Abstract

A tiny articulation eye (22) and mouth (24) (facial-expression structures) opeing and closing structure installable in the hollow interior of a doll head (12), and utilizing a single, upright-axis motor (52), and a rotary, co-axial, stepped-diameter drum (44) which is rotated by the motor. Circumferential drive tracks (48, 50) formed on the outside of the drum drive followers (38) and actuation which directiy impart opening and xloding motions in the doll head's and mouth.
