Abstract

背景技术
传统的织物喷雾器从具有顶部安装料斗的简单喷射器(料斗喷射器)到改良的空腔泵变化,所述空腔泵可以以相当的成本和重量将大量原料泵射出相当的距离。
现有技术中的蠕动泵装备一个具有两个(或更多)滚子的转子,当一条管道或者软管被拉伸跨过一段距离时该转子可以双向旋转。这会在管道中在滚子接触点处造成扭结或者闭塞。当转子旋转时,扭结与转子一起运动,使扭结之间包含的流体产生一定的位移。大多数这样的泵提供一个随动板,其将软管夹入它本身和滚子之间。
发明内容
对于织物喷雾器而言,期望它是小型的、相对廉价的并且是整装的。手推车包含一个或多个流量可调节的蠕动泵、一台马达(电动或汽油驱动),一个原料供应斗与一个流量控制装置。可以设置一个双端马达轴,其中一端驱动蠕动泵,另一端驱动一台空气压缩机。
在使用者提供雾化空气的情况下该设备也可以不包含压缩机。织物喷射器带有一个小型料斗,因此它可以单独使用或与手推车上安装的原料供应一起使用。另一个方案可以带有一个独立的压缩机,其本身具有用于原料和空气的独立操作的马达。
已经发现蠕动泵可产生特殊的振动,该振动通过使软管和高粘度原料间的粘合物以及自清洗料斗疏松,提高了高粘度原料例如织物的流量。该泵可以正向或反向运转,其中的反向运转用于清空软管或输送原料。
蠕动泵上的软管保持机构由连接软管、软管护圈板、安装板和护圈螺钉组成。带有接头的软管滑到软管护圈板的每一端上。软管护圈板通过固定器被固定到安装板或表面,而软管接头穿过安装板的表面伸出接入。软管护圈板承受由蠕动泵施加的向下载荷,而安装板或者表面将连接软管在泵中保持适当的对齐。当配合软管由螺纹接头连接时,装配件的外形(例如六边形)与安装板或者表面的开口相配合可以防止装配件的旋转。
在本发明的蠕动泵中,软管被拉伸的距离被设为可变的或可调节的,因此可以获得可变的流速。流量通过一个将管道拉近或远离转子中心的调节器改变。当离开安装点的距离增加时,软管张力增加从而减小滚子接触点处的渗漏量QL。输出/输入压力P、管道或软管张力、流体粘度和管道/软管材料选择之间的关系将决定泵的效率。由于这些因素,泵可以任意的在容量效率0到100%间运转。
当喷射器或分配阀关闭(无原料流动)且泵运转时,渗漏体积QL等于工作容量(2Qx每分钟转数)以防止过压。自补偿泵的设计消除了对高成本马达转速和/或关闭控制的需要,也消除了高电流的马达起动(允许使用标准的15安培输出)。

具体实施方式
本发明,标记为10,是一个小型、相对廉价并且整装的织物喷雾器。手推车12包括一个或多个流量可调节的蠕动泵14、一台马达16(电动或汽油驱动)、一个原料供应斗18和一个流量控制装置20例如喷射器或分配阀。还可以提供一个双端马达转轴,其中一端驱动蠕动泵14,另一端驱动一台空气压缩机22。
如图1所示,在使用者提供雾化空气的情况中本设备也可以不包括压缩机。织物喷射器带有一个小型料斗20a,因此它可以单独使用或与手推车上固定的原料供应一起使用。另一方案可以带有一个独立的压缩机,其本身具有用于原料和空气的独立操作的马达。
已经发现蠕动泵可产生特殊的振动,该振动通过使软管24和高粘度原料间的粘合物以及自清洗料斗18疏松,提高了高粘度原料例如织物的流量。该泵14可以正向或反向运转,其中的反向运转用于清空软管或输送原料。
蠕动泵14上的软管保持机构26由连接软管28、软管护圈板30、安装板32和护圈螺钉34组成。带有接头36的软管滑到软管护圈板30的每一端30a上。软管护圈板30通过固定器34被固定到安装板或表面32上,同时软管接头36穿过安装板32的表面伸出接入。软管护圈板30承受由蠕动泵14施加的向下载荷,而安装板或者表面32将连接软管28在泵14中保持适当的对齐。当配合软管38由螺纹接头38a连接时,装配件36的外形(例如六边形)与安装板或者表面32的开口32a相配合可以防止装配件36的旋转。
在本发明的蠕动泵14中,软管28被拉伸的距离被设为可变的或可调节的,因此可以实现可变的流速。流量通过一个调节器40改变,所述调节器40通过相对于支架12、转子42和滚子44升高或降低安装板32以将管道28拉近或远离转子42的中心。
优选的调节器46是一个变力装置以用于改变管道28上的张力和因此引起的流量。这样的装置可以是流体(气体或液体)缸,如果需要,它可以有一个单独的压力调节器48,用于控制施加的力的强度并因此控制流速。调节器46也可以是一个螺线管、可调节弹簧或者其它本领域公知的力发生器。
当离开固定点的距离增加时,软管张力增加从而减小滚子44接触点处的渗漏量QL。输出/输入压力P、管道或软管张力、流体粘度和管道/软管材料选择之间的关系将决定泵的效率。由于这些因素,泵可以任意的在容量效率0到100%间运转。

Claims (7)

1. 一种应用于粘稠原料的喷雾器,所述喷雾器包括:
支架;
一圈具有第一和第二端并且连接到所述支架的管道;
马达,所述马达具有转轴,转子与该转轴连接,所述马达以可枢轴转动的方式连接到所述的支架上以改变所述转轴和所述管道的第一和第二端之间的距离;
多个连接到所述转子并接合所述管道的滚子;以及
连接在所述马达和所述支架之间的力发生器,所述力发生器用于改变所述滚子与所述管道的接触力。
2. 如权利要求1中所述的应用于粘稠原料的喷雾器,其中所述的力发生器包括气缸。
3. 如权利要求2中所述的应用于粘稠原料的喷雾器,其中所述的力发生器包括连接到所述气缸的压力调节器。
4. 如权利要求1中所述的应用于粘稠原料的喷雾器,其中所述管道在其中一端处连接到粘稠原料源,而在另一端处连接到应用装置。
5. 如权利要求1中所述的应用于粘稠原料的喷雾器,其中所述管道在所述端处具有接头,并且进一步包括有管道保持机构,该管道保持机构包括
安装板;和
软管护圈板,所述接头滑到所述软管护圈板的每一端上,所述接头穿过所述安装板的表面伸出接入,并且所述软管护圈板承受所述滚子施加的载荷。
6. 如权利要求5中所述的应用于粘稠原料的喷雾器,其中所述接头具有一定的外形而且所述安装板包括配合所述接头的所述外形的开口,以便当管道被连接时防止所述接头的旋转。
7. 如权利要求1中所述的应用于粘稠原料的喷雾器,其中所述粘稠原料包括织物。
