背景技术

发明内容

(19)如第(18)项所述的方法,还包括在启动所述释放机构后,从所述缝线操作装置延伸第二段缝线,当第二段缝线被延伸时,所述缝线操作装置向第二段缝线施加张力,其中施加于第二段缝线的张力与第二段缝线的长度成比例。
(20)如第(18)项所述的方法,其中,所述缝线操作装置包括弹簧承载的线轴和围绕所述线轴设置并具有缠绕于其上的缝线的轮,其中延伸所述缝线使所述轮和线轴转动,以向所述弹簧承载的线轴加载,从而使张力施加到所述缝线上。

缝线张紧装置可以用于各种外科手术中,并且其能向直接植入组织中的缝线上施加张力,或者其可以向与各种其它装置一起使用的缝线上施加张力。例如,从装置延伸的缝线可以直接或通过其它的缝线结合于例如外科夹钳的紧固件。缝线也可以延伸穿过例如外科夹钳施放器的紧固件施放装置,或结合于延伸穿过紧固件施放装置的缝线。缝线张紧装置还可以安装于或整体形成于各种外科缝合装置上。
使用时,当缝线30被送到手术部位时,一段缝线将从装置10延伸。当轮20位于接合位置情况下,当缝线30延伸时,轮20将与线轴20一起转动。因此,偏压元件60将向线轴40施加张力,张力被传递到缝线30,由此保持缝线30拉紧。这在防止在缝线30中形成结或扣方面是特别有利的。当外科医生需要释放张力时,例如夹子70的释放机构可以被推离壳体50,以释放轮20。这样,轮20可以滑动脱离与线轴40的接合,使线轴40自由地转动,直到偏压元件60处于其初始的、静止构造。结果,没有张力施加到从装置10延伸的一段缝线上。当夹子70向壳体50移回,以将轮20移到接合位置时,张力将只施加到从装置10延伸的任何多余长度的缝线上。
本领域技术人员应当理解基于上述实施例的本发明的进一步的特征和优点。因此,本发明不受所具体描述和示出的限制,而是由后附权利要求书限定。所有的公开和此处引用的参考都清楚地通过引用整体并入本文。
Claims (10)
1.一种缝线张紧装置,包括:
线轴,其围绕毂设置;
偏压元件,其与所述线轴连接;以及
轮,围绕所述线轴设置,缝线缠绕在所述轮上;所述轮可在接合位置和脱离接合位置之间移动,在所述接合位置,所述轮与所述线轴一起转动,从而使所述偏压元件偏压所述线轴,以保持所述缝线上的张力,在所述脱离接合位置,所述线轴独立于所述轮转动,以释放施加于所述缝线上的张力。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述轮被构造成相对于所述线轴横向滑动,以在所述接合位置和脱离接合位置之间移动。
3.如权利要求2所述的装置,其中,所述线轴包括围绕其相对的侧边缘形成的对置的凸缘,所述轮可在所述对置的凸缘之间横向移动。
4.如权利要求2所述装置,还包括能在第一位置和第二位置之间移动的释放机构,在所述第一位置,所述释放机构朝向所述线轴偏压所述轮进入所述接合位置,在所述第二位置,所述释放机构与所述轮隔开,以允许所述轮移动到所述脱离接合位置。
5.如权利要求4所述装置,还包括形成于所述线轴和所述轮上的齿,所述齿被设置成使得当所述释放机构朝向所述线轴偏压所述轮时,所述齿相互接合。
6.如权利要求4所述装置,其中,所述释放机构包括夹子,所述夹子具有形成于相对端部上的突起,当所述夹子位于所述第一位置时,所述突起定位在所述轮和所述线轴之间,当所述夹子位于所述第二位置时,所述突起与所述轮和所述线轴隔开。
7.如权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述夹子围绕壳体可移动地设置,所述壳体围绕所述轮和线轴设置并将所述毂容纳在其中,所述夹子的相对端上的所述突起延伸进入形成于所述壳体中的开口。
8.如权利要求1所述的装置,还包括形成于所述轮和所述线轴上的至少一个接合机构,用于当所述轮位于所述接合位置时配合所述轮和所述线轴。
9.如权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述至少一个接合机构包括:形成于至少所述轮和所述线轴中的至少一个上的至少一个齿;以及形成于所述轮和所述线轴中的另一个上的多个齿。
10.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述偏压元件包括设置于所述毂和所述线轴之间的弹簧,所述弹簧的第一端连接到所述毂上,第二端连接到所述线轴上。
