Abstract

Membrane semi-perméable composite inorganique poreuse munie d'un support et d'une couche de séparation ayant des pores dont le diamètre moyen est inférieur à 1 ? m et comprenant au moins deux oxydes métalliques réfractaires, caractérisée par le fait - que cette couche de séparation est composée de grains d'une phase d'un premier oxyde, et d'au moins un second oxyde qui est dispersé et chimiquement lié à ladite phase du premier oxyde, de manière à constituer au moins en partie d'une part la surface libre desdits grains de ladite phase et d'autre part leurs joints de grains, - que ledit premier et ledit second oxydes sont choisis de manière que ledit second oxyde ralentisse la diffusion au niveau de la surface libre des grains et au niveau des joints de grains de ladite phase du premier oxyde et ait à haute température une faible solubilité dans ladite phase, - et que le volume dudit second oxyde est compris entre 0,1 % et 25 % du volume de ladite phase du premier oxyde.
