技术领域
本发明涉及测量乘坐在车辆用座椅上的乘员的重量的车辆用座椅的乘员重量测量装置。
背景技术
近年来,为了提高座椅安全带和气囊等各种安全装置的性能,有时要根据乘坐在车辆用座椅上的乘员的重量来控制安全装置的动作。测量乘坐的乘员的重量的以往的乘员重量测量装置中,在车辆的底板和车辆用座椅之间夹有载荷传感器(例如参照专利文献1、专利文献2)。

但是,在组装乘员重量测量装置时、在向乘员重量测量装置安装车辆用座椅时、在将乘员重量测量装置安装在车辆的底板上时等,由于存在尺寸误差、安装位置误差等,所以难以安装。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种更易于安装的车辆用座椅的乘员重量测量装置。
为了解决以上的问题,本发明的车辆用座椅的乘员重量测量装置的特征在于,具有:能够在固定在车辆的底板上的下部轨道上前后地移动地设置的上部轨道、固定在上述上部轨道上的载荷传感器、和设置在上述载荷传感器上并设置在车辆用座椅下的框架,从上述载荷传感器延伸出杆,上述杆顺次地贯通上述框架、垫圈以及弹簧座而插通在螺旋弹簧中,沿着上述垫圈的上述杆所插通的孔的边缘配置有套筒,上述套筒比上述上表面突出从而由上述垫圈的上表面和上述套筒形成有阶梯,螺母从上述弹簧座上方与上述杆螺纹结合,借助上述螺母相对于上述弹簧座的紧固而将上述螺旋弹簧夹在并压缩在上述弹簧座与上述框架之间,且上述螺旋弹簧的端部与上述阶梯卡止。
根据本发明,由于框架相对于载荷传感器在垂直方向上错开,所以在组装等时,即便下部轨道、上部轨道、框架等歪斜,由于歪斜导致的初始载荷也不会作用在载荷传感器上。
并且,因为螺旋弹簧由于螺母的紧固而在压缩的状态下被夹在框架和弹簧座之间,所以载荷传感器能更加稳定而适宜地安装在框架上。因此,乘员重量测量装置的安装更加容易。
并且,利用螺母的紧固作用下的螺旋弹簧的弹性变形,从螺旋弹簧对螺母稳定地作用载荷。
并且,利用螺母的紧固,螺旋弹簧的端部与由垫圈的上表面和套筒所形成的阶梯卡止,螺旋弹簧不会在垫圈的上表面上滑动,螺旋弹簧对于垫圈被定心。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图说明用于实施本发明的最佳的方式。但是,以下所述的实施方式限定了用于实施本发明的技术上的优选的各种方式,但本发明的技术范围不受以下的实施方式以及图示例的限定。
图1是车辆用座椅的乘员重量测量装置1的立体图,图2是乘员重量测量装置1的分解立体图。
如图1~图2所示,在乘员室的底板上安装有用于调整车辆用座椅的前后位置的滑动调节器2。滑动调节器2具备有:相互平行地设置的左右一对的下部轨道3;相对于各下部轨道3而能够在下部轨道3上在前后方向上滑动并与下部轨道3卡合的左右一对的上部轨道4;利用螺栓螺母结合或者铆钉结合而固定在下部轨道3的下表面上并架设在左右的下部轨道3之间的下部支架5、用于相对于下部轨道3锁止上部轨道4并解除该所示的锁止机构6、安装在各下部轨道3的下表面的前端部的支架7;安装在各下部轨道3的下表面的后端部的支架8。这些支架7、8安装在车辆的底板上,下部轨道3被固定在车辆的底板上。
支架9利用螺栓螺母结合或者铆钉结合而固定在各上部轨道4的上表面的前后方向中央部。支架9相对于上述轨道4的上表面设置为立起状态。在支架9上焊接下滑管(submarine pipe)10的右端部,下滑管10架设在左右两个支架9之间。
在右边的上部轨道4的上表面的前端部上搭载载荷传感器21、在上部轨道4的上表面的后端部上搭载另外的载荷传感器21。在左边的上部轨道4的上表面上也分别在前端部和后端部上搭载载荷传感器21。从上方看这四个载荷传感器21配置为位于正方形或者长方形的顶点。
图3是载荷传感器21的立体图。何种载荷传感器21都同样地设置。如图3所示,载荷传感器21具有进行载荷的检测的柱状的传感部21a、从传感部21a的下端向前方以及后方水平地延伸出的板状的凸缘部21b、从传感部21a的上端向上延伸出的杆21c、与凸缘部21b平行地从传感部21a延伸出的连接器21d。杆21c形成为阳螺纹状。在凸缘部21b的前部以及后部上,分别形成有在上下方向上贯通的阴螺纹状的圆孔21e、21f。传感部21a中内置有位移计,利用该位移计将载荷变换为电信号。
如图2所示,载荷传感器21固定在右边的上部轨道4上。具体而言,凸缘部21b的下表面与上部轨道4的上表面抵接,从下方向上方地插通上部轨道4的两个螺栓22分别与圆孔21e、21f螺纹结合,由此,载荷传感器21被固定。另外,也可在圆孔21e、21f上不形成螺纹牙而在凸缘部21b的上方将螺母紧固在螺栓22上,由此将载荷传感器21固定在上部轨道4上。
何种载荷传感器21都用样地固定在上部轨道4上,但对于固定在后部的两个载荷传感器21,连接器21d指向前方,而对于固定在前部的两个载荷传感器21,连接器21d指向后方。
如图1、图2所示,在这四个载荷传感器21上搭载矩形框状的框架30。图4是矩形框架30的俯视图。如图4所示,矩形框架30具有左右一对的梁31、前梁32、后部的横管33。
两个梁31都是具有连结板31a、内侧的凸缘31b、外侧的凸缘31c的截面コ字形的金属部件。在连结板31a的前部和后部上分别形成有安装孔31d。
前梁32是具有连结板32a、前部的凸缘32b、后部的凸缘32c的截面コ字形的金属部件。该前梁32架设在左右的梁31的前端部之间,与这些梁31焊接。
横管33架设在左右的梁31的后端部之间,与这些梁31焊接。
通过载荷传感器21的杆21c从下方向上方插入各个安装孔21d中,并将螺母46螺纹结合在杆21c上而将载荷传感器21分别安装在矩形框架30的右前部、右后部、左前部、左后部各处。参照图5~图7,对于用于将右前的载荷传感器21安装在矩形框架30的右前部的安装结构进行说明。图5是矩形框架30的右前部的俯视图,图6是沿剖面线VI-VI的面的箭头方向剖视图,图7是沿剖面线VII-VII的面的箭头方向剖视图。如图5~图7所示,环状的套筒41嵌入右前的安装孔31d的边缘中,在该套筒41上涂敷润滑脂。套筒41由合成树脂构成。此外,由圆筒部42a、和形成在圆筒部42a的一端面上的环板状的凸缘部42b构成的带阶梯轴环42在套筒41的内侧插通到安装孔31d中。在此,圆筒部42a从下方向上方插通到安装孔31d中,凸缘部42b经由套筒41而卡止在连结板31a的下表面上,令带阶梯轴环42不会向上方抽出。此外,圆筒部42a比连结板31a的上表面突出,圆筒部42a的上端面位于比连结板31a的上表面还高的位置。在此,圆筒部42a与套筒41嵌合,在圆筒部42a与套筒41之间没有间隙。
载荷传感器21的杆21c从下方向上方插通在带阶梯轴环42中。带阶梯轴环42的内径设计为比杆21c的直径稍大,通过这样的设计能够消除尺寸误差、安装位置的误差。
螺母46螺纹结合在杆21c上,但在梁31的连结面31a的上表面与螺母46之间夹有平垫圈43、螺旋弹簧44以及弹簧座45。沿着该平垫圈43的孔的边缘配置有环状的套筒43a,平垫圈43的孔的边缘被该套筒上下夹持,套筒43a与平垫圈43的孔的边缘嵌合。由此套筒43a和平垫圈43成为一体。并且,由于套筒43a比平垫圈43的上表面突出,平垫圈43的上表面上利用套筒43a而形成有阶梯43b。并且,平垫圈43的下表面和套筒43a的下表面成为同一个面。并且杆21c插通在螺旋弹簧44中,螺旋弹簧44在套筒43a的周围成为承载在平垫圈43上的状态,螺旋弹簧44的端部卡止在由套筒43a所形成的阶梯43b处,由此螺旋弹簧44相对于平垫圈43被定心。螺旋弹簧44与平垫圈43接触的部分平坦地形成。套筒43a由合成树脂构成,利用该套筒43a来防止击打噪音。
弹簧座45具有在底部45b上形成有贯通孔的杯状部45c、和在杯状部45c的开口的外周面上形成的环状的凸缘45a。而且,杆21c贯通于杯状部45c的底部45b的贯通孔,杯状部45c的底部45d成为载置在带阶梯轴环42的端面上的状态,杯状部45c被插入螺旋弹簧44中。此外,螺旋弹簧44以及平垫圈43成为被夹在弹簧座45的凸缘45a与连结板31a之间的状态。
螺母46在插入到杯状部45c内的状态下与杆21c螺纹结合,利用螺母46的紧固而将杯状部45c的底部45b夹在螺母46与圆筒部42a的上端面之间,将螺旋弹簧44以及平垫圈43夹在凸缘45a与梁31的连结板31a之间。此外,由于螺旋弹簧44利用螺母46的紧固而被压缩,所以对螺母46作用有载荷,所以能够防止螺母46松动。
左前、左后、右后的载荷传感器21也与右前的载荷传感器21同样地分别安装在左前、左后、右后的安装孔31d中。在将矩形框架30安装在四个载荷传感器21上的状态下,下滑管10位于比前梁32靠后侧的位置。
如图1~图2所示,在左右的梁31的外侧的凸缘31c上分别焊接侧框架51。这些侧框架51是车辆用座椅的底部框架的一部分。
这些侧框架51的前部被底座框架53从上方覆盖,侧框架51和底座框架53利用螺栓螺母结合或者铆钉结合而固定。横管33和底座框架之间架设有座椅弹簧54,在底座框架53以及座椅弹簧54上搭载有缓冲器,通过罩体覆盖缓冲器、底座框架53以及侧框架51的整体。
在侧框架51的后端部上,连结有靠背框架,靠背框架能够利用倾斜机构而俯仰。另外,对于靠背框架以及缓冲器,为了令视图容易辨识而省略图示。
在上述地构成的乘员重量测量装置1中,若乘员坐在座椅底部上,则乘员的重量通过矩形框架30而作用在四个载荷传感器21上,利用这些载荷传感器21将乘员的重量变换为电信号。
在此,载荷传感器21安装在上部轨道4与矩形框架30之间,载荷传感器21与车辆用座椅一体地在前后方向上移动,所以与车辆用座椅的前后方向的位置无关,能够将从座椅输入到载荷传感器21的载荷总是维持为一定。因此,能够提高乘员重量的测量精度。
此外,在带阶梯轴环42的上端面上载荷弹簧座45,利用螺母46的紧固将螺旋弹簧44夹在弹簧座45与连结板31a之间,所以矩形框架30相对于载荷传感器21在垂直方向上错开。因此,由于滑动调节器2等的歪斜等导致的载荷的干扰更小。
此外,即便矩形框架30相对于载荷传感器21在垂直方向上错开,由于在螺母46与连结板31a之间夹有螺旋弹簧44,所以载荷传感器21更稳定且适宜地安装在矩形框架30上。因此,乘员重量测量装置1的组装更为容易。
此外,利用螺母46的紧固的作用下的螺旋弹簧44的弹性变形,从螺旋弹簧44对螺母46更稳定地作用载荷。
此外,由于下滑管10位于比前梁32还后方的位置,所以若由于车辆的前部冲撞等而向乘员作用向前方的惯性力,则乘坐在车辆用座椅上的乘员的臀部被下滑管10约束保持。因此,能够防止乘员向腰部安全带的下方滑下及所谓的下滑现象。
并且,本发明并不限定于上述的实施方式,只要在不脱离本发明的主旨的范围内,可以进行各种改良以及设计的变化。

1.一种车辆用座椅的乘员重量测量装置,其特征在于,
具有:
能够在固定在车辆的底板上的下部轨道上前后地移动地设置的上部轨道、
固定在上述上部轨道上的载荷传感器、
和设置在上述载荷传感器上并设置在车辆用座椅下的框架,
从上述载荷传感器延伸出杆,上述杆顺次地贯通上述框架、垫圈以及弹簧座而插通在螺旋弹簧中,
