Abstract
The present invention relates to a sliding rail consisting of two standards s reciprocally defining a slotting wherein there is housed a shower support, into which there is obtained a recess intended to partly house a block forming a sliding guide for the support on the slotting,. said sliding being allowed by the horizontal pivoting of the support relative to the block and by the consequent insertion or removal of the teeth provided on the support.

DESCRIPTION
The present invention relates to a combined sliding rail with support for h~Ight-adjustable shower which, with a single move for positioning, allows adapting and bkrcklng the shower support at the height d~sired by the user.
Per Art As known, one of the most ftequent problems in th~ field of bathroom fixtures roiatea do the variation of the height of a shower support applied do a so-called sliding rail. in fact, several differently shaped silding rails, substantlalty tubular, have been propa~sed so fiat, to which shower supports are applied, the hoight of which can be adjusted by tEght~nlng flywheels acting radlally to the same sliding rail.
it Is also known that such adju~ acre totally unstable, both as regards the stability of the desired height, and as a consequence as regards ~~ shaw~r inclination.
Ohject and riattQn~~ ndina An object of the present finding is to remedy th~ above disadvantages by proposing a sliding rail with support whose con~gura~on should mak~ its use easier and more effective, by allowing a very simple height adjustment of the shower support and, above all, locking it to the desired position of use.
Such object will appear more clearly with reference to the attached indicative and non-limiting drawings, wherein:
- Figure 1 shows the sliding rail tithed with shower;
- Figure 2 shows a rear perapeGttve view of the details of the sliding rail with ~e shower support;

In such drawings, reference numeral 1 denotes a sliding rail for shower, optionally provided with a soap-holder support 2, consisting of two standards 20 and 3~ defining a sio~ing 40, sliding rail 1 exrribiting, at its oppos~i ends, two members 21 and 31 for fixing to the wall.

DESCRIPTION
The present invention relates to a combined sliding rail with support for h~Ight-adjustable shower which, with a single move for positioning, allows adapting and bkrcklng the shower support at the height d~sired by the user.

In such drawings, reference numeral 1 denotes a sliding rail for shower, optionally provided with a soap-holder support 2, consisting of two standards 20 and 3~ defining a sio~ing 40, sliding rail 1 exrribiting, at its oppos~i ends, two members 21 and 31 for fixing to the wall.
Moreover, a hoNa~w support 3 is suitably engaged to sliding rail 1, provided with an adjustable tilt head 4 intended to hold a shower 5 in an in se known manner.
According to the finding, in ita hidden pordon, that is, in the por~on facing ~~ wall to which it is fixed and adjacent the two sides 41 and 51 of siot~ng 40 and for its foil length, sliding rail 1 exhibit two undulated ribs 42, 52 defining a sort of rack.
In turn, support 3 oonsisis of a visible front portion 6 that in its upper part extends with an appendix 61 exhibiting, in the end opposite to head 4, a pair of teeth 62 intended to engage with the notches provided on ribs 42 and 52.
Orthogonally and in the lower side of said appendix fit , a plate-shaped rib 63 is provided with thorough holes wtth axis or~c~onat to said rib 63 and coplanar to appendix St, wherein pin 64 is housed.
As shovm in aag. 2, app~dix B1 with be~h 62 goes though slotting 40 so that bseth 62 are in the hidden rear side of sliding rai! 1.
According to the flndtng, support 3 e~ibits a recess 31 wherein a block 70 is partly housed. Said block 70 consists of a substarr~ally prismatic central body TI developing from two tongues 72 complementary to reassa 31 of support 3, said central body 71 exhibiting two cradles 73 in its upper portion, placed in abu~nent with the free ends of pin 64 and, in th~ lower port~n at said cradles 73, a threaded hol~ 74 (see Fig. 4}.
Similarly and complementary to block 70, there is provided a plaque 80 ead~tbklng a central thorough hole 81, two side tongues 82, two teeth 83 dining as many undercuts 84, and a central tooth 85. Undercuts 84 ar~ configured so as M
enclose the free portions of pin 64, hole 81 being provided for receiving a bolt 8H intend~i to be screwed into threaded hole 74 so as to firmly engage plaque 80 fio block 70, concurrently allowing support 3 to horizontally pivot, thanks to pin 64 enclosed between cradles 73 and undercuts 84, relatlve to the group consisting of block 70 and plaque 80.
As it can be seen in Fig. 3 and 4, tongues 72 are arranged at the front visible side of sliding rata 1, whereas tongues 82 are arranged in the rear side of the same sliding rail 1 so as to define a sliding guide relatlve to slotting 40.
As It can be seen in Fig. 3 and 3a, the horizontal pivotlng of support 3 relative to the group consisting of plaque 80 and block 70, causes the insertion or removal of teeth G2 from the notches an ribs 42, 52, thereby allowing the locking or sliding, respectlvely, and the height adjustment, of support 3 on sliding rail 1.
According to the finding, in ita hidden pordon, that is, in the por~on facing ~~ wall to which it is fixed and adjacent the two sides 41 and 51 of siot~ng 40 and for its foil length, sliding rail 1 exhibit two undulated ribs 42, 52 defining a sort of rack.
In turn, support 3 oonsisis of a visible front portion 6 that in its upper part extends with an appendix 61 exhibiting, in the end opposite to head 4, a pair of teeth 62 intended to engage with the notches provided on ribs 42 and 52.
Orthogonally and in the lower side of said appendix fit , a plate-shaped rib 63 is provided with thorough holes wtth axis or~c~onat to said rib 63 and coplanar to appendix St, wherein pin 64 is housed.
As shovm in aag. 2, app~dix B1 with be~h 62 goes though slotting 40 so that bseth 62 are in the hidden rear side of sliding rai! 1.
According to the flndtng, support 3 e~ibits a recess 31 wherein a block 70 is partly housed. Said block 70 consists of a substarr~ally prismatic central body TI developing from two tongues 72 complementary to reassa 31 of support 3, said central body 71 exhibiting two cradles 73 in its upper portion, placed in abu~nent with the free ends of pin 64 and, in th~ lower port~n at said cradles 73, a threaded hol~ 74 (see Fig. 4}.
Similarly and complementary to block 70, there is provided a plaque 80 ead~tbklng a central thorough hole 81, two side tongues 82, two teeth 83 dining as many undercuts 84, and a central tooth 85. Undercuts 84 ar~ configured so as M
enclose the free portions of pin 64, hole 81 being provided for receiving a bolt 8H intend~i to be screwed into threaded hole 74 so as to firmly engage plaque 80 fio block 70, concurrently allowing support 3 to horizontally pivot, thanks to pin 64 enclosed between cradles 73 and undercuts 84, relatlve to the group consisting of block 70 and plaque 80.
As it can be seen in Fig. 3 and 4, tongues 72 are arranged at the front visible side of sliding rata 1, whereas tongues 82 are arranged in the rear side of the same sliding rail 1 so as to define a sliding guide relatlve to slotting 40.
As It can be seen in Fig. 3 and 3a, the horizontal pivotlng of support 3 relative to the group consisting of plaque 80 and block 70, causes the insertion or removal of teeth G2 from the notches an ribs 42, 52, thereby allowing the locking or sliding, respectlvely, and the height adjustment, of support 3 on sliding rail 1.
Claims (8)
1. Combined sliding rail with support for height adjustable shower, comprising a rod delimited by end plugs (21 ) for welt mounting, characterised in that the sliding rail rod consists of two standards (20-30) reciprocally defining a slotting (40) that substantially develops far the foil length of the sliding rail (1).
2. Sliding rail according to claim 1, characterised in that in its non-visible part, that is, facing the mounting wall, end adjacent the sides (41-51 ) of the slotting (40), them are provided two ribs (42-52), one for each side (41-51), defining a rack.
3. Sliding rail according to claim 1, comprising a support (3) for a shower (5) suitably inserted into an adjustable head (4), characterised in that tile support (3) exhibits a body Inside which there is obtained a recess (31) and in that said support (3) exhibits an appendix or extension (61) onto which on its opposite sides there are obtained two teeth (62) intended to interact with the notches provided on the undulated ribs (42-52).
4. Shower support (3) according to the previous claim, characterised in that on the lower face of the appendix (61 ) there is provided a plate-shaped rib (63) laying on a plane orthogonal to it, exhibiting orthogonally thorough coaxial holes wherein a pin (64) is housed.

Shower support (3) according to claims 3 and 4, characterised in that the recess (31) is intended to partly house a block (70) consisting of a central body (71) which develops from two tongues (72), each arranged at the sides of said body (71), complementary to the recess (31), in the upper part of said body (71) there being provided two cradles (73) cooperating with the free ends of the pin (64) and, in the Power part, there being provided a threaded hole (74).

Shower support (3) according to the previous claim, characterised in that complementary to the block (70) there is provided a plaque (80) exhibiting a central through hole (81 ), two side tongues (82), two teeth (83) defining as many undercuts (84) and a central tooth (85), said undercuts (84) being configured so as to enclose the free portions of the pin (64).

Shower support (3) according to claims 5 and 8, characterised in that said block (70) and said plaque (80) are firmly connected io one another by a bolt (88) passing through the hole (81) and intended too screw into the threaded hole (74) to engage the group consisting of the block (70) and of the plaque (80) to the support (3) through the pin (64) and allow the support (3) to horizontally pivot relative to said group (70-80).

Combined sliding rail with support for height-adjustable shower according to the previous claims, characterised in that said block (70) and said plaque (80) are respectively arranged at the front visible side and at the rear side of the sliding rail (1) so that the tongues (72-82) define a sliding guide for the support (3) on the slotting (40), said sliding being allowed by the horizontal pivoting of the support (3) relative to the group (70-80) and by the consequent insertion or removal of the (62) into or from the provided on the undulated ribs (42-52) for the height adjustment of the support (3).
