This week the gadget wiped out my partially solved puzzle twice. It also wiped out my friend's completed puzzle. This is the first time that's happened since we've been doing it, and I certainly hope it's a fluke, because I really don't have time to resolve a puzzle three times.

i wish it was the Monday or Tuesday puzzle--the Saturday one is IMPOSSIBLE for me!! =( But it's a good idea.
Hoping this isn't too much of a spoiler, but some NYT puzzles have novelties where you have to put something other than a single letter in a square. How do you do that here?
Fairly sure that last week's puzzle - my first - kept the answers I had already solved, so that I could work on it over a few days. This week's, they keep vanishing and I have to start all over again.
My slow problem is gone, but the puzzle I completed and submitted last week is still showing up. I thought the puzzle was supposed to change on Mondays. If the thing would just function right, it'd be totally cool. (Oh, and I like the collaborative vs. competitive option too.)

Nice gadget, but I agree with Wendy's comment below - there needs to be a collaborative option.
Love this app, love the idea, but it is insufferably slow. It only has 2 stars because it's the NYT puzzle. I..........cl...i...c....k...an..........d...............5.....sec...on.......ds later some....thi.........ng happens. Seriously annoying. I will keep it around for a few days to see if this stops (I'm not having the problem with anything else, so it does not appear to be my network connection), but if it doesn't, I'm deleting it.
I like this gadget, but I would rather work on a puzzle with friends (lots of fun, paper or electronic), instead of competing. Fun puzzle; thanks! :)

The gadget resets to a different puzzle randomly, sometimes in the middle of solving. It usually repeats the same puzzles multiple times. I have recently had the same two puzzles alternating for about 6 weeks now.
I just opened the gadget to finish a puzzle I was about 90% done with and they erased it! I have a whole new puzzle and info says that it is updated every MONDAY. Today is SUNDAY!!! Not fair and very frustrating.

It is NOT working correctly. Does not save the work entered. No instruction about SAVE, should there be a step to save work to date? EAD

I just did three quarters of the puzzle and it didn't save! Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. What gives?

I hate how if you don't completely solve the crossword, all you have done is lost. I don't have time to complete the entire thing in one sitting.

This week the puzzle is not working correctly. Same as comment below partially solve the puzzle and everything is erased if I come back to it later!

This continues to happen. I partially solve the puzzle, and then when I come back to complete it it's been resest to 0% done!! Very, very annoying.

Keeps failing to retrieve my data, cleared my solutions to last week's puzzle but kept my cumulative score. Very annoying!!
