Abstract

A sealing attachment for connection of a static mixer to a dual chamber cartridge dispenser containing separate, different materials.
There is an outer sleeve (12) with a rotatable connection to a center plug (14) positioned inside a collar (20) of the outer sleeve (12). The center plug includes hollow male prongs (32, 34) which engage outlets (108, 110) of the cartridge(s) (100) to form a seal therewith. The outer sleeve has tabs (24, 26) on the outside of the collar (20) for engagement with locking arms (126, 128) on a discharge end of the cartridge(s) (100) when the hollow male prongs (32 34) are placed within the outlets (108, 110) of the cartridge(s) (100).
