Abstract

Un système interactif d'intervention locale à l'intérieur d'une zone d'une structure non homogène (SNH) telle qu'un crâne de patient lié au référentiel (R2) d'une table d'opération; et à laquelle est liée une structure de référence comportant une pluralité de points de base crée sur un écran une représentation de la structure et d'une structure de référence qui y est liée, délivre les coordonées des images des points de base dans un premier référentiel (R1);
permet de repérer les coordonées des points de base dans R2; et permet une intervention avec un organe actif (5): Des moyens (4) élaborent des outils de transfert de référentiel entre R1 et R2, à partir des coordonnées des points de base dans R2 et de leurs images dans R1, en réduisant à un minimum les écarts entre les coordonnées des images dans R1 et des points de base dans R1 après transfert par les outils.
Les outils de transfert de référentiel établissent un couplage bidirectionnel en temps réel entre une origine et une direction d'intervention simulée à l'écran et la position de l'organe actif.
