Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种鞋类产品,其具有一个动力变化运动控制和缓冲气囊系统。在行走、跑或其它运动中,该气囊系统根据左右运动的强度给这种左右运动提供不同大小的阻力。
背景技术
通常的跑步包括跑步者着落在后跟区域的鞋的外侧后边缘,当脚继续跨步时紧跟着朝向中间向下转。当脚碰撞继续时,当脚向前摆动时脚停止向下旋并开始向后旋以便脚达到一个中间位置。从中间位置开始,脚向前摆动到前脚区域,其中在脚的圆形突出部分(ball)和前部出现脚趾偏离。当脚离开地面开始一个新循环时,脚趾偏离通常包括脚中部的脚趾离开运动表面。

发明内容
跑步者和行走者所经受的脚和膝受伤的两个最常见的原因是不充分的冲击吸收和缺乏合适的侧面运动控制。当设计鞋时必须考虑这两个原因,以便穿鞋者获得合适量的缓冲和运动控制而不会显著地增加鞋的整体重量。许多要求适量运动控制的跑步者会不得不使用具有支承特征的重的、大体积的鞋,这为剧烈的过度向下旋者设计。

具体实施方式
图1表示根据本发明的一种运动鞋类产品80,其包括一个动力缓冲和运动控制气囊系统10。鞋80由一个覆盖穿者脚的上部75和一个鞋底组件85组成。气囊系统10包含在一个中鞋底层60中。用于接触地面的一个外鞋底层65固定到中鞋底层60的至少一部分上以形成鞋底组件85。一个袜衬70最好设置在鞋底上部75。取决于鞋的中鞋底材料和性能需求,中鞋底层60还可以形成部分和全部地接触地面表面以便可以省去部分或全部外鞋底层65。气囊系统10设置在鞋80的后跟区域81并通过任何传统技术例如在泡沫中鞋底的切口部分中的泡沫封装或装在其中。一种合适的泡沫封装技术在Rudy的美国专利4,219,945中披露,因此用作参考文献。
如图1和图2A所示,气囊包括外部侧面的第一气囊室12和外部中间的第三气囊室14。一个中央的第二气囊室16设置在侧面和中间的第一气囊室12和第三气囊室14之间并与它们流体连通以使气囊室12、14和16以一种并排关系设置。侧面的第一气囊室12和中央的第二气囊室16通过第一管道20连通。第二管道30连通中央的第二气囊室16和中间的第三气囊室14。在图2A所示的实施例中,气囊室12、14和16通过管道27连通。

在本发明的一个优选实施例中,气囊室12、14、16和管道27、20、30由弹性保护膜的第一和第二层40、45一体形成。在本发明的一个优选实施例中,气囊室12、14、16由基本透明或半透明的弹性膜形成以保证气囊的可视性。
Marion F.Rudy的美国专利4,183,156和4,219,945在此处被用作参考,描述可以用来形成气囊室12、14、16和管道20、30的形状的传统焊接技术。如‘156和‘945专利中所披露的,层40、45可以焊接到彼此上以限定气囊室12、14、16和管道20、30的侧壁,还有气囊室中的内部焊接(在附图中未示出)以将气囊室维持在基本扁平的结构中。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,气囊室12、14、16和管道27、20、30采用传统的吹模技术制成。
气囊室12、14、16可以被密封以将空气或其它流体保持在外界大气压力,或者可以将一种适当的流体压入,这些流体如六氟乙烷、六氟化硫、氮、空气或如那些披露在前述Rudy的专利‘156、‘945、‘029或‘176中或Mitchell等的‘065专利中的其它气体。如果被压缩,这些流体或气体可以通过一个针状物或中空焊接工具以一种传统的方式经过一个打气管(未示出)放入气囊中。膨胀后,气囊可以在气囊和打气管的接头处密封,或者在打气管的膨胀点周围通过中空焊接工具密封。
图4示意地表示在通常的跑步过程中脚所施加的压力中心的路径CP。从中可以看出,压力中心在脚撞击时起初施加在脚的后侧边缘并斜向地向中间和向前移动。压力中心的中间运动是脚撞击之后脚马上经受的自然下旋运动的标志。当脚向前滚动通过后跟区域时,向下旋运动停止而且脚开始在相反方向上的一定程度地旋后运动,例如,从中间边到侧边。
当脚撞击期间脚的压力中心向中间运动经过鞋80时,气囊内部的压力沿向下旋运动的方向依次增加直到中间室填充并加固鞋的中间侧以防止过度向下旋,防止超出被认为是正常点的向下旋。在脚撞击期间在气囊中产生的压力变化与脚的向下旋运动一起作用以提供与过度向下旋程度相适应的运动控制动力程度。
为了完成这种动力控制,如图3A所示,气囊室之间的压力分别由设置在第一和第二管道20、30内部的第一和第二阀22、32控制。第一阀22、第二阀32包括单向阀如Vernay鸭嘴阀或舌形阀。第一阀22、第二阀32还可以包括那些在Auger等的美国专利5,253,435和Auger等的美国专利5,257,470中所论及的,此处均用作参考。还可以使用限制流体仅向一个方向流动而且通常用在医疗装置如注射器或球泵中的单向阀或检查阀。管道20和第一阀22在脚跨步的方向上自由地输送流体。管道30和第二阀32容许排出的流体慢慢地返回其原始室中。第一阀22、第二阀32设置在气囊系统10的前端以便保护它们在脚撞击期间免受冲撞。管道20、30可以是两个独立的元件,其中各元件具有如图5B所示的自己流动线路,或者可以是如图5A所示的包括两个流体流动线路的一个元件。
如图2A所示,一个具有慢回泄放孔的单向阀28可以用第一阀22和第二阀32替代。一个单向阀28设置在一个在两个相邻气囊之间延伸的单管道27中。通过第一阀22和第二阀32,各单向阀和各单管道将与一对相邻气囊的前端进行流体交流。
当脚撞击使流体流入室16或14而分别引起室12或16中的压力升高时,第一阀22或单向阀28能立即打开。这些阀中的调节元件可以保持开的时间在1至5毫秒之间。一个优选的打开时间是5毫秒。这些调节元件例如舌形阈上的片。这些阀还可以设定为当气囊之间的压差达到预定值,例如从任意小的压差直到10psi或更大时沿跨步的方向为流体流动打开阀门。其它已知的压力等级也可以用来触发这些阀。触发的压力等级将根据气囊膨胀时建立在气囊中的初始缓冲压力而变化。设定阀在一定的压差下打开阀门容许气囊室和流体流动以便为严重的下旋者、较庞大的跑步者或其它使用者而定制,这些人需要特殊的或额外量的源自气囊的缓冲。
在一个使用者的后跟向下接触时,气囊室中的预定压力最好是相等的:PL=PC=PM。气囊室中的压力范围最好在15和30psi之间,优选的压力是20psi。后跟的初始撞击通过使侧面气囊室12变形而增加了其中的压力PL。当脚撞击继续进行而且PL超过PC或者第一阀22已标定值时,第一阀22打开且流体通过管道20从侧面第一气囊室12流到中央的第二气囊室16,引起中央的第二气囊室16中的压力增加,导致PC>PM。中央的第二气囊室16中的压力甚至随着向下旋运动进一步增加,这是由于压力中心向中间移动以压缩中央的第二气囊室16。当PC超PM或第三气囊室14和第二气囊室16之间的第一阀22的标定差极限值时,第一阀22打开而且流体从中央的第二气囊室16流入中间的第三气囊室14。第三气囊室14中所产生的压力增加加强了后跟区域81的中间侧以防止脚的任何进一步的中间滚动,即限制向下旋。中间的第三气囊室14中增加的压力和鞋80中间侧的加固取决于后跟撞击的位置和力度。
气囊系统10适应跨步期间的下旋量并相应地加固了鞋80的中间侧。压力从侧面的第一气囊室12到中央的第二气囊室16到中间的第三气囊室14的依次增加可以被称为压力梯升。侧面到中间运动的程度及脚撞击的位置决定了中间的第三气囊室14中的最终压力和沿鞋80中间侧的最终加固程度。当使用者着落在鞋的外侧边缘而且侧面到中间方向上的最终脚运动大时,系统10内的压力梯升最大。如前所述,这种类型的向下旋脚运动起初给侧面的第一气囊室12施加压力,强迫其流体进入中央的第二气囊室16。当脚步继续时,压力施加给中央的第二气囊室16而且中央室中一定体积的流体被迫进入中间的第三气囊室14,从而加强了鞋80的中间侧。
一个没有过度下旋的使用者在一个普通的跨步中通常将较小的初始压力施加在鞋的侧面而且将压迫少量的流体进入第二气囊室16和第三气囊室14,这是与具有相同撞击力度的过度下旋者相比。当一个不过度下旋的人使用鞋80时,假定两者的后跟撞击具有相同的力度,那么沿中间侧的最终加强程度与上面论及的不同。例如,如果一个使用者的后跟撞击首先仅压缩中央的第二气囊室16而且侧面的第一气囊室12中的压力保持在管道20中第一阀22的释放限度之下,只有来自中央的第二气囊室16的流体可以转移到中间的第三气囊室14。因此第三气囊室14中的最终压力将仅是第三气囊室14中流体压力和从第二气囊室16转移量的和。位于第一气囊室12和第二气囊室16之间的第一阀22将防止流体离开侧面的第一气囊室12直到第一气囊室12中的压力比第一阀22打开时的压力大。第二阀32通过防止流体流入第一气囊室12或者通过与第一阀22一起工作将第一气囊室12中的压力保持在其初始值,以便使通过第二阀32进入第一气囊室12的流体通过第一阀22排出到第二气囊室16中。因此,中间的第三气囊室14中的压力不会升高到一个过度下旋后跟撞击期间所得到的总压,即通过撞击鞋的侧面部分而开始的压力,这是由于第二气囊室16中可利用的流体不会是来自气囊室12、14和16的总和。相反,它将只有效地包括来自第三气囊室14和第二气囊室16的流体。因此,跑步者向下旋的越少,鞋的中间侧加强的越少。
在跑步的落地阶段结束后,气囊之间的平衡或初始压力在下次后跟撞击之前重新建立,这要么通过一个经过两向阀28的缓慢泄露而实现,要么通过第二阀32,其容许流体流回中央和侧面气囊室。返回这些气囊室以保持压力的典型恢复时间是在0.1至2秒之间,最优选的时间是接近1秒。如上所述,恢复时间将取决于从各气囊室强迫流出的流体量。室越小或转移的流体越少,系统的恢复时间越短。
如图6所示,一个缓冲系统100可以沿鞋80的长度延伸,即在后跟区域和前脚区域中具有气囊室。缓冲系统100包括一个气囊系统110。气囊系统110与气囊系统10的结构相同,图6中类似的元件被标以和气囊系统10中类似的标号,但在100系列数中。气囊室112、114和116分别以和气囊室12、14和16相同的方式工作,用以加强步伐之后在后跟区域135中的鞋80的中间侧。

压力梯升系统可以分成任何数量的室。其效果由相对的容积、位置和用于提供压力梯升功能的室的数量确定。对于任何给定的运动所用室的数量至少部分基于作为时间函数的在脚底区域中的压力。气囊的位置和尺寸取决于它们包含进鞋的类型以及它们将用于的运动场合。例如,位于打算用于打篮球的鞋类产品中的系统可以具有与用于跑步的鞋不同的尺寸、不同的保持压力和不同的阀触动压力。另外,篮球鞋可以包含缓冲系统100的前脚部分,而这种系统在跑步鞋中可以是不需要的。

Claims (13)
1.一种用在鞋中以控制穿鞋者脚运动的动力气囊系统,所述气囊系统包括:

3.如权利要求2所述的气囊系统,其特征在于:所述单向止回阀具有一个调节器,该调节器容许流体在其被强迫进入所述第二气囊室之后返回所述第一气囊室。
4.如权利要求1所述的气囊系统,其特征在于:所述阀调节器容许所述气囊室在各步伐之间返回到初始支撑压力。
5.如权利要求1所述的气囊系统,还包括设置在所述第一气囊室和所述第二气囊室之间的一个第二阀,其特征在于:所述第二阀容许流体回流到所述第一气囊室。
6.如权利要求1所述的气囊系统,包括:
一个第三气囊室,其中所述第二气囊室设置在所述第一和第三气囊室之间与其流体连通;
一个设置在所述第三气囊室和所述第二气囊室之间的第二阀;
所述第二阀包括一个第二压力调节器,当所述第二气囊室中的压力比第二预定压力低时该调节器防止流体从所述第二气囊室流动到所述第三气囊室,而当所述第二气囊室中的压力等于或高于所述第二预定压力时该调节器容许流体从所述第二气囊室流动到所述第三气囊室以增加所述第三气囊室中的压力并动力地增加由所述第三气囊室所提供的支承。
7.如权利要求6所述的气囊系统,其特征在于:所述阀是单向止回阀,当所述气囊系统被压以增加所述第三气囊室中的压力时所述阀容许流体在所述室之间流动,从而加强一区域,其中设置所述第三气囊室并由所述第三气囊室控制脚的运动。
8.如权利要求7所述的气囊系统,其特征在于:各所述单向止回阀具有一个调节器,该调节器容许流体在其被迫进入所述第三气囊室之后返回所述第一和第二气囊室。
9.如权利要求6所述的气囊系统,其特征在于:所述阀调节器容许所述气囊室在使用者各步伐之间返回到一种初始支撑压力。
10.如权利要求6所述的气囊系统,还包括一个设置在所述第一气囊室和所述第二气囊室之间的第三阀,和一个设置在所述第三气囊室和所述第二气囊室之间的第四阀,其中所述第三和第四阀容许流体分别进入所述第一和第二气囊室。
11.一种气囊系统,其用在鞋中以动力地控制由气囊系统所提供的左右支承,其包括:
若干以并排关系设置的包含流体的气囊室;其特征在于:所述若干气囊室是封闭的;
流体地连接相邻室的管道;以及
流动控制装置,用以当所述气囊室中的一个室的压力超过预定值时导引流体从经受穿鞋者脚撞击的一个所述气囊室流动到至少一个所述另外的气囊室以增加至少一个所述另外的气囊室中的压力及其所提供的支承,在相邻气囊室之间允许流体双向流动。
12.如权利要求11所述的气囊系统,其特征在于:所述若干气囊室包括至少三个气囊室,它们包括两个外部气囊室和一个中央气囊室,而且所述流动控制装置被如此设置,以当穿鞋者脚的冲击增加所述一个所述外部气囊室中的压力高于第一预定压力并在之后增加所述中央气囊室中的压力高于第二预定压力时,连续地引导流体从一个所述外部气囊室流动到所述中央气囊室并在之后到另一个所述外部气囊室以增大所述另一个所述外部气囊室中的压力及其所提供的支承。
13.如权利要求12所述的气囊系统,其特征在于:在穿鞋者脚撞击完成之后,所述流动控制装置容许流体从所述另一个所述外部气囊室中返回到所述中央气囊室和所述其中一个所述外部气囊室。
