Abstract

Le joint fileté tubulaire comprend: un élément fileté mâle (11) se terminant par une lèvre mâle (18) ayant une portée d'étanchéité mâle (13) et une surface transversale (16) de butée mâle (14) voisine de la portée d'étanchéité mâle et; un élément fileté femelle (21) comportant de manière à coopérer avec les moyens correspondants de l'élément fileté mâle une portée d'étanchéité femelle (23) et une surface transversale (26) de butée femelle disposée sur un épaulement femelle et voisine de la portée d'étanchéité femelle. La zone annulaire d'épaulement femelle (24) qui est soumise aux efforts axiaux de compression résultant de l'appui des surfaces de butée mâle (16) et femelle (26) possède une surface périphérique intérieure (27) dont le diamètre intérieur (IDB) est au moins localement à proximité de ladite surface de butée femelle (26) plus faible que le diamètre (IDP) de la surface périphérique intérieure (17) de la lèvre mâle (18), le rapport R de ces deux diamètres (IDB/IDP) étant inférieur à 1 mais supérieur ou égal à 0,9.
