技术领域
本发明一般来说涉及分配装置和封装。更具体地说，本发明涉及计量装置，其能够从流体介质源可控制地分配流体介质。
背景技术
各种类型的流体材料和介质被用于商业和工业中的不同目的。举例来说，在个人护理、家庭护理、空气护理、运输护理和食品工业中存在需要从流体材料源进行某一类型的流体材料分配的各种产品。当市售此材料时，其必须容纳并存储在某一类型的容器中。当使用所述产品时，其必须从其存储容器分配到一位置以供使用。
在现有技术中，存在用于输送流体材料的很多不同类型的分配。举例来说，通常为此目的而提供一具有喷嘴尖的柔性容器体。此类使用的一应用是用于分配调味蕃茄酱，其中用户挤压容器体以迫使流体材料从喷嘴尖出来且准确地到达一所要位置。所输送的流体量由用户挤压容器体的程度来确定。然而，这产生不稳定结果，其中每次连续挤压容器体时输送出不同量的流体材料。同样，因为没有采用阀，所以必须保持容器直立以避免泄漏。

鉴于前面描述，现有技术的流体分配和装置遭受各种缺点，使得它们难以且不便使用并具有意外结果。因此，需要一种易于操作的流体分配器。此外还需要流体分配器能够在每次分配操作时输送出一计量剂量的流体，以获得预期流动以便更好地施加流体材料。还需要此类分配器为重力无关的。另外还需要流体能够被输送以在容器表面上任一点处引出。根据需要，此外还需要分配器包括一施料器材料以均匀分布并均匀施加流体材料。
发明内容
本发明保留现有技术分配装置的优点。另外，本发明提供当前可用装置中未发现的新优点且克服此类当前可用装置的很多缺点。
本发明一般来说针对一种新颖且独特的分配器，其用于在每次分配操作时输送出一大体上相等计量剂量的流体材料且具有一可选施料器以便均匀分布所分配的流体材料。

具体实施方式

根据本发明，可容易地修改流体材料24的输送方向，以匹配即将到来的施料。在特定应用中，需要位于容器体20的顶部和底部上的施料器材料12以均匀分布的方式来接收流体材料。如上文所示，可从容器20上的任一位置导出流体材料24以根据需要来输送流体。常常需要流体24能够被动地从容器20的一侧20a流动到容器20的相对侧20b，尤其是在其边缘20c处。
回头参看图1，制造一优质分配装置10的有效方法在于采用热熔接来构建容器20和其上的施料器材料12。举例来说，顶部部分20a通常环绕其外围20c而热熔接到底部部分20b，以形成一其中具有一内部流体存储区域22的容器20。施料器材料12类似地环绕其外围或其与容器20的整个接触表面通过热熔接或其它类似工艺(例如胶合)而固定到容器20。

图6说明本发明范畴内的容器20的修改，以解决上文所指出的问题。  更具体地说，在容器20的外围边缘20d中形成若干凹口46，以允许流体材料24容易地从容器20的一侧流动到另一侧。当在其外围边缘处将施料器材料12热密封到容器以形成一接缝12d时，在接缝20d、12d与施料器材料12之间形成若干贯通孔48，以允许流体材料24从装置10的一侧自由地行进到另一侧和后部，而无须行进越过外围接缝12d、20d。
现在转向图1、7和8，其详细绘示对计量外壳26构造的进一步增强。如图1和7中所见，若干支立腿50从计量外壳26的底板34向下伸出。这些腿50防止底板34完全降到最低点并阻碍流体材料24流入吸入阀30中。当留在容器20中的流体材料24的体积变低且容器20在配置上变得相对扁平时，所述支立腿50尤其有用。在此情形下，有可能发生前述的降到最低点的情况。然而，使用图1和7的支立腿50防止这种情况发生。

为了采用本发明的分配装置10，可容易地修改计量外壳26的尺寸和构造以及流体材料24在何处被输送到装置表面的定位以匹配给定应用。用于容器20和计量外壳26的材料虽然优选为柔性塑料，但可为适于即将到来的应用的任何材料。同样，容器20与计量外壳26可由不同材料制成。
最重要的是，为匹配给定应用所作的本发明修改尤其涉及施料器材料12本身的性质和配置。
施料器材料12可为泡沫(诸如开孔泡沫)、织物、混合材料、复合材料和其组合。应了解，这些材料仅仅是可与本发明的分配器10一起使用的多种类型的材料的实例。具体材料由给定应用和待分配的材料的类型来确定。
因此，当流体材料24在泡沫内分配时，流体24将趋向于通过将水分从高水分点移动到水分点来平衡水分。此毛细作用使得流体24自然地传播通过施料器材料12。由于在外围处不存在施料器材料12，所以图6的凹口46和贯通孔48有助于装置10的一侧对另一侧的毛细作用(如果在所述应用中有必要的话)。
非编织材料或纤维也可用作为用于在装置的一侧或两侧上的施料器12的材料。举例来说，还可采用网状泡沫。这些材料将非常适合用作为其中需要韧性的施料器12，以用于诸如轮胎清洁剂和脱漆剂的更粗糙的化学品。
同样，举例来说，可在装置的一侧上提供更多研磨材料以更强烈地清洁，而相对侧具有一抛光类型表面。
通常，可修改网眼的尺寸、密度和毛细作用以及施料器12的总尺寸以匹配待施加的特定流体。
总之，提供一新式且新颖的分配器10，其可输送稳定计量剂量的此类流体材料24。分配器10具有一大大改良的构造，其中流体材料24均匀分布在整个施料器材料12上，以更高效率且更有效地分配流体。
所属领域的技术人员将了解，在不脱离本发明的精神的情况下，可对所说明的实施例作出各种改变和修改。希望所有此类修改和改变都由所附权利要求书来涵盖。

Claims (25)

1.一种流体分配装置，其包含：
一容器，其具有一外表面和一开口；所述容器在其中界定一内部流体存储区域且界定一外部外区域；
一柔性计量外壳，所述柔性计量外壳在其中具有一具有一预定容积的计量腔室，且被设置成经由所述第一开口与所述流体存储区域形成流体连通；一第一阀设置在所述容器与所述柔性计量外壳之间，且允许从所述容器的所述内部流体存储区域到所述计量腔室中的单向流体流动，从而填充所述计量腔室的所述预定容积；所述柔性计量外壳进一步包括一计量外壳输出口；
一第二阀，其具有一第二阀输出口，所述第二阀与所述计量外壳输出口形成流体连通，且允许一体积大体上等于所述柔性计量外壳的所述预定体积的流体从所述计量腔室到所述容器的所述外部外区域的单向流体流动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的流体分配装置，其进一步包含：
用于环绕所述容器的所述外部外区域分配流体的构件。
3.根据权利要求2所述的流体分配装置，其中所述用于分配的构件是位于所述容器周围的一层泡沫。
4.根据权利要求2所述的流体分配装置，其中所述用于分配的构件是位于所述容器周围的一层织物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的流体分配装置，其进一步包含：
一流体导管，其一端连接到所述第二阀输出口，且另一端连接到一由所述容器界定的出口。
6.根据权利要求1所述的流体分配装置，其进一步包含：
一流体导管，其设置在所述计量外壳输出口与所述第二阀之间。
7.根据权利要求1所述的流体分配装置，其进一步包含：
一入口，其连接到所述容器。
8.根据权利要求5所述的流体分配装置，其中所述第二阀输出口和所述出口彼此位于所述容器的相对侧上。
9.根据权利要求5所述的流体分配装置，其中所述流体导管途径所述容器的所述内部流体存储区域。
10.根据权利要求1所述的流体分配装置，其进一步包含复数个第二阀。
11.根据权利要求1所述的流体分配装置，其中所述第一阀和所述第二阀为单向止回阀。
12.根据权利要求1所述的流体分配装置，其进一步包含一连接到所述容器的带。
13.根据权利要求5所述的流体分配装置，其进一步包含：
复数个流体导管，其一端连接到所述第二阀输出口，且分别连接到由所述容器界定的复数个出口。
14.根据权利要求2所述的流体分配装置，其中所述容器在其中界定至少一个凹口。
15.根据权利要求所述的流体分配装置，其进一步包含：
支立构件，其连接到所述计量外壳且邻近所述第一阀以防止所述第一阀被阻塞。
16.根据权利要求15所述的流体分配装置，其中所述支立构件为至少一个腿。
17.根据权利要求15所述的流体分配装置，其中所述支立构件为一弹簧。
18.根据权利要求1所述的流体分配装置，其进一步包含：
一附接到所述容器的框架；和
附接到所述框架的施料器材料。
19.一种分配一流体的方法，其包含：
提供一容器，其具有一外表面、一开口和一在其中的内部流体存储区域；
在所述内部流体存储区域内提供一定体积的流体；
提供一柔性计量外壳，所述柔性计量外壳在其中具有一具有一预定容积的计量腔室，且被设置成经由所述第一开口与所述流体存储腔室形成流体连通；
提供一第一阀，其设置在所述容器与所述柔性计量外壳之间，允许从所述容器的所述内部流体存储区域到所述计量腔室中的单向流体流动；
提供一出口，其与所述容器形成流体连通，其中一第二阀设置在所述出口与所述计量腔室之间；
按压所述柔性计量外壳；
释放所述柔性计量外壳；
通过真空力的作用以一根据所述计量腔室的所述容积的量使所述计量腔室填满一定体积的流体；
再次按压所述柔性计量外壳；
迫使所述计量腔室内的所述体积的流体经由所述第二阀而流过所述出口。
20.根据权利要求19所述的流体分配装置，其进一步包含以下步骤：
将已经通过所述出口流出的流体分配到邻近所述容器的所述外表面处。
21.根据权利要求19所述的方法，其进一步包含以下步骤：
提供一流体导管，其一端连接到所述第二阀且另一端连接到由所述容器界定的所述出口；和
从所述计量腔室传送流体且通过所述出口传送出来。
22.根据权利要求21所述的方法，其中所述流体导管被定位成穿过所述容器的所述内部流体存储区域。
23.根据权利要求19所述的方法，其中所述迫使所述体积的流体的步骤是以一径向图案向外迫使所述体积的流体。
24.根据权利要求19所述的方法，其进一步包含以下步骤：
在所述容器中提供至少一个凹口，以帮助流体环绕所述容器的所述外表面流动。
25.根据权利要求19所述的方法，其进一步包含以下步骤：
防止所述第一阀被阻塞。
