吸室26中,如图1所示。为了避免流体42的被动流从端口82内流出,外科手术设备36的尖端80朝上放置。
从以上可以领会到,本发明通过把系统10的端口82放置到注入流体容器内部,比传统的填充系统10的抽吸回路的方法具有显著的优点,如上文所述。首先,所需填装系统10的抽吸回路的时间大大减少,特别是采用了带小端口82的外科手术设备36。其次,使用者人工动作的次数大大减少。第三,同时填充系统10的抽吸回路和注入回路成为可能。第四,当在外科手术过程开始以后需要附加抽吸工具时,附加的抽吸工具可以在不需要系统10的注入回路的情况下被填充。因此,进入眼睛的注入压力不存在损失的问题。
在这里用实例对本发明进行描述,并且本领域的普通技术人员可以做出不同修改。例如,上面本发明描述了相关眼科显微外科系统抽吸回路的填充,它可以应用到其他显微外科手术系统的抽吸回路。
可以确信本发明的操作和结构将明显区别于以前的描述。上面所示或描述的装置和方法其特点是,在不脱离下面的权利要求中所限定的本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可以被优选、在其中做出各种可能的改变及修改。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于填充显微外科手术系统的抽吸回路的装置,包括:
加压气源;
加压注入流体源;
与所述加压气源和所述加压注入流体源流体连接的抽吸室;
在所述加压注入流体源和所述抽吸室之间流体连接的第一阀;
在所述加压气源和所述抽吸室之间流体连接的第二阀;
带有通过流体管道与所述抽吸室流体连接的抽吸端口的外科手术设备;
与所述第一阀和第二阀电连接的计算机;
其中所述计算机:
启动所述第一阀,以致用一定量的、来自所述加压注入流体源的注入流体填装所述抽吸室,该量足以充分填装所述流体管道和所述外科手术设备;和
启动所述第二阀,以使来自所述加压气源的加压气体导致所述抽吸室中的所述注入流体充分填装所述流体管道和所述外科手术设备。
2.根据权利要求1的装置,其特征在于:所述流体管道包括塑料管。
3.根据权利要求1的装置,其特征在于:所述显微外科手术系统是眼部显微外科手术系统,所述外科手术设备是眼外科手术设备。
