Abstract

车辆变速离合器,是以变速箱二轴或中间轴上增设其固定件即离合轮、钢柱与齿环脱开与接合和控制其脱开与接合的离合叉、离合拨叉、离合拨叉座组成的、外形尺寸小,不踏离合器不加空油能实现变速的机构。

Description

本设计用于机动车辆变速,是以车辆惯性速度和发动机怠速即变速器动力输出轴的转速高于动力输入轴的转速,而离合轮与齿环形成转差,经本设计的离合拨叉、离合拨叉座、离合叉压迫钢柱控制其脱开,离合叉松开钢柱发动机加速变为接合的原理研究而成。
本设计的目的:是为了节约能源,提高行驶平均速度,减少劳动使驾驶员集中精力而提高安全行驶。
构造原理
如图1所示,离合轮2用键固于中间轴1上(或二轴上),其离合轮2外圆柱面开有若干个缺口,配合齿环4的内圆柱表面形成若干个周向楔槽如图2所示,每个楔槽中都装有钢柱3,周向楔槽内大端装有小弹簧推着钢柱3使钢柱外圆柱表面经常靠紧离合轮齿环的周向楔槽间之狭窄处,但离合叉7又压迫着钢柱克服小弹簧的推力,使钢柱处于周向楔槽大端的空隙处,此时不工作。
离合拨叉座5,内圆柱面固定在轴上,外圆柱面有导向筋,支承离合拨叉8左右轴向滑动。
离合叉7,圆环型,内圆柱面两端有钢珠辊道,由钢珠支承,可正反转动,外圆柱面上有螺旋槽被控制正反转动,右端有叉柱是压迫或松开钢柱即脱开或接合。
离合拨叉8,圆环型,外圆柱面有一周向槽,被变速叉左右轴向拨动,内圆柱面的槽与离合拨叉座5外圆柱面上的导向筋配合成直线左右轴向滑动,内圆柱面上有小圆柱体与离合叉7外圆柱面上的螺旋槽配合,当离合拨叉左右轴向滑动使离合叉7正反转动,压迫或松开钢柱即脱开或接合。其变齿比过程(参见图1、图2)。
接合:当需要动力输出或加速(升档),操纵机构将离合拨叉8向“左”端方向滑动,经离合拨叉座5导向其上的柱型拨齿将离合叉7外圆柱面上的螺旋槽使其旋转一定角度(同转动方向迟后),离合叉右端上的叉柱松开钢柱3,由于小弹簧的作用便把钢柱3推向周向楔槽小端方向的狭窄处发动机加速而被楔紧,于是离合轮,钢柱和齿环内圆柱表面之间的摩擦力增大而驱动齿环输出动力。实现接合。
脱开:当需要截断动力或减速(减档),首先将节气门的开度急剧关小,使发动机怠速拖着中间轴,中间轴瞬间转速减低,由于二轴、齿环同汽车整体相连减速较慢,此时齿环与离合轮已形成转差,于是摩擦力激剧减小直至消失,(离合轮迟后,即超越离合器)钢柱就自然松动了。随后操纵机构将离合拨叉8向“右”端方向滑动,经离合拨叉座5导向其上的柱型拨齿将离合叉7外圆柱面上的螺旋槽使其旋转一定角度,(同转动方向前)借离合叉7右端的叉柱压迫钢柱克服小弹簧的推力把钢柱向周向楔槽大端方向移动实现脱开。
本设计与现有技术相比
液力机械传动系有减振能力强,有乘座舒适的优点,但效率不高,传动比不大,制造困难,成本高。
行星齿轮机构,制动带、制动鼓或摩擦片制动变速,滑磨现象严重,经济性差。
普通移动齿轮变速器尚有构造简单,造价低的优点,但是:同步要求高,换档齿轮撞击大影响齿轮寿命,多加空油,要求驾驶员操作技术较高劳动强度大。
与同步器相比:本设计换档不加空油,不踏离合器,惯性损失小,不影响滑行,在变速时齿轮无同步要求,能实现自动化。

  1. 车辆变速离合器、是由离合叉、离合拨叉、离合拨叉座组成,其特征是:离合叉⑦外圆柱面上有螺旋槽、右端有叉柱压迫或松开钢柱脱开或接合,离合拨叉⑧外圆柱面有一周向槽、内圆柱面上有小圆柱体与离合叉⑦外圆柱面上的螺旋槽配合,离合拨叉座⑤外圆柱面有导向筋、支承离合拨叉⑧轴向滑动。
