发明背景
已知具有涂有洗剂的顶片的一次性吸收制品，如尿布、训练裤和经期用具。已知多种类型的洗剂可以提供多种皮肤有益效果，如预防或治疗尿布皮疹。可以将这些洗剂应用到例如吸收制品的顶片上，并且可以在使用时转移到穿着者的皮肤上。

吸收芯可以具有作为成型元件起作用的柔韧性不同的离散区域。可以通过变化材料改性的方式来限定各区域。可用于这种芯的一种材料为柔软的吸收泡沫，如聚氨酯泡沫或HIPE泡沫。在一个实施方案中，用具10包括高容量和高度吸收的芯18。吸收芯18可以为US5,445,777或US5,607,414中所公开类型的气流成网芯。吸收芯18可以为通常称为HIPE泡沫的类型，如公开于US5,550,167、US5,387,207、US5,352,711和5,331,015中的那些。在一个优选的实施方案中，吸收芯18在30cm解吸后具有小于约10％的自由吸收能力；约3至约20cm的毛细管吸收压力；约8至约25cm的毛细管解吸压力；当在5.1kPa(0.74psi)的围压下测定时约5％至约85％的压缩挠曲阻抗能力；以及约4至125克/克的自由吸收能力。可以如1996年8月27日公布的授予DesMarais的US5,550,167中所陈述测定这些参数中的每一个。利用如所公开的气流成网或HIPE泡沫芯的一个优点是，吸收芯可制成很薄。例如，本发明的吸收芯可具有小于约3mm或小于约2mm的平均厚度(厚)，并且厚度可小于约1mm。泡沫可以比常规吸收芯材料如非织造材料絮、透气毡和共成型材料更容易改性。然而，使用已知的冲模切割设备，可以更容易地在泡沫中实现如下文所公开的形成孔或狭槽，该设备包括2004年3月9日公布的授予Venturino的US6,702,917中所公开的旋转冲模切割器。此类旋转冲模切割器可以被改进，以同时切割狭槽30并切割吸收芯以成型。
如图4所示，吸收芯18围绕横向中心线T可以是不对称的，并且可以具有为侧向刚性元件34的成型元件。侧向刚性元件34可增加沿吸收芯18的纵向边缘的硬度。侧向刚性元件34可为约10mm至约25mm宽的带或条，并且通常一直延伸到与芯18等长。通过将侧向刚性元件34放置在芯18的边缘，它就位于一个在用具10被穿着时经历少许横向变形的区域，并且可以将腿所施加的压缩力传递至用具的其他区域(其中成杯形或弯曲的是所期望的)。侧向刚性元件34可包括应用至吸收芯上的粘合剂或连接至吸收芯的另外的较硬的材料。如果对侧向刚性元件34使用粘合剂，粘合剂也可以将吸收芯18粘附至底片16。
吸收芯18可具有多个横向走向的狭槽30，狭槽在使用之前具有至少约1mm的平均间隙宽度。如果狭槽30在纵向中心线L处具有垂直于纵向中心线的主要矢量分量，那么它们就被认为是横向走向的。因此，如图4所示，狭槽30可以为基本平行的大致线性狭槽，它们各平行于中心线L，因此在纵向没有矢量分量。然而，狭槽30可具有其他构型，这些构型包括大致弯曲的定向，如图5和图6中所示的那些。吸收芯可具有附加的改型和部件，以有利于所需的弯曲和折叠。例如，吸收芯18可具有附加狭缝、孔、穿孔、弱线等等。具体地讲，在一个实施方案中，沿纵向中心线L至少一部分的弱线(如穿孔)或划线可帮助适当形成沿中心线的凸起隆或脊。
狭槽可以完全被芯材料所围绕。即，狭槽可以完全内置。每个狭槽具有两个末端，如图6所示的末端31。通常，显示为线33的假想直线可连接狭槽30的各末端31，并且与芯18的中间区域42中的孔32所形成的边缘对齐。假想线33可与侧向刚性元件34的一个边缘相连，以致帮助侧向收缩形成复杂三维形状，如下文所更加充分公开。
图5显示了卫生巾。该卫生巾被移除顶片以致看到具有大致沙漏形状的放置在卫生巾底片16上的吸收芯18。图6显示单独的吸收芯，并且显示吸收芯的三个可以被区分的区域。在芯18前面的第一区域40(其为不对称芯的最窄端)可只具有侧向刚性元件，并且在穿着时成为杯状凹形。中间区域42可包括孔32。该孔既可以帮助流体采集又可以降低中间区域中的硬度。可以通过制造更多或更少的孔，或通过改变孔32的大小和面积密度，如所需或期望的那样减小硬度。在芯18后面的第三区域42(穿着时定为用具10的后部)可具有狭槽30。
当如图3所示弯曲用具10时，狭槽30提供减小弯曲阻力。即，当用具被穿用并且芯18的后部(包括第三区域)围绕穿着者的臀部(包括臀肌凹槽)弯曲时，由于狭槽30使此区域中的芯可以压缩，因此用具10可相应弯曲。因此，在用具10以凹面形围绕穿着者的身体结构弯曲时，由于缺少材料(材料被移除以形成狭槽30)，因此吸收芯18可相应弯曲并适形，使得能够围绕那个区域压缩。
狭槽30在弯曲时的压缩既实现了容易围绕穿着者的身体结构弯曲使贴合性和舒适性更好，也实现了容易弯曲为基本倒转的“V”形以贴合入穿着者的臀肌凹槽，从而将这个区域中从身体流掉的流体减至最低程度。因此，以多个轴完成两种纵向折叠，既有助于贴合性又有助于流体处理的有利条件。据发现，狭槽间隔开以致在用具10后部中沿约12mm的纵向轴线提供压缩，可足以实现贴合性和流体保护有益效果。在一个实施方案中，发现6个狭槽间隔开约10mm，并且具有约2mm的宽度是足够的。
本发明的吸收芯18准许用具10被生产为二维扁平用具用于包装，但是在穿着者使用时实现复杂的三维形状。为了帮助形成复杂的三维形状，可在吸收芯18上增加弹性构件36。弹性构件36可以为在其至少两个末端处连接或接合至芯18的一股弹性材料线。弹性构件36可提供15mm至50mm的收缩，其中收缩力为约40克至约100克。在一个实施方案中，弹性构件可提供20mm至30mm的收缩，并且收缩力可以为50克至60克。弹性构件可以为3mm宽(约0.125英寸)的

其他芳族二胺也适用作本文的皮肤处理剂。此类化合物包括：丁烷脒及其衍生物，包括羟乙基磺酸丁烷脒；喷他脒及其衍生物，包括羟乙基磺酸喷他脒和盐酸喷他脒；二溴丙脒及其衍生物，包括羟乙磺酸二溴丙脒；司替巴脒及其衍生物，包括羟基司替巴脒、司替巴脒二盐酸盐和司替巴脒羟乙基磺酸盐；二氨基联咪及其衍生物；以及它们的混合物。
B.氧化锌：本发明的洗剂组合物包含氧化锌皮肤处理剂。所述皮肤处理剂的浓度范围按所述组合物的重量计为约0.001％至约10％，优选约0.005％至约5％，更优选约0.005％至约2％，最优选约0.01％至约1％。氧化锌皮肤处理剂可以作为单独的氧化锌化合物或氧化锌的组合包括在组合物中，前提条件是单独的或组合的氧化锌可以容易地与去氧苯比妥和烟酰胺皮肤处理剂组合在一起来提供抗微生物的有益效果。

优选的载体为疏水的。此外，本发明的洗剂组合物优选不包含表面活性剂。因此，在本发明的一个优选的实施方案中，洗剂具有的疏水性水平至少与顶片的疏水性水平一样大，并且洗剂的疏水性主要是由于缺乏表面活性剂组分而造成的。如果在某些条件下需要提高疏水载体的可湿性，那么可任选添加诸如通常具有低的乙氧基化度和低于约7的HLB值的聚氧乙烯烷基醚、烷基乙氧基化物、烷基乙氧基化胺、聚乙二醇酯和/或脱水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯等湿润剂。合适的添加剂将易于同载体混合，以致形成均一混合物。由于使用本发明的经期用具的那些人可能皮肤敏感，因此这些湿润剂也应当较温和并且对皮肤无刺激性。典型地，这些湿润剂是非离子的，以便不仅对皮肤无刺激性，而且避免在任何下面的薄纸层压材料结构上产生其他不可取的效果，例如拉伸强度减弱。合适的湿润剂将典型具有低于10，优选低于9，更优选低于8，并且甚至更优选低于7的HLB值。
合适湿润剂的非限制性具体实施例包括壬基酚或聚氧乙烯壬基苯基醚(乙氧基化度为20；HLB为5.7)、辛基酚或聚氧乙烯辛基苯基醚(乙氧基化度为10；HLB为3.5)、硬脂醇或聚氧乙烯硬脂基醚(乙氧基化度为20；HLB为4.9)、硬脂胺或聚氧乙烯硬脂胺(乙氧基化度为20；HLB为4.9)、聚乙二醇200二月桂酸酯(HLB5.9)、聚乙二醇200二硬脂酸酯(HLB4.8)、一硬脂酸脱水山梨醇酯(具有HLB4.7的‘Span60’)、三硬脂酸脱水山梨糖醇酯(具有HLB2.1的‘Span65’)、脱水山梨糖醇单油酸酯(具有HLB4.3的‘Span80’)、脱水山梨糖醇三油酸酯(具有HLB1.8的‘Span85’)，上述物质分别购自Cell Chemical Company(Inchon，Korea)或Uniqema(New Castle，Delaware，USA)。
将洗剂组合物的可湿性提高至期望水平所需的湿润剂的量将取决于其HLB值和所用载体的HLB水平等因素。当需要提高组合物的可湿性质时，洗剂组合物可包含约1％至约50％的湿润剂。优选地，当需要提高可湿性时，洗剂组合物包含约1％至约25％，最优选约10％至约20％的湿润剂。
适用作顶片的开孔薄膜材料包括不吸收身体流出物并且使身体流出物透过的那些有孔塑料薄膜，并且保证透过顶片的流体最小程度地流回或不流回。其他合适成型膜的非限制性实施例(包括开孔和非开孔成型膜)更充分地描述于1975年12月30日授予Thompson的美国专利3,929,135、1982年4月13日授予Mullane等人的美国专利4,324,246、1982年8月3日授予Radel等人的美国专利4,324,314、1984年7月31日授予Ahr等人的美国专利4,463,045、1991年4月9日授予Baird的美国专利5,006,394、1986年9月2日授予Curro等人的美国专利4,609,518和1986年12月16日授予Curro等人的美国专利4,629,643中。市售成型膜顶片包括Procter&Gamble Company(Cincinnati，Ohio)以商品名出售的那些顶片材料。

当顶片包括非织造纤维网形式的非织造纤维材料时，非织造纤维网可以由任何已知用于制造非织造纤维网的方法来生产，此类方法的非限制性实施例包括纺粘法、粗梳法、湿法成网、气流成网、熔喷、针刺法、机械缠绕、热-机械缠绕和水缠绕。其他合适的非织造材料包括低基重非织造材料，即具有约18g/m2至约25g/m2基重的非织造材料。此非织造材料的一个实施例由位于Walpole，Massachusetts的International Paper Company的分公司Veratec，Incorporation以商品名P-8出售。
底片可以为任何已知或换句话讲有效的底片材料，前提条件是底片可防止吸收和包含在经期用具中的渗出物外泄。适用作底片的挠性材料包括但不限于织造和非织造材料、层压薄纸、聚合物膜(如聚乙烯和/或聚丙烯的热塑性薄膜)、复合材料(如膜包衣的非织造材料)、或它们的组合。
吸收芯典型位于顶片和底片之间。本文所用术语“吸收芯”是指适用于吸收、分散和储存存在于身体流出物中的流体(如尿液、血液、月经和水)的材料或材料组合。吸收芯的大小和形状可以改变以满足吸收能力要求，并且为穿着者/使用者提供舒适性。适用于本发明的吸收芯可以为本领域已知用于吸收制品的任何液体吸收材料，前提条件是液体吸收材料可以被构型或被构造以满足吸收能力要求。适用作吸收芯的液体吸收材料的非限制性实施例包括：粉碎的木浆，其常被称为透气毡；绉纱纤维素填料；吸收胶凝材料，包括超吸收聚合物如水凝胶形成聚合物胶凝剂；化学硬化、改性或交联的纤维素纤维；熔喷聚合物，包括共成型；合成纤维，包括卷曲的聚酯纤维；薄纸，包括薄纸包装材料和薄纸层压材料；毛细管道纤维；吸收泡沫；吸收海绵；合成原料纤维；泥煤苔藓；或任何等价材料；或它们的组合。
本发明还涉及用本文所述的洗剂组合物处理皮肤的方法。通常，将安全有效量的洗剂组合物应用到本文所述的吸收制品上，其中所述安全有效量包括向吸收制品应用约0.0015mg/cm2(0.01mg/in2)至约100.5mg/cm2(100mg/in2)，优选约0.003mg/cm2(0.02mg/in2)至约12.4mg/cm2(80mg/in2)，更优选约0.02mg/cm2(0.015mg/in2)至约7.75mg/cm2(50mg/in2)的洗剂组合物。
典型地，将安全有效量的本发明的洗剂组合物应用到吸收制品上，使得将至少约0.00015mg/cm2(0.001mg/in2)至约15.5mg/cm2(100mg/in2)，优选约0.0006mg/cm2(0.004mg/in2)至约11mg/cm2(72mg/in2)，更优选约0.005mg/cm2(0.03mg/in2)至约6.2mg/cm2(40mg/in2)的组合物在单次使用吸收制品期间(典型为约三小时)转移到皮肤上。吸收制品通常在白天每三至六小时换一次，并且用于整夜保护时换一次，结果至少约0.00045mg/cm2(0.003mg/in2)至约124mg/cm2(800mg/in2)，优选约0.0018mg/cm2(0.012mg/in2)至约88mg/cm2(576mg/in2)，更优选约0.015mg/cm2(0.09mg/in2)至约49.6mg/cm2(320mg/in2)的安全有效量的洗剂组合物在一天时间内(24小时)被施用。然而，借助于本文所述的吸收制品将本发明的洗剂组合物转移到穿着者的皮肤上可以适当的间隔进行一天、几天、几周、几个月或几年，前提条件是施用安全有效量的洗剂组合物以递送本文所述的皮肤处理有益效果。
可以通过任何已知或换句话讲有效的用于将洗剂组合物分配到吸收产品(如一次性吸收制品)上的技术，来将本发明的洗剂组合物应用到吸收制品上。将洗剂组合物应用到吸收制品上的方法的非限制性实施例包括喷雾、印刷(例如，柔性版印刷)、涂覆(例如，接触槽式涂敷和凹版印刷涂覆)、挤出、或这些应用技术的组合。将洗剂组合物应用到吸收制品上有利于洗剂组合物转移或迁移至皮肤上来施用和/或沉积洗剂组合物，结果是安全有效量的组合物被用来预防和减轻皮肤紊乱。因此，将转移或迁移至皮肤上的洗剂组合物的安全有效量将取决于诸如所应用的洗剂组合物的类型、应用洗剂组合物的接触身体表面的部分和用来施用洗剂组合物的吸收制品的类型等因素。
可以使用任何合适的方法来测定在使用包含组合物的吸收制品期间转移到穿着者的皮肤上的本文所述洗剂组合物的量。用于计算洗剂组合物转移量的具体方法的实施例包括气相色谱法和其他涉及体内皮肤类似物分析的定量分析方法。合适的气相色谱方法更充分地描述于1999年9月16日公布的Donald C.Roe等人的WO99/45973中。
可以通过任何已知或换句话讲有效的适用于提供包含本文详细说明的基本皮肤处理剂的洗剂组合物的技术，来制备本发明的洗剂组合物。通常，洗剂组合物如此制备：首先制备包含合适载体(如凡士林和二十二醇联合热解法二氧化硅增稠剂)的载体体系。接着，将包含皮肤处理剂和任何任选成分(如任选的皮肤调理剂)的混合物在约80℃的熔融混合温度下添加到载体体系中。尽管载体体系、皮肤处理剂和任何的任选成分典型地在约80℃的温度下加工，但是这些材料可以在约60℃至约90℃，优选约70℃至约90℃范围内的温度下加工。随后用接触涂敷器(如Nordsen EP11-12-02)将所得洗剂组合物应用到吸收制品的顶片组件上。
制备本发明的洗剂组合物，使得可以将组合物应用到吸收制品上，导致安全有效量的组合物被转移到吸收制品的穿着者的皮肤上。因此洗剂组合物优选具有一定的产品稠度，使得它们在环境条件下是较稳定的并且停留在吸收制品的穿着者接触表面上，容易在体温下转移至穿着者身上，而在极端储存条件下不完全是液体。换句话讲，洗剂组合物在环境条件(约25℃)下和/或体温(约37℃)下为固体或半固体，使得组合物容易经由正常接触、穿着者运动和/或体热转移到皮肤上。可以依照ASTM D5测试方法来测定洗剂组合物的稠度，该方法涉及使用稠密度计来测定稠度。典型地，当在40℃依照ASTM D5测试方法中所述的测试过程测定时，本发明的洗剂组合物具有约10至约300，优选约20至约250，更优选约30至约200的稠度。
洗剂组合物的固体或半固体稠度，保证较低含量的组合物会被应用到吸收制品上，以赋予期望的洗剂有益效果。所谓“半固体”是指组合物具有假塑性或塑性液体典型的流变特性，使得组合物在吸收制品上的期望位置保持相对固定，并且不具有流动或迁移至制品的不期望位置的趋向。本发明的固体洗剂组合物同样可保持在独特的位置，并且不流动或迁移至制品的不期望位置。这些固体和半固体的洗剂组合物具有足够高的粘度以保持组合物位于制品的预期位置上，但是没有如此之高以致阻止向穿着者皮肤转移。典型地，固体和半固体洗剂组合物的最终产品在40℃在约3000Pa(3x103达因/cm2)的剪切应力条件下(当吸收制品在约40℃的温度条件下储存或运输时对组合物所施加的剪切应力)具有在约1000Pa.s(1.0x106厘泊)至约1E7Pa.s(1.0x1010厘泊)范围内变化的粘度。
然而，可以将固体和半固体洗剂组合物制成易流动的，并通过应用导致组合物变形的剪切应力将组合物转移或迁移至皮肤上。在约40℃的温度条件下，在穿着吸收制品期间施加至少一次的剪切应力，该剪切应力典型为约1E5Pa(1.0x106达因/cm2)，并且此剪切应力可导致具有约0.01Pa.s(1.0x101厘泊)至约100Pa.s(1.0x105厘泊)粘度的洗剂组合物。据信，洗剂组合物在所施加的剪切应力下获得较低粘度值是由于以下事实：虽然组合物包含固体组分，但是它们也包含液体物质。在穿着本文所述的吸收制品期间，期望获得低粘度以在穿着者的皮肤和制品的接触身体表面之间获得足够的润滑，以导致洗剂组合物有效转移至穿着者的皮肤上。可以使用本领域已知的流变仪如购自Rheometrics Incorporation的流变仪SR-2000来测定多种剪切应力下的粘度。
典型地将洗剂组合物应用到吸收制品的顶片上，来将洗剂组合物递送至皮肤的外表面或内表面上。可以将洗剂组合物应用到吸收制品的其他区域，其中这些区域包括护翼、侧片、吸收芯、居于芯和顶片中间的任何第二层，或吸收制品的任何其他区域。
用于装配吸收制品(如本文所述的一次性吸收制品)的方法包括本领域已知用于构造和构型一次性吸收制品的常规技术。例如，可通过粘合剂的均匀连续层、粘合剂的成图案层、或粘合剂的一排单独线、螺纹或圆点，将底片和/或顶片连接到吸收芯上或将它们相互连接。已发现满意的粘合剂由St.Paul，Minnesota的H.B.Fuller Company以HL-1258或H-2031的名称制造。
也可以通过将组合物掺入气溶胶喷罐、触发式喷雾器分配器、泵式喷雾器分配器、广口瓶、棒状分配器、棉球、贴剂、海绵和任何其他类型的已知或换句话讲有效的递送媒介物中，将本发明的洗剂组合物递送到皮肤上。
对于经期用具，洗剂的添加量可以显著高于其他吸收制品(如尿布)中所用的洗剂添加量。例如，不受理论的约束，据信可以3mg/cm2、4mg/cm2、5mg/cm2、6mg/cm2、7mg/cm2、8mg/cm2、9mg/cm2或10mg/cm2的含量添加洗剂。这些含量涉及实际被洗剂所覆盖的面积。
在发明详述中引用的所有文献的相关部分均引入本文以供参考。任何文献的引用不可解释为是对其作为本发明的现有技术的认可。
尽管已用具体实施方案来说明和描述了本发明，但对于本领域的技术人员显而易见的是，在不背离本发明的精神和保护范围的情况下可做出许多其它的变化和修改。因此，有意识地在附加的权利要求书中包括属于本发明范围内的所有这些变化和修改。

Claims (20)

1.一种经期用具，所述用具包括：
(a)具有面向身体表面的顶片，
(b)接合到所述顶片的底片；和
(c)设置在所述顶片和所述底片之间的吸收芯，其中所述吸收芯包括三个硬度不同的区域，至少一个所述区域包括横向走向部分，其中来自所述芯的材料被移除，所述部分限定狭槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的经期用具，其中所述吸收芯围绕横向中心线是不对称的。
3.如权利要求1所述的经期用具，其中所述吸收芯包括HIPE泡沫。
4.如权利要求1所述的经期用具，其中所述狭槽具有至少1mm的平均宽度。
5.如权利要求1所述的经期用具，其中所述吸收芯包括具有多个孔的区域，所述孔各具有至少0.5mm的直径。
6.如权利要求1所述的经期用具，其中所述吸收芯沿其纵向边缘包括侧向刚性元件。
7.如权利要求1所述的经期用具，其中所述顶片还包括施用到其上的洗剂。
8.如权利要求7所述的经期用具，其中所述洗剂组合物显示具有小于或等于7的HLB值。
9.如权利要求7所述的经期用具，其中所述洗剂不均匀地设置在所述顶片上。
10.如权利要求7所述的经期用具，其中所述洗剂以相对于所述用具为大致纵向走向的条状设置在所述顶片上。
11.如权利要求7所述的经期用具，其中所述洗剂以大致平行的条状设置在所述顶片上。
12.如权利要求1所述的经期用具，所述经期用具还包括连接至所述吸收芯一侧的弹性构件，所述弹性构件跨越包括所述狭槽的所述吸收芯的至少一部分，所述弹性构件为纵向走向。
13.如权利要求1所述的经期用具，所述用具包括：
施用到所述顶片的至少面向身体表面的至少一部分上的洗剂组合物，所述洗剂的疏水性水平等于或大于所述顶片的疏水性水平，所述洗剂组合物包含按重量计60％至99.9％的载体，其中所述载体选自由下列物质组成的组：含有4个至32个碳原子的石油基烃、含有12个至24个碳原子的脂肪醇、含有1个至6个碳原子的低级醇、低分子量二醇和多羟基化合物、羊毛脂、以及它们的混合物，所述洗剂的疏水性水平等于或大于所述顶片的疏水性水平。
14.如权利要求13所述的经期用具，其中所述吸收芯围绕横向中心线是不对称的。
15.如权利要求13所述的经期用具，其中所述吸收芯包括HIPE泡沫。
16.如权利要求13所述的经期用具，其中所述狭槽具有至少1mm的平均宽度。
